The taco delux burger is big and very good its my favorite there!

Great friendly staff even though we were in when lobby was about to close. Didnt feel rushed to eat and get out and this was much needed after a long drive. Thank you

I just recently moved here from San Diego where Ive eaten only the best Mexican food and Carne Asada there is my entire life. I was pleasantly surprised to find Taco Ticos deluxe tacos to be amazing and ended up going through the drive through twice within an hour to buy more since I live about 50 miles away. Everytime I go into Mason Ill be stopping there to try something new off their menu. Thanks for the friendly and exceptional service as well.

Full house all the time. Locals love this place. Expect something similar to a taco bell.

As someone who grew up on Tico locations down in the south (Arkansas), Im quite tickled pink that theres still a couple locations up in my home state of Iowa. Taco Tico outweighs the other competitors BY FAR!!! I always make it a point to "stock up" when up in the area!

What a sweet little place to go if you are short on time or money. Always fresh, clean and well regarded in the community. Can be quite busy during the lunch hour, otherwise fast, efficient and the small fountain drinks are as big as others large size. Usually stop in once a week. Never disappointed yet. They do a fine job!

Fast food, not authentic Mexican but well prepared and presented and very tasty.

It was great,the Manger took my order and was very polite and my friend works there so I got to say hi,also I ment a very nice old couple there. Had a good meal with them

Im hooked on their quesadillas. With side salad and diet Pepsi this meal works great with my diet and for less than $10

Ive always gotten great food from Taco Taco. Food is cheap and delicious. You wont leave hungry, and youll spend a whole lot less than going somewhere else. Theres a reason theres always a line of cars out the parking lot.

Great food, Great prices, the Beef n Bean burritos are absolutely delicious, We also like the hard shell tacos 🌮, Recently had the Sancho W/ mild taco sauce, and oh boy was it an instant favorite, my wife and I frequent this location, their are other Taco places in the area but this is one you should go to, they are very polite, very prompt, and most importantly, consistent, Ive never had a single complaint while dining on their menu items, Hats of to the crew and management, absolutely recommend to everyone we know, Cant wait til our next visit, and oh yeah, the prices here are among the most fairly listed and affordable to all

Great food. Good prices. Love that they put it on a plate and give you real silverware. Salsa bar with black olives and green onions is Awesome! Unlike another chain taco place that charges for salsa.

A Mason City staple. My favorite local Tex Mex and you cannot go wrong with the price. Mason City residents seem to have an acquired taste for this style food. If you are visiting from out of town it may not taste as amazing the locals say it is but its definitely worth a try.

Yummy tacos, good service + price. Never enough tomatoes tho. This is "extra".

They close at 6 for dine in and 9 for pick up. Which is weird. They are super disrespectful. They clean off tables with a dry cloth. They still had a few minutes till 6 and they were cleaning up and putting everything away. They didnt even ask if all the customers got what they wanted they just took all the condiments away so this one customer when I was in there went to get some sauce and they already put it away.

Taco Tico is a great little fast food taco joint. I had a combo with a hard shell taco and a beef enchilada, it came with beans a a some tortilla chips. Husband had the Texas burrito, it came with sour cream and salsa. They had a nice salsa bar with several choices including black olives and jalapeños. The restaurant and bathroom were very clean and the employees were very friendly.I will definitely be back.

My husband loves this place! Decent portion size for a decent price! Always a popular place so plan that its going to be a wait!

My only complaint is sometimes the line is really long! They are fast though. Everybody loves this food so do I! Reasonable prices and is absolutely delicious.

Everytime we go to Mason City I have to my tacos at Taco Tico even if we have to take to go. My mom loves their taco salad. Keep up the excellent work and service.

Taco Tico is just the best restaurant in Mason City. If you havent ate there you really are missing the best tacos in town. There are only 2 of these restaurants in Iowa and Mason Citys is by far the superior. Try the Crustos too. You wont regret eating here.

Service was good and friendly. Store was clean. Prices are good. Food was adequate. We came in because of all the 5 star reviews. Frankly neither of us understood all the praise. Tacos were pretty good. Rest of our meals probably would have been better if the other reviews didnt make it sound so good. If I came here again I would just get tacos and an empenada to go.Its good Mexican food for people whove never been south of I-40. The great service, prices and cleanliness make it a good fast food choice for lunch and thats why I give it 4 stars, but I couldnt honestly place the food in the top 10 for fast food Mexican places Ive ate at. The food was fresh at least, just not anything great.

We always have to swing through when we visit Clear Lake. The restaurant is not always clean, but the food is good. Don’t go in with expectations of a great dining experience, it’s a bit of a dive. The staff is always friendly, if a bit quiet. I highly recommend Taco Tico if you’ve had a few too many drinks and need some food. This will TOTALLY hit the spot!

Always super fast service., Good prices, and their food is very good. I personally love the chicken enchiladas with cheese or to be more specific with extra cheese.To be honest, I have enjoyed every single menu item I have ever ordered.I will always be a loyal customer of Taco Tico.

Amazing food hands down. Very fast service as well. In my opinion if they put the food on nice dinnerware, it could easily pass as fine dining quality food. Easily accessible off a highly traveled area. Prime location and food quality will not disappoint. I highly recommend stopping at least once. However, dont blame me if you find yourself going back weekly for more.

Best Fast Food Mexican Restaurant Ever! All of their choice are the best choices! The food has that Real Food taste and feel... Refreshing! Like it was made with love! Leaves you feeling full and it last... I have never had that feeling like that wasnt worth it or Im still hungry 30 minutes later. Its not that cheap but expensive slapped together assembly line taste and feel... Cheap Prices, Great Food & Fast Service! My #1 Favorite place to eat hands down!

I have to say, this is the cheapest fast food I have ever purchased. I was hoping for something better, but I ordered a meal anyway. You get what you pay for so the food is not very good, but it is still a good value and is a good alternative to that big taco chain. The staff was above average friendly and helpful, but the restroom was filthy. If you only have $5 in your wallet and have to eat something, just go to the drive-thru and just stick with the tacos. You really cant complain.

Really great food, prices, and quick and friendly service! Everything is always fresh and I love that they have a bar with all you want black olives, jalapenos, green onion, and salsas. An example of their awesome service is today my husband dropped an entire tray of food on the floor, he offered to pay for the two quesadillas again, but they insisted they would replace them for free. We love Taco Tico!
