Taco Bell in Childress

Took a break from driving, the food, service and friendly atmosphere was great to encounter.

Actually very good. Well built food and I didnt get sick so.......

We had pizza it was very good and awesome. Will go again

Very clean inside. The only thing was they were out of toilet paper in the womans stall, even though I told them it never got fixed.

Prices are not as posted...they are higher. The steak Chalupa barely had any steak in it, lay almost flat for $4.00+ the chips were painfully hard. Awful. No meat, lots of bean..overpriced junk food. No more taco poop for me.

Painfully hard chips, barely any steak in yhe steak chalpa, overpriced, loud environment...maybe too many chairs for the locations size..I would NOT eat here again.

So I pull up there at 10:10pm. One of the employees says they’re closed. I told him I was pulling a trailer and couldn’t make it through the drive thru and if I could just order something to go. He takes a drink of his coke and smerks, says there is nothing he can do about it and slams the door. If the dining room was closed why was there 3 non employees in there and one of them behind the counter. As I drove off another person pulled up and walked in. I asked one if she worked there and said she did not

Best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, hands down. Speedy service, best put together/tasting, clean, and friendly.

No cheese on the toco. I ordered beef and bean burrito. I just cut sour cream. And got beans nothing else.

This Taco Bell is always nice. May not be fast, but at least nice. And havent had an order mix up yet!

These guys hooked up our food. We were traveling but if I lived there I would eat there all the time! They were also super friendly. Kid at the window even offered advice on a nice hotel.

Staff was very helpful and welcoming. The food was not good. Never going back to a Taco Bell.

The staff did not understand menu options. I selected to have my order fresco: remove dairy and replace it with pico. They gave me a tortilla filled with only beans.

Why is this place still open? It has terrible service and the staff unbelievable rude. Dont trash customers because you disagree with them. So sad.

We were just there making an order to go. The young man who waited on us was polite, helpful, and should be considered management material. At least raise in his future. I had read the other reviews and we wondered if we should stop there, but my husband was so hungry. Hadnt eaten since a breakfast at 6am. So glad we did.Thanks.

The food was what you would expect but I really came here to say the cashier working today was awesome. It was pretty busy when we were in there and she was working hard and taking care of everything, taking orders, helping other employees, refilling the sauce packet and stuff in the dining room. going above the effort most fast food people put in. Thanks for helping us out, we appreciate you!

Not good I got a meat and cheese crunchy taco and the meat was spoiled and had a horrible after take one bite was enough for me then on top of that my boyfriend ordered a beef quesadilla and only two slices of the whole thing had meat in it. Will not be stopping there again.

My tacos were very good. The meat was flavorful, lots of lettuce and tomato, the shell was just right. The burrito was ok. I didnt go into the restroom, but the rest of the restaurant looked clean and well kept.

Bunch of transphobes work here. When every employee in your entire store is called over to laugh at a customer for existing, thats not ok, and your business doesnt deserve to exist.

Between the spicy bigotry & yet lack luster hot sauce its absolutely disgusting & dissapointing. Staff will verbally assault costumers, & manager is the worst Ive ever seen. Disgusting views, food, & wouldnt dare go into the bathrooms worst restaurant & taco bell Ive ever been in needs to be shut down & burned to the ground.

Abhorrent behavior from the staff who bullied my friend in the drive through- did not apologize- and I assume continue to bully others. Nasty. Please dont give them your business.

Talk about their customers and management doesn’t care, also heard people have been finding bugs in their food and have been told to take care of theirselves. do not recommend.

Very great service. Clean bathroom and lobby, great service and kind as well. Food was delivered fast, made correctly and hot. They put other Taco Bell’s to shame. Thank you for this great experience! :)

At 8:48 doors were locked. Dude inside said they were closed with 3 employees just standing there looking at the door. Normally when I stop here its a great place to eat.

My husband drives an 18 wheeler and was looking for a last minute bite. Knew this location closed at 11pm and there’s a sign that said, dine in open. It was 10:30pm and you refused service to him because you were supposedly closed.

Sooo even though people are inside eating and the hours of operation state 11pm as closing- this place obviously closes at 10pm since the doors were locked and the employees staring at us made no attempt to pause their conversation. So glad we were just passing through and dont actually live here.

Call and they told me to order online so I did go to pick up my order they told me they where close because of the weather. So full of it it wasnt even raining yet do not go there lazy people I walked up and 3 employees are smoking cigarettes right outside of the door entrance. So much for bad weather not bad enough if they where smoking outside

This Taco Bell makes sure you get your money’s worth. If you order extra meat, they don’t gyp you like so many others do. Always good when I stop here!

This place is disgusting. The employees need to quit flirting around, having people come in going behind the counter, need to clean the lobby and actually pay attention to the customers that come in. Was actually afraid to eat the food from here. One star is being way to generous!

Food thrown everywhere. Tacos not even fully wrapped. Tea was soured not old but as tho they dont properly clean tea containers or something. Liners disposable or not still requires basic daily cleaning to avoid this particular taste. OH AND WHEN MY ORDER WAS INCORRECT THEY SAID AM I SURE ..IM POSITIVE.. THEY SAID WELL THEY SAID IT WAS ALL THERE SO SORRY.. MIND YOU THEY DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHICH ORDER ON THE SCREEN WAS OURS OR THE VEHICLE BEHIND US.. INSIDE CLOSED YET 2 VEHICLES AND YET THE PROPERLY STAFFED EMPLOYEES PER MY VISION SITE HAD NO HAIR NETS AN INABILITY TO PROPERLY HANDLE 2 SEPERATE ORDERS ACCURATELY AND REFUSAL TO ACKNOWLEDGE THEY MAY OF MADE A MISTAKE ALONG SIDE THE EVIDENT POORLY MADE TACOS AS WELL HIGHLY DISSATISFIED OUR PREFERENCE FOR GOING BACK. HAPPY TO SPEND ELSE WHERE..WHERE EMPLOYEES MAKE THE FOOD AS ADVERTISED IT DOESNT END UP ALL OVER U FROM LACK OF THAT.. I grew up having taco bell when I was a kid as a treat on Saturdays. This particular taco bell reminds me of the one O loved as a kid in Stockton California on Wilson Way.lol Every taco Ive ever purchased here as a truck driver to now retired traveler,and new to Texas. Keep it up,we love you. Im speaking for all the truck drivers whom frequent there monthly after there Walmart shopping. This Taco Bell is the single best Taco Bell franchise that I have ever been to. The food is always incredibly fresh, the dining room is very clean and up to COVID-19 standards, and I have never had an issue with customer service or wait times. I frequently travel from Colorado to Texas, and this is always my preferred stop for lunch. 5 Stars!

They have been amazing the last few months with all the COVID stuff. I’ve been coming here every Wednesday for more than a year now, and they’ve recently gone to great lengths to wear masks and gloves, safely deliver food, and handle payments with as little contact as possible.Plus they always get my order right :-P

Food was actually fresh & hot. Only complaint was one of the girls working there was talking so loudly that the whole dining room could hear her. I really dont care to hear about how you dated some guy that was in a gang (the bloods). Good for you girl!

The food was good and quick. I have no problem with that. I was shocked that one of the female employees was openly vaping while standing next to the food prep area. She only stopped when she noticed me and my granddaughter waiting to have our order taken.

Went through the drive-thru. Menu was close enough to read. Person taking order was friendly. They ensured they had our order right. 1 soft taco, 2 mini chicken quesadillas, and medium mountain dew was about $8. Quick service. People giving the food at the window were friendly. Food was hot and smelled good.

Fast service. I come here once every 2 or 3 week. Friendly staff. Good staff, decent food. This location is one of the better ones i have been to. My go to meal is number 13. Taco bell is taco bell, well most of them you can get the same quality food.They only give you 2 sauces for the two meals i ordered. They cost almost nothing i cant even get 4 packets. Just sad

I dont usually eat at Taco Bell but was traveling with my 8 year old daughter. She wanted tacos so pulled in went inside ordered carry out.. 6 soft tacos 2 Mt.Dews . For such a simple order it took a long time.. Food was good but employees were playing and talking loudly! Just didnt feel right..

my order was accurate and very fast even though they were fairly busy. Sadly they were out of chili cheese burritos but the young lady at the counter was so apologetic and so polite. I only gave them four stars because they were out of chili cheese burritos otherwise it would have been 5 easy
