Taco John's in El Dorado

This is no longer Taco Johns!! Its Taco Tico!! Never liked Taco Johns..but I rate Taco Tico the highest rate!!!

Not a taco Johns anymore. Its Taco Tico but its still really good.

Sadly this location is no longer a taco Johns. It is now a taco tico. After driving past the closed taco Johns location in Derby, Ks we had hoped of having taco Johns in el Dorado since Google was showing it as such. So after all that went ahead with the tico and everything was fine. Got a variety of things and everything tasted great.

only been one time and it was a ok taco joint. doesnt really have a wow factor for food though to me Taco Mayo and Taco Bell are better. Just my point of view though.

This is no longer Taco Johns, but is now Taco Tico. Tried during soft opening with mixed results. Most trouble over lack of training for cashier. Food was less than expected, but cheap. Lots of business, so must be doing something right.

I remember when i saw the now hiring sign for Taco Johns. Went through training. I started out as a crew member then GM. I was there start to finish. It was my pleasure to serve you all!!!

Its been a great time at Taco Johns. Unfortunately we are now closed. Best of luck to you all. 10/22/19

Luv me some Taco Johns. Only 4 stars this time to potato oles not having much of any seasoning on them like normal. We ate them all anyway.

I waited in the drive thru for over 10 minutes to receive cold tacos with raw meat. I ordered nachos and the steak trio. The nachos weren’t all that but they were edible but the tacos were awful! They had ice cold lettuce and tomatoes, cold tortillas and the steak looked cooked on the outside but only on the outside. It was raw!

Well I tried to call and order some food to so i can pick it up since i dont have much time to stand in a line but no answer for the last half hour and its 9:58 so I guess Ill call taco bell frustrating

I had two burritos; one chicken and one bean. The tortilla and contents were cold. So cold that the shredded cheese was as if it came right out of the refrigerator.

Food was ok. The dining room was meat locker cold. Couldnt enjoy being there.

Taco Johns is a refreshing take on mexican fast-food! The Sierra Chicken sandwich is a MUST with the Potatoe Oles and a hot crispy Churro to cap it off. The staff are exceptionally friendly and speedy with service!

5pm and Im the only person and drive through is empty. That said EVERY table has food particles on it. Every table is dirty. So uncomfortably cccold it drove me away. If the atmosphere is bad the dining experience is bad.

We went through the drive through and it took them 15 mins to for them to get us our food, we only ordered 2 things.

The music didnt go well, but thats just my opinion. As for the food and everything else, Im a big fan of Taco Johns and was very pleased.

New location had to stop easy access off i35. Good food quick service clean facility.

Not a fan. Prices seem high to me for a fast food taco place.

Went and ate at Taco Johns in El Dorado last night! It was amazing! They did such a great job, and were very patient with us since there were six of us ordering, all with special requests! Will definitely be eating there again soon! And the Mexican doughnut bites were DELICIOUS!

Good food and glad to have one close to Wichita. Nice clean restaurant and great service.

I love Taco Johns. It has always been a treat for me. I was very much looking forward to having one in El Dorado. After 3 trips I am unimpressed at best. Very unlikely I will give this location another chance. I made all of my visits over a month after opening, plenty of time for them to figure out how to provide some degree of quality service. Three words I very rarely use, do not recommend.

So yummy but my tummy doesn’t like all the processed cheese sauce in almost everything. (Personal problemHey, their food tastes good! And a salsa bar with to go cups.

Terrible food and terrible service. Waited 20 minutes in drive through with not one person inside eating or ahead or behind us in drive through. Servers inside dancing around not paying attention and got our order wrong. Did not have another 20 minutes to sit and wait for correct order. Waste of my time and money. I will not be eating here again.

This place is going down hill faster then any other place Ive ever seen before. I started there as Management and let the job go for personal reasons. Since then Ive heard so much bad things going on here Im not mad I quit.

Price is on the high side for fast food. They need to work on the flavor it was very bland even the salsa had no flavor I dont know how that is even possible! 3 stars may have been too high.

Much better quality than say Taco Bell. Guacamole is fresher and tastes like homemade. Tacos are filled to the rim and everything is delicious.

Good eats. From a Coloradan, I grew up on taco Johns. Lives up to the name. Really small in terms of places to sit but I recommend bringing home for the best experience.

Ive given them a fair chance to win me over. The first time I went they only gave me half my order and I chalked it up to my fault for not looking in the bag before I drove. The part I got was ok but nothing that was described or pictured. The second time I went got a breakfast burrito. It was over priced and flat. The third time I ordered 2 items with steak and also added guacamole. They did not put any guac and charged me and only put a few pieces of steak on their food. Lesson learned i will never go back and pray for a good fast food chain to come to Eldorado. Why cant we have anything healthy like chipotle or anything with fresh food made.

Presentation customer service was really good nice alternative to Taco Tico Taco Bell etcetera by no means aesthetic Mexican but good all American Mexican pretty good hot sauce bar definitely be back

Loved it. Always have enjoyed Taco Johns food, so glad to have one in El Dorado, Kansas now.

waaaay over priced for the quality and quantity of food. Staff didnt seem to know what they were doing or want to even be there.food order was wrong when they brought it out told them and they got it wrong again,wasnt aware fast food tacos were that complicated.If you value your dollar just go to taco bell

Was so good. Got the spicy chorizo sausage breakfast burrito, was amazing the only thing it was missing... some oles.

Taco salad was pretty much all lettus. Very little meat on my food

Went during dinner rush hour and it was very busy! The staff was friendly and we got our food quickly. Our food (burrito, chicken quesadilla, potatoes oles and steak street tacoswas very good. We will be going back!

Opening day, realized not to order value meals, too big. Lol. Only one entrance to building. Not very good for people with small kids. Had to walk them through drive line.

Went there ordered the street tacos they were very soggy and cold horrible place to get tacos and tge tacos had no flavor I took one bite and couldnt eat it no more never going back

Food was not very good. Not bad quality just not what we liked. I like Taco Bell better which is saying something I am not a fan of it either.

There is virtually no seating at all. We were going to try it for the first time tonight. There were maybe 15 people in the restaurant and there was no place to sit. We turned around and walked out.

Food was good the tacos were full and the chicken street tacos are great

Stopped here on 3 24 19 at 740pm Ordered 3 tacos and small oles. No mild sauce available. asked for it and was ignored. 12 ppl there and nobody can put out sauce packets except the mgr who was busy throwing alot of food away due to incorrect orders i assume This place needs a real manager on duty. And just how hard is it to put at least 1 napkin in the bag?At least the food was great

Great food, great staff great manager.. And nice to see an involved owner (who was greeting guests at the door on opening day..Overall a great place! You guys are doing great. Keep up the good work ;)

The food was so good! Counter person was very friendly. We really enjoyed our visit.

Ive seen a couple of bad reviews because the store "wasnt there"... It just opened like 2 days ago. Anyway this is a nice place, its a brand new building so its nice and clean. Right now the lines are long but its a new thing here & theyre obviously training a full staff so Thats to be expected.That said, its the only place you can get potato oles and their super oles which are awesome! Most of the other menu items are pretty decent too. I came from Colorado and we have taco Johns in most citys so i was excited when I saw one coming here and of course having another fast food joint in town is great!But honestly people, giving the place 1 star just because they havent opened it yet... Frank the building popped up so fast i had to ask someone if it was always there & i just noticed? I was stund (happily soat how fast they got it going!

Store opened today ! Long lines. Very good food. Potato oles were my favorite
