Taco Bueno in Conway

Clean restaurant. Food was great. Salsa bar excellent. Good service.

They could use a good cleaning. Especially the ice and drink dispenser. Service was lacking as well. Probably wont go back.

Best Bueno experience I’ve had in years. Stopped by on the way back home to OKC.Saving this spot for future trips on I40.The team, Penny & Bailey especially were AWESOME.

Always fast service. People are chill but neutral at the same time, not happy to help but not mad either. Food is what you expect, decent and cheap. Never had a problem the numerous times we went and order has always been correct.

Had to clean my own table, no paper towels in the bathroom, people not the friendliest, but the food was good

I live in a place without any Taco Buenos. I hadnt been in one in about a decade. We stopped at this one during a road trip.Oh my god, the Muchacho was the best taco I have ever had in my life. This was one of the only times that I felt 100% satisfied with a fast food meal.

First visit to this store and I will return. Counter service was great and so was the tacos.

They gave me the wrong order in the Drive-Thru give me the wrong drink had to drive all the way around to get it again place sucks!!

Was dying to try the new taco burger. Paid almost ten buck for a burger patty in between two soft taco shells. Was sloppy and tasteless. Very disappointed!

The last time I was here. I tried the new tacos they have. I cant remember the name of them. Sorry. But they come with tiny bottles of hot sauce. I thought it was pretty cool. My go to there is the party burritos with queso to dip them in. I find their food to be way better than Taco bell. But thats my opinion.

Nacho salad is always my go too!! So much that I cant eat it all

I am a HUGE fan of Taco Bueno and have eaten at their restaurants for about 40 years now. That said, this visit was extremely disappointing. The chips were beyond stale, a factor I have found in several AR locations of this chain. The bean burrito was fine, but since chips are a major player in their menu, I guessed they would put more value on its worth. They dont. The staff was friendly, if short-handed. The place was clean and well-maintained, but to have chips this stale is unforgivable. Very disappointed.

After ordering $50 worth of food I ask for sauce and we get 1 sauce! Really? Then you call and ask for the manager and she gets on the phone and she hangs up on you. Corporate needs to know about this. Rude people! Ridiculous! Grow up! Your the reason why the world is the way it is if you get my drift! You shouldn’t have a job anywhere!

The food was nasty. The hamburger was gross. Not so good friendly service through drive thru either. She just hurried up gave us our food and didnt say a word and shut window. Not going back there for sure. Not even sure if its a 1 star or .5 star.

I prefer Taco Bell for alot of reasons. However Taco Bueno for the price to taste value is not bad at all. This is fast food, i am rating this 3 stars with this in mind. I am from Arizona and in no way shape or form is Taco Bueno or Taco Bell Mexican food. Taco Bueno really suffers from their rice and beans. They are poor quality and if you go to a real Mexican restaurant or eat in a real Mexican home this will become abundantly clear. I do enjoy their chicken chilada platter if you can get past the rice and beans being sub-par.

This place has been ok, but lately I ordered Taco Tuesday platter. No sour cream, little guacamole, and pathetic taco’s with no little meat. Luckily I buy it for $4 instead of 10$ with tax. Called, and told the manager, and they could care less! I will no longer go to this location! This place is pathetic!

Prices are better then taco bell, basic tacos are oversized. Clean facility. Helpful friendly staff. We will definitely be back

I used to REALLY love it here. Until they changed there Shredded Cheese, and there regular burritos now look like party sizes. Friendly staff though.

Need a manager. Had to watch them make my food. They gave my sauce to a drive thru customer instead of me...I caught it. They shorted me a taco ...I caught that. Clerk was friendly . Just need someone there to supervise.

Placed two orders at drive thruThe Manager “checked” the order.When I got home only one order was in the bag. Called and the Manager says I can come back and get it tomorrow. No compensation whatsoever!When I went back the next day, standing waiting for my food, it seemed everyone dining in the store was having issues with their orders being incorrect. Workers looked liked they wished they weren’t working. This store is awful.

The visit started off bad. I wanted to substitute an item which I’ve done several times. The cashier inside was rude and non obliging. The manager over heard and came to the rescue and really saved the day. Great job taco bueno for your management staff in Conway. The food was good, restaurant was clean and my dining experience was very good.

It is always good food. I miss their salsa bar since Covid-19 showed up, but it is still wonderful food and doesnt make me sick. Like other fast food restaurants do!

The only positive thing I can say about this experience is the drive thru people was friendly.The food quality was poor. The taste was poor. The food was cold on 2 of the 3 items I ordered.

Unfortunately, the iced tea tastes like river water and the stale fried chicken would be easier to chew if it were made of cardboard. The slaw in the taco was a delight, however, and would do well as a side dish, if ever offered. This is my first and now last time at Taco Bueno. It’s tough to expect much from a place who’s slogan is trying to encourage you through their culinary mistakes: “just dip it in queso…it’ll be alright.”

Ordered for someone to pick up and deliver to them , person taking the order acted like they had never heard of the item. Took 20 minutes to get to window from ordering. Lots of people eat there , so i "assume" the food is good , service is rather slow.

We were so excited to see a Taco BUENO! Ours closed close to us and we miss eating there! I ordered big freakin taco salad with chicken, I was expecting chicken strips like not shredded but it was fantastic tasting! Hubby ordered big freakin taco and big freakin burrito and he loved them both!

I went here tonight for dinner and I will not be back. I came through the drive thru, only person in the drive thru mind you, order was wrong. Had my boyfriend to go and in get our correct order. Was still wrong. Got the correct order. Food was very old. Tomatoes and lettuce were discolored. Hope they get this fixed soon!!

I love Taco Bueno but this location has dropped in quality in the past few months. The food is still good but the wait times have been alarming. There were three cars in line during my last visit but the food took nearly 40 minutes. Im not sure if they are facing a severe shortage of staff members but its pretty common now to wait that long.

I am from the Northwest and we dont have a Taco Bueno the only reason why I know about it is from watching King of the Hill. The food I had was delicious, try the chicken casadilla and add the salsa. Ill definitely be back. They also gave me a military discount when I showed them my ID

I want to personally thank the assistant manager named Megan for making sure that my order was fulfilled correctly. I had a problem with getting all the items I ordered from here the time before and I let Megan know and she went above to make sure that my order was correct and that all items were accounted for. Our cashier was just ok. He was too busy on his phone to give us the service we deserved. Sat down at our table and I look up and he was in the hallway on his phone as new customers we entering. His co-workers were busy working. Talk on the phone on your lunch or break.

If you like cold raw chicken and not getting all of your order. This is the place for you. And dont call to complain to the manager because they ask you what you expect them to do about it then hang up on you and block your calls. I wont be going back you spend that amount of money you expect it to be right. Ill also add this has happened 7 times in the last 3 months.

Usually serve at the Conway is fast and efficient but not today. There was a line almost around the building. I was vehicle 9 and it took almost 12 minutes to get to the window to get my food and then another 3 minutes to recieve my order. The order was correct and the food was good as usual but the food preparers were SLOW! The owner needs to see quickly what the problem is!

Havent been to a Taco Bueno in years. Got the Shrimp Taco Platter. Pretty good. Lady at the register was very friendly and helpful. The food here is higher quality than Taco Bell. Hefty portions and decent prices. Discounts on Taco Tuesdays. I like this place.

The food was good, but definitely need a different mild sauce, it had no flavor to it at all. This was our first time ever eating at a Taco Bueno. Will consider going back if we are ever in the area again. A lot more on the menu to try!

I visited this Taco Bueno location on a Sunday afternoon about 2:30. The food and service were both good. The condition of the restaurant was not. I understand the Sunday lunch rush and it takes a while to recover, but wow! There was only one other family in the dining room when I was there. The floor was a mess. There were maybe 2 clean tables. The salsa bar needed restocked. It was not a pleasant dining environment. And this is not the first time Ive had this experience. I love Taco Buenos food but the state of the dining area makes me second guess my choice for lunch.

As someone else posted, this location has problems. We visited about a week ago and the AC was out. When we inquired about it, one employee tried to tell us that the AC was actually working and that they had just worked on it the day prior. Today, we went back to give them a second chance. Most of the open tables were dirty and we had to clean off our own table with some water and napkins. It took 42 minutes from the time we ordered until we got our food. Several other parties in the restaurant had a similar wait time. However, the worst part was that when I went to the counter to ask about the status of our order, none of the staff seemed at all concerned and offered no apology or explanation whatsoever. When the food came about 10 minutes later, again there was no apology, thanks, or any other words spoken by the waiter at all. Now, I love Taco Bueno. Its good food at a decent price and they have the best refried beans in town. However, we will not be returning, at least to this location. Customer service is still important and a little common courtesy goes a long way in my book. Sorry, Taco Bueno, but there are too many other good places to spend my dining dollars in Conway...

The franchise is starting to go downhill. It seems the food is of lesser quality year over year. This particular restaurant wasnt so great, either. I think the manager tried, but was overwhelmed. She was friendly. The rest of the staff was not. They seemed bothered to be at work. The front line staff needs to be a good employee, because thats who the customer sees. They were grumpy and moved liked they wanted to be fired. The food wasnt cooked as well as some of their better restaurants, either. The store manager should hire a new staff.

Customer service was good and cleanliness was good....but the food wasnt good at all... Extremely bland.....i dont think Ill eat there again and for $21 I didnt even get my full meal.

Enjoyed a quality meal at a great price. Fixed after you order and delivered to your table. Place was clean, staff was friendly.
