Tammies Place in Orillia

Not a huge menu, but great food in good surroundings PLUS live music...very good guitarist!!

Been there a few times and the food is great. Servers are friendly and prices seem reasonable. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant with their new theme.

I went there for lunch with my mother. I got the turkey/bacon wrap and it was pretty good. Friendly staff and we were taken care of fairly quickly. Ill probably go back.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. We went for lunch and had prompt friendly service. The patio is gorgeous, however we chose to eat inside. I had the Hawaiian wrap and my mother had the strawberry salad. Both super fresh and delicious! We shared a plate of fries which were similar to chip truck fries. My favorite. Will definitely be returning and sit on the patio.

This place was cute. Went for a luau event. Food for the even was just OK. Service however was lovely, and the entertainment was fun.

Good food. Waitress excellent. What more do you need.

The place use to be affordable for most in orillia, then the patio and dome theme came along and prices sky rocketed... the weekly specials were cancelled besides the fish and chips on Friday night. ..blah ( only do a special to compete with fish and chips locations but wont offer a deal any other time.... sadly a burger and fries and pop shouldnt cost you $20 .. the place was built on good home cooking at affordable prices .... both have fallen by the wayside. Anyone I know who was a prior customer has also not returned... place is now sold on gimmicks and booze.

Drinks were wonderful and so was the atmosphere, and the wait staff were great and supee attentive. However our food was cold :( but this could have been bc it was so busy on the day we went

The staff are all very nice, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the food is delicious.

The setting was nice, as was the live music. However the food was absolutely atrocious, like a child with no cooking skills what-so-ever (attemptedto make it. And on top of that it was way over priced. My family and I will certainly not be returning.

For a good breakfast at a sane price in Orillia, its hard to beat Tammies Place. Give the Eggs Benedict a try, or one of the Hungry Man breakfasts. One of the hallmarks of a good breakfast place is hash browns that arent refried again and again to the point that theyre basically disintegrating. The ones at Tammies are fresh and delicious. I will be back.

From the moment we got there until the time we left, we were treated with such a welcoming atmosphere. So refreshing!! Our server, Laurie, was cheery and helpful. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious, especially the homemade onion rings. Best EVER!! The live entertainment was a great bonus! You just have to go!! Definitely a 5 star!!

One of our favorites. So unique and fun, and the food/prices are great.

Unfortunately the experience was less than favourable, the outside looked warm and inviting but to warm to sit outside. We were able to sit inside however they were not prepared for inside patrons…somewhat unorganized and lacked cleanliness.Once menus were provided and viewed discovered minimal choices with pricing quite expensive. Nothing included with choices, and once items brought to the table portion size was embarrassingly minimal.Experience less than favourable.

We went here for the 1st time on June 10/22. It was our 19th anniversary. I can say we wont be back. Service was bad. Under staffed. Chicken Parm was burnt on the bottom. The bathroom needs a serious upgrade! Server never even asked how everything was, or asked if we would like another drink. Let alone have a great night. Looked at her tip & left.

Every time we go here we get treat very well, the food is good and the value is excellent. The atmosphere is outstanding.

I got a side of onion rings with my chicken Ceasar wrap and it was 5.95 for them and I got 5 onion rings, thats roughly 1.20 an onion ring. They were delicious but thats ridiculous. Also hardly any chicken on my wrap.

Extremely misleading. If you are looking for good, fresh food, this is not the place to go. The domes and outdoor atmosphere are very intriguing but they mask the truth about Tammie’s place. The food is not worth $45/person. It was bland, microwaved and mediocre. We did not finish our meal and asked for our bills before we reached dessert. When we used the washrooms, they smelled foul and were extremely unsanitary. Tammie came out to discuss why we didn’t like our food and was extremely passive aggressive when we provided polite but honest feedback. Our waitress Lori was fantastic and provided great service and the dome was a cool experience but we will never return based on the food and treatment from Tammie.

We dined here last night because we wanted to try the snow globe tent. Our experience was great! The snow globe was nicely heated and cleaned. The server was amazing, very attentive and friendly unfortunately I didnt catch his name. The food was fresh, delicious and fast. Overall our experience was great! We came from Barrie to try it and wasnt disappointed. We cant wait to come back in the summer to try their cabana patio.

First time there.Service was slow, but they were extremely busy. People were very friendly and the coffee was good and endless. The food was ok and prices reasonable.I would say good alternative to fast food for lunch.

What a great experience...perfect for a post covid date night..

Tummies was an extremely pleasant change of pace and atmosphere. The staff are above 5 stars, not just with us but with everyone in the establishment. The service was excellent and timely. The food itself was also top-notch. It is now our breakfast out goto. On a side note, really good coffee 👍

No issues with the food but the prices sky rocketed ... The daily specials ended and paying $16 for a burger and fries for take out plus tax and drink your $20 ... thats insane. Allot of the regulars have found other locations ... sadly it priced itself out of the market ... only does fish and chips specials Friday nights which hurts the local fish and chip shops whos business is only Fridays. ...

We absolutely enjoyed our evening at Tammies. Bonfire, ice bar, dome dinner. Food was delicious, and excellent customer service.. bundle up, get out and enjoy the Winter Season. Affordable experience!

Highly recommend coming here. The snow Globes are so much fun.Food is excellent and good size servings.We came to celebrate a couple birthdays and we werent disappointed.We will definitely be coming back

My 58th Birthday celebration on Saturday in the glorious afternoon sun!Drinks, food, and staff were all perfect!I cant wait to come back and take in the cozy huts, fire pits and friendly staff and owners we spoke with.They have tried so hard to keep the festive vibe on what was a very cold Saturday afternoon.Mini burgers wrapped in bacon were delicious!The Boneshaker IPA (which Ive had beforewas a bonus at the ice bar!See you all soon for more this year!Cheers

We highly recommend Tammies place .I would give it a 10 star!! The food is amazing and the service was wonderful. Staff are so nice. We wentbto celebrate our 38th wedding anniversary and we hope to make it a yearly tradition

I assumed because you need to prepay for the outdoor experience that we would have really enjoyed it.They do a beautiful job of making the domes. I thought it was going to be such a magical place to celebrate my daughters 16th birthday.We all ordered different items off their prepaid menu and they were all microwaved when we received them. Not the kind of meal I expected at $45/person. I am sure the food was fresh at some point. But it was definitely not fresh last night.

Can’t beat the patio or the vibe here! Service was good for a busy Sunday morning brunch and the food was great too.

The winter dining experience was so fun! It was such a different and unique experience. The food was good - its like moms cooking. The bubbles outside are so cool. Each with their own heater and personal speaker to play whatever music you want. All around a good time.

Loved their thanksgiving dinner. Staff was great too. Everything was delicious and loved the price as well. Will come again next year. After full stomach enjoyed the dessert as well. It was really delicious full meal.
