The staff bother you when you are using their public restroom...so not professional

My father asked for a senior discount and they said they didnt have one. But they have it in other Taco Bells 🤦

I use to pay 25¢ for a crispy taco long time ago good crispy taco 7 dollars and change for 4 crispy tacos jack in box 4 crispy taco you pay less than 3 dollars but a4 🌟

Just went to get a small pizza & I was so put off by the service I received. After getting my order, I took a little less than a minute to put my card back in my purse and was told by the girl with the engagement ring on her finger at the drive through that I had to move my car. It literally wasnt even a minute that I was there. And there were no cars behind me. So petty an unnecessary. Will be thinking twice before coming back.

Been wanting to leave this review for a while lol. This Taco bell has been on point the last (almost 10 times Ive been there the staff is super cool and always polite in the drive thru not to mention the food always comes out good, theres other taco bells and the taco shells feel stale or the food just doesnt look good, but these guys keep it up, young staff also and they are doing a great job

The Mexican Pizza finally came back and it was worth the wait!! Lol

The beef chalupa was very tasty and juice. Meat was flavorful and warm. The cheese and chips were fresh. Overall it was a delicious experience.

Lady is kind of rude at register.food is ok ,but the people working there are rude.

They gave the wrong order and ask for salsa and did not provide... not nice.

I like it I think some of there items are pricey but they have a menu with cheaper prices

Usually dont have a problem here but I went today and they took 30 min to give me one taco.

To each their own But Taco Bell as we all know has that their $100 Taco is like must after a late rendezvous. Itll hold you down till you get to your destenation. This Local holds its own

Food is great for Taco Bell / Pizza Hut chain and service is efficient and polite. Parking is very difficult and drive-thru is difficult to get into.

The lady at the drive thru she was a little rude and at the end we got home to find out that our food order was wrong. We thought obout going back but we remember the lady attitud and we decided not to.

Alright Taco Bell I like their $5 boxes. They were out of medium cups so what did they guy do? He upcharged me for a large instead of just giving it to me. Classic moves lol.

Went to TB Tuesday afternoon 6/1/21 The service was friendly & professional even though the cashier was suffering from a headache she remained professional. Everything was well stocked and clean overall a good dining experience. 👍🏽

Usually get the orders wrong. Bought my daughter a individual pizza it looked as though the pizza had fallen on the grown, the cheese was all over the box not on the pizza the slices were side ways. I took it back they told me to keep it and gave me a new one.

Got 12 Hard Shell Supremes, 3 Soft and a burrito via drive through. Got everything for about $25 and all accounted for. Quick, painless and polite. Im a gluten for heavily Americanized Mexican food.

All its good... its the way the Drive thru was designed too tide into traffic especially for the exit and on busy hours..pedestrians walking metro bus on that lane that interrupts your exit.

The worst customer service EVER! My family member who has a physical disability due to a surgery. Can not over extend her left arm to far and the cashier did not say one word. When she handed out a cup with change . My aunt tried reaching for it several times. Until my aunt told her she could not reach!! She clearly saw my poor aunt struggling Not everyone is Comfortable with sharing personal information I am sure this violates some typeof A.d reg. She told the cashier serveal times i cant reach.Then we tried to call and speak to a Manager and when asked for the mangers name we were hung up on.and the phone went unanswered. After several attempts to call back. I was under the impression that restaurants accommodate people with disabilities. My aunt left humiliated. If i could put 0 stars i would. Tacobell contact us we would like to fill out a formal complaint.

No quality control. How do you make 5 of the wrong burritos and still send them? Just because its an uber order doesnt mean you can just send your mistakes. Take your time and make sure everything is correct. Just recieved 5 of the wrong burritos. Completely unacceptable. Such a waste of food. Bad management or bad employees.

Service is good if your going to drive thru its fine if your going to eat in I dont recomend there is always homeless people coming in and out the restaurant to use bathroom or just sit at a table I know its not the employees fault but personally having to small children it doesnt feel safe.

This place always has great workers, manager and their food is always fresh. Im going to miss coming here when I move from this area but Ill be back to visit when I come through Commerce/East LA.

Dry Frito burrito plus the rice was hard like it was old or dry. Even after asking for sauce I got none nor napkins. It was disgusting. Never coming again. Altho the girls working were not to blame .They were very nice.. The food was the issue. Spent $20 on this .

The quality of this chains food went down hill. I’m surprised people still eat this food. Also prices went way up. I used to get a 10 crack of tacos for a little over $12 bucks or so. I must have wasted a $20 on this visit. And the tacos were horrible. Well I can see why there are so few of them left. Same with kfc. Hope Pizza Hut sticks around. These 3 are sometimes smooshed together in an all in one drive thru with PH being very limited in food items. Try if you dare. I had it for the last time and it’s been over 10 years since I had before.

The conversion from schered chicken to regular is not to be charged unless is from chicken to beef not only that I got schered chicken anyway This place sucks never going back.

Okay, dining area needed cleaning, lots of homeless coming in and out. No shaded area of tables, due to large windows and sun streaming in, soda fountain required clean up too.

Always great and Im excited to see the nacho fries back on he menu

As usual Taco Bell is a good quick place to get simple items. Ive always liked this place, hey its fast food. If your looking for authentic, then eat at home.

The food and service is good and such but the food they serve you is not fair because you order something like something has a lot of meat and cheese they give you the opposite they give you lots of lettuce, tomatoes 🍅 and less meat and juicyness. They have good employees and friendly, BTW, dont go into the bathroom its filthy in there.🤢

Great service at this location. Super fast service. The employees are attentive. This location is always clean. Fyi if you need to use the restroom ask the cashier to open the restroom door.

This is not the first time I get horrible customer service here. The first time I asked the guy for a frito burrito and quickly asked if that was the hot cheetos one, he said no (he had an attitude problem while telling me noit was the regular one and charged my card I told him well I wanted the hot cheetos one but its ok since he had already charged it. I wasnt going to flip out over it so I left it alone. Well I go in today and Im seeing what I want to order while my bf is doing the same. so after a few min we are ready and are waiting for someone to attend us(there was like 5 employees there,2 of them were close to us but no one came to take our order. One of the guys was cleaning the trays and just gave us a blank stare like if he was high and couldnt comprehend what was happening so me and my bf are just looking around to see if anyone else is going to take our order but no one comes up, so we just decided to leave since I guess no one wanted to take the order. The manager should have stepped in and told someone to take our order since she was there and saw us but I guess it wasnt a big deal to her. I personally feel like they dont care about their customers since Ive seen some employees in the pass be rude to other customers too. I definitely wont be coming back.

We got there at 9:30 and ordered our food but our order was wrong we were missing 6 items. They said they close at 10:30 and we were eating and didnt care about the children that were eating so we left with our childern half eaten and called it a day.

there was no line in the drive thru on a Wednesday afternoon and they were able to serve us very quickly. there was a little difficulty while ordering as they couldnt understand us but in the end they got everything right. they didnt skimp out on salsa either so make sure you ask

During my visit I was served by an attentive crew. The cruch wrap supreme meal that I ordered was made very well. The food wasnt just thrown together and rung out. One of the employees even took the time to assist an older gentlemen struggling to come through the door. The interior doesnt look half bad either, it was clean and organized. However, being located directly on Whittier Blvd this Taco Bell is a magnet for homeless people and occasional weirdos. During my hour in the restaurant about 3 different homeless woman dropped in, some hanging out outside the restaurant. The staff however, was professional addressing those people. It isnt the restaurants fault, but it does spoil your eating experience a tad bit.Its just the surrounding area. Its a busy and crowded street with the commerce plaza just next door. Kudos to the staff for keeping up the good work.3.1/2 Stars
