Taco Bell in Muncie

The Mexican Pizza didnt have any red sauce and it was cold. The gordita crunch was barely filled, the cheese was melted and barely any cheese sauce between the hard shell and soft shell and it was cold. Also, the last 2 times I ordered the taco Supreme, they left off the tomates and sour cream and only half filled. Get it together and get orders right and not send cold food with delivery service. Its not the delivery drivers fault, its the restaurant.

Some of the workers are very pleasant and then you get some that just dont wanna be there

Staff was wonderful Food was hot,and delicious. I recommend this place to the whole family.

They messed up my order completely then they had too close right after I ordered Im highly disappointed and unsatisfied with this taco bell

Waited for 30 min, burritos were TINY, messy, and lukewarm. Asked for our burritos grilled and they responded with “you know they’re already grilled right?” 🤨 barely grilled them. Asked for more hot sauce cause they gave us like 5 for 5 burritos and dude handed us 3 more. McGalliard Taco Bell by Walmart is WAY quicker, hotter, and fat add burritos. Go there 😤

Their wait times are so long and their staff is never nice. It’s also a shot in the dark if they’ll get your order right. I order the same thing every time and it’s always wrong. Today was the worst instance since there was remnants of beans on my cheesy roll-up. If you want a good taco bell experience, go to the one on McGalliard. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Store was clean. Staff was super nice. We got a party box. The tacos were freshly made and served quickly.

Great service at the drive through window on this particular visit. The line went quickly! I got the nacho bell grande. If u like nachos, then these nachos are pretty good, in my opinion. If u want everything on it, then it comes with meat, cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, and also refried beans, I do believe. I will be going back and getting these nachos, in the near future!!!

I love the Doritos tacos but they fall apart before you can eat them. Just make them a little thicker

Tried ordering no one was there. Went to the window no one there. Pulled around to leave and they’re all sitting in the parking lot smoking ???

Easily the worst Taco Bell in Muncie. Long wait times. A lot of the times you get ignored for 5 min or longer to the point you just leave and eat elsewhere. They have never gotten an order of mine correct. Avoid this Taco Bell!

What you would expect from a taco bell. It seemed clean enough. I ordered through the touchscreen but the employees I did have contact were friendly enough. They did have something on the menu board marked as out of stock and they said they were out of Diablo sauce, maybe I shouldnt knock them for that seems like things are hard to get these days.

Open till 4 am.. fast and they get the orders right every time

They open at 7 am. I placed a mobile order and arrived at 7:05. I sat there until 7:20 and finally got sick of nobody coming to the speaker to help me. Now I have no breakfast from Taco Bell and my order won’t cancel so they essentially stole money from me. McDonald’s, on the other hand, had me through the drive through in less than five minutes. Never going back to this Taco Bell and I suggest y’all don’t either.

Frequently closed or at least not serving food during posted hours, even when it is possible to order through the app (so youve already paid for your food), especially in the morning. Often out of items, from eggs (which is the entire breakfast menuto napkins. Large drink lids are a common one, which they typically dont even mention if youve ordered in advance and just hand you a medium instead.

If you want something customized it is best to park, go inside and use the pad. You can literally customize anything on the menu this way, and your there to make sure everything is made correctly.

At 10pm, they were OUT of Hamburger & steak , I ordered Nachos Be Grande, asked if they could SUBSTITUTE HAMBERGER with x-tra Refried beans, they said yes, then charged me 2X EXTRA for the Beans !!! I asked to Speak w/the Manager, was informed there was not one there !!! ——> VERY BAD BUSINESS—VERY BAD BUSINESS. 🥶🥵

Unfriendly cashier, very poor food and somehow the napkin dispenser that is used all day everyday was dusty. This place needs some proper management.

This taco bell was opened but when I stopped they said they were closed for a meeting but it was midnight. They didnt want to work so they were down but kept lights on so it looked like they were open.

The new $2 burrito 🌯 are all delish. My favorite is the veggie, it has the best flavor over all.

The manager Mckayla is absolutely HORRIBLE. I have NEVER in my life had a manager be so rude and not care. She refused to make our order correct and stated “we have plenty of food to eat” even though we didn’t get the correct meat. She’s unbelievably rude.

Sometimes you don’t actually get what you pay for.I have had food off a food truck that puts this menu to shame.Too bad the only FLAVOR in the food is the sauce packet you squirt on it.

January 17 at 2.45pm, the women working the drive thru was the rudest, nastiest piece of work I have ever met. She spoke to me like I was an idiot simply because she couldnt understand my English accent.

Sometimes T Bell just hits the spot. I had the new Deluxe box which has a steak Chalupa as the highlight. It was quite good. I was in the drive through and service was quick. The food was rolled well and ingredients were well distributed.

The Tillotson location is hit and miss. Check your bag before you leave the drive thru. Ive been shorted an item more than once.

This place sucks, and so do the workers. I will never go here again. My whole order was messed up, and they would not fix the order. Their response, “that’s how we rang it up”. Would not recommend.

Terrible meal. No sour cream on the Supreme tacos. My chanukah had close to no meat. It was like a vegetarian chalupa. Upon asking for a nice handful of the "Fire" sauce, were were given 3 packs. We had 6 tacos between us!! This cost almost 20 bucks and we ended up going next door to Arbys cuz we were hungry still. Poorly made tacos man. I did not take tacos back in cause I didnt have my receipt and I honestly didnt want to over react. I was mad. If people took a little bit more pride in what they do, I think we all could have a better day. For real. Think about that. Not just in regard to taco bell, but every business you interact with.

I picked up a Power Bowl for my wife. She did not express any dissatisfaction with it. She really enjoys Taco Bell. All that I can really comment on is the service. The people working there were courteous and knowledgeable. My only complaint is the time it took to get through the line. My perception of reasonable time may be off because I often go through McDonalds just to get a soft drink, and that, unless the line is long, tends to be pretty quick.

The food was good the service was poor at best waited 20 minutes longer the my online order said. People came in after I was there placed orders and left with their food as I waited.

Solid service, speedy food and great taste. A little pricier than wed like for some items (like drinks and that new crispy chicken tacobut otherwise a great experience as always, Taco Bell is a hard restaurant to dislike.

What can I say? It was Taco Bell! However, this particular visit was far better than Ive experienced at any other location. The gentleman who took our order (I wish I got his namewas pleasant, professional, and efficient. Our food was delivered promptly, the order was correct, and the food was hot.

What is going on with this store? They just closed in the middle of my drive-thru order. 5:47 pm. Last night I noticed they all left at 9:49 pm. There is a note on the door, that they never remove, that says they are temporarily closed. They close the dinning room early all the time. They are losing business, and will probably lose it for good, if they dont get their act together.

Went through drive up 9:40 pm. after being in the ER for 8 hours with nothing to eat. The guy could never get the order correct so finally decided to take what the screen showed and thats what I paid for. We arrived at our destination ready to eat and only 2 of the 6 items were what we paid for. That will be my last visit to the Tillotson location.

I spent 25 minutes sitting in the drive thru. The employees were nice and apologetic, but taking 25 minutes when I couldve driven across town to another Taco Bell, sat down, eaten, and driven back is a little ridiculous. I regret going and will probably avoid Taco Bell for a while. Chipotle probably wouldve been faster.

I go here pretty regularly, and usually it’s fine, but the spicy potato tacos I ordered this evening had no lettuce and four potatoes a piece in each one. Great staff, just a little disappointing

I am a Door Dasher, and the customer is the number one priority. Tonight, past 10:30 p.m. I came through the drive-thru with a line of cars.. I came here to pick up an order for my customer. The person at the speaker told me, "You have to come inside, our lobby is still open." The other evening when I Door Dashed at this same location, the doors were locked. Covid-19 is impacting lives, and I assigned myself to an order to get the customer their food from Taco Bell. Maybe they do not understand, they impacted the customer and some of us do not feel comfortable coming indoors to a fast food restuarant, especially when its dirty and the employees are rude. Instead of arguing, telling me to come inside, knowing I couldnt drive through the cars to get through the line, handing the order out the window wouldve saved so much time for myself and the customer. I have gone to other Taco Bell locations in Muncie and never had this issue. It seems your Tillotson location has unprofessional employees, and incosniderate. I have a condition where I am unable to wear a mask even coming in to pick up the order for Door Dash... I hope you guys continue to NOT impact our customers.. I wasnt there for myself, but the customer. I would CONSIDER hiring workers who are understanding to a medical condition and not just be desperate to hire people from off of the street. I am disappointed and wont be coming back to this poor, pitiful location!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They could careless about the priority of the customer. :( If I could write zero stars, I would.

Well its taco bell so its a vital experience to anyone with good taste in cheap food. Also, the crew has been really delivering in terms of speed and accuracy when I visit their drive-thru, lately. Keep up the good work Tillotson TB.

Having visited here several times. I do like Taco Bell. They are usually accurate with their order and always willing to make it right. If your order isnt correct then let them fix it. If you cant get back to the restaurant quickly then call them and they will make a note to get you what you paid for. Sometimes they are not super fast but I think that has to do with finding workers to fill shifts. Have a happy Taco Tueaday

Food is good, done in a reasonable amount of time for how busy they are and they dont mess up my order even though I always place a large one.

Drive thru opened. I ordered 6 tacos; 3 shells were cracked. Taco Bell needs to add more meat in the taco and improve quality control.

Food was as expected... they wrapped several different kinds of burritos in the same style wrapper. How are you supposed to know which is which. The menu is constantly changing... I see the beginning of the end for this company....

Very Rude Regional Manager Melissa Jacobs got up in my face because I stated I was waiting for 25 minutes for 3 tacos. I was patiently waiting, and she knew that. while in those 25 minutes I was 10 feet from her , while she was belittling and talking down to an employee making her cry. I felt bad for the employee, then she goes on to call the employees “children” which i feel is an insult to them. No one deserves to be called a child while in their place of employment. Her attitude and rudeness was uncalled for. I feel sorry for the employees, no wonder they have “staffing issues”

I usually wouldn’t go out of my way to write a positive review, especially for a Taco Bell, but my experience today was something I felt I needed to share. The crew working at 3pm October 6th was the most positive and nice experiences I’ve had at any food place. Just felt like letting them and anyone else know how great they are.

Visited on Aug 11 it was my sons 4th birthday and I let him pick dinner he wanted taco bell on tillotson so we go through the drive up and order almost $40 worth of food plus they owed me food last time for messing up so I order everything and make sure they have one particular thing correct because it was for my son and they said they would make sure it was correct I get up to the window my food was handed to me I look inside as I always do to make sure everything is right and instantly see my bellgrande wasnt right the ONE thing I asked for them to make sure was right I told them and the manager comes over and says " I dont know why you keep coming back since we always mess up on your food for 1 its close to home and the other I told her to give her buisness she said they as in her store didnt need my buisness and I needed to go elsewhere I asked her to fix my food she refused and told me I needed to leave well after spending $40 I want my food right especially since the one thing they messed up was for my son! She refused yet again and threatened to call the police on me so I called them myself while sitting in the drive thru her as in "Lexi" and her team members were avoiding the window and she has some kid come up to the window and tell me I have 60 seconds to leave or there are calling the police i told them i am talking to them that all I asked was for them to fix my food they refused so the cops came and I told him that I wanted a full refund and they could have their food back she refused that as well its not the first issue I have had with this place I will NOT be going back taco bell needs to get it together and get better managers I also have recording of some of what took place that day and Lexi of course flipped me off! So unprofessional the way that store acted that day and the fact I was refused my food to be fixed or my money back along with their food back!

It took three times through the drive thru to get 3 soft tacos supreme no lettuce correct. We were given crunchy tacos the first time. The second time we were given soft tacos loaded with lettuce. The manager gave us a refund for the combo that was incorrect and we finally got the correct food. However, the rest of our order was smashed and cold when we got home. Rated one star because 0 was not an option. Highly dissatisfied and still hungry after paying $34.

I like Taco Bell! I like they stay open late but they need to cut back on the lettuce and buff upon the cheese! I know they say cheese is expensive and lettuce is cheap and thats why they use a lot of lettuce and hardly any cheese but sometimes there is only a few shreds of cheese on my tacos and it makes me not want to go back again! TACO BELL PLEASE use more cheese and less lettuce! Tacos are SUPPOSED to have enough cheese to be able to taste it on your tacos and most of the time you cant even taste it! Use common sense is it worth it to use so little people stop buying them or use a bit more and keep your customers! If you want cheese and not just a meat and lettuce taco go somewhere else until Taco Bell fixes this. You have to throw over half the lettuce away on each taco and its hard white lettuce like from the heart of it as well. Its bad/ Trust me. I PRAY they fix this cause it will take them down if not!

You never know what you are going to get here either bad food or excellent food there is not any quality standard just depends on how hard a employee wants to work at the job. I have went through the drive thru got home with the food and to my surprise my tacos were made with nothing but lettuce or smashed up and thrown in the bag thats just a couple examples.

Nothing like good old Taco Bell to cleanse out your system! Whew! The 2-5 happier hour used to have actual food items discounted and now it is just drinks...come on Bell! We expect more, give us some food too. The dollar menu is more robust so that helps and the variety is solid. The new orange cream pop freeze is awesome and 11 year old approved, my daughter not me.
