The final resting place for world war 2 soldiers.Currently not opened for public? (The gate was sealed)As I can see from afar the cemetery is divided into two wing by Waterfall road.Probably one wing for Christian soldiers another wing is for locals (both Muslim and non Muslim)Well maintained. For those interested in war cemetery, pay a visit to Labuan island cemetery too. The scale is larger.

MoreBeing someone who likes to visit historical places, I would give this place a 5-star. Well maintained. On one side rests those in the Indian Army and on the other side rests the British Army. Some of the words on the gravestone are really touching.Gates were closed but I climbed over the short wall to take a brief look before jumping out again.
MoreBeautifully pristine and a humbling experience.
Peacefull place
Fresh air and kinda quiet place to mourn for the heroes. Very near to Maxwell hill!
Morenot a tourist place but real cemetery areas. well. maintain.
A sense of the sacredness of this place overcomes you as soon as you enter the grounds.
MoreClean. Clear. Moving
Fallen Heroes...
So much fresh air after a long ride.
RIP
Well kept cemetery in remembrance of our fallen heroes of WWII
One of the most somber places in Malaysia, with many graves of fallen soldiers of the Allied forces from World War Two. Best to visit at daybreak when the sun peeks up behind Maxwell Hill
MoreThe War Cemetery is well maintained and honors the soldiers of the Allied forces that gave their lives in the defence of Malaya during the WW2. The gravestones documents the name of the soldier and the regiment he represented and also the date he fell. There are also gravestones without the names of the soldiers as they are unknown. Very touching and solemn cemetery.
MoreNicely maintained cemetary. Has a Muslim cemetary on one side and a christian one on the other.
MoreEven its clean & well maintained but a bit scary
歷史古跡,當局竟然翻新。
Well maintained. No parking space.
This is a cemetery for people dead since World War 2. This place always have some workers coming to clean the place. The best place for photography (Be respect when you entering into cemetery).
MoreNice n well taken care.
