Stopped here the other night around 8:32 pm. They don’t close until 9 pm but they practically threw me out insisting I eat outside because they were in such a rush to close their business even though they don’t close until 9. Food is greasy garbage. A real grease pit with all the trimmings of dirt and spider webs mixed with your food. Ugh!!!! It’s so filthy in there!!! With so many other Mexican restaurant options why would I subject myself to their mistreatment and make me feel bad when I am trying to give them my business. I order burritos with onion and cilantro only. They pile on the onions! They don’t listen!!! And the cook has major attitude and no patience. You’ve been warned folks!

A dirty place I got a cockroach in my food and the owner got angry and behaved nothin to able.

5-stars based on eating there over 20 times in the past two years.The food is great, ingredients are fresh, the people are friendly and the service is quick (even during lunch on Tuesdays when they discount their awesome tacos).Also to be clear I would and do eat there on the days of the week that dont have tacos discounted because its just that good

I had a situation where my husband called and had a misunderstanding when he ordered. I was upset at first because I thought the owner was being rude to my husband. It couldnt be further from the truth. The owner called me back and explained the situation and apologized, we enjoyed our food greatly and will continue to order from here. This is how business should be done and were happy with our tacos!

Overpriced now and the quality has really gone down the Shatner. Too inconsistent for what they are starting to charge. Would not recommend until they get things together.

Ordered 6 tacos Etc asked for salsa I was told after paying for everything they only give you 1 tiny container of salsa per three tacos.. when I went back to ask for one or two more was told she would have to charge me. I agreed and asked to pay for additional but they don’t allow credit card transactions for such a small amounts. I wish I would’ve known during the ordering process. Cause the limes are dryed out and tacos are dry without salsa.

Great place to eat. I get their tacos on taco tuesday and they also have them at the same deal on Saturday. My favorite though is there birria taco meal, it is delicious. I ate them 3 times in one week once.

Its hit & miss here sometimes, prices are pretty good. But sometimes the food is over seasoned and to much grease.

Simply delicious! Steak quesadilla was marinated so well and the guacamole was to die for! Very relaxed environment, and kind staff. 110% recommend if you are in the area.

This is an excellent little hole in the wall...with a literal hole in the wall to the bar next door! Great food and if you go in, the gaucamole salsa keeps me coming back regularly.

This is my 2nd time getting tacos from them this week. They are so tasty. They are quick and have great customer service also.

(My Personal Take)With the craze being Birria Tacos, the Taco Grill of Warrenville aims to provide just that at a competitive price. Yet it fails to deliver even though the presentation looks delicious. Aside from looks, the tacos tasted good and would have been highly recommended if it wasn’t for the lack of meat which was disappointing. It wasn’t so great either for the consommé as it exploded your tastebuds with an overwhelming taste of salt that not even Limon could fight. I’m only left with onion breath and no desire to try this meal again.

Probably some of the best tacos you can get in the Warrenville area, can’t really speak much on the other food but the tacos got me hooked. Tuesday and Saturday’s you can get $1.50 steak tacos. Don’t worry they don’t skimp you out on meat they fill up each taco to the max, you can probably take half of it out and make another taco if you really wanted to!

Like, yo. Hold up. I have been on the hunt for top-tier Mexican restaurants. It is by far my favorite cuisine. Its pretty hard to do it badly, but very difficult to do it PERFECTLY. I have had so many sub-par burritos, cups, salsas, tostadas, tortas, nachos, etc. There are done hidden gems, but usually they excel in one particular item. Well, my friends, look no further. This place (unaffiliated with Batavia or other locationshas KILLER food. Their portions arent huge, but thats ok. Their prices are so dang reasonable, you can order two of an item, and still be under the cost anywhere else. And, most importantly, its all absolute FUEGO. Todos Ustedes deben, no, necessitan a pedir de aqui. En serio.

While it doesnt look like much, I tried Taco Grill in the recommendation of a friend and loved it. You know those restaurants you eat at where you find a dish so good that while you know your should try other things but you dont because you love your favorites so much? #tacogrill. Their steak marinade is amazing. Ive had many of the steak entrees and have liked them so much I keep going back. People in the family have had the chicken and liked those as well.The menu offers most of your standard, true Mexican dishes - tacos, quesadillas, burritos, etc. in your choice of protein: beef, steak, chicken, tongue, pork, etc. Takeout orders take about ten minutes to get together except on Taco Special Tuesdays when it is swamped - also a good sign!Give Taco Grill a try - its worth it.

We recently moved to Warrenville and Taco Grill was highly recommended to us.Its our most favorite local spot to get tacos 🌮, burritos 🌯 , and the steak/cheese quesadillas....Highly recommend this place....I recommend when you go to have patience with the service since they can be busy. But I promise the food it well worth it.

Mmm food is great here! Seasoned so well and generous portion sizes! I ordered fajitas here and they were way better than the fajitas I had at The Jalapeno Grill.

Tacos were good and service was not so good. Carnitas and pastor tacos were delicious. After taking my order server decided it was her dinner time. My food wasn’t served until she finished eating. Absolutely lousy service for a small restaurant.

I have a very sensitive stomach to spicy food. I played it safe with a bacon cheeseburger. The burger was excellent and was way better than any burger joint and beat the one time I was to a Red Robin by far! The only thing I found fault with was the $6.99 burger didnt come with fries. I wish it had fries with it as it just didnt seem like a complete meal. But then again I was at a taco place

I wonder how this place got good reviews. I had Soft Tacos one veggie with Guac on top & other one was Chicken.Dumped both of it because of the Soft Tacos which literally tasted off. The Grilled veggies on top were fine but because of the smell of the base, we couldnt swallow it.I’m new to the town so have less idea about good food around, however, One thing is for sure, I’m not returning here.

Good tacos. I only order on Tuesday and Saturday though. The delivery fee is too high, because they always forget something or put all my tacos in one container and then I have to separate everything. Might as well just walk in and order.

Great deals on Taco Tuesday. Food is good, ambiance is ok (it is just a little store front). I recommend the chicken and carnitas, the quality of the steak leaves a little to be desired. Over all the food is really good though. Best option for Mexican food in town by far.

I have had way better tacos elsewhere the steak tacos had a lot of tough gross fat on them. Customer service is lacking. They are just situated in an area that doesnt have much food choice locally especially Mexican so people seemed to be fooled that they are good.

At noon one person ordering many dishes held up the order line since there was only one person taking orders. It is obviously adventagious for them to have additional people to take orders during their peek hours. The food was delicious. Other patrons said its busy every day!

I have to agree with another reviewer regarding mistake with ordered food. A friend and I ordered chicken wings while sitting in the bar next door. Immediately upon receiving the order we brought it to the young ladys attention that it was not the flavor of wings we ordered. As a previous reviewer stated we were treated in an extremely rude manner an accused of trying to steal from the establishment. Never again.Btw, Rosatis is a 1 minute walk away, save your money, time and frustration.

When it’s taco Tuesday that means cheat day. What better way than with $1 tacos. Don’t let the price fool you. The tacos are packed and taste great. Wish there was a hard shell option though

Being from Chicago Ive had a bunch of Mexican food. This one is not authentic. Chicken is dry, beans are pure salt and steak has nothing but bones in it. Only reason for those two stars is cause staff is nice. Food blows

My absolute favorite place for lunch on Friday. Their shrimp tacos are so good. The chipotle mayo and the medium size shrimp make it a great value for $3.00 per taco. The place is always clean, and located in a good area.

If you order tacos theyll only put 1 dried up lime wedge with it, if you dare and ask for another you get charged for it!( what a joketheyre cemitas are decent Ill give them that! but theyre take out service is terrible! You might get better service from Taco Bell.

Mexican style = onions and cilantroAmerican style = lettuce and cheese.The tacos here are delicious! They also have specialty ones that cost more.Lengua/tongue - $3 – So it’s been a long time since I tried tongue taco and decided to give it another go here. It was great! The meat just melted in my mouth and it tasted a little like bone marrow but better.Tripe - $2.50They also have tamale for $1.50 with a choice of pork or chicken. I tried the pork one and it was pretty good. The corn was moist and the meat was flavorful.I didn’t try their wings, but they have them for $5/6 wings in original, BBQ, mango habanero, or Valentina hot sauce.

Love taco Tuesday where the tacos are a dollar. They could use some better quality steak, I always have to pick out the fatty pieces. The seasoning is good and the cheese was not melted instead I got three chunks of cheese. The lady in the front wasnt friendly either. Working in guest services myself you always treat the customer how you would want to be treated and greeted. This place is in my home town and I would go again but when eating a taco I dont want to chew then get grossed out that I have to take out so much fat.

Initially started with their great tacos on "Taco Tuesday" ($1 Mexican style We enjoy their Nachos, Burritos & Tortas too! They also have "Taco Saturday" We havent missed a week since they opened earlier this year. Im pretty sure if you try them, youll be back.

Steak tacos are very good. Salsa selection is good as well I got the hottest salsa both times Ive been here. Friendly and speedy service. Would give them 5 stars if they stopped putting onions on my tacos when I ask for no onions. Other than that great food, great service, friendly and clean.

Tasty Tacos. They have a "salsa bar" where you can choose from different salsas to put on your food or chips... and they are GOOOOOD. You can pick and pack them with your take out. We werent charged extra for this. Humble place, low prices. My new mexi-fix for a weekday night. Check for specials. 1.75 tacos before 6PM. 3-5 tacos can feed a person. Cashier also recommended Vegetarian options not on the menu for us.5 stars because they are cheap, kind, and tasty.
