Tank Juice Rotorua in Rotorua

Worst Tank in NZ. Today I ordered a tank and someone else took it. When I tried to talk to manager she simply said "I called out twice and you didnt come" I had my baby with me, the wait was so long he was starting to get irritated. Eventually my Tank was replaced but the amount of nastiness I had to cop just to get one when it was out of my control that someone took mine is just bizarre. You had 5 staff on today, all I can say I thank god one of your staff ignored her managers orders and replaced mine.

Definitely the worst Tank Im NZ! Have gone there to order a salad 3 times on the last 2 months to be told "sorry sir we are not doing salads today" Im beginning to think that this Tank doesnt do salads at all!! Not consistent with any other Tank I have visited... Wouldnt recommend

Stood around for 5mins but noone was at the counter then was told by another girl the employee was taking on the phone behind a pillar, i asked to be served and she told me to wait. At least 2 employees should be present

Today experience was beyond shockingNever in my entire life have i experience such poor customer service.Especially by the manager on duty today .I paid for a full tank asked if i could have the surplus ingredients which i had paid for .I had even offered to pay for the paper cupShe tried to charge me extra full price .For what i had already paid for.It was just an empty paper cup .The lady was rude & i would never go there againShe even tipped the rest of the ingredients out in front of me ......And refuse to give her nameSo i couldnt take this complaint further.

I ordered a guacamole greens and couldnt even see traces of avocado. food is not tasty at all 👎🏻

Thrse guys spend more time closing and cleaning their salad bar than selling. 4:20pm “we are no longer selling salads- were cleaning” but we close at 5???

Really good drinks and a wide of selection to offer all, with a expensive cost but much enjoyed so I guess its worth it. I rate this place a 4 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐

2 Säfte bestellt nach ca. 5 Minuten erhalten.Die Säfte waren gut und werden frisch gemacht. Bedienung ist freundlich. Jedoch sieht die Zubereitung etwas unsauber aus.

Appalling time to wait on to tropical shakes to top it off the lady didnt know what energys shots are nearly 15mins ridiculous sharpen up

Long wait, missing salad ingredients

Great smoothies, consistent, friendly service. Can easily change up ingredients with no hassles. It can be a bit of a wait, but healthy food should be. They take their time to make it right.

Great smoothies but long wait for two smoothies 15 - 20mins and we werent the only couple waiting for there smoothies there were 1 before us , So heavens knows And i can tell you they were not happy and nor were we

Ordered a Quinoa Chicken Goji wrap here last week. Took it back to work to eat and spotted a weird coloured leaf in the midst of my wrap - I decided to pull it out, jokingly thinking to myself that it looked like a tree leaf, and it was a tree leaf! Luckily, I had only taken a couple of bites before discovering it. Unfortunately, I think I digested part of it... 😕I did message Tank on Facebook and I made contact via the website, however no response. Dont know how such a leaf could be missed in among a bunch of little green salad leaves.

Always up for one of their healthy and very tasty pick me up juice blends.

I really like Strawberry Feilds from tank ,this is supposed to be orange and strawberry mixed. Thats my go to order. But yesterday, when I ordered it, I was so disappointed because they havent put strawberry in at all,for which I payed for, just orange and ice. So be careful with what you get, and open up the lid in front of the staff.

You know what your buying is really good for you but do you really need to be stung so much? Consistent quality where ever you go. Staff are well trained.

Waited 5min to be even acknowledged when I was the only person waiting. Average smoothie as reward for the poor service. Won’t be back.
