All the employees were outside smoking weed. Dry food and sloppy made. 2 am in the morning shouldnt be cold dry food
This had to of been the worst Taco Bell I’m Arkansas in my opinion went there 3 times and each one wrong and they didn’t give my receipt after saying it’s in the bag I jus got one again for the 4th time and it was wrong again 8 tacos regular and they gave me supreme and they were half open already it was just terrible all around
**update, they had a good review. Until I went there today. Im going to get charged $20 for items I didnt receive and nobody in the store could tell me that they didnt have the products for the things I purchase? I mean look at this..., Just tell me! if you dont have something that Im paying for Id much rather get something else than pay extra for something I dont get, and the fact that it made it all the way out to me and nobody said anything just goes to show the entire store was complacent in ripping people off. Which by the way makes them a liar and a thief...**It was a line wrapped around the building when I got there I was in and out in under 5 mins. They staff was on point. The good was hot and good. This is a good taco bell!!
You guys make the saddest Mexican pizzas Ive ever seen. My dog could do it better. Holy. 😂 10 dollars and you cant even add cheese? Do better.
This is hands down the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. They are EXTREMELY slow. Whether picking up food for my family or picking up a door dash order for a customer, there is almost always something wrong in the order and the wait time is slower than if I actually went and sat at one of the local Mexican restaurants in town and ordered. The last two Door Dash orders I picked up, I had a wait time over 20 minutes on one and 35 on the other, and that is 20 and 35 minutes past when the order was supposed to be ready, not when I arrived (which made the wait actually 28 & 46 minutes). They seriously need better management!!
I know its taco bell right! We only went because my daughter wanted Mexican food...the order was right and the lady at the window was very friendly
Extremely slow for a simple order , 4 items took 6 workers 30 minutes to make , and came out with the worst tasting Mexican pizza I’ve ever had too.
As a whole, this location is great. The customer service is always fantastic. The food is expedited quickly and ,most of the time, accurately. Ive only ever had one issue with my order and they were extremely apologetic and fixed the issue as quickly as they could.The only thing that is really lacking at this location is cleanliness. Every single time i have visited, the dining room is dirty. I wont say it has been filthy but, dirty is definitely a fitting term. I realize its hard to manage time, especially if you are short staffed. However, dining room cleanliness should be imperative. No one likes having to clean their own table at a restaurant, or even find the cleanest table.(Taco Bell corp needs to make the ability to do a survey available to those who choose to order through the app. I realize this has nothing to do with this or any store)
Every time I go here, I spend a minimum of 20 minutes in the drive thru. Never during lunch time either. Ive ordered here 10 or so times and my order has been correct once. Awful management.
Got the order wrong multiple times. Manager had a non caring attitude. After the 4th time of making it wrong we just took it. All of our drinks got watered down in the process and had to be dumped. Wont be back!
I love Taco Bell because the workers here are really nice and are always trying to help. Always get my orders quickly or they give me extra stuff for my wait. Thank you guys! Keep up the good work!!

one of the Worst taco bell in the country.. They always have your order incorrectly.. The crunch wrap is flat like a tortilla..No meat..no anything!!! Ive been to several taco bells and ordered the crunch wrap.. and its thick.. This Taco Bell is a joke!!!.. If the owners cant talk to their workers.. Who will???? The only time the owners will move... Someone open a New Taco Bell close to this joke of a Taco Bell... So the owners will move..
They are the best team of employees in the world. The food was good even though it was a little old and I was just making a little bit of a joke about free food that I could order to see if it would rattle the cashier. He rattled me when he was able to drop the price considerably off the regular price and I will talk about this place for a few days. You know what? I have been working on my own place and I have a couple of renters and I have been where they are the. When you are Homeless and you have to go get groceries and have no way to haul groceries back to the place you are going to call home that night, its a days Job. I was going to buy the people who are Homeless and on my property something to eat and drink like I have been doing for a while now and to get a little break in the cost of my spending my money. I like Taco Bell I always have. Theyve gotten to be so expensive, for the price I just as soon eat at Casa mojitos in Beebe, excellent food.
The staff is really sweet and caring. The service is always quick, and if anything goes wrong, they immediately try to fix it. I havent had any issues here, and everything has always been superb. 10/10 would recommend.
I go all the time at night/ early morning and they are always so nice (-,: always ask for no sour cream and they get it every time
Not a lot of good experiences here with customer service. There has been several times in the last few years where Ive sat in the line for ages(one day it was an hour and a half with one car in front of me). If you want something super custom from the app, forget about it. Food itself isnt terrible if youre getting one of the simple menu items.
There must have been a problem with communication. I did not receive the chipotle melts but some sort of chicken soft taco. Usually, my son loves this place. Although, we do buy the extra chipotle sauce in the side ($.20to add to the chipotle melts because they need more sauce according to my son. Do not ask for extra sauce to be added to the product itself. Even though you pay for it, you usually don’t get it.
07/12/2022: ordered via the app. Third week in a row I didnt get what I ordered. I didnt get my chalupa nor both orders of cinnamon twists. I love my Taco Tuesday, but really getting fed up with not getting what I paid for.
Cash only during visit, which wouldnt be so bad if the sign wasnt posted in a place where you cannot exit the queue until several vehicles ahead are served. Long wait: well over 15 minutes.
Done with Taco Bell we really need a new one and new ppl in the last few weeks they’ve got my order wrong 10 out of 10 times and it’s an very easy order no sour cream on anything that’s the only side note. Like get your shut together but whatever just means I’ll eat somewhere else no big deal.
They give you what you order and its fast.. I thought it was one of the better taco bells
Absolutely terrible food and customer service. My order has been incorrect just about every time I’ve ever ordered food from there and it’s all literally thrown in a bag with no labeling or any kind of care. I understand it gets hectic and mistakes happen.. we are human after all.. but this is ridiculous. 9 times out of 10 the food has been cold as well. You try to call and either no one answers or if you can get them to answer then they act like they don’t care and it isn’t their problem. The incompetence at this place is astonishing. KMAC enterprises (the ownersneed to do a better job governing their employees and auditing their stores for quality. I don’t know how anyone actually enjoys eating here. I will never spend another red cent in this place… and this is coming from a die hard Taco Bell lover. Do better.
They didnt have mexican pizzas. There CO2 was out, so your drink were limited to water or orange juice.The food was hot and delicious. The service was good, but I wanted the pizza!
I just sat in Taco Bell for over 43 minutes after ordering my food to go. This was the most frustrating and repulsive customer service I have ever had. The staff just walked around at a snails pace not worried about getting anything done. The dining area was pile of nasty garbage and cheese sauce. I order three freezes which were given to me upon ordering so I sat there and watched them melt while waiting for my food with no apologies to the other frustrated guest who had waited just as long. I can promise I will make the drive out of my way to bebee or Jacksonville next time. This was absolutely repulsive. I really hope this place is replaced with something that can actually produce “fast food”
I realize the prices of everything are going up, but I shouldnt have to pay more for less. The last 2 times I have eaten here the quality of food is 0. I got a crunchwrap Supreme the other day and it basically had no meat in it. The breakfast box I got today has basically nothing in the burrito. I dont believe I will be coming back to this location.
We went through the drive through and ordered 2 soft taco supremes and 3 crunchy taco supremes. We checked our order on the way home and we had 5 soft taco supremes. Not what we ordered. Well be getting our tacos somewhere else from now on.
We pulled up and this place is drive through only, line backed up to the street. I have a door dash order to pick up and half their crew is out side while this line has been stalled for 30 minutes now and Im not even at the window yet. Absolutely ridiculous yall need to be able to push out 10 orders every 10 minutes atleast and I think Ive only seen about 6 cars get their orders in the past 30 minutes. Yall are costing me more and more money with every minute that goes by. Its absolutely unacceptable and a disgrace on taco Bells name.
This is the WORST Taco Bell I have ever been to. The management or lack thereof is evident when you walk in. The lobby was full of people trying to get the food they ordered & there was one dark headed younger girl in the kitchen doing all the work. The so called manager was too busy arguing with customers as if it was their fault because they are poorly ran. I would not recommend this place. The food we ordered was not wrapped good & it came out in the bag.
Terrible. Every time I go to this Taco Bell it’s a poor experience. Today, I waited 20 minutes for an order to dine in. In twenty minutes they did not make one order for the dining room and only took care of the drive thru customers. There were 8 employees. One was sweeping the dining room while fifteen customers waited on food inside. I watched as the cook line busted every burrito and squirted sour cream on the outside of every taco and laugh and wrap it up anyway. Beebe has a great Taco Bell. Well worth the drive.
Ordered 4 different items none of them were labeled, they were all in the same wrapper and they were all very were poorly made. My teens didnt even like it. Nice staff gross food.
They rarely get an order right, waited in line 15 minutes and out of the 4 items we ordered ( 3 crunchy tacos meat and cheese only, and a nacho frynone were correct. We got about 6 cold fries with out the nacho cheese, and tacos with tons of lettuce. Its insane that they are still open. I still have almost never gotten a correct order, or one that was hot or fresh. Every thing is way past hold times, even when they are busy some how.
Always very busy at nite but I love this crowd 15 deep in line but great tacos and all for you late nighters they cater to us !! And we like it ! There generally good at giving out condiments without asking fun witty fabulous crowd at this Taco Bell !😀
Went through the drive threw tonight at approximately 9pm 4-20-2022. Both of my Doritos locos tacos were broken and old tasting like they have been sitting for a while. My shell was close to soggy didnt even crunch when I bit into it. Then on my chalupa I didnt even get any nacho cheese on it barely any sour cream. I thought about changing my rating but as I first put it it stays as a 1 star. I blame poor management and workers that have no obvious care for the food they send out. Thanks Taco bell it is the last time I will ever go to your location here in Cabot.
This is by far the best Taco Bell Ive been to. Very consistent on correct orders and the food always comes out fresh. To top it off, the night shift cashier always greets customers enthusiastically and is very friendly, which is very refreshing when most people at drive through windows elsewhere are miserable.
My 10 year old was very excited to use his coupon for a free bean burrito-earned at school by making good grades. He ordered a bean burrito with no onions, and what he received was a bean burrito with no beans. We tried to call several times, but no one answered. He is very disappointed. This incompetence is just one of the many reasons we do not eat at Taco Bell.
This would have been a horrible experience if it wasnt for Freddy and honestly the 5 stars are for him. My husband and I ordered online and when we got to the window they told us to get back in line. When we drove around and saw that the line was long and was probably gonna be a 10-15 minute wait I walked inside to be greeted with our order being done not even 1 minute after having them telling us to get back in line. I noticed right away they forgot our drinks. When we got home and went to feed our toddler I noticed they forgot his food. We didnt think to check our bag before leaving as we had a screaming toddler with us. Well I called and Freddy answered the phone and I explained what had happened. He told me he would make it right if I came back and he indeed did. Taco Bell if this man isnt a manager he needs to be. He knows good customer service.
Absolutely the worst for the last month!! Ive been coming here since 1996 with NO complaints. My food as been wrong 3 different times in 2 months. Then when you call no one answers.Very frustrating when your A mom of four!!!
Ive ordered from this taco bell for years with hardly any complaints. This afternoon I went through the drive thu ordered 8 tacos and when I got home I opened the bag and every taco was saturated so bad the wrappers was soaked and even leaked through the bag. Hopefully next time will be a better experience without soggy tacos .
This morning I swung through Taco Bell to try their breakfast and was greeted with the sweetest, most helpful team I’ve ever seen at a fast food restaurant. They were not only helpful in deciding what to eat, but had smiles on their faces and seem genuinely happy to be there. My food was also delicious and hot! If you haven’t had the pleasure of Cabot’s Taco Bell in the morning, go ahead and treat yourself!
Fast service and my food has always been correct. Only age at this taco bell one other time and the person working the drive through remember me and treated me and the kids like family. Best taco bell iv been to
Like ordering through the app and can get some good deals with the rewards system. Food is usually good when they get your order correct. Lots of times we have come home and found that something was made wrong or missing from our order. The past month, they have been really stingy with the cinnamon on the cinnamon twist. Its suppose to be like a dessert but taste very bland without cinnamon! My whole family ended up throwing theirs away.I will say that management is really nice about fixing wrong or missing orders, but its very inconvenient to have to open every food item to see if its made right or having to drive all the way back there to fix an order.
Ordered 3 spicy potato tacos and as you can see in the picture they put like four pieces of potato on it with no chipotle sauce. And I have to wait in this long line all over again.
Went through the drive through, which magically wasn’t backed up to the entrance for once, ordered, payed, then waited for 10 more minutes for my food. After I got home, one of the tacos was barely wrapped, then I took a bite and realized there was no substance to my crunchwrap. Barely any meat/cheese on half and barely any lettuce/sour cream/tomato on the other half. They are overpriced ($7.17 for 3 crunchy taco supremes, for perspective my crunchwrap combo was $7.79and the quality has always been terrible. Find somewhere else and save your time and money
Considering the drive through was incredibly busy, the line moved fairly quickly. Service was excellent and people taking my order were polite.The food was pretty good for Taco bell fast food. It was obviously prepared quickly- cheese on nachos in one spot rather than spread out. I asked for extra cheese, no meat- did not get extra cheese. But with it being a busy Saturday night I was glad I had fast service and got home with the right order and fresh food.
So I ordered a Cheesy Gordita Crunch. No Gordita Shell, and have the crunchy taco is missing. Also ordered a Quesarito and theres no sauce on the inside and all theres almost no meat in it. What little there is, is on the first bite on both ends.
