Long wait, got order wrong. No screen to show order and menu was unreadable to begin with. Place was a mess. Definitely below normal TB standards.
The entire vibe of this place was off. As you pull in, it looks like you are entering a haunted property. The sign was lit up, but the menu display selection of tacos was wadded with a handmade sign indicating to pull up to the window to order because the speaker is broken. As I pulled up, there was some dude inside shoveling goop out of one tray into another and he casually looked at me. He slowly made his way over, opened the window, didn’t say hi, and stared at me weirdly. I didn’t even bother to order. He got the prices wrong, and the place looked filthy from where I was. I started up the truck, and left.
They NEVER do orders in a timely manner and they never have enough workers, there have been times when NO ONE IS THERE and it takes them 10 or 15 minutes to show up! On a break, bathroom? Who knows! Now the drive thru is shut down and its cash only lolol, how can so much go wrong at once and sooo constantly?? Embarrassing for the management.
Drove through the town late and night and struggled to find entrance to lot. Once I got in line, two glass eyes stared at me through the grimy windows. Got my food in reasonable time, but think he slipped a nug in my baja.
Showed up yesterday at 10pm, they were closed both drive thru and lobby even though lobby hours are until 11pm and drive thru hours are 12am. Staff were still inside and glared at anyone trying to enter. Today I went through the drive thru, waited 10min no response at all. Went into the lobby to order, waited 20min in a short line to order, informed the cashier of the drive thru issue. He asked the rest of the staff who was on drive thru and they all said nobody was wearing the headset. He eventually put the headset on. Overall customer service experience is terrible, the food service was slow. One good thing about this visit was the food was tasty.Maybe consider travelling to Weed for their location.
So dirty- everywhere from parking lot to fining area to bathrooms- makes you wonder what the kitchen is like. Homeless people hanging around. Had to wait a long time for order. There seemed to be 2 managers? One for the taco bell side one for the KFC side and neither could answer questions about the other. Will not return.
Headset was broken,sign said pull up to window. Waited for ten minutes, made direct eye contact with the dude who was working multiple times and he still refused to take our orders. At one point I just got out of the car and started picking blackberries. Cars waiting behind me, still he wouldnt take our orders. We left after about 12 minutes. As Im writing this a good 10 minutes later, off on my adventure for more food, the people who were behind us are still waiting for their food. Thats a good 25+ minutes wait. No taco Bell is worth that.
It opens at 2 different times so half the things I ordered werent available and the service is really bad, I waited 15 minutes with a friend and they only took her order and made me wait longer to get mine. Would not recommend but good food
This is the slowest “FAST FOOD” restaurant ever they can only serve one car at a time or when you go inside it’s the same!!! It’s filthy inside and the drive thru window is disgustingYou would think that the people that work there would actually care but then who knows what their kitchens at home look like. The only reason this place is open is because it’s one of 2 fast food place in town and if the health department was available to get ahold of and they actually did an inspection I have no doubt the doors would be closedPS I believe that if the owner actually cared the employees might too
Staff isnt being trained right. Kid was way confused. Local gas station attendant told us "thats just how that KFC is ran" order was correct on the receipt but wrong in person. Total mess. Decent food but my lord. Waited 10 minutes for our order to be taken im drive thru!
HORRIBLE. Dirty...waited 20 minutes plus for our food...screwed up our order. They were out of iced tea so I just asked for water but still charged me for the tea. Owner needs to clean up this place and hire competent staff...0 STARS!!!
The worse Taco Bell ever!!! The tables all dirty, the floor was dirty, the bathroom dirty. My order was backwards of what I ordered on the mobile app. It took me 20 min to get my food. The rice was crunchy and my power bowl was so disgusting I threw it away. My been burrito was good and employees nice. It seemed understaffed. But this is a small town. I wont be back to this Taco Bell again.
Building inside and out is old. But we had to eat and kids wanted taco bell. The nice things is they also sell KFC. But...we waited a long time for our food and it came out not even Luke warm. The inside of the restaurant was dirty. The bathroom was out of both soap and paper towels at 1pm on a Sunday afternoon. How did the employees wash their hands?
Even though only one car was in front of us, we got trapped at the drive through for HALF AN HOUR -- BEFORE they offered to take our order. I literally cant imagine what would be going on that would make a Taco Bell order would take half an hour. The drive through intercom was down and a register was down, apparently, but still ... half an hour??We ended up leaving without even ordering because were on a schedule. Presumably it would have taken closer to an hour if wed actually gotten food.
Chicken was okay it was a little dry, I had to send the potato wedges back because they were inedible and then it took them 15 min to get fresh ones. Not cool.
Meat did not taste like Taco Bell meat. Our order and the next three behind us came out wrong. Facilities were dirty and dont bother with the restrooms.Lets not forget this is KFC as well. The original chicken was very grease. The mashed potatoes and gravey was good, thankfuly.Doubt we will return to this location.
Service was horrible, the lady working drive-thru was extremely rude and unprofessional. Talked bad about the other customers behind us while we waited for our food and constantly used profanity. They ran out of beans, pepsi, hot sauce, and all utensils (except kniveswhich was fairly understandable given that it was quite late but the woman kept complaining about customers being upset and "ordering too much food." Took forever to finally get our food and when we did it was soggy and cold.
Worst fast food I ever been. They made customers to wait for half an hour for their food, mismatched orders and and cant count till three in 3piece order.
Some days are better than others. I am having to edit my review due to the frop in quality. More often my order is taken wrong or wrong food is delivered.Today I witnessed the man in front of me given taco supremes when he wanted plain tacos. My wedges were burnt, sandwiches upside down in their wrappers, rung up for a nacch fries when I asked for it in supreme. On top of that I asked to be rung in as for here. I wanted the tray as Id intended to film a food review. Since I didnt get the item I intended nor a better looking presentation than a messily filled bag that obviously has to be done another day. If I had been a secret shopper it would not be a good report.I know that some days it is hard to keep up with things as Ive worked taco bell before... but today combined with past experiences I have to drop my review on here two stars.
20 min in the drive thru salad was missing the lettuce, they burned my burrito and forgot my crunch wrap entirely after charging me. When I went inside people were waiting longer than me and were eating other customers orders instead of their own. I got my money back instead of fixing my order. This isnt the case just for this day, this place is always awful and really slow.
The worst Taco Bell ever! Most locals consider this to be a last resort. Constantly screwing up orders. Drive the extra few miles to the Taco Bell in Weed, CA to get better service!
Terrible place, we have entered and turned around on a dime. The inside of the restaurant looks dirty and filthy. Everything is dated and not maintained, kitchen is looking disgusting. If you like health of you and your family avoid this place. How can this place hold the name of Taco Bell and KFC?
Waited for over an hour for tacos being told our order was second in line. Bathroom is disgusting and soap dispenser is broken. Ironic to have a sign that reads “Employees must wash hands” next to a dispenser that doesn’t work. Cashier who was working the register also works the drive through. No matter how hungry you are skip this place. The manager blamed the problem on someone ordering 65 tacos in the drive through. Of course this info was not made known until after we ordered. We got a refund and left as did just about everyone else at the restaurant.
Terrible. I ordered a quesadilla meal, and got a two piece chicken meal. After 45 minutes of waiting, they finally got the order right, but the food was cold and soggy. I didn’t know you could screw up a taco so bad that the shell, all the way to the top, could get soggy.
Keep your expectations low. So you wont be too disappointed. Ordered two double chalupa boxes.... Didnt even get the boxes.
Almost Everytime we come to mount Shasta we end up stopping here because its the only thing open and EVERYTIME something is absolutely disgusting. This is the first time I have ever asked for a refund in my life. The meat was either expired or left out too long... something.. it was warm(ishbut looked frozen and slimy.. it was so strange. When pieces of my replacement chicken looked the same.. I was done. The manager was so high he could barely operate the machine to give me my money back. Officially will never come back
Probably the worst Taco Bell location in America. You drive in the drive through and get ignored. My wife and I sat there for 5 minutes and they just ignored us. Oh and by the way don’t think going inside will be any better, they will find a way to ignore you and take 45 minutes to get anything made.Someone needs to either fire the manager and rehire or just shut this terrible restaurant down so someone better can take its place.
The store hours said they were open, but the door was locked and the chairs were still up on the tables. Eventually someone came to let us in and they were pretty efficient. Its actually a KFC/Taco Bell.
Dirty, Grimey, and almost UNSANITARY! I would not recommend anyone to stop here for a quick bite despite the quick and easy appeal. The food was fine for the most part but nothing was cleaned at all.
Ive come here 4 times, I normally go to the location in weed since it is closer. 1 time I ordered KFC food since its a dual chain and had no problem. But the other three times Ive ordered a XXL grilled stuffed steak burrito and they gave me ground beef all 3 times despite charging me more for steak, and one time it didnt even have the sour cream. You must either be willing to sit at the drive through window and take a couple bites to ensure your order is correct or be prepared to drive 7 miles back after you get home and discover their Tom Foolery like me. I will never visit this location again.
This is a Taco Bell/KFC. My friend ordered one of the items, they made and gave her something else, then when my friend said it wasnt what she ordered, they told her, "Sorry we dont make that any more". Even though it was on the sign, and they allowed her to order it. The employee said they just forgot to change the sign. They didnt even offer to make things right and make something else or give a refund. My friend asked for a refund and the employee scoffed and then just walked away into the kitchen and never came back. The manager came out 5 minutes later and gave the refund. There is at least one person working here who seriously needs to reconsider how they treat people.

I came here yesterday, and I was extremely displeased with the service here. I waited about half an hour for my “fast food” to arrive. I assume it was due to the severe shortage of staff. I only saw three or four staff working here. What made me more upset was the fact that the chicken wasn’t ready yet. When I arrived there, there were about five parties hat had not yet received their food, and it was around two in the afternoon. How can the chicken still not be ready? Seriously. I saw about two families demand a refund and go to Burger King down the street. One of them asked to speak to the manager, and she was actually just one of the employees that didn’t know what they were doing. I do not want to ever come back to this restaurant ever again.
Horrible service. Never have anything cooked and ready to go. They told me that the hotwings would take 9 mins 20 mins later i asked for them and they lady said no one told her that they were ready. I mean they are in the open ur eyes dont work. Attention to detail dummy.
The drive through was closed because they were short staffed.Likewise the wait times were a little longer. However the food was fine and the employees were nice.
We stopped on a long road trip because we wanted something fast. The food took 20 minutes to arrive and they got the order wrong. Seemed like most of the folks in front also got the wrong food.To top it off, the place was filthy. Yuck. Wont be going back.
No stars, the place didnt close till 10 and we went at 8 30. They gave me the leftover chicken because they had already started to clean up so they could go home. This is not the first time this has happened there, so let me just warn you, stay away!
37 minutes in drive thru... get to window . Out of rice and fried chicken... work area was a disaster and half our order was missing after we drove off. Came inside to get it... had to wait for more to be made. Forgot our beverage and were also out of ice. Terrible terrible terrible. It was also 100 degrees outside at 1230 on a Tuesday. Unacceptable
HORRIBLE customer service. If I could rate less than 1 I would. We started our order (4 mealsand she snidely stated "ugh, didnt I tell you Im short staffed?" Annoyed we said "no worries, were patient" then continued our order, as we went to order chicken she interrupts saying "are you seriously going to make me go back and forth?". We left. I would never go here again.

Charged $10.29 for a Taco Salad. When I questioned the bill was was told we are not really a Taco Bell
DONT GO HERE, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Forgot to do my order, waited half hour, gave me the wrong food, did not have what I ordered after that, then told me I could have the food with a refund. They then changed their minds and would not give me the food after that. The employees we arguing the whole time behind the counter. AVOID THIS PLACE.
I went to Taco Bell and got a 3 price with mashed potatoes, No, actually I went to KFC and got a taco. This is a combo store, very nice if you have a group that cant make up their mind. I did make up my mind, and had Taco Bell. The staff was very friendly. The table top looked clean. But when they called my name, I lifted my crossed arms off the table, my jacket was sticking to the table. Other than that, and a small wait for the food, everything was fairly decent.
I felt we had stepped into a Twilight Zone episode. The staff was rude, foul language from the kitchen could be heard numerous times in the lobby. The kitchen staff was making insulting comments to/about the cashier. The managers response to this was to tell the cashier to let it roll off her back. These were grown adults acting like surly 12 year olds. We were grateful not to walk away with food poisoning. What an ugly, ugly place. I wont even go into the wait time as that is the least of this places problems. Visited January 15, 2017 at 1:30.
Dont understand why South Weed and This Taco Bell are soo slow!!!At least this one tastes like Taco Bell the one in South Weed can be cold, wrong order,taste terrible or a combination of the three! If they sped up their times it would be a great place to eat.
Wow with a negative connotation is what I feel. Staff is think in the head. The lady couldnt complete her sentences and blamed it on her mouthpiece. Couldnt get my order right. So so annoying and frustrated. MANAGER; try coaching your employees on best practices or least to know how to take a food order! The receipt below took 35 mins.. not just that.. they didnt complete my order and closed the window on me.
Almost every time ive tryed to eat here. They dont have chips, or cheese, or beans. They always seem to be out of something, ordered a steak cantina bowl once and it didnt have the steak on it. Probably because they were out. Ive wasted to much time in their drive through and left with nothing. Wish they would get it together.
It says they close at 11pm. We arrived at 10pm and after waiting in the front counter for about 15min to somebody to came out the horrible and rude staff told us the lobby was already close so, at 30degrees outside he suggested for us to go outside around the drive Tru, I guess to give him the order through the window. After he realized that was an stupid idea, h just asked us what we wanted. This TB is shared with KFC so when we order from KFC he just said "Thats closed". So we just leave. Very bad service, not recommended at all.
The staff has little to no manners.The food takes up to a half hour or more to prepare, even for small items like bean and cheese burritos.The lobby is never clean, there is always trash and other things left on the table.
They were super slow they didnt have anything at 800 at night. All the tables were dirty. The cooks when I pulled up were smoking weed in their car. Im just stopping through but we will never eat here again. If it was possible I would give zero stars.
