Tacos Super Uno - Taco restaurant in Richland, United States
Showed up at 8pm. Looked like they were breaking down the kitchen so I asked what time they closed? Guy said 10pm. Cool, I order 5 adobada tacos. Not good. I ate them but they were not good at all. I’ll try one more time in the near future. Stay tuned…;)
Favorite taco truck in the tri cities!I always get the super burrito and it is always amazing! You really cant go wrong here so give it a shot if you havent already!
My spouse brought this place to my attention and so far, is my absolute FAVORITE taco truck. Adequate amounts of food, planty of items to choose from, good amount of drinks to choose from, if you want a spicy kick you got it, not a spice fan? Oh theres choices too!!! I personally get the chicken torta every time, extra avocado, no tomato. Never disappointed, even if there happened to be a slice of tomato lol too dang good to be unhappy about.
I order 5 Carne asada street tacos and couldnt even eat it. The meat was so hard and stale and so much fatty pieces as well. They need to get better quality meat. Also asked for extra limes because one slice is not enough for 5 tacos and i only received one slice. Not very happy.
Good food for a fair price. Worth every cent
Very nice place to get your tacos stop, the food there is good if you just need an extra just asked, and gladly they well fix it for you. The tacos there are good especially when you put enough lemon.
Hahaha. Im in danger, the food is SO GOOD.
Crispy tortillas, good flavor. Salsa wasn’t too hot
Consistently good tacos, great service and speedy food.Plus an easy to use app they always get the other correct. This is my favorite place in Richland to get tacos.
Tortillas were lil crunchy. To me.. hides the age of em when you cook em that done. Aint nothing like a fresh pressed tortilla. Rest of ingredients were great!
A great taco truck with a super lengua total! Been here for a few years...
Some of the best Mexican food in the Tri Cities
Good Mexican food, a little dry on the mini tacos.
The staff is rude and unprofessional. As a driver for Uber Eats, GrubHub and DoorDash I always have to wait far too long for my orders as well. I will never pick up another order for them ever again. They are slow and they are rude to the customers.
This is my second time eating here. Service is spotty. My first time eating here it took 5 minutes to get my order of five tacos. Second trip it took them 15 minutes to make my one burrito. The meat on my tacos was dry and not as flavored compared to other taco trucks in Tri-Cities. The burrito was just okay. Meat was sort of bland and not to my liking. I have been eating from street vendors for decades and this truck is honestly 3 stars. Not terrible but not fantastic either. I will not come back here again. .There are two other trucks 1/2 block away to try in the future.
Haven’t tried the food truck but I tried the restaurant in Kennewick Washington on Kennewick ave and it’s amazing. Tacos have plenty of meat, chicken flautas are delicious and carnitas are cooked perfectly. The staff is great and service is awesome.overall it’s a great restaurant to eat I highly recommend it. PS.. the corn tortillas are freshly made.
Consistently my favorite place in Richland to get street tacos! You can usually expect about a 10 minute or so wait to get your tacos if there are just a handful of people ahead of you in line. Service is excellent and they always deliver.
They charged me for the super burrito but made me the basic burrito. I asked for extra lemon and got only 1 slice and it was the tiniest Ive seen. Meat was soft but very bland. There was literally only meat in my burrito. No beans. No rice. No cheese. No cilantro. No sour cream. Just lettuce and meat. Go somewhere else. Youve been warned.
Absolutely love their tacos and sopes! Love that we can order online and then by the time we get there it’s ready for pick up. If your looking for awesome tacos this is the place to go!
Very much worth it the nachos are very good and so much for the price very tasty their burritos are also very good cant go wrong with their food.
Delicious and fresh food! Very good amount for a very good price! Would highly recommend !
The food here is affordable and tastes great. We get cheaper and healthier food here compared to going to a fast food chain where we would pay more and have less quality. Plus it is open later than most of the taco trucks in Richland. It has an outdoor seating area or you can call in your order or order online.EDIT: Quality really went down during the pandemic. I dont go here anymore.
Ordered the super burrito for my son and husband. They had originally asked for burritos from Benton City, but I happened to be getting gas at the station they park at. Thought it would be fast... No, two burritos took almost 30 min. They were very friendly, hoped the food would be good since they were so busy. Ordered ASADA SUPER BURRITO. Absolutely no flavor. It was strange. Almost as if the meat was boiled without seasoning. I felt bad that my family did not enjoy. Ill keep with our local store next time!
Wish they would mash their beans for burritos and sopes. The taste is good though...I got my order through uber so by the time I got my nachos they were cold.It didnt have enough cheese or sour cream so it was pretty dry. I assume its best to eat everything right away versus having it delivered...
Really really good tacos. at first I thought the prices were a little high but then I saw what you actually got for your money pretty good deal and great tacos.
Service was phenominal, the speed they were able to get my food ready depite the crowd was incredible. Food was amazing. Got tha quesadilla de asada and it was jam packed, and some fixings on the side were fresh and welcome. The flavor was unmatched, will come back again and again.
Great tacos. Nice tortillas with a slight crisp. Meat was delicious, not too greasy. I do think, the salsa could have been a bit more spicy.
This is my favorite taco truck 😁 I eat here almost everyday. Best in tri cities in my opinion. I drive pasco all the way to richland just to get their asada burritos and they always make sure to leave the sour cream out per my request. ♡
I don’t normally review places, but the young man that helped me out was impatient, rude, and argued with me when I tried to ask why I was being overcharged. This place DOES have good food that should NOT make people want to go somewhere else due to their unfriendliness. I come here quite often and I normally have a good experience, but this new hire drove me away, unfortunately; there are plenty of taco trucks to visit that are friendlier! I’ll come back when this changes
The food wasnt terrible, but I have had better. I had the asada taco and the meat tasted like it was either cooked in old grease or the meat was a little stale. I couldnt quite tell which. But these little taco wagons always worry me a little anyway as to how clean do they keep their grills and utensils? I dont think they are quite as regulated by the health department as the restaurants are. Or so it would seem. But I am not going back for seconds to this place.
I ate 4 chicken tacos from this place last night and ended up in the ER with food poisoning. This was are go to taco truck but never again. Ive never been so sick in my life. I knew when I seen the chicken I shouldnt have ate it but I was so hungry I ate it anyway. It was around 6:45 last night and by 9 I was puking out both ends And ended up in er by 6 am.
Always so good. Our favorite here is the asada super burrito with their green salsa! So good and it is pretty big, it can feed two or one very hungry person!
I used to love this place! I could order online before leaving work and have it ready to pick up by the time I got there. They also have storage boxes to keep the food warm! The staff are friendly and the food is good!Buuuuut...They messed up my order. That, alone, is not why Im leaving this review... If youre the manager of this business and reading this, listen up! Im mad because you didnt fix the issue. So heres what happened, I got shorted like four tacos on a big order...not a big deal. This is also only the second time that Ive had my order messed up since eating here starting in 2012. Two times in seven years is astonishing when you compare it to say like McDonalds... But anyways, why Im upset is how long it took to make four tacos... Realize that if I have to drive back out to you to get for tacos, my food at home is getting cold and everyone is eating but me. If youre not going to put me in the front of the line and make the rest of my order immediately, then how about a couple of extra tacos? Maybe a coupon for next time? Thats how good businesses operate. To be fair, I like this place so much, I intend to still eat here. Hopefully each experience is better and I can upgrade this review! Otherwise it will stay one star and Ill have to find a different Taco wagon.*update 12-10-19*Moved to 3 stars. Theyre doing better as the months go by. Quick. Good food.
I buy dinner here 1 or 2 times each week. The last three weeks I’ve noticed changes that aren’t pleasing. Every time I come in there are different people working and the food is not consistent. Today the tostada shell was soggy, the chicken was cold and lacking the flavor that I’m used to. I’m really missing the good food that the original owners served.
Super (lettuceburrito. It was big. Pretty light though. 70% was shredded lettuce. They must be making cut backs cause the cheese was almost not there. It didn’t have onions, tomatoes or bean as advertised. The only distinguishable flavor was chicken(little dry but great flavor), some sour cream and LOTS of shredded Lettuce. I think they missed half the ingredients.Service was friendly. Portion size was large. Gave me two sauce packets for the super burrito....I’d probably give it another shot. And try something else but not super impressed.Hot sauce was great! Just not enough of it.
Love the super burrito. They are a little inconsistent on quality, sometimes great other times just ok. Had my first bad experience today, ordered a super burrito for me and my wife. Hers was great but mine was cold like it had been sitting around, and was puny compared to the other burrito I received. Not very happy...
Delicious! Usually get the carne asada tacos and my husband gets a torta. Good quality stuff. I love how the meat is flavorful and not fatty and full of ligaments. Service is fast and prices are competitive. They have a simple menu of tacos, quesadillas, tortas etc. but personally I prefer when restaurants have fewer items that are really good rather than dozens of options that are all mediocre. They take debit/credit cards too. This is what I think of when I want a good taco truck. Try them out!
We found this taco truck pretty bland compared to the other Mexican food available locally and our own preferences. We got the asada burrito, veggie burrito, and the chicken tacos and were not impressed by any of them. The burritos in particular was not very good and we ended up throwing most of the veggie one away (mozzarella in a burrito? No thank you). The positives: sizes were large and prices were good as were the accompanying sauces.
Awesome food. Uber eats was quick to deep in West Richland. Definitely very warm but not quite hot. I enjoyed it. Pork had a little more flavor but both the Pork and Steak were great. Very few fatty bites as well have had much worse elsewhere. I preferred the super burrito to the tacos but again both were as expected.
This taco truck is the best in the Tri-Cities, hands down. The one in Richland is the one I always go to. The adobada tacos are out of this world! Sometimes I go a couple of times a week because its so good! You can order online and then go pick it up or eat their outside under the awning. Trust me you wont be disappointed!
The food is excellent the service was good, but the girl that took my order had been planning with her long black hair all thru taking my order. It was not tied back and thats a small space. All food service employees should have their hair pulled back..
Tacos were okay, certainly, had better from truck and/or street. I tried a variety, just not very tasty. All tasted the same, avocado was sliced so, thinly, could not taste it, and same with salsas. May try burritos...not sure.
I really like the food here and really appreciate all they have done to integrate internet technology. The food is home cooked and delicious. After the amazing food, the ability to either use their app to preorder or their partnering with Uber Eats to deliver, makes this my top choice for taco truck vendors in the Tri-Cities.
The food is very good. I would give five stars but, we have problems with our order sometimes, they add onions when we ask for none or we get home and find we ha EA a missing item from our order. However, most of the time they get it right, so make sure to be very clear if you want to modify a menu item and check your bag to make sure your order is complete.
Two reasons why I gave them a 2 star. First the burrito my first time trying was huge, but not so good. Chopped up beef, some pinto beans and heavy on the sour cream with lettuce in a huge tortilla. So didnt know how much cost and size of the burrito was so I ordered the chicken tacos, two of them . The tacos always taste great, 5 star for them, but the burrito no so good plus I was charged $11. Burrito was $6 I did confirm that and the tacos always go for $1.50 each. So it should have been $9 not $11.
There food is delicious, there customer service is the worst I have felt with in a ling time. I had an order that was completely wrong and not o my did they refuse to fix the order but they called me a liar...litterally said to my face "your lying" when I told him it was not what I ordered. And on several occasions I have ordered on uber eats. Ordered for the whole family, got over 20 tacos and a plate of nachos and specifically asked for extra res sauce and the whole order came with 1 red sauce and 2 green. When I called to tell them I was dissatisfied he ignored me and eventually just hung up. There customer service and disrespect is enough to keep me from coming back.
We love this place! They are super fast, friendly, and inexpensive! We went the other day and when our number was called someone else grabbed our food before we got to the window (Im hoping by mistakeand they had our food remade and out to us in five minutes or so. They also included 6 extra tacos in our order at no charge. Would highly recommend this place, best in town!!
Best best bestest taco place in the Tri-Cities!!!! Love their tacos!!!! The Monday special is awesome! Never fail to please!! 💯💕💛
The staff is always friendly. They have a good variety of items, and types of meat. The food is amazing every single time. Their phone app makes it easy to order, and by the time you get there the food is hot and ready. Definitely one of my favorite spots in the Ttri-Cities.
Split the pork Super Uno burrito with my wife. Also sampled the chicken Super Uno. Both were delicious, with slightly more flavor in the pork. $7 for a great burrito that feeds two - awesome. The owners/staff were really nice. Pretty comfortable seating compared to most food truck locations.
