Tanta - Aeropuerto in Callao

Check the bill when they bring it.The staff tried to overcharge us double the cost of our food - an item was put on the bill as 50/s more than it should be.They are either incompetent or trying to steal form us.

Really wanted coffee at the airport and their coffee gave me exactly the caffeine I needed.

The food is very good but the service is very bad.I ordered a cappuccino an tamalito verde,I wait around 15 to my cappuccino and it is cold,I wait 15 minutos more to my tamalito verde.I’m i the airport and not is a good idea to wait long time to take my order.

Surprisingly good. I figured there are not many options once you pass security so it would be sub par. My group of 4 ordered 4 different menu choices and we liked them all. I would eat there again.

If you HAVE TO eat, this would be a choice but if you are able to wait, WAIT. I had the Tamal Verde and Tamal Limeño, this was 98% dough, 2% filling. The juice (Doña Luisais watered down and the prices are really not up to par with what you are receiving. The service is average for an airport but I wouldnt recommend this restaurant to get a sample of Peruvian cuisine because is so much more than this.

super bad attention

Good food... As expected...but the coffee is not up to the standards for Tanta...my expresso today was burst and bitter... Not a good coffee.. Not at all.... What is going on?

Passion fruit cheese cake is smooth and not too sweet.I tried a dish Lomo saltado it was too salty. Also 5 pieces of beef (not even good parts of steak with rice and fries and green onion and cilantro- 58 sols That’s ridiculous. 16 sols for a glass of juice and the taste of fruit is very light.

Really good breakfast. Tanta makes a tastier chicharrone sandwich than La Lucha Sangucheria in my opinion. Juicy chicharrone and a much larger sandwich. Highly recommended.

Everything we ordered was so good and has been our best meal so far in Peru. Who would’ve thought our best meal would be at the airport? The service was fast and we got to finish our meal just in time before our flight to Cusco. Tanta really does have one of the best Lomo Saltado in Peru and I love that they have a restaurant at the airport in case you missed it in Lima. The service was great. Genuinely friendly and attentive. Usually Tanta offers good quality food at prices that allows you to enjoy the food without getting ripped at an airport location. I wouldnt go there for the food. Great view of the check in Hall.

Great food good prices and fast friendly service.

Had 2 hour wait for check in at Lima airport. This restaurant had a good variety of food and quick friendly service.

It has the feeling of food court stand. Waiters need more empathy with travelers. They should be more attentive, they are in an airport, meaning service should be more attentive than usual. Still good food, better than the food court. Please fix service.

Just guide dogs but no normal dogs allowed. We went there 1 month ago and it wasnt a problem.Lied to us with the pretext that it was the law. The restaurant next door delica welcomed us with open arms.A month ago, the food was okay. The service soooo slow we almost missed our flight. And very expensive, bad service.

Place is beautiful!! Food is authentic, fresh and service is good too! Had the Greek yogurt with an amazing fruity syrup that is made by them! Delicious!! Omelette was tasty too and fresh !

Outstanding place, even more so because it’s in an airport. Great food, priced reasonably for an airport and service great too.

Good French toast but the caramel is too much. Delicious coffee. When you their just pick up a table and sit them they will bring the menu for you.

Good food, they prepared a special dish for me.

A last experience of Peruvian cuisine. Have one last “Lomo Saltado” or “Pisco Sour”. Great staff and comfortable booths.Prices are a bit steep, but it’s the airport we are talking about so understandable and not a turn down.Usually busy. Plan to go with time.

Really good food. I ordered the fried rice the last few times Ive been to Tanta and loved it. Tonight I ate the chicken risotto and it was so good. Highly recommend.

Great menu and fresh, healthy food. Eggs and juices were well done. Music choices didnt really fit the atmosphere.

This restaurant is the perfect location to relax and enjoy food during a layover. There food is fantastic and i would recommend to any fellow traveller. We had the hamburger and butternut squash ravioli. The burger was one if the best burgers weve ever had (and we love bugers). The staff was friendly and let us eat and relax at our own place. Definitely recommend

Had the artichoke pie and the spinach and blue cheese empanada, they were both amazing!!! FYI wanted a soy latte but they didnt have soymilk. Overall clean and good service :-great for an airport snack!!

The quality of the food was so amazing! We tried the Quinoa dish and the classic hamburger and both were really delicious. Very fairly priced considering its at the airport. Highly recommend eating here for food. Great dessert options also and GLUTEN FREE choices!

Theres 2 tantas in the airport, the one outside security had bad service and the one inside had excellent. Food is the same menu as every other Peruvian restaurant, no surprises just decent quality. Would be good if there was a menu de dia or some specials to showcase any skills the chefs have but Im afraid that they dont.

The food is good but overpriced, not what I was expecting. Macerados are amazing and are the main reason for the 4 stars.

As Tanta is my favourite Peruvian restaurant I was very happy when I saw that theres restaurant at the Airport so I can enjoy delicious food prior leaving Lima. Food didnt take long to be prepared and all was cooked to perfection. I would also like to highlight excellent choice of desserts.If you have a chance to arrive early at the airport and with an empty tummy - dont miss it!

It would have been nice to know that they stop serving alcohol at a certain time. If I had gotten a heads up I would have ordered my 2nd glass of wine. After a delayed flight and a missed flight due to the delay 2 glasses would have been great

Good food and service overall, don’t get the sandwiches at the bar, you never know how long they’ve been sitting there.

Good, hearty breakfast at the airport before an early morning flight - salchicha huachana and empanada de ají de gallina will be my last memory of Peruvian food!

Check your credit card bill!!!!Lovely food but they help themselves to a tip, even if you tip in cash. They added this even though I paid using a PIN code so never got a receipt to sign. Sorry, you didn’t earn it and can’t take it.
