Tacos La Villa in Marietta
Description
Privilege
The chorizo was not cook , and my family got sick after eating there 9/29/22.
I Love this place!! I can eat here everyday!! The food is so good and I experienced great customer service!!
MoreI came here high as a kite, so my opinion is a lil tainted. The food was something serious tho lol we had the chimichanga the birria and the sope. Wait! I also had this melon drink (I wish y’all could see me sliding out my chair lolOMG! The best. Get the lil sauce with your birria also. Dine in was great. Workers are friendly!! Enjoy! Don’t forget to say grace over your food! Go LSU!!! Go SU!!!
MoreGreat taco!!!!friendly staff . CleanMy only complaint it’s a small place but they stay packed.
MoreOutstanding!! Legit street tacos & beans at a super reasonable price. Son and I loved it. Pollo and Barbacoa were our favorite meat for the tacos. Try the green sauce!
MoreThis aint no damn taco bell...real mexican food... I had the birria pizza, I was speechless 🙊. So damn good.. Im going to dedicate 1 day out of the week to eat this..
MoreAll of the food is good. Try the Birria Pizza! Youll end up coming back!
I have been here a few times since reopening. The quality is not the same, it seems like corners are being cut as far as the food is concerned. I understand this is a busy restaurant but you shouldnt half prepare the food because of that fact. I always tip even though I always carryout and for food that is subpar is not right...
MoreThe place is packed with people and food. So far, a good first impression
Very delicious! The chorizo y Al pastor tacos were sooo good!
This place is my go to taco spot Omg !!! Such hidden little gem in a shopping plaza. Their tacos are off the charts! Especially their Birria tacos, and Birria pizza. Their sopes, and tostadas are amazing as well. Over all this has been my favorite place for years. Quick, and excellent Mexican food !
MoreIts pretty nice here tbh. The prices arent violated and the servings are decent. My biggest complaint is how the asada they use is crumbly ground beef.As for the store itself, its a bit cramped, but theres outside seating to address that. They have a salsa/topping bar, and its pretty legit. But they dont maintain it very well, and as such, theres major spillover between the ingredients. The peppers they have there are also pretty violated. They have a full-on coke machine with all the flavors, including the diet versions, which is nice. The salsa tier list is:Red > Bright Green >>>>>> Swamp GreenMy personal recommendation is a good bit of red and some bright green mixed togetherRed - High flavor, high heat. Like 1/4 a habanero. Smokey and fruity.Bright Green - Unique flavor, creamy. So theres like no heat to this mog. It literally just tastes like creamy jalapenos. Very unique flavor, and if you cant handle heat, its nice.Swamp Green - This one is pretty meh. I can see how people like it, it adds kinda a chicken stock flavor to your stuff. But a pretty violated chicken stock. The heat exists, but in some esoteric form thats like 1/5 if a jalapeno at best.
MoreEverything was good but I didn’t like the price changes. For example, there is a extra charge for corn tortillas. I would only expect something like that from Taco Bell but I do recommend this place. Wish they were a little more authentic. Cost $30 for 2 to dine
MoreBest Damn authentic Mexican restaurant in GA!
Hands down the best place on this side of town. I have never had a bad meal from here. It does get super crowded but the wait is worth it.
MoreI probably eat here 1-2 a week! This place is authentic and satisfies my cravings every time. My go-to order is 3 chicken birria tacos with a side of rice and beans and a side of guacamole! The chicken is moist and the soup has a great flavor! I tried the beef birria pizza and it was a bit much And to me has less flavor than the chicken! The regular tacos are everything you expect. They shutdown for a couple months due to a kitchen fire and since they’ve been back open they have a better system. The wait time seems to be less. majority of the time I call in my order ahead of time and it is ready within 10-15 min. Don’t hesitate to try just goo !!
MoreTacos La Villa is one of the best restaurants for real authentic Mexican cuisine. The staff is so nice and polite. Nancy is so awesome with her customer service and she really cares about her customers making sure everything is up to par. I love dining here. Please go by and check this location out and let me know what you think.
MoreMy first time going!!! I knew when I walked in the door, that the food was good. It was packed, I jumped right in line. Nothing better than authentic Mexican food!!! Food was great, service was fast, going back to try the pizza!!!!!!
MoreLengua tacos good; but please don’t try their coctel de camarones it is cold cold cold almost iced the ten thousands very small shrimps. Oh Lord please have mercy don’t let your people down please God stay with our families and friends always my prayers today and forever love and peace amen. Yes, the lengua tacos very good and the orchata will be good for ten thousand years very sweet sweet sweet thank you very much for your service.
MoreMy favorite Authentic Taco Restaurant 🙌🏽. They have the best Birria tacos everrrrr
MoreGood quality food but prices have skyrocketed from before the place got burned down. I was able to get a carne asada plate for $11 now it went up to $14. I will now have second thoughts about going to this place when other options are available.
MoreBrighter and more beautiful than before. Same great service and delicious food. Wish is was easier to order ahead for pickup, but worth the wait.
MoreWow!!!! Authentic and very tasty tacos at a great price. I had the taco plate. The rice and beans rock and the tacos were simply amazing. Go here!
MoreThe Birria tacos here just aren’t that great. The line is super long and so is the wait. It’s super crammed in there too. It’s people dinned in, in line and waiting. My friend and I ordered 2 tacos each and they charged us for for extra Birria sauce like it was 1 order. You get one bowl to dip your tacos per 3 tacos so if you order 4 you have pay extra for another one. It’s nickle and diming but I can’t tell anyone how to run their business.
MoreIf you are planning to go there on weekends be prepared to wait in long lines. Lines move faster but wait time is 45mins to 1hr bit its worth it. Everything is amazing and super oily 🙈 Must try their birria tacos if you are in a big group go for their birria pizza. Meat is cooked to perfection it just melts in your mouth. Loved the consume and green sauce that came with the tacos.
MoreI tried the birria tacos and they were small compared to other places, a bit greasy too. Have lots of napkins,, lol.. The consume cup was very small and taste like oil. I loved the horchata. Ill try them again but will order something else. The restaurant has an authentic atmosphere.
MoreThe line was to the bathroom and moved pretty steadily. Plus we got to look at the menu during the wait to order. Great prices. We got the birria pizza(maybe well get photos next time lol). It was our first time having birria and it met all of our expectations and more. Very tender, tasty meat, cheesy, nice portion, and flavorful. I really loved the consume and green sauce that came with it. We were also able to get elote outside of the restaurant which tasted great. And the horchata was nice, my cup busted from the bottom and they replaced it. This will definitely be a regular place we get food from. Go here you wont be disappointed.
MoreIt was truly amazing, the food was very tasty be prepared to wait in a line. But it so worth it. World recommend checking out this restaurant the tacos are amazing.
MoreHole in the wall place. Low price and amazing food. Tacos are 10/10, birria tacos also 10/10. Only thing there is no baby changing table
MoreThis place definitely out ranks our regular go to spot for Mexican food! Can be quite a bit busy at times but totally worth it! Portions and quality are on point!
MoreLove it here !! Good food, great hospitality & authentic Mexican 🇲🇽 Food 👌🏾👌🏾 Good Vibes
MoreThis is my go to for everything authentic Hispanic food.I mean its absolutely delicious.I definitely recommend this spot for some of the best food Ive had. Im finding my way from Fairburn to Marietta for this AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS FOOD. I suggest you do the same!!!
MoreThis is a hole in the wall; authentic Mexican restaurant. It’s the type of place where every single item on the menu is delicious. Also, quick and cheap. Try this place out ASAP!
MoreLove love love! Been craving street tacos Al pastor. I was so excited to find this place and they didn’t disappoint! 😊
MoreDelicious! I got the tacos de birria and they were so flavorful. The queso was also great. Loved this place and can’t wait to come back!
MoreStill the best street tacos! Authentic, great tacos, salsa, jamaica (pronounced ha-MY-kuhand everything!!! The birria tacos are really good too! Get the green salsa!!!
MoreOnly had their birria tacos but its legit. Each taco feels like it has a lb of meat in it. Crispy shell.. one taco even had the crispy burnt cheese edge on it. Ignore the avocados in my pic. I added that at home lol. Solid place for birria tacos if you dont want to wait 1 hour at the more popular instagram type spots.
MoreThe pizza was huge so beware but it was very tasty and extremely busy in there. You want nice authentic tacos this is your place.
MoreBesides the long wait, and other people getting served before me, I wasn’t impressed with the food. My meat was super dry and tough, like it had been over cooked or left under a burner too long. My tortillas tasted funny too. It’s $6 taco plate, so I don’t expect much but I will be sticking to my faves down the street.
MoreThis place is my favorite taqueria ever! The food is delicious and the service has always been wonderful! It does get super busy, sometimes there isnt seating but that isnt the restaurants fault. It just shows how good it is! It would be great to see them get a much bigger location.Last time we were here we had the quesadilla and tacos. This place also has delicious horchata!
MoreI love this restaurant! I have ordered many times but to come in is absolutely amazing! The food is always delicious, and for as busy as the restaurant is there’s not a long wait time, and the bathrooms are clean! Staff… They are amazing! Always kind and friendly, and willing to explain anything to you if you just don’t know… LOL so I suggest if you’re around the neighborhood you stop in if you really want some delicious authentic Mexican food.
MoreI got barria chicken tacos and they were good. The food takes a while to make, but it’s worth the wait. They also provide a beef soup that you can dip the tacos in. Never knew this was a thing so it was interesting experience
MoreReally great street tacos. Smaller sized and not much, but really good and cheap! Think the chorizo was my favorite.... but the marinaded pork and chicken are pretty good too. Oh, just get a whole bunch.
MoreTop notch food, for the right price. It’s easy to find over priced Mexican food these days, but these guys keep it real delish, the portions sizeable, the flavor authentic Mexican, and the service freaky fast. I had the guarache and alambres, both great and loaded with savory meat, melted cheese, and fresh veggies. My favorite thing about spot is the salad bar.
MoreThe flautas are delicious, and huge! I thought I had been given six instead of three when I first got my order, but they’re actually the length of the plate. I ordered a chicken tamale as well expecting the flautas to be much smaller- next time I’ll stick to just the flautas.
MoreTacos plate with steak chicken and fish and a Guava Agua fresca. Food is always good (but today it was a bit lukewarm except fish). Nevertheless, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and I love this place!
MoreGreat authentic street tacos and nachos. Service is usually very quick and the prices are very cheap! Expect long line during lunch but its worth the wait.
MoreAuthentic Mexican food in Cobb county with great ambience. During lunch hours the line can be super long ..obviously. Prices are absolutely right and the staff are friendly and very fast. It meets all expectations, clean bathroom, great food, very very reasonable prices and very fast service. I definitely recommend Tacos La villa
MoreTaco lovers rejoice! Some of the best tasting tacos Ive had. Salsa bar is amazing and fresh. The food is relatively cheap. And you get amazing authentic tacos. Order 2-3 extra to leave with no chance for regret. I cant wait to go back.Edit: After several trips, I decided to try the Al pastor burrito. A big let down - specifically around the meat ratio. Very little al pastor, sadly. Id pay $2 more for double the meat. All I was able to taste was sour cream and onion.
MoreAwesome place. Tacos are delicious, short rib dinner is super tasty and the micheleadas are to die for! Local place that is always busy and service is very good. Right next door to our local cigar bar and always a great place to grab dinner with the family.
