Went through the drive through, the worker was extremely rude, yelling meat over and over when asked for no beef. Other employee at the pickup window was very rude as well. Worst Taco Bell to date
Went through the drive thru today between 5-530. Ordered a number 4 without tomatoes, soft taco and a large Pepsi also 2 cheesy roll ups and chips and cheese and a water for my kid . Got to the window paid, asked what type of sauce I said fire I get hot and a small Pepsi. As I leave I check the bag the chips and cheese are missing have to go back. We get home I open up the crunch wrap and it’s loaded with tomato’s and no meat. There is barely any cheese in the cheese cup. There were a handful of workers in that restaurant so what was the issue in getting the order right? I am tired of this always happening at this location. What is your phone number? I would love to speak to a hire up and get a refund.
I love Taco Bell and 90% of the time my order is completely correct here which is better than others in this chain. Biggest thing is taco ordered supreme the extras are left off. Always go back and service is quick!
Pulled through and they stated they were closed at 11:34am.

I asked for extra cheese on my cheese quesadilla and literally got absoulte no cheese on the whole quesadilla.This place is really sad
I ordered 4 chalupas last Sunday and when I went home, I realized they only gave me 3 of them. I was very disappointed and didn’t want to drive back 6 miles again. But the next time I went, I explained it to the cashier and he gave me an extra chalupa. Thanks for fixing your mistake. You retained me as a customer.
I had a young lady the other evening around 11 pm when it was very busy. She was at the window collecting money and she had a black sweatshirt with white nike check mark. She had braids and a black visor. I wish I knew her name but she was so kind. She thanked me for waiting apologized for the wait and let me know my food was coming and made sure I had all I need. I always have god experiences at this Taco Bell.I just wish the chalupa was crispier and the chemicals wrap

I had ordered from here in Doordash and they had to cancel my order and they already had my food ready to give to my dasher and its just a waste of that persons gas like really they need to do better

The absolute worst customer service ever. I wasnt finished ordering and the women completed my order. Went to the window and she was mad because we needed to add food on. Rudest people Ive ever encountered.
I ordered on the app today at 12am, I go to the store and they completely lost my order. I can see why this store isnt busy. The food wasnt even that great either, had to wait 20 minutes even though I ordered ahead. Wont be at this location again
Good fast service . only one of two real Fast food left in Rock Hill . The food is always right that we order. Usually takes about 2 minutes to order and get my food. Friendly staff.
This Taco Bell actually puts a good amount of meat in there tacos. Will go out of my way to come back to this location.
Nacho cheese container was thrown in bag and it got on everything. Opened up the food and there was barely any hamburger or anything on the tacos .It’s really frustrating when you pay for food and get next to nothing for toppings.

My co-workers and I get lunch from this Taco Bell all the time. Anthony is amazing at his job. He makes sure our orders are accurate and that we have everything we need. I wish every Taco Bell could have this level of service.

Taco Bell is our one of favorite Mexican restaurant. Latest taco fries are family favorite, but yesterday when we picked our dinner taco fries were not fresh and also they were not properly seasoned too.
Staff is very rude. They refused to remake my order or give me a refund as well as take my food AWAY WITH OUT ANY REPLACEMENT. The Store Manager is very rude. I would not recommend anyone to go here. The fact that you as a manager to try to defend your staff to curse out a customer is never ok. If a customer ask for food to be remade cause its not fresh. just do it we pay money for it. He was very argumentative and gonna tell me I been doing this for 34 years I have a bachelor degree.. I dont care about that at all. What i care about is fresh food.. and great service DO NOT GO THERE
I got there at 12am and they close at 2am. Sat at drive through for 5mins and no one responded and saw someone in the window just look at me then walked away. They have turned people away beforeIf you are going to close 2/3 hrs early every night then fix your hours.
I absolutely love coming to this Taco Bell, but the one thing I cannot stand is the fact that they say they close at 1 AM but they are never open past midnight. Please change your hours on the website. I get off work late and I like getting late night food at places that say they are open.
Yo taco bell as a entire corporation has gone straight down hill this past year i cant believe they even have customers... The problem is every other food service industry job has raised their wages to appropriate competitive wages and taco bell still paying ppl like they aint got bills to pay... The taco bell employees as a whole are going to continue to offer terrible service and food quality until appropriate wages are paid. I encourage everyone to boycott taco bell and submit as many honest reviews and complaints about the poor service and food quality as of late. If they lose more profit than what the increased wages cost they will see that they need to pay appropriately and treat the employees as people not numbers that corporate greed has made them be. The girl taking my order through the drive thru was polite very quick knew what she was talking about my order was completely correct she was friendly when I got to the window that food was hot and everything just went as it should so this was a great visit to taco bell
I went through drive thru around 1 am today and the food was very fast. It was so fast because they handed me out a piece of leather that was supposed to be a chicken chalupa. All the food was OLD. You cant hand out trash like this to people..
Easily seen from road bit a little hard to get in and out as the road it sits on is very busy. Wheelchair accessible parking as well as entrance. They have dining in at this time, take out or you can go through the drive-thru. Inexpensive place to eat at for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Friendly and knowledgeable help, serving size is great, food taste as all Taco Bells do which is good...
Paid $17 for 2 #6 combos. Got home with no receipt found 3 tacos and a burrito. Always check your bag and it’s weird because I was the only one their so how can you mess that up.Also rude employee at the window rudely says “HERE” as I’m already in the process of grabbing my change from his hand. Try hiring motivated employees
I think they are the fastest drive-through in York county. Out of say 100 orders weve had here I had only one that had something wrong. I think 15 bucks for a 12 pack of small tacos is too high. But all their food is always hot, quickly made and delicious.
I cant figure out how to actually get a Power Bowl at ANY Taco Bell that looks like the actual menu picture and has all the ingredients it says it has. It is the best thing on the menu but nobody can make it. I had it when it first came out and ordered it at several places and it is awesome, also looks appetizing. Somehow it changed to "lets throw everything randomly into the bowl, (except any ingredients we dont havea handful of lettuce on top and a quick swirl of dressing and call it the Power Bowl." Well, the "new" lazy power bowl version sucks! Pic is what I got vs what it says it looks like.
Literally the Taco Bell was rude af and I am never eating there again. I literally order a #3 with no beans and three Beefy Frito burrito and all I got was (two beefy frito burrito and one soft taco and I lost 8 bucksI tried to be nice and go back but one they haven’t gave me a receipt and I wasn’t going to drive back to my apartment to get the food for some reason they needed the food, why did they need the food it wasn’t going to take back the food. And then she had a really bad attitude with me while I was trying to be nice, She lied And try to say she took my order but I know she didn’t. I will never go back to Cherry Rd., Taco Bell. All they do is steal my money that I actually work a 10 hr shift driving a truck but again She didn’t have to have an attitude with me, I’m a customer.
It was cool. We ate in today and the food was made right. Being they are a go to for my family being we dont eat meat. I love the black bean crunch wrap add jalapeno sauce... So good
We had an issue with a gift card and my sister called Taco Bell to get it resolved. They investigated and promptly called her back to inform her that the purchases made at the store exceeded the ten dollar limit and that the purchaser paid the rest in cash. They had the video recording and the transaction tape. They then offered her another $20.00 gift card for her troubles. In the meantime, she found the receipt and it was exactly as they had said. Bravo to Taco Bell and it’s employees!
I love Taco Bell, just not this particular store. I live closer to this location, but would rather wait to go to the location closer to my job on Heckle Blvd. Any time I go to Cherry Rd Taco Bell, my order is usually correct when I get it, but the associates never seem to be happy to be working in food service. The team is genuinely unenthusiastic and sometimes even rude. Please allow me to indulge you on my last two trips to this location:This morning for breakfast, I went through the drive thru. I ordered 4 Mini Skillet Bowls, and 1 medium Baja Blast. I sat at screen for Id say at least 4 minutes, and had to repeat my drink three times. I didnt really mind much, because working in food retail myself, I know it can be loud with hood fans and whatnot. I get to the window, and waited maybe a minute. She took my card and handed me my drink and card back, then proceeds to ask if I could back up and pull back forward. Then I get my food, there was really no organization in my bag. Today wasnt really a terrible experience, but not the best either.Last time I went, I dined in with my boyfriend and my three year old. Stood in line for about five minutes, ordered, got our food. No problem with the food. While we were about to sit down, a younger associate just walks up to me and very quietly asks me to fill out a survey and "just tell them I was very respectful or whatever," and I really wasnt going to, but she gave my three year old a free slushy. While we were eating, a gentleman whose primary language was Spanish was ordering and I guess he had questions about the menu, to which the associate at the registered asked the MOD to help. The manager was speaking to the man very rudely and the guy just left. I felt really bad for the guy because it definitely couldve been handled better, and I didnt come back for a few weeks.Im really hoping that the staff at this location works on their service skills, because they definitely need it.
This has been a constant source of gluten free options. Chips with a side of beans. Spicy tostatas will get you gluten free, filling, food on a shoe string budget. This place for the most part offers good experiences. It can be quite the scene some times and caters to a late night drive through crowd.The only reason why I do not give five stars is because they really do seem to have the happiest of workers.
Food was good and came out in a reasonable amount of time. However the dining room was disgusting. There was a manager conducting an interview during our visit, so I made a point to say something so that I could be heard. An employee came through the dining room and made a very poor attempt to clean the filthy tables, missing almost all the food stains and buildup as she sprayed and wiped the center of the tables and leaving the majority of the mess behind. Most of the employees seem to just be going through the motions of appearing to be busy, not actually getting anything clean.
You guys did me so wrong. The menu says...order the nachos...they have double the meat...yall gave me ...nothing...chips and cheese...this is wrong...I wasnt going to post this but its the 2nd time!!!!!
Normally this taco Bell here on cherry Rd does not disappoint me, however today was not a good day.. The reason I gave it two stars is because the young lady who served me at the drive thru window was very Engaging, Friendly and courteous.. I ordered a 5 dollar box for my son a two fiery Doritos los tacos for myself. When I opened the bag and pulled out my tacos they were cold and.. . .. . When I went to open one of them, there was a piece of hair hanging from my taco. 😔 I ended up throwing it away. I did inspect the second one & did not find any hair but still had to warm it up before I could eat it. 😔 I love taco Bell but I dont think I will visit this one again.
The worst taco bell I have ever gone to. Ive been to this specific taco Bell multiple times and in the few occasions where their computers arent down for one reason or another, the food ALWAYS has a problem. I wish I could say Im not serious but I am. My food always comes out with something missing or not correct. Ive been in the drive thru for 15-20 min(on multiple occasionswhen a worker will come out and post a sign saying they are closed and not say a thing to the other cars in the line, including myself. Seriously not worth your time or money.
Complete & total incompetenceSat at the drive thru window for literally 10 minutes waiting for possibly the simplest things on the menu. Complained 5 minutes in then asked for an ETA at the 10 minute mark when who I assume was the manager poked his head around the corner to tell me my order was skipped & they would START working on it. Also note worthy was the 3 drive thru window workers talking & dancing around the entire time....
Ok, let me level set. I have gone to Taco Bells since I was a kid, but havent been in over a year. That said, you come accustomed to a certain level of quality that you generally accept because, you are going to a fast food place.This visit was way better than I expected. They have refinished the interior with nice decor, and included kiosks to order your meal from the dinning room. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. I ordered a Mexican Pizza combo. The food came quickly and it was excellent. The crunch was perfect on the center, and the cheese was melted to perfection. The flavors were bright and delicious. I am used to the pizza being slightly soggy, but this was a perfect crunch. Excellent job Taco Bell. You have certainly upped your game!
Burnt my crunch wrap supreme that had no meat on it. Spoke to the cashier, all I received was a blank stare. Guess I should have considered myself lucky to have even received my order. Good place to go when drunk cause youll not notice anything wrong with your food.
They consistently forget something every time my husband and I go here. This time he got a grande meal and we were shorted 1 taco, I got nachos with cheese and there was only a quarter of the cup full of cheese, and he ordered tomatoes to be added on the tacos and they weren’t. I tried to call to let them know and it went to a voicemail. Halfway through me leaving a message it sounded like someone picked up and then the call just ended. Don’t trust your order at this Taco Bell. Go to any other one
Ive been to each of the three taco bells in Rock Hill and have the simple order of the Spicy Potato Soft Tacos with no cheese. And on this particular night...I felt the content of my bag and it felt confusingly light....and I opened up the "taco" to see what is pictured below lmao. The manager was very nice and corrected the issue along with free drinks but the fact that the employees would be so careless towards a paying customer is truly sad.
Food was just like always but they had no soda at all! They were not sure when it would be fixed. Had to drink the sweet tea and it was so strong, I could have painted the walls with it. They werent telling any of the customers that placed orders after me that the soda machine was broken until after they had paid!
