Taco Bell in Woonsocket

First of all that’s not even real Mexican food you want real Mexican food go to California tacos or the one on social st, they both are the best and delicious better then Taco Bell.

Its good especially there veggie Power bowl and nachos fried and nacho fries combo box

The employees had a very bad attitude. My friend ordered soft taco supreme and they didnt have tomato or sour cream. Thats no big deal but when we went back to fix it they were being rude about it. Worse service ever. Did they split in her food idk.

Literally walked in around 2pm for them to tell us we can’t dine in because woman’s room toilet was clogged. What would that have to do with DR, just lock the bathroom door or block it. Just the fact that they rushed us out because they HAD to lock the door really did it for me.

Only drive through service when I went. Would have preferred to eat in with AC and use the bathroom. But food and service were good, other than forgetting to offer hot sauce.

This is my FAVORITE Taco Bell Location in my area. I go there so much, a couple employees already know my order.... freakin Awesome :)

So Ive been going here for 2 years but will NEVER go here again. Ordered some tacos and burritos for me and the kids and when I unwrapped my beefy melt and was about to take a bit I look down and there is literally HAIR all over the top. Not the spray hair thats gross but happens im talking hair from floor as though they dropped it and picked it up and put it back in wrapper. I found "floor dirt and hair" on 2 of my 10 tacos/burritos. Absolutely disgusting

Andrew is one of the best workers tacobell has. Everytime I come to the drive-thru hes always respectful and always makes my day. He needs a raise or something . Everyone else is always miserable

Charged me $21.55 for a single Baja blast, got Doritos locos and they somehow messed it up.

Never gets an order correct! Ordered my meal with chicken and once I got home they were all made with beef! So disappointed… and it’s not even the first time this happens. Shame on me for not checking before I left!!!

Food is always good here, vety rarely is the food bad. However, I wonder sometimes if the employees even eat at taco bell? How do they always give 3 sauces only when you order 5 items? Ridiculous, I dont know anyone who uses less than 1 sauce pet taco let alone a burrito.

Just came from here. Messed up a very basic order. 2 crunchy taco supremes, 2 Doritos locos tacos, just cheese on them. Was missing a supreme taco and one of the Doritos locos tacos had lettuce. Basic instruction isnt this places strong suit apparently

Friendly cashier and server, clean and safe exterior, masks worn, quick service, well packaged food, and order correct. However, the Power Veggie Bowl and the Cheesy Potatoes were a much smaller serving portion than expected.

Never had a bad order here. Ive lived in this area 62 years and this Bell has fresh,hot food served in a timely manner. My favorite is beef and cheese burrito 🌯 for a buck.

The people who work the morning shift are awesome. The food is always hot and delicious. The guy with glasses who works the drive through is super nice and always friendly!

Awful. They literally make everything wrong. I just had to order literally 4 times ans they still did it wrong how is it you order a bean and cheese burrito ans they only put onions and tomatoes on it, literally not even the things its named?

This location in Woonsocket, RI consistently offers great food and service. I have never run into a grumpy employee here. The service is always fast and friendly. The food is always made right and hot. They offer in-store dining now. I use the drive thru because we eat at home. This drive thru keeps moving and never parks me to wait. I highly recommend this location. We go here often.

They gave me sauce but the packets had a different sauce that had exploded all over them. It was gross. Food was good though.

Im impressed. Very quick and friendly service. This is unusual for a Taco Bell. The order was correct also, no problems, no complaints. Well definitely be returning to this Taco Bell.

I have never had a problem with service or food. However it is upsetting when things are discontinued or not in stock and not listed or marked off prior to being able to order. Other then that this place is great!

Ordered several times through Doordash and the food was always good. They may not be the best tacos or burritos in the world, but theyll do in a pinch if you crave Mexican food.

As a Door Dash driver they are very fast and organized. Get us in and out so we can make the most of our night. Time is money and I am very thankful that they keep me moving!

The worst experience got them on uber eats so couldnt even get the right thing in the end I ordered a Sierra mist two baja blast got a Pepsi diet pepsi and a weird watery mango thing ordered the nacho fries box well there was no nachos fries in the box thats for sure missing a doritos locos taco 🌮 ughhh what a disaster

Regardless of what people say about Woonsocket this is my absolute favorite taco Bell the food is always fresh the order is always accurate drive-thru is always long but they work through it in a timely manner and provide good customer service and also apologize for the wait a free taco I wouldnt be mad at ya🤭 good experience

The last two times I ordered they completely messed up my order. I ordered a nacho bell grande with no sour cream no tomatoes and no beans and to add extra cheese and meat but both times I got it with sour cream tomatoes and beans. The first time I caught it In the parking lot so I went back through the drive through and the girl who was doing the drive through was unbelievably rude the second time the guy repeated it back to me correctly so I assumed it was right and didnt check when I got it until I went home and found out it was once again wrong. This store needs to retrain everyone who works. I wont be going back to this location

Kind service. Pretty big order. They packed 15 items in one bag so we had to dig for everything. Our order was missing several items including all the side orders of sour cream that we specifically asked for. Not the first time weve had an incomplete order.. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER before you leave the parking lit.

They dont know how to fulfill orders got no napkins ask for mild sauce and salt and pepper got none of that order was messed up food was soggy and they dont like to listen to what you want to have just hope you get something you might have

Excellent and friendly staff. We havent had taco bell in a long time and it was a delicious throwback. They forgot to give us mild sauce along with our fire sauce but all is forgiven. Next time were in the area well stop by again.

I do enjoy their food, when it is made correctly and the order is given to me completely. If I order for myself, the order appears to be totally manageable and there are rarely any issues. The moment I order for two things start to get messed up and forgotten.I typically use the app to ensure ordering accuracy and confirm that I am not holding up someone at the drive thru. So when I order a larger than average quantity of items, I have a hard time sorting through the bags at the window to make sure they have everything and usually assume that the crew are doing their jobs and giving me what I paid for.On numerous occasions that is not the case and I have been short changed quite a bit of food over the past several months, the most recent of which was part of a large order for the evening. I had purchased their "At Home Taco Bar" and a few burritos for myself and my fiance to enjoy for a late lunch. We were handed three medium bags, a small bag, and a box. We asked if that was everything and they confirmed it was everything and we were all set. Instead of sitting at the drive thru window and sorting through everything, we took their word and left. Fast forward to getting home and sorting out the food, we received the Taco Bar in full, but the burritos were missing completely. Really infuriating when stuff like this happens constantly and there is a simple method to double check an order before it is just tossed out the window into someones car.

If youre pulling up for dinner or a midnight grub run expect a wait many nights in the drive thru as this is the only Taco Bell in the 10mile-ish radius. Otherwise they are always on point here with orders and timeliness. 👍

Used to be my favorite Taco Bell spot, but it seems like they got rid of all the superb workers and all thats left is immature, careless, and ungrateful employees. My review has changed from 4 stars a year ago to 1 star now. Its pretty much like every other Taco Bell in town; Trash.

Not my favorite choice of fast food. However, i was out with some friends and we decided to drop in and try the tacos. The soft or crunchy filled with whatever you desire are not bad. As far as other stuff on their menu Ive been told its touch and go. Some good and some bad. It depends on your preferences and if you dare to dig in and take a chance.

Awful! First off they were out of beef. Which was fine for my sister and I as we dont eat meat and wanted beans anyway. Her husband does eat meat but had to settle for chicken. Then we get home (15 -20 min ride homeand there is chicken on our tacos. we had to drive all the way back just to get the correct order.i doubt we with go back again.

Love the price of everything here! I love the queserito and soft taco supremes! Everything is delicious and hot! The workers are very nice and always smiling. I like how they always gave new items. The kiosks are awesome because you can see exactly what they have and what youre getting.

This place ALWAYS gets my order wrong. Every time Ive come. I must be a glutton for punishment or perhaps I have to much faith that these guys will break the chain of bad experiences Ive had but after several unfortunate orders I finally must leave a negative review.Wrong orders, never give me the sauce I ask for. Half of the time they ask what sauce Id like, then dont even give it to me in my order, the other half they dont even bother to ask and when I prompt them and beg them for the sauce they STILL ultimately deny me.I initially had hope that perhaps it was just an employee I kept getting with bad memory and figured Id come back and see if anything changed. Nope. Id say Ive had a different drive through employee at least 8 out of 10 times.It must be the management at that point because no one is ever getting anything right

Ive been in the food service industry for over 45 years. I went to this particular taco bell for a breakfast burrito. The temperature that morning was 5 degrees. When I pulled up to the drive up the menu for breakfast was not posted it was the regular menu. I informed the server there was no breakfast menu visible she explained to me it was frozen and could not turn it around. She then proceeded to go into detail the complete breakfast menu which really impressed me. Great service, hot fresh good food, thanks.

Most reasonable place I would say. Taco is one of the quickest meal I take. Here its good sitting area. And now they have put user/guests operating machines for making self orders. U just make your own order and they will call out your name when its ready. This has made things faster and easy. And drive through is also quick here.

The staff here is always super helpful, upbeat, and care about making your experience as great as possible. They even made sure my entire order was vegetarian even though I accidentally ordered a meat taco. Thanks for being so great!

After having some historically bad experiences of Taco Bell I always tried to avoid Taco Bell in general. As much as I enjoy spicy food a couple of bad experiences really put me off ever wanting to go to this chain. In the last year I have been in several times to this particular location due to the need for some late night food (nothing else really open). I was INCREDIBLY IMPRESSED at the front of house staff in their thoroughness in taking and checking my order. The order is EXACTLY what I ask for. Zero mistakes. I have been several times over the last year and have never ever had an order be wrong. In the same local area I can say that almost every other place gets orders wrong. This Taco Bell seems to have staff that pay attention and know how to get orders right. Knowing that my chicken wrap, with rice, is correct when I order it makes me want to go back. Simple spicy food that does not claim to be a 5 star restaurant but one with staff that treat their customers food orders as if they were a 5 star establishment.
