$6 for a small fry chicken taco and concentrate drinks

Food was delicious along with pina colada. A little wait but that only showed it was being cooked fresh

The fish tacos legitimately might have been the best tacos Ive had in my life.

Quality, flavor, and quantity have gone down in more recent years. Still good but not as good as it use to be.

One of the best spots to eat here better quality meat then there Counterparts avoid the big red flashy trucks they put me in the hospital but this truck here has amazing flavor and after chatting with the owner and the workers these are honest hardworking individuals but I also love the slushy passion fruit drink if you like Dunkin’ Donuts refreshers this passionfruit slushy puts that to shame also the other slushy flavors are on one of the photos I uploaded

Delicious and authentic Mexican food for a good price..I had the beef burrito and a beverage for $10 and it was delicious!

Love going there to eat with the family 👪 even if it one hour away delicious Spanish and Mexican food.

Cant go wrong! Delicious authentic food! Dont judge by the cover, my burrito was huge, flavorful and immensely satisfying. Homerun on this pitstop!EDIT: Came back for more and man, this food truck (La Patronaholds up!Well seasoned rice, beans, avocado, white sauce, chicken, lettuce and cheese all wrapped up in a jumbo burrito. Burrito has cheese fried onto the bottom as extra crispy deliciousness. Super good! Employees very sweet and prompt. :D

We took home our food and everything was Delicious! From the froze passion fruit juice, corn and burrito. Definitely would recommend this truck. I was a bit sad they didn’t have churros but the food made up for it.

Very unfortunate that we didn’t have a good experience trying the taco truck for the first time. Heard great things, didn’t get to experience them. Other than waiting in the line to order for 20 mins, it took another 20-30 to get the food. They forgot my elotes and the churros were hard and cold. That wasn’t the worst part.. my husband and I got food poisoning from the birria quesadilla and the carne asada tacos..

People were nice enough a lot of lettuce very little meat and kind of on the dry side not much flavor I cant remember which truck I usually go to its been a long year but apparently it wasnt that one

Cant go wrong. 3 good Tacos with a roasted spring onion, jalapeno and actual hot sauce... $5Mind totally blown.

Pretty solid tacos. Cheap. $5 for 3. Freshly made. Good green sauce, spicy and delicious. Could do a better job with the heating up of tortillas, a bit chewy. Other than that, good food.

Everytime I eat here it makes me feel like I am back in Texas. The food is fresh and flavourful the best in Connecticut.

The lemonade is delicious, so are the shrimp nachos only thing I would have preferred is that they put the black beans on the nachos rather than under them. Other then that they are very good.

Pork burrito was outstanding. Little heavy on the cilantro, but easily remedied next time.

I been here just because was the only place close to my hotel.I ordered a tamal de rajás. That thing was the horrible thing I see on my life. It looks like been warming for many times.The other dish carne a la Tampiquena. Well what I can say I was hungry and with out another choice.

Everything was delicious, fast and inexpensive. Highly recommend as I 8 tacos and rice! Try the sauces.

Delicious Food at La Patrona Food truck! I have gotten several different dishes and the food is fresh, great price, and a great portion of food especially for the price! I have even gotten some veggie dishes and they are fantastic! The food is so fresh and delicious! My new favorite place! Ive been there almost daily in past week! Portions are filling. The frozen drinks are great too! My man loves his cold frozen drinks and he says they are fantastic and that he loves them!Great customer service, very friendly, and was even given great recommendations to try!Also I adore the fresh cut mangoes that are also available! They are fresh, and so yummy!Fast service and options for vegetarians!Love it here and so wonderful they can be found daily at long wharf New Haven off hiway! I highly recommend La Patrona!Also love the name of Food truck and design on it, as well as the cover so people dont get wet from weather, or can stay out of sun too!Aplus all around! Ill certainly be returning!

Had a steak and Alpastor taco. The steak was not good. The alpastor was good. The Salsas were very good and very spicy. Like that you can put your own pico de gallo on your tacos.

One of my favorite food trucks on Long Warf!! The best chicken tacos. Best of all, I can order from UberEATS for this food!!! Love it

La Patrona was the only food truck I saw with visible vegetarian options. I had the veggie tostadas and they were absolutely delicious!!

I bought a mangonada it was super nasty! The mango wasn’t even fresh , I’ll never go back again! And the staff is very unprofessional, went back to see if they had fresher mangoes and they didn’t even refund it!

These tacos can be found in trucks which are parked along long wharf drive in New haven, Ct. right in front of the water, the many variations from tacos, to burritos, to whole Mexican plates can be found along this scenic route. For those who enjoy eating outside along its waterfront. I would recommend they try the food from these trucks as well as many other types of food truck which share the long stretch waterfront view - like the puerto rican food truck, or the Indian food truck, or maybe you would rather have something italian, the choice is yours..... bon Appétit!...... This was our second visit to Food Truck Paradise ay Long Wharf. La Patrona is our favorite so far. We had a short wait for food. The tacos though! The Chorizo taco is my favorite.

I got two chicken tacos they werent all that the meat lacked flavor and tortillas needed to be cooked a bit more. I also bought two elotes on one they forgot to add the Chile. I will give it another chance though.

Best tacos Ive ever had. Burritos nachos are amazing as well. I would recommend these to anyone. Its a food truck, so no tables. But still. My go to spot. 2 dollar tacos. Pork chicken beef tounge head etc. Amazing

There are many mexican food trucks on the wharf drive and this is one of those. We stopped there on our way from portland to NYC. The view of the sea is awesome and grabbing a bite to eat from these trucks was a good idea for our trip. The food was average, almost the same recipe for tacos, tostadas and other things on the menu, as we tried four varieties.

When in doubt choose the truck with a line of Mexican people. It was worth the wait. Delishous! The grilled peppers are hot, but delush!

Im here today i tried this chalupas and tacos from this truck. And i would say they are very good. Fast and quick service. Awesome food.

Love their authentic food and especially their salsa verde, the best in my opinion. I am half Mexican/ morena Americana. I only eat at this truck cause I know every time I eat there my family and I appreciate their kindness and great Mexican food.

Delicious, fresh food. Had fish tacos and chicken tortas. Flavorful and colorful. Lots of fresh toppings to try and help yourself to. Very friendly staff and patient as you try and decide what you want. Fantastic choice. And they accept credit cards!

Love this place was just there this past Friday, Saturday, Sunday, tried a different taco trucks nope they have the best total chalupas,had the nachos for the first time and like always the best fresh chips everything to the avocado and my boyfriend Roberto loves this place always missed out on last year having stomach issues with hot stuff but hey this year is good and on top of that after losing 160 pounds in a year back to my taco truck for my Chalupa nachos.!gracias la patrona people

Best Tacos around, clean and hot. A must stop by next to the highway. True Mexico Style tacos including the hot sauce. Excellent fresh fish taco and brisket. highly recommended. The way a taco stand is in Mexico, here in Connecticut. Look for this food truck.
