Tapas, 24 in Barcelona

We enjoyed our meals yesterday. We had both lunch and dinner here yesterday. We enjoyed lunch so much we came back for dinner as the other place we went to had very little veg options and also because we got very good service and we really enjoyed the avocado pesto salad and the peppers dish. We got good service and help in choosing our dishes.Cheers!

Too expensive, 38 eur for two tapas and 2 beersQuality is ok but make not sense

Very authentic food, simple and not sophisticated in the very good meaning of saying. The staff is great, friendly and always smiling making you feel welcome.

The worst meal I have ever had in Barcelona. Food was terrible, and the sangria was so disgusting I had to send it back because it was not drinkable. Do not go here - there are so many better options in Barcelona, I am sad that I wasted an evening here.

The food and service were so good.

The atmosphere is perfect at the outside seating area. Not sure inside since did not go in. The food and drink are pretty tasty. And the prices are just fine. Pan de coca 5 euro, croquette 2.50 each.

Would recommend the croquettes, they were delicious. Shout out to the very friendly waitress who warned us about our belongings and a known thief walking around

Hi everyone, we are on Vacation in Barcelona and today after reading a lot of Good Things about Tapas 24 we wanted to try out the Restaurant.It began that we had to wait about 30min just to order our FoodThen when the Food arrived we thought they were Kidding we got Bravas which werent even Warm the Sauce was for Sure bought and not selfmade and they didnt really taste good. Then My Girlfriend had a Avacado Salad which was basically a half an Avocado with Pesto and very few pieces of Goat Cheese, this Salad alone costs 16€ and to be honest 6€ would be well Paid for that.My Bikini the Ham Iberico was also very Tiny and not even warm also very pricy with 12€.Also the waiter was very unfriendly and didnt really want to work i think he was very slow and he just didnt care if we get something or not.After all we cant recommend this Place at all its very pricy and you get nothing out of it.Tipp for Tourists: Try like little Local bars they have mostly very good food and are Friendly

Unfortunately the service is the worst I have experienced in Barcelona. We order, drinks first then food. Food comes for one of us and we ask what about our drinks? Oh, they forgot, they bring the drinks. My partner finished her food and I’m asking where’s mine. Oops they forgot!You have been warned!

Every dish we chose was great. The pork and chicken crocket practically melted in the mouth. The bikini toast was amazing, the famous Jamon was so rich in flavors... the waiters were happy to serve, great atmosphere!!

Liked the tapas here!The Salmon tartare, Croquettes, Grilled Eggplant with Honey dish and many others were very tasty!

the vibe is pretty good, you wanna sit outside if it’s hot since AC is not that great inside. The staff are super nice, the food is great value too. You don’t wanna miss out on their sangrias they are tasty especially the Cava one. they couldimprove by having more variety of small portion tapas.

Excellent service, but some dishes are a real rip-off: the typical spanish “Patatas Bravas”…. are just…. French Fries. And the chef’s reply was “we do them our style” 😂Croquetas are excellent.

Supper average.. we came as a relative had suggested it.. worst meal we had the trip.. food is edible but nothing that I would recommend.. if ur hungry and need to eat I’m sure it’s fine

Terrible service. Much of the food was unavailable. Ordered the last fish that was available but they forgot about the order and told me an hour later that it was also unavailable. Generally also overpriced. There are much better options in the area

Nice staff and great food.I ate bikini sandwich (12euro maybe)and it’s amazing!Also the sangria is nice. 7euroWell it’s kind of expensive though, but it’s just near the Main Street so what can you say.

A lively and bustling downstairs eatery, seating is tight and expect queues if youre arriving at peak times. A few seats outside of course but its next to the road and every passer by will be peering at you.As you can see from the photos the dishes are presented well and are truly flavoursome.Monday isnt a day Id advise to go there if youre looking to try fish dishes as theres no fresh catch from Sunday to offer.

Good place for tapas. A little on the more touristy side, wont wow you but youll definitely have a good meal. With a wide selection youre able to get a taste for what tapas are supposed to be. Not the top shelf but definitely a mid ranged solid experience. Would recommend.

Very inept server took my order and he disappeared, and I waited over 45 minutes. for my meal. He also took an order for a dish I learned later they were out of. The other servers were great and tried very hard to make up for it but they were clearly overworked - this is managements fault for not having enough servers. They clearly had to handle too many tables. Food was generally good except that their version of bravas were American French Fries...Id skip those...

One of the only late night spots with good food in the neighborhood. All of the dishes we tried were delicious. It is just a little bit pricier than other tapas places around it but I thought the food was better.

Decent food but overpriced for what it is, awesome chicken croquettes though and great service.

The service was good and the food decent (although very greasybut the prices are a COMPLETE rip-off. Youll easily pay 15 euros for 4 small pieces of fried chicken.It is definitely aimed at tourists and should be avoided. There are other tapas places that are much fancier, better and also happen to be significantly cheaper. Should be avoided.

This is very good for tourists and locals alike, the staff are friendly, helpful and speak English.They recommend favourites and explained the menu.My favourite was the carva sangria and the cod Freitas.

One of my favourite tapas bars in Barcelona. Excellent food, really friendly/helpful staff. I went there in March 2022, having previously been there in 2011. The menu had changed a bit, but it was still as good as I remembered.

A favorite spot of mine in BCN that never fails. It’s situated just off the main shopping area or Passeig de Gracia, and is well worth a trip for beautiful tapas. The famous Bikini is to die for, and the staff are always really friendly. Great Gin and Tonics too (ordered with Seagrams!).

Food was okay.But I had to wait 50 minutes until staff realized that most of my order except for one didnt go through.After an hour they asked us to order more.Food was okay.

Friendly staff, chill place for a laid back dinner. All of our food was good apart from the tuna belly tomato salad, where the tuna wasn’t fresh and the salad was just incredibly boring. Other than that it was well worth it!

We had fun eating dinner here. We are staying at a nearby hotel and just happen to pass by here and we decided to check it out. We started with some toasted bread lathered with tomato juice, I think they rub the tomatoes on the hot toasted bread. They’re delicious!!! Anyways, we got some croquettes… and some more croquettes! Lol!Remember, this is Barcelona. You don’t rush. You savor your food. We didn’t have wine this time because we just arrived that day. I would have looking at the selection they have…This place is great! We will come back here, when we come this way again.

Brilliant little place to come for some quick but super tasty tapas.It’s got a very local and chilled vibe. Almost like a takeaway. Not stuff but seriously good quality food.

I think that despite the prices, it was a very good place for tapas. Its out of the big tourist attractions, and there were always seats available. However the place is ot super big.The prices are around 6 to 10€ per plate and the portions can shared.Two recommendations: smashed eggs with Chorizo, it is not in the pictures but its super tasty! And the Iberico ham cheese sandwich, they were very delicious!

Small cozy place with great selections of small tapas. If you have a huge appetite, this may not be the right place for proper lunch unless you plan to order a number of tapas. We love the Sangria. Refreshing and very affordable. Recommended !

This is a great little tapas spot in Barcelona. In a very convenient location but easy to miss off the street. It’s a bit pricey but worth it.Service:Quick service but the waiters and waitresses aren’t the happiest. It gets very busy and there’s not a lot of staff.Food:The food is great. All of the dishes I ordered were tasty and fresh.Spicy potatoes - one of the best potatas bravos I’ve had in BarcelonaChicken wings with kimchi - this is chicken done to perfection. No bones, just tender soft baked chicken with a mild spicy flavorHam and cheese with truffle bikini - just deliciousMini Burger with foie gras - tiny serve but great tasteHad and cheese croquet - super tastySangria with cava was ok. It’s done with citrus fruit so much lighter than your red or white sangria.All of the food is in small servings.Atmosphere:Very small place and gets very busy. It’s nice to sit at the bar and watch the chef cook the food. I love the fact that you need to walk down a flight of stairs to get to the restaurant. It’s slightly hidden from the street and easy to miss.

I dont recommend this place for breakfast or lunch. Fried egg sucks and french fries was just ok...The menu is very limited for lunch. Also I cant see the difference from other cafeteria food. The waitress need be trained to smile or be kind to customer. It wasnt pleasant experience.

Had a delightful tapas lunch here. Chicken croquettes, truffle cheese toast & smashed egg with Jamon are a must. Friendly, polite & attentive service, fun & funky atmosphere, gets very busy so best to book if you can.

What an amazing dinner! Wanted to find some tapas while in Barcelona and we found the perfect spot. The service was impeccable. And the price very reasonable. Within easy walking distance from our hotel and in a beautiful part of town. Pick Tapas 24 when you are in Barcelona and you will be pleased!

Beautiful food and enjoyable atmosphere. The servers were very kind and every dish was as exciting as I hoped it would be. The only reason for four stars was that we were charged for dishes we didn’t order/receive. Otherwise, I would highly recommend visiting this restaurant in Barcelona!

The best tapas bar on this Spain trip so far. Every single tapas was so good and a staff was looking after us well. I think it’s not cheap but ok for it. We had a oxtail stew and it was sooo delicious. I wish I could have desert. I’ll come back here again.

Its a nice place for tapas. Barcelona price ofc, there’s nothing cheap in the city. When the food is good it doesn’t matter that much though, here you est nice food for a nornal price. I limed so much the artichoke with romesco, the cassoulette of artichoke and green pods and the rosted chiclen croqueta. The bravas are just ok, the ensaladilla is also good but missing salt and the jamon croquetas are pretty good. Also had the anchovies, pretty nice quality! We had a cheescake (no photowhich was pretty nice too, again a bit expensive but its nice food.

This place is an absolute must stop for me when Im in Barcelona. Seriously, I could eat here every day and not get tired of it. I hardly eat meat these days but their Iberican ham literally melts in your mouth, and then theres the grilled sandwich version paired with manchego cheese that dare I say will knock your socks off. Theres usually a queue but its worth the wait. Dont skip this place!

Excellent tapas! The bikini and fois burger are unmissable highlights of the menu. Not the cheapest place to eat admittedly, but it’s worth paying that little extra to sample some amazing tasty food!

Two things I ate were OK, tasty enough, but I wouldn’t go back to eat’em again. It is terribly lit with white light!! Just one reason, I’ll never go back. Not your typical tapas place where you can see what you will eat but choose from menu. Possibly the most expensive tapas restaurant I have been to and certainly not the best one. Relatively cheaper tapas are limited in number and variety. Hardly any Spaniards around but full with expats and tourists.. so.. that tells a lot??

Food, ambiance and staff all very good. Was planning to try out as many dishes as possible on my own but was fortunate enough to meet another Barcelona visitor doing the same right next to me. So, had the pleasure of having more dishes together! The smashed eggs with Iberian ham&potatoes was my favourite but all the dishes were excellent.

Literally one of the best Tapas place in Barcelona. The waitress and cooks were amazing. I had asked for my check and still had a few bites I asked for a 1/4 glass of beer after my bill was in my hand and she gladly gave it to me. Loved the place. Small but it the food makes up for it. I added the bill so you can judge price. My guest and I had a lot of food and all was pretty much a win.

How can bread with tomato taste so good? The crunchiness from the bread combined with the freshness of the tomatoes is just awesome. I love the truffle bikinis with iberico ham, and the iberico ham just melted in the mouth. We also had a roasted chicken croquet with really good flavour and potatoes with aioli of course. We finished with the speciality chocolate with bread, salt and oil. We will eat well during the next couple of days 🤤

On the plus side the atmosphere in here is really nice and the staff are friendly. On the downside the prices are rather expensive for what is quite average food. The small tray of baby squid picture cost €20 for 10 very small squid and whilst they were quite tasty were put straight in the grill from the packet without being cleaned or even rinsed under the tap. Our ring seats view gave us an excellent view of the chef doing this. We assumed they had previously been prepared, but when they arrive they clearly had not been as they had some grimy bits inside them. The bomb thing and the croquettes were quite nice, although nothing special.

The food is excellent. Service is attentive but the kitchen is very busy, so food takes a bit of time to come out. But its totally worth it.Highlights are the grilled prawns (simple but heavenly), smoked octopus with potatoes (with layers of textures and flavors), and the"bombes".
