Fast food isnt what it used to be but its ok

Service was good and restaurant and bathroom were very clean. My Chalupa was luke warm and the Mexican Pizza - my favorite item that I am so happy is back - was luke warm and greasy

Really. I ordered 2 beefy melt burritos, no Fiesta strips, no rice, and no nacho, with extra3 cheese, extra onions and extra beef. I drove 15 minutes home, opened up the 1st burro, took a bite, and the nasty liquid cheese oozed out. Not an onion in site. Opened the 2nd, same thing. Why ? Inedible. Gross

Closed @ 3:30 PM Monday. Never coming back.

Place sucks. Messes up simple food. Can not make a crunch wrap supreme. Also does not include all ingredients on the power bowls. Worst service and on top of everything else, it closes at 8 pm. Good luck.

I mean its not quality sit down authentic Mexican food its Taco Bell. If you like taco bell its a great place to get food. Clean restaraunt and orders are ready to go pretty fast. I did notice a veggie burrito for those who dont eat meat.

Always good, just wish they were open later on the weekends.

The service guy was rude n he kept getting our order wrong then looking at us as though we were trying to pull a fast one on him. We asked him why the mobile orders werent working because what we really wanted could only be done with the app n he said "Idk dude, I didnt make the app." Wow! I couldnt believe this kid had a job in customer service AT ALL! I was fully disappointed and my food wasnt tht awesome either.

My Boyfriend and I go to Taco Bell here, because the staff is great, and the food is delicious. This menu is very satisfying. Im so happy the Mexican pizza is back.

They forgot my crunchy taco and I was severely let down by that because thats all I truly wanted. The food they didnt forget to give me was sublime though, hence the 3 stars. It just didnt hit the spot as well as I knew that crunchy taco would have.

I really DO love to eat Taco Bell but somf health issues wont allow to me to realistically enjoy more than 2 or 3 of the menu items.ONE of those is their AMAZING Nacho (cheese!Fries.Was so thrilled to find out they had come back.MY Taco Bell...>TB Nacho Fries.*··yummmmeh··*

Beef burrito came out with basically just the juices.

I was passing through and stopped for lunch. My brother and I agreed that this location had the best Baja blast weve ever had from a Taco Bell.

Its usually very clean (only times it was messy is when they were slammed). Staff is almost always friendly. Prices are high for a fast food place, but minimum wage is high in this state so I can understand.

I was not at all pleased with my order. I went about 1:30 pm Friday Jan.7. My son ordered a steak quesarito and I ordered a spicy ground beef crunch wrap with no sour cream. We received a bean burrito and a black bean crunch wrap with sour cream.We were very disappointed with our order. I called the location and told them of their mix-up. I was offered a replacement, but turned it down. I just wanted management to be aware of their mistake.

I love their bean burritos with no cheese of course. I also love their crispy beef tacos.

Hey its Taco Bell. I ordered with kiosk and the order was 100% correct. I always order whats new and temporary. I miss the giant nachos in a taco salad eatable bowl. And the cheese potato burrito.

I really dont care for taco bell but my girlfriend loves the food and the customer service there is probably the best in all the area...every restaurant in town should make their employees go through training there...

Speedy and my tacos actually had a decent amount of meat in them. Not all lettuce for a change. Thanks!

Probably one of the worst Taco Bell experiences Ive had. Replaced our order through the app, and when I showed up the lady acted like my order never existed. I showed her that it said my order was ready and at the proper address and she still acted like it wasnt her problem. Finally she found my dad just sitting on the side of the counter. Then we got out to the car and our chalupas that we ordered with beans had meat on them. We are vegan. So I had to return it. And then after we were eating them, it was just some of the blandest Taco Bell ever. The whole experience was just very frustrating.

I gave 3 stars because they ask at the drive thru speaker if you want sauce and then never put it in the bag.

Fairly quick service, but their outdoor garbage cans were overflowing. The inside lobby and kitchen didnt look like the outside, so i went ahead and ordered food. It was good.

This Taco Bell in Safford, AZ was a breath of fresh air!Its been a minute since I last ate at a Toco Bell or as some call it "Taco Hell". However, this location, the food was fresh, service was fast, and everything we ordered was tasty.If you ever in that part of town, stop by, you can go wrong...

The service is fast. Although I felt like they were in to much of a hurry when it came to our food cause it was kinda sloppy. But it was still good food Im one who is very very picky about what I order and dont like when its wrong. But they did correct the problems Thx

They were very friendly and took my order very quickly even though I could barely understand what they said when they repeated my order back to me, they did a very good job at doing it.

No one really pays attention to when customers are coming inside. They waited until there was like 4 or 5 customers/groups to take orders, and prior to the person who did take our order, no one acknowledged we were even there.

I LOVE Taco Bell! This one in particular is always so great at filling my order and swapping black beans for beef. Theyre the best!

This is Taco Bell. Its not a gourmet taco shop. Thats unless you count Doritos tacos, which are dang good, gourmet. In the three visits Ive made at this location everything has been fine and dandy. Ive ordered Doritos tacos and a fancy taco bell drink. The food is cheap. It helps me keep some money in my pocket for my side chicks. The dining area could be a bit cleaner. Besides that, its been all good thus far.

First nacho bell grande had a hair. Then the replacement was not made correct missing tomatoes and very light on everything else. They also forgot the tacos on the first trip.

I get the same woman every time Im in the drive thru and shes always so sweet. I mainly come to the store just because my kids love the food and since Ive lived in Safford they havent gotten my order wrong, this is going on my 3rd year.

This place is usually good. The only bad part is every time I order tacos from here I get a thin line of meat and the rest is filled with nothing but lettuce and cheese. So basically only the bottom of the taco is worth it. Thats the only issue I ever get here, no taco meat.

We continue to order items with no cheese or sour cream due to being lactose intolerant. Always has cheese on it. This time it not only had cheese but taco didnt have lettuce or tomato on it. We had it to go and by the time we found out we were to far away.

Needs a sign in drive thru that says "turn down music." Im not sure what happened to this place but its crawling with music bumpers. Perhaps they dont mind losing their hearing but I do! Too bad the area has gone downhill, used to be an awesome place. This time around we had the luxury of sitting behind a car with a base system for twenty minutes. One star for the surround system that was forced upon me.

I’ve had a few problems with this Taco Bell, I never get the right order on the first try. today I went in and got a cravings box and didn’t get the cinnamon twists which is okay since I never eat them, but my Cinnabon delights had no filling and I was really sad about that

Taco Bell is a family favorite place to eat. Their service is usually fast and the food is reasonably good. Disappointed they are so chinzy. The food I order never seems to look like the pictures on the menu, and last time I was there, they messed up my order. But because its a favorite place, we continue to eat there.

It was filthy. I understand it was busy but i should have been told how long my wait was going to be. As i waited i watched as some people were offered free drinks for waiting or cupons. One woman came in from the drive threw and was shorted 4 tacos and was told it would be 20 min. Before she would get them then a off duty employee came in and got free tocos in front of evertone and was out the door. Unless they just new the cashier.?

The food here is good ol Taco Bell food. The only complaint I have for this Taco bell is every so often the potatoes taste a little old. Service is always friendly and courteous. I even used the kiosk to order because there was a packed house and it was easy to use and customize my order.

This should be considered the gold standard for fast food. Whoever is managing this place has it going on employees seem happy do a great job food is always fast, hot and accurate no matter the how many people are visiting. Never can go wrong her any time day or night.

Food and service is good. My biggest compliant is no shades on the windows. It is hard to enjoy your meal with the sun blasting on your back or in your face. Especially this time of year. Please, please get shades on the windows that dont have any.

Been to both the highly rated local sit-down place in this town and this Taco Bell and the service and food was much better at Taco Bell. Collin was awesome and brought my food to me, what a good guy! On top of that the bathroom was clean and my food was made real fast! 11/10 would recommend.

It tastes just as good as any other Taco Bell. I was not impressed with the basic cleanliness of the establishment. It was not busy during the hours that we attended. The staff was extremely friendly and chatty. The restroom had all toiletry necessities. Not a horrible choice for a quick meal on short notice.

I got less than I paid for here. Then, when I offered to pay for an extra "squirt" of cheese, I was ignored, as a line had formed. Bad service, dont go there. Safford, AZ.
