Taco Bell in Rancho Mirage

On a recent visit to dine-in, I was disappointed. I purchased 4 Taco Supremes. Compared to competitior, Del Taco, my tacos cost more for smaller portions. Less meat... smaller shell. Del Taco is a better choice for the money!

Had to have the person working behind the counter escort me, with their keys, to the washroom!It was clean enough though, the toilets and sink, prolly the floor too, but stained.I felt happy to eat the food, the staff were professional.

I always liked Taco Bell versus del taco.

Was quick and easy and the food was fresh! The young lady working drive thru was pleasant and easy to understand. 👍👍👍

Monica was a really nice associate! She was handling a long line with patience & when it slowed down she was also serving a couple of customers their food. She was fast, efficient at it also.

Awful. I know its fast food but damn. I took my kids for lunch before a movie across the street. No cars in drive thru and empty dining room except for one gent behind us in line. I ordered 6 tacos, a bean burrito and two chalupas. Twenty minutes later, the food is up. The chalupas were ice cold and rock hard. I brought it back to the counter and the young man behind the counter just took them without a word and walked away. I hung around, thinking he would be back to take my order but he never came back. After maybe 5 or 6 minutes I poked my head in the back asking for service and he said "One minute." After about 5 more minutes I just left because the movie was going to start and my kids had already eaten their tacos. Poor service!

Careful they will fudge up your order by not listening. I said I wanted a number 8 no burritos and a taco. I’m lost.

Havent been to a Taco Bell in at least a couple of years because the ones around my home are terrible this one was great thank you very much crew

We both had 7pset stomachs after our visit.

Love it we ate the food so fast casue we were hungry. There dorito Supreme tacos are amazing. This place was on point the tacos 🌮 were perfect . Every bite. Great service very clean place

Worst taco bell store ever. Staff is slow and incompetent. the only good thing I can say is the store is clean. As someone who visits regularly Ive never been impressed with the service at this particular store. They are always slow, food is prepared wrong or not at all. My last visit I just ended up leaving without my order coz I wouldve been late for work.

Always good there are they make fresh breakfast rolls and theyre only a $1.59 and theyre delicious and they cant they pan frying where the tortilla shell is crispy theyre good there are the better one I think than

Absolute worst location I have ever been to. Made my order 4/7/22 at about 7/7:30pm. Ordered everything with no cheese and no sour cream because I am allergic. Says it on the receipt, both my tacos had cheese and the bowl had both cheese and sour cream. Came back to get it remade, I was very calm and nice about it but the manager on duty was absolutely horrible and rude to me about it, I even gave her the wrong food because I could not eat it. Had to wait 20 minutes for the food only for them to have just shaken up the bowl and to have just taken the cheese off the top of the tacos so everything still had cheese and sour cream in it. I physically could not eat what they gave me, but at that point I was done. The woman who is the manager there is rude, unprofessional, and absolutely horrible to customers and their allergies.

I generally like Taco Bell. This one managed to keep its dining room open the couple of times we came, but today it was closed because of staffing shortage. Hope they recover soon.

Not good must have been a shift change or bad cooks. Usually its good but most times it is just wish u guys had french frys

I was out n about today on my day off n I thought Ill have some cheap tacos, I was tired from work n figured Ill pick up something quick to eat, but it just so happened that the lobby was closed, there was an employee outside n asked me what I needed n I said some cheap tacos but the lobby is closed n processed to get me some tacos, I didnt get his name but hes an awesome employee, he cares, n I love taco bell!!,👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️

I ordered online for pickup during my lunch so I wouldnt wait for my order. I chose to pick up in store and an employee told me to go through the drive thru were there were 5 cars already waiting. Why couldnt they just give me the order at the door if it was paid for?..

I will never go through this Taco Bell ever again ... The staff at the front drive-up window was Rude plastic pompous unprofessional the manager offered to buy my meal but I basically threw it all the way

Food was fresh and hot oder was correct and friend kind service manger mariah was great and kind and very helpful

All I can say, we do the drive though, and always good service, no mistakes, with the order, and the food is excellent.

They lost their edge....the menu is plain. Not a good experience when you are at the drive thru window hoping to see someone walking by to get my dept card back. Honk, knock.... nothing!! finally for what seems to be like an eternity someone came walking by...ugh.

This taco bell is always on point, the staff has always been very friendly and professional and they never mess up my order.

The guys that took our order in the drive through was very nice and professional , drive thru was quick great service over all

I understand you close at 12am, but when I get there at 11:54 pm you are open still, I should be able to place an order and be done before you close at 12am. Today I was told you were closed and you reopen at 9am. I bet you didn’t even make good sales on a Monday and your turning people away. You get what you pay for, and you sir must make a low wage.

Full disclosure: I only go to Taco Bell once in a blue moon or when I get asked to pick something up.That being said, the renovated building looks great and the drive-thru staff was very cordial, cleanly and friendly. Hard to judge the interior since I never go in, but I recommend getting your late night fast food fix here if its what you like!

Just terrible before and now before they just walk in on when you use the bathroom..now I use Postmates and not one time that got my order right.got a bike so cant even go to taco Bell. Please put up signs so people dont waste there time..

when i went in there was no line, no one in the entire place. the cashier was taking a drive through order, then went away to another register to take another drive through order. i stood there no one acknowledged me, a female employee was wiping the serving trays. finally she looked up, asked me if i had been helped. replied no, she immediately apologized and took my order. i was going to eat it, the order was given to me in a bag, opened the bag and it was completely wrong. there was someone wiping the tables, i went to call her, however it was clear that she had company that was more important than the customer. its amazing that two taco supreme and two bean burritos added up to $10.00. i was looking forward in dining there but after this experience i wont be coming back. fyi cardenas market on ramon road has a monster taco, your choice of steak, chicken or carnitas with chips and guacamole for $2.50 its a huge taco and one is a meal in it self

I hate the drive way but the food is always consistent. I love being able to sub any meat for beans, makes me feel better about what I eat and Im not left out of taco bell greatness. I wish I could get a barrel of mild sauce packets for the end of the world :bunker

Love the employees! The food has been consistently good my last 3 visits. Order has been correct and for the first time in any taco bell visit I was asked if I wanted to upgrade my drink to a large for a minimal amount (I wont put that down as I am sure that will change over time). Talk about an upscale but in all reality providing a great service! I would give this place a 5 star without hesitation if it werent for the constant transient issues. That seems to be a common problem at any establishment in this area so I cant blame them too much. Its a fine line to walk, calling the police but also making them mad and wanting to vandalize the building. The manager clearly leads well and has a great team, if they could only fix the transient issue this would be the best bell in the valley! Enjoy this superior service should you decide to patron this place.

The staff and the food are great in this location. But the negative I have to comment on this location has nothing to do with the workers. But the Tweakers and people homeless in the area that coincide and do "transactions" but besides that if you want to avoid that youre better off going through the drive-thru.

Normally I like this location however today I went and had a delicious baja blast freeze that I loved and I ordered a taco supreme. My taco was far from supreme though. Barely any meat..barely any anything really and one small plop of sour cream on one end. The shell disintegrated. It sucked!

The food and the service were both GREAT. The staff is very helpful andfriendly. When I was there, the temperature was 116° and the dining room was very cool and comfortable. My only complaint is that the bathroom needs a little more attention.

I usually do the Taco Bell surveys when I receive stellar service, but today I received extraordinary service! This was during a lunch rush, so the drive thru was slower than normal, I later found out it was call outs... when at the window I had already realized and could see the manager taking care of the lobby and drive thru customers with exceptional speed and service. When I received my order, the manager apologized a thousand times for my wait and gave me my meal at no charge. I really appreciate this high level of service and just wanted to commend her for making my good day even better!

I always love Taco Bell and they have so many different menu items. I just tried the nacho fries and they are so good and also I love their meximelts and basically everything that they have so it was nice dropping by. We dont have one close to my house so its a bit of a drive but its worth it.

Restaurant had absolutey no customets in the lobby and drive through was closed... approx 5 pm on a Tuesday. I was having issues with phone app and thought it would be a great time to get some help seeing 2 employees plus a manager w seemingly nothing to do. Needless to say they tried to show me on my phone and got same error. Well the cashier that is. He asked the manager for assistance but he or she never left the office. Whats a cancelled 10 dollar or so order at the height of rush hour at a place thats not generating any revenue anyway. I mean 10 bucks in that 20 minutes i wasted there was better alternative than the zippo they made by not helping a customer out. Dont fret theres a del taco right up the street with better food and an app that works!

Just your average chain restaurant. Employees here have tons of attitude. The place its clean, but the amount of homeless wondering outside the restaurant could be overwheelming at times (specially after darkI go there two or three times a week, unfortunately the drive - thru hours are fairly inconsistent. The restaurant drive - thru its supposed to be open til midnight every day. I have been there already 3 times when the place its closed. One of the times they didnt even have a notice on the window. I give them credit because their drive - thru its one off the best in town. I have a very thick accent, but not once I had a mistake on my order.

The staff here was very nice. The tea was a bit weak for my taste. I tried the cinnabon balls. They were really good. The restaurant was just a typical fast food restaurant located on a busy corner at an intersection.

Order is never right i live near and some times its the quickest place to get food i order maby 1 time a month and its always wrong the workers are stoners the manager is the youngest 1 there its just a joke but the last time was today. I told them no avocado because i am deathly allergic to it and guess what.... It has avocado! Im calling corporate

A taco bell with the same products as others but there is never coffee for breakfast in the morning.

Food is fine, its never what I ordered though. They always get something wrong. Both times Ive been, my orders were wrong and the people were rushing me when they werent even busy. The girl at the window handed me the receipt demanding that I do the survey on the back and put her name and she said it not once but twice. She wasnt friendly and I felt extremely rushed. I dont think I will be going to this location again.

Very clean appearance. Until you sit at tables. Way to slow to have dirty tables. Kitchen area appear clean as cook was mopping and wiping. Dining area was my only complaint. Food was delicious and service was fair.
