TacoTime in Nephi

Lobby was closed. Drive through only sat under a tree and had lunch it was nice.

Good speed and nice staff. Food and tortillas were bland.

Not my style of Mexican food. But I didnt get sick or anything like that.

The food was good and the service was great.

Great food and great service just needs a good cleaning and something for the flies.

Taco time is always the best for quality and taste and the customer service at this particular store is excellent...the employee at this store is so super friendly..I wish I knew her name.

This place is nasty no cap lol. This can only be considered a fast food joint from the perspective of a sloth. Literally celebrated 3 birthdays in between ordering and receiving the food haha. My burrito was cold as polar bears and Lucifers heart, but you know what wasnt cold? Their ice ahah, they didnt have any ice bruh, hard pass🚨REVISED🚨 Absolutely amazing changes here!! Three years later and this place has really upped their game! The tacos are packed with meat, so much meat in my mouth!! I loved every piece of meat!! Im blown away, they probably are too!!

Took forever to get our food and was missing several items. Had to go through the whole order to get everything we ordered

I live in Indiana where there are no taco times.so every time I come west I make sure to visit as often as possible.

Taco Time is expensive! They charge for every single extra sauce. I typically like the food I order it is better than some places and this visit was fair. Only come here if you want to wait slightly longer than any other fast food restaurant and pay more than most others and get slightly better food

Nachos are tge best, enchiladas and mexi fries. Im gluten free so all of these options work for me

Food is always great, little slow always. Last visit we didnt get our soft taco. We will be back.

The girl at the drive through window on Saturday, May 1st at 6:30 pm was super rude. We corrected something that was wrong with the order and she acted like we were a huge inconvenience to her and she said "I read it back to you though." We asked for extra sauce and she gave us the wrong sauce and acted like we were making her life so hard. A person being so rude and passive aggressive over food should get fired because no one wants to be belittled over their food. The kitchen staff was incompetent too, and couldnt pay attention to our order when we asked for no tomato.

Not a bad place to eat, the food is sub par and you can definitely tell the workers dont want to be here. Its a good quick fix if theres not much else around.

A friend and I stopped by the Taco Time located in Nephi, Utah, at approximately 5 pm this afternoon. We went to the drive thru. Ordering was prompt and efficient. The young gentleman read the order back to us, which is always a positive in my book. As we pulled to the window, he gave us the total and asked what sauces we would like. About 1 minute later he handed our order out to us stating that the sauces and receipt were in the bag. He then thanked us for visiting and said: "Have a nice day!"We arrived at my friends home and upon checking, found our order was exact.The food was good and other than the shredded lettuce having that awful swampy taste (We simply removed it from our plates), it was a pleasurable experience overall.

The service was quick and the staff were quite friendly! The food was amazing. We even ventured to try the new grasshopper empanada and it was Devine

We try to stop at Taco Time every time we are traveling through Utah. We love the crispy meat and crispy bean burritos. We also love the empenadas as well. This Taco Time was a little slow, but that is the case with most fast food places right now so I dont hold it against them.

Best Taco Time in the state. We always stop here when traveling on I-15. The staff is always friendly. And my kids swear they have the best Sprite!

Got a taco party pack. They were terrible cold very little filling, like a 1/4 of the filling I have been used to getting. It was like Del Taco taco Tuesday 3 for $1. I was also do not feel it was worth $19.

Two people in front of us and we waited a half an hour. Two younger boys and they’re doing a great job. Middle-aged woman manager horrible service super slow. Missing food. Unedible quesadilla. I feel bad for whoever else that restaurant.

Always fresh and love that Taco Time taste. Crisp bean burrito with a side of mexi-fries keeps me in a fiesta mood. Talk about value for the money. My go to mexican fast food locale.

I really try not to leave bad reviews as every food place is going to be distinctively different. But I ordered the #1 burrito. Received it cold, no flavor at all and super greasy ground beef. Got through half of it before getting the worst bubble guts ever!

Passing through on a roadtrip. Service was terrible, the staff had no sense of urgency, I literally waited 10+ minutes for a plain bean and cheese burrito that wasnt even hot, the beans and cheese inside were cold like they just came out of the fridge, and the one bite I took I ended up spitting out because the cold ingredients inside didnt even taste fresh. Dont waste your time eating here.

I have usually enjoyed taco time at other locations, but at this particular restaurant the employees did not look very clean sanitary, and none of the tables were clean. Not only that but there was no one in line besides my family and we had to wait for 5 minutes just to order. Maybe they were understaffed, but either way it was unprofessional. The fact is, we were not provided serviced or served our food in a timely manner.

Went to a Taco Time near Nephi Utah. Terrible service. Got our order wrong, but didnt give us an itemized receipt. When we said the order was wrong they pulled up the itemized receipt to show us they did not overcharge us. That is fine, but they did not take the rest of our order. Instead we just stood there with three other people in line for several minutes while nobody came to the counter and not a single order was taken. A gentleman came in from outside and said he was from the drive thru, stating his order was also wrong. We gave up and walked out.

I wouldnt even give them a star we drove 35 mins down to nephi to order food we sat in the drive-thru for at least 30 mins are food was cold they got are order wrong we ordered a nacho which has maybe five chips in it and extremely soggy. And a Chicken quesadilla which everything was falling out of the quesadilla and it was cold.WORST PLACE!!!! WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

OMG!!!!We stop here every time we come thru food is great price great taste and love green sauce. Wish they had one in Las Vegas can build by my house. Never have to cook again. Friendly people..WOW. they are great. Never have to beg them for napkins or sauce. Not sure what else I can say but I do my best to keep you running by stopping a lone the way. 😁

We travel and can’t eat in our trucks. We’ve stopped numerous times at this location hoping it was open for eat in. We know that they are allowed to open, they just don’t care to keep it clean. That worries me. We decided today to stop trying. We’ll wait a few and eat at other Taco Times that are welcoming.

Worst mexican food. Chicken in the nachos was old and dry. Also, no flavor, Chips were stale, basically was a terrible choice. I received a refund after standing in the drive thru. Couldnt go into lobby due to Corona. So if their is a problem with your order good luck..

Once again Taco Time let me down. Made our order and took it home. They "forgot" our 2 crispy tacos. I called they said we could come get them. My son ran up went inside and he had to wait till orders were filled before he was given the tacos and the added some tasteless crisps for our trouble. Really wish someone would get this place up to par.

It is 9/8/19 9:56 am at taco time in nephi ut. The staff was very rude to us and told us to come back in 15 minutes to order. They opened at 9am. We have been at the drive through for over 30 minutes and we are the only ones here. There are 6 employees inside! The worst fast food experience. I do very few reviews but this needs to be addressed.

Locking the doors with customers inside and being rude. We looked up Taco Time, the website said it was open until 9 (this was 8:20). So, pulling a trailer we went inside to order. The girl at the counter told us the lobby closes at 8:30. It was 8:30, so we said that’s fine we will take it to go. Then, a crazy girl started complaining we were there and kept yelling to “Lock the door!”, making every patron inside feel uncomfortable. My daughter had to use the bathroom and we didn’t want her inside with the door locked (against fire code, by the way). And the woman kept insisting they lock the door with many people still inside trying to eat. Completely unprofessional and rude. We decided not to put these poor folks out by making our food and not to give them our business, as we have many times before while passing through town. Nor will we again. Absolutely horrible.

When my wife and I arrived at 5, there was a short line, and 5 people working. We figured wed be able to get our food and get going shortly. Half an hour later, we still hadnt gotten our food. We werent the only ones waiting, but theyd all gotten their food, including people who had come in after us. When we asked, they had lost our order.When we finally got our food an hour after we ordered, it was cold. During this hour, one of their workers had found time to talk with his girlfriend/fiance (Im not sure whichfor over 10 minutes.We asked for a managers number, and the employees all claimed they didnt know of one

I have fond memories of Taco Time and generally prefer it to Taco Bell.My daughter and I stopped there for a quick bite at dinner time one night. The food seemed delicious and the service was great. We got tacos and a loaded burrito.But, unfortunately after this visit, we both had a little bit of food poisoning and unpleasant bowel experience the next day.

Run. Far away.Stopped by this morning for a quick breakfast burrito.Ordered and sat down, after I cleaned a table. Every table was dirty and this was first thing in the morning so it was from the previous day. The floor matched the tables.Food came 15 minutes later, without drinks. Since we were the only ones there, 15 minutes was a long time to roll two burritos.Food was bland, ice tea was undrinkable.Dont waste your time. It should close soon...

The only reason they get 2 stars is they got the order right. My burrito was luke warm to cold. The tots were overcooked. I ordered 3 empanadas and again overcooked, but also so much cinnamon as to make it unpalatable. The topper of the visit? It was at 7pm when i pulled in with 1 car that pulled in before me. It was 722pm when I pulled out. Also, I had to ask for my drink. Have you ever had to wait 20 minutes for FAST food? Me either. The location is on the other side of the freeway and I see no reason ever to return. You lost a customer. Also, this is store specific. I love Taco Time normally.

The drive up service here is quick and the servers are friendly. The food was good and everything ordered was accurate. The place was clean and they were frantically cleaning to make it shine. What can I say: everything was satisfactory. It is fast food.

I never really go inside, so I can only really review the drive through. I just wanted to give a shout out to these guys for consistently being fast, accurate, and super friendly. Its been a long long long time since anyone has gotten me or my familys order wrong and regardless of line length it never takes long to get through. So thanks guys! Keep it up. (Also, tell the manager to give you a raise)

Great food like always. Lobby was a little dirty, but it was a busy weekend and one gal was working on sweeping up. Food was hot and fresh. Customer service was decent as it was mostly teenagers some in training. Great place! I will visit again whenever I am in town again.

Worst Taco Time experience ever! Took forever to get our food, says they close at 9, we show up at 8 and everything in the lobby is tore apart. Our food was all cold and old. (Still wonder why they took so long for cold food.Then we were rushed out of the lobby. We wont be back to this location. Extremely disappointed.
