First time ordering here the burgers were slightly under cooked we also ordered a large battered cod and we did not receive it the chip portion is not right and the workers didn’t even know how to turn the oil on

Fantastic truck stop burgers so tasty and cooked fresh.

Great variety of food, good size servings, reasonable prices and friendly staff.

Bellmere bakery was great had delicious salad roll

Havent visited this little place for many years but decided to grab a burger for dinner. Ordered the works and definitely got it. Great feed.

Disgusting service, not getting what u pay for and getting food thats not cooked properly. Owners need to wake up to themselves.

Normally get their chips, I walked in at 4.55ish pm and ordered $10.50 of large chips to be ready for collection at 5.30pm. Got there at 5.25pm. I asked if one of the overflowing orders in the warmer was mine. I was told no. I waited and watched other orders and complaints happen (an elderly gentleman was told her order would be bought out and sat there for 15 mins). At 5.35pm I asked where mine was and told still 10 mins away.I got my order at 5.45, I have an autistic child who rely on routine and timing. What was me trying to make my life easy caused hell for the waiting.There was not even $10 worth of chips.

Pretty disappointed, my son got home with the chips to go with dinner.This is $5.00 worth of chips.

Every time I order from here, we only get half of our meal, kids that look like they’re 10 taking phone orders, everything is over priced, poor quality, orders are alway incorrect. I don’t recommend this shop quality, it has gone down the drain.

4/feb/2022…ordered a rather large amount of food.all up just on a hundred dollars for food.was two orders.one was $40.00.other just over $60.00.ordered a hamburger on toast.got it on a bun.ordered ten potato scallops was charged $15.00 .only got (4).sorry you have lost us.won’t buy from there again.tried to ring.but no one would answer the phone.😡

This place used to be good but the quality has really gone downhill. The first time I received a fish half the size and taste of what they normally served, I thought it was a once off. So I asked to make a big piece of fish next time and plenty of salt on the chips. When I received my order, the fish was no better and was worse quality than buying boxed frozen fish at woolies and the fish taste was almost zero. The chips also had no salt. Never buying again.

Was a little slow waited a bit but the staff was lovely and yummy chips food

Somedays food is good but others its dry chips all got black dots on it i got up at 6.30 n there closed should atlest say open to 7 30 went up there n was two other people wanted to order but nope we where told to go dont think ill be going there anymore

Went here a week or 2 ago to get 8 dollars worth of chips for me and my family, chips where not a great portion for how much I brought, was served by a very rude young boy. I belive his name was Tyler. He had an extremely rude tone in his voice. People like this deserve to get fired. I hope the owner has a chat to this young lad.

Eat here alot and get chips. 5 dollars is very small compared to other fish and chip shops. The chips have tasted like fish. I would recommend having separate deep fryers for fish and chips. Was served by a young teenage boy who was kind of disrespectful

Been twice to this shop and they have stuffed the order up twice. Fish was mushy and broken into pieces even though we asked to pack fish separately. Missed the nuggets entirely and had calamari in the order which was never ordered. First order they missed the corn jacks. Maybe once not twice.The owner did refund us for the meal however we will not return nor recommend.

Ordered from here twice and received incorrect order both times. The fish also comes in the bag all broken up and inedible. The owner was great about it both times and we got a refund etc but I wont be a returning customer.

Friendly staff and food is the traditional old school takeaway, would recommend for a quick lunch or dinner for the family.

Food is very good a bit slack on answering the phones and chips sizes can vary sometimes a little amount and sometimes really good!

Ordering on the phone is a bit rushed but as expected from young staff, food was nice potato cakes perfect but gravy was like jelly and I had to add water myself once I got home

The only Food worth ordering is the chips, the burgers are just slop and disgusting. The service is absolutely terrible, the phone rings out multiple times to then get answered rudely. Waste of money

Just ordered a chicken burger and got a bacon and egg burger instead rang up to get want i wanted opened it up and it was paper thin piece of chicken on the burger

Not happy portions of chips were good but seafood was a huge disappointment. Most things over cooked other things way to oily and things described as small were only 2cm big. Not $15 worth of seafood at all.Not impressed at all.

Great fish and chips. Interesting way of taking orders and cooking your food as fresh as possible. We placed a phone order, 15 mins before we arrived at the shop, and as soon as we got there and paid for it, they cooked it - no further waiting even though there were lots of customers there.

My fish and chips were under cooked to the point they were uneatable. My burger pattie was still frozen in the middle. I wasted $50. I hope no one else makes the same mistake as myself.

Absolutely disgusting. Chips full of oil and half cooked. Potato scallops raw. Piece of crumbed fish rolled up with the chips and was absolutely smashed up with no crumb left on it. Same as with the calamari. Ended up giving the whole lot to the dog who has turned her nose up to it too. Will never ever visit here again. Would leave minus stars if i could.

Fantastic and friendly staff food is always very fresh and looks as good as it tastes. if there is any problem they are super fast to sort it out and then find out why it happens just great old fashioned service.

Im afraid to say that the 3 steak burgers were quite raw, I believe that the younger members of the family made them!! Maybe a bit of adult supervision when it comes to cooking with meat...

Says 7:30pm closing time Saturday yet ignored my call after i called multiple times they finally answered to say rudely they were closed and i said they needed to fix the time so there is no misleading and they just repeated they were closed.

I just bought some chips, potato scallops and pineapple fritters. Best chips ever - thick cut, and potato scallops so fluffy. I havent had the pineapple yet but its probably just as good..

Very disorganised cooking order, unable to identify the chicken in the chicken burger and my burger with the lot saw me end up spending many an hour on the toilet. Chips underdone. Doubt well go back, and given that Bellmere is a wasteland, itll be a long time before we eat from a fish & chip/burger shop again.

We drive out of our way to get our takeaway from here now! Great new owners, the chips are always cooked to perfection and the burgers are big and delicious.

New owners are very down to earth and the chips are not only a larger cut, they are cooked to a crunchy golden brown.Very very happy with food and service.

Great little cafe in an unexpected place! Love the pancakes and all day breakfast. Awesome coffee, friendly service. Highly recommended!
