Tacos were lovely and flavourful, the fries were nicely seasoned as well. The food came out on time and was really pleasing.

Not that great, took ages to get what is normally quick. No apology for the delay and not even that busy at the counter

Ordered two chalupa boxes, only tacos, one portion of fries and two cans of pepsi was in a bag to take away. Hard shell tacos had only lettuce and some meat in.

I went to to the taco bell in broadway yesterday queued up for 10 mins to get told we are not taking anymore orders thats not good customer service very dissapoined

Found service lacking around, the girl at the counter was ok but not usual standards.Food very dry had to use lots of sauce packets!

Dirty place, im pushed to give it 1 star honestley, staff are unorganised, and unkempt, and the food went straight in the bin churos cooked in dirty oil, and the oil was all i could taste, i got 2 tacos and the beef was swimming in grease, so much so that the crunchy tacos were orange and soggy, never ever again.

Loved the Mexican crunchy tacos, additionally the server gave me a fresh bottle of water, that was very kind :)

Updated On my first few visits I thought the loaded fries delicious, really enjoyed my visits. I was worried everything would be too spicy but you could select the level of heat you prefer.This review update is based on our delivery experience. Sadly have to down grade the rating as portions are now significantly smaller and in particular there is less meat/chicken. Also and frequently orders are incorrect with items missing!

Hi been here with my daughter ordered 2 chalupa boxes there meat on and chicken tacos there is hardly any meat or any chicken in side the tacos its filed with all salad and its not worth it the pictures show loads of meat inside but there is hardly anything in i didnt order a salad taco and they where giving cans out instead if the proper drinks.

The fries are the best thing there and thats the two stars. Seasoning is lovely however the pictures are nothing like what you get. Everything empty with barely enough filling to taste anything other than wrap or taco, salad thrown at food from what looks like across the room. Wrong orders. I was looking forward to a change but it was really dissapointing. So much so I wont be back.

Waited in line for 15 minutes to get served they were so busy doing uber eats and other deliveries that I didnt actually get served so couldnt comment on the food

Food was ordered for the family yet again let down, poor service 2 drinks left out 1 portion off chips missing again these guys do really need to be switched on happened 2nd time not happy paying 38 quid for food and you miss out other things bad service

Deserves 0 if there was an option. Call yourself Mexican food I won’t even feed this to my pet dog. Food was ice cold, items were missing from my order. No cutlery was given even though I had requested. I even called the restaurant to confirm my order and ensure they won’t mess it up as I’ve had an incident before. Utterly disappointed. Lady over the phone said I can only apologise, ask Uber eats for a refund. It was not a small order it was £30 worth of food.Appalled.

It turned up warm, I liked the mexican fries (not french), the seasoned Beef Soft Taco was the best between them and the Chrunchwrap Supreme, it realy needed more filling though and not just lettace, more beef would have been nice and given it some flavour. Just a splat wasnt enough.

Given them the benefit of the doubt for so long but after consistently not receiving all of my order I have no choice but to leave a bad review. It’s a real shame because I can’t fault the food, they just can’t seem to ever fulfil the order for some reason, incompetent staff maybe?

Portion sizes are horrific. Waited for some chips and a taco 25 mins, double charged me, very understaffed, I wont be returning

Large chicken taco supreme meal. In a nutshell, something was wrong with every part of my meal. The tacos were dry and tasteless. Large cheesy fries were regular plain fries. Drinks machine broken so was given a can instead of a large drink!For some reason there is no sauce with the chicken in the tacos now, just dry stick in your throat chicken. Had this the last few times weve been there.No cheesy fries available.When I questioned the can instead of the large drink it should have been, the little girl behind the counter looked totally lost and didnt know how to respond. So she did what any (un)professional customer facing employee would do, giggled, shrugged her shoulders and slowly skulked off into the kitchen. Unbelievable.And the icing on the cake, I was also ripped off through some scam at the till. They put them through as beef tacos without the beef, then charged 70p extra to add chicken.This place is a joke and is the reason we have given up on the entire Taco Bell brand now. It needs some proper management putting in place. But they dont care, head office dont care, customer numbers will just slowly decline until one day its just closed down.

Theyve messed the order up 4 times in a row, after contacting Taco Bells complaint team we havnt received a email back in months.The staff need proper training if there not managing to get the meals correct.

I ordered through uber eats the driver delivered on time. After I looked at my order I was missing part of it. I then contacted through help and they put me in touch with the driver, I then ended up having an argument with said driver. Nothing was resolved. The food was also bad quality similar to previous kfc 🤔🤔

Bog standard Taco Bell in a shopping mall. Located on the ground floor in the Food court area (alongside KFC). It is what it is. (Soft shell taco was poor; crunchy shell taco was dee-lish).

So the meat seemed clean you know the frozen type.... Pepsi flat worse than the 15p cartons from corner shop.. chips dry or yesterdays and the qasildilias shouldve got the wrap at corner shop with my carton of 15p pop

Great food for reasonable price comapring to the other fast foods in Broadway. I really enjoyed the service. Staff was very helpful and the food was made in line with the given instructions.

Very great food. It was mine and my Girlfriends first time eating here and we were not let down. The food was in front of us in 1-2 mins after ordering and the meal was fresh, tasty and authentic.Definitely coming back here in the future and would recommend this to anyone who loves good food!

So bad! Ordered From just eat! Half stuff missing! The food that was there was cold and soggy! Called the restaurant and was told it was just eats problem.... said he was going to get me a refund! £25! The cold food is still sat in my kitchen...now in a que to just eat to get refund. Shocking service! Really bad.

First time ordering from here through JustEat; 2x Volcano Burrito and 1 x Beefy Nacho Griller. Lets get the negatives out of the way: when I order a Burrito I expect that it will be packed with the fillings, unfortunately, both Burritos and the Griller looked the same, so much so we had to chop each of them in half just to see which had the rice in. Not sure if because we ordered just before delivery closed, we didnt get the full-size Burrito, but either way, for the price, compared to the size of these, we will not be ordering them again. Taste-wise, the Burrito was slightly spicy and overall tasted ok and the Griller seemed to have virtually no filling in at all, but again, tasted ok. None of it was very filling and we feel we have just wasted £14.27 when we could have ordered a lot more filling food for that price.

So decided to order food today from Taco Bell via the deliveroo app. Lets just say wow did i make a mistake! 😑😒 When i finally got the food the beef taco i got looked like something my 5 year old son had made (extremely flat and no taste). The crunchy supreme was a joke and had barely any contents inside, i basically paid for a tortilla wrap and abit of salad trust me there was no crunch to it. They forgot two portions of chips but yet remembered the two pots of nacho cheese sauce🤔 dont quite know how they pulled that one off. The best part of the meal was the cinnamon twists. Food was cold too which is no fault of Taco Bell and im guessing partly because my delivery was late. Had to get a full refund because what was described and what was delivered were definitely not the same thing. Unfortunately, i would give the whole meal a minus 5. Wont be getting a Taco Bell from Bradford again.

Quick, delicious food with generous portions and lots of flavour. Menu options arent quite the same as in America but there are some good finds- I especially like the volcano burrito. Love the food, got there about 5 mins before opening time I was just looking at menu so I was ready to order when they did, got told not open come back in 10 so I did. Staff were slightly chatty pretty friendly so put order in asked if 1 item could be exchanged for something else due to allergy, was told they cant substitute it with anything but they could give me a cheese sauce instead. Not ideal but still nice food came pretty quick.(item I was allergic to is on a side menu with about 6 or 7 other items of same value it could have been subbed for)

Absolute rip off the food was ready in secondsbut wasnt heated through everything was microwaved (badlywhen staff cant even use a microwave there is something wrong....smallest portion size of any fast food place Ive ever tried and dont do any hot drinks they only serve soft drinks (the highest profit of all the beveragesthis place is not good value for money and is set up to make the most profit possible and the smallest portions I will never go back and I advise everyone to give this rip of place a miss you would be better off with a Rustler and a pack of micro chips at home 🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡

Love Taco Bell...But, this seems to get worse everytime we visit. Seemed understaffed/disorganized (but didnt stop them finding time to stand around for a chinwagso, the wait was excessive for a mid afternoon. The result was lukewarm food and some of the sloppiest chicken tacos i have ever ever been served.

Really good customer service! Offer 15% student discount and 20% off if you fill out the survey. Food is really nice and unique.

The first time I have been and we tried the sharing platter for 2. The quality of the food was amazing and those fries were way better than anything from McDonalds or KFC. Will be returning very soon to try something with more beef. Highly recommended.

I really dont like the food or the wait, but my kids love it. So they happily eat the good value meal for two and churros while I enjoy a fish curry pot from a nearby stall.

I go here purely for the desserts I love churos, if you ask nicely they will also swap the sauce for caramel which is even better. If I could live on these I would but Id also be a lot bigger than I already am. Most of the other food is good to. Had a taco and or was ok. But the desserts are amazing.

Good food at a reasonable price. Kids loved it! There was a minor problem where an extra portion of chips was missed off our order - however, they made up for the delay by offering all 4 kids a dessert for free. Would definitely go back again. 😋
