My family and I attended a feedback dinner event held by an insurance company in the hotel. The revenue is just okay but the food is amazingly tasty. My family and our fellow friend all enjoyed the food.The location is quite remote but it also allows a quieter ambiance.

The hotel room doors slam shut do loudly that I was woken every morning by the neighbours doors slamming shut..... so frustrating to lose my sleep this way.Not the greatest of locations for a hotel, unless youre visiting the Exhibition Centre nearby, otherwise a bit far from everything fun...The hotel offer a free shuttle service to the nearest MRT, the breakfast is so-so, not so bad, just a bit selection limited.Staff are friendly and professional and room is good quality, except the noisy slamming doors...

We enjoyed having the meal in the Fantasia western Restaurant. The food is good, the ambience also great and kid’s friendly.

Nice hotel with romantic ambience with mouth watering dishes. Quite easily accessible by public transportation. Spacious underground parking available for the guests. Liked the whole chicken herbal pot soup and delicious and spicy seafood stir fry.

Stayed there for 4 nights. Well-appointed rooms offering a great value for money. Limited food options for vegetarians though.

Located in the outskirts of the city. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception counter. Very clean room with all the required amenities including a wall-mounted TV, mini fridge, electric kettle plus complimentary tea and coffee, hair dryer and even an air purifier and an alarm clock. Big bathroom with glass shower cubicle. Firm and comfortable bed. Fast and free Wifi in the room. Buffet breakfast from 6.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. on the first floor.

I came here on a business trip for 4 nights. The hotel looks good, very clean and amazing food.The bar needs a bit of improvement like hiring a professional bar tender and expand the drink variety, a bit limited at the moment.Rooms are comfortable, great firm beds, fantastic room service and well maintained.The spa area is absolutely 1st grade, would be great to have an option for a massage though, otherwise great sauna, great steam room, great relaxation area and great service.Overall, very recommended, affordable and good to stay.Will definitely come back.

Solid hotel. Could be more welcoming reception staff. Friendly restaurant in house. Breakfast average although bananas provided. Close to Costco.

Suck a nice hotel. Evening was great but the breakfast was with a very few options for a non-chinese guest.

Room is big, hotel is nice but do note noisy (thin walls?and noise from street outside when room is on the front side. Room is also clean, breakfast was very Asian but also some bread for us western visitors, did miss eggs and bacon tho.But most annoyingly... Why on earth does the emergency phone in the bathroom ring a couple of times a night every night.. So you want guests to have a bad rest???!!!

I like booking this hotel because of its proximity to Nangang exhibition centre. However the staff is not very smart. Like coming with two people they only give you one room card and you have to specifically ask for another one. Havent tried the breakfast. Free laundry in B2 is a plus. Not many taxis, so better use uber or cross the busy street to catch one. Bus is in front of the hotel and busses are frequent. For 80€ a night during computex this is my favourite hotel.

Hmmm....a bit without focus. Not very well trained stuff. Its all a bit looking like countryside. Cleaning and storage is one of the biggest issues. So the hotel looks messy....

Nice accommodation, thought the location of not very convenient. The shuttle bus to MRT station helps. Wish the shuttle bus service can start easier

Walau agak pinggir tempat nya...its a nice hotel..eazy mart near..7-11 at about 300m...clean n good food...there is a place for smokin..behind the building...

quite comfortable, the staff was helpfull, i stayed there couple of times but I hope the breakfast menu can be improved.I prefer breakfast outside.

If you have kids , remember to remark it,, since they may provide you kid friendly room with cute doll and little area for kid to play

The room was modern and spacious. Any Westerner would have been fine staying here. Unfortunately, the hotel has a faint smell of cigarette smoke but I think this is common in most places. Also, the walls are paper thin. Didnt really bother me though.

Stay here 2 nights for conference...Buffett breakfast 3 star, gym 2 star, room size and cleanliness 4 star, location 4 start, service 4 star. Overall had good experience.

Stayed here for two nights. With the Delight restaurant breakfast.Rooms were nicely done, we had (2full sized beds, two pillows each. Rooms are spacious and clean. TVs are pretty good, Panasonic smartTV which does allow you to cast some basic streaming videos like YouTube from your phone.They have a gym which is free for anyone to use. Treadmills and dumbbells. Karaoke and a chess room. They also have a tea ceremony room. These services are paid or maybe covered based on your hotel room.Delight restaurant for breakfast is really good. Our first morning, we had to ask what was vegetarian/vegan since it wasnt labelled. We didnt insist at all what we could eat or couldnt since we were used to this. But the next morning they actually labelled everything that was vegetarian/vegan. Which surprised us all. Espresso machine is good, but they only have one station which creates a line during busy times.

Previous room was dirty but was upgraded to another larger room after informing the receptionist.

Decent rooms and good service. Breakfast buffet could be better and have more variety of food.

Very spacious room. Had two double beds and the room felt very big. The staff was very friendly. They have a laundry room for public use open 24/7 and for free.

This place is expensive with lack of facilities they provide and its not upto the price they charge.

It is our typhoon get-away, there is always water and electricity. It is great to be back anytime we seek for "shelter".
