First time there. Leaving a 1 star based on sanitation. Saw the cook cough on his hand 4 times! and continue to make my order without washing his hands. Didnt tried the tacos after what I saw so I cant rate them.

If i could rate this place higher then 5 stars i would! Everytime i have ever been here the food has been absolutely delicious and the service is always on point and served with kindness and a smile! The tacos are the best here and they pack them full of meat and its very flavorful! I highly recommend anything in the menu you will never be dissapointed! This is definatley my favorite place to go especially for tacos!

This place would be able to be a stand alone restaurant with the service and consistency of their food. Now inside of the gas station, this place serves some of the best birria tacos I have found. Ive fckn looked everywhere. Hidden gem, try some. I went all the way downtown to be served lies by the blkmarket birria who serve barbacoa, I hope they die slow for their lies. I do like barbacoa but not being lied to and given bean soup. Anyway try this place 😌 ☺

I have been eating at jamay’s since 2008-2009. If you are looking for some amazing!!!, mouth watering!!!, good food!!!, this is the place to be!!! To be completely transparent, there has never been a better place and I’ve eaten at hundreds of different places all across the United States and even in norther and central Mexico. Best food aside from mama’s cooking by a long shot.P.s momma never made tacos like this 👌

Quite greasy but really good. Burritos were amazing, the beef was tender and the salsa and beans had an amazing flavor and texture. The only thing that was off was the layering, the beans were all at the bottom and beef all at top so I didnt get a homogeneous bite. But I would still take it the same way just because the flavor was so good.

Very good. I happen to stop at the Shell for gas and I was hungry so I ordered a couple of beef fajita tacos with the green salsa andalittlesalt. They were very tasty. The employees were super nice.

I was craving menudo and its hard to find a place that serves it during the week and not just weekends. I did a Google map search and this came up. I was not disappointed. I will definitely be going back again.

I was in the area today and remember this place. I use to get lunch from here at least three times a week since it was by my job. Today I was totally disappointed. I called and made my order for a burrito and a quesadilla al pastor. I had 3 repeat it 4 times because they kept trying to give me sometimes els. I sent my daughter to go get the order. The menu says burritos and large quesadillas are $7 ea. They charge her $18.50. Im not one to complain so I didnt go pack to ask about difference. I figured it the whole COVID thing pieces might of gone up. However the food was so disappointingWhen I get to my moms house my food fell out the bag do to the bag being soaking wet in grease. The food is well wrapped in foil so I pick it up and take is inside to eat. I had ordered pastor for both and got super greasy chorizo on both. The quesadilla was lacking cheese. The burrito was so greasy it kept falling apart I had to use a fork to eat it. The beans in it tasted spoiled. I hadnt even eaten half of it when I felt so disgusted I had to stop eating and try not to hurl. My daughter added cheese to the quesadilla but not even then could she finished it and she had sheared half with my son who also didnt finish it. They normally it a whole large quesadilla each.Will definitely not be going back and will stop recommending when people ask me for a good Mexican place in the area. I would much rather recommend Taco Bell.

The most delicious tortas we have had! The Cubana and the Chilanga tortas are so, so good and unlike any torta you can find around here. Their salsa is delicious and so are the pickled carrots/peppers.This is the best place to satisfy an evening craving for street-like food (tacos, tortas, etc).The catch is that they cant stay open too late since they are subject to the gas stations business hours. Make sure you get there before 9pm on a Friday or Saturday.

The service, the food and the drinks were amazing. Make sure to bring cash as they dont take card.

Anything on the menu is delicious. We love the tortas and tacos. You need to bring cash though, if not they have an ATM there. I highly recommend it.

Some of the best fajita tacos around. I always get them in the morning on the way to i10. I call them when I leave the house to order and by the time I get there my food is always hot and ready. The commute sucks but the tacos make it so much better. Plus they never mess up my orders

We almost didnt find it but we were glad we did. Its in the Shell gas station. Their chicarrones taco was awesome. The owner was super friendly.

The best Tacos and authentic Mexican Food!I have been a customer close to 10 years and been following them from their Taco stand days to this location inside a Shell gas station! The best thing is their service and by far the best salsas out there! They pickle carrots and also have some fried dry roasted peppers for the brave ones. Their molcajete salsa is great with any taco or dish!! My personal favorite is the Tacos al Pastor. The flavor of their marinade is unique and so different from any other taqueria! You will Not be disappointed! This is the real deal ! Enjoy

These tacos are amazing! Tripas tacos are literally the best in town. I cant pass by this place without picking up a dozen. Second best are the pork, then fajita beef, barbacoa. Its always the exact same guy in the kitchen cooking in the tacos so there is no fluctuation whatsoever in the taste or quality of the food. I have always been weary of eating at gas stations but I was starving one day and I decided to give it a try and I am hooked. Tacos might slightly be overpriced for the size at $2 each but well worth the money.

I always get breakfast burritos here, the chorizo and egg are really good. It also one of the few places close to me that still sells tripas and are good too!

Long time favorite, its a joy to enjoy great food prepared by a wonderful family. Side of beans & rice are a perfect base to sample their excellent salsas. Street tacos, gorditas, burritos, tortas, milanasa, menudo, platters of food...love it!

Place is amazing. Closest to the best Ive found. Being from the Rio Grande Valley, Im pretty picky. They catered my housewarming party in October for about 150 people and they were all very good. My guests enjoyed the tacos and the workers. Highly recommend this place. Delicious!!

This place serves the best street tacos in the Katy area!!! Their hot salsas are fab fab fab!!! Go and eat for yourself you will enjoy it!!! The customers service there is awesome they treat you like you have known them forever!!
