Always get shorted. How hard can it be to make something that’s half made.

Slowest taco bell ever.

Took absolutely way too long.

Its fast food. Not great but it works.

Get your lobby open, short staffed is such a sorry excuse. It literally takes one person to take someone’s order and wipe some tables off periodically, it’s borderline pathetic at this point. After waiting in a line around the building (I ordered on the app otherwise I would have just leftI received the wrong food, then when I finally got the right food, it was terrible. Barely if any meat on anything. Needless to say I hadn’t been to TB in a long time and I think this was probably my last time.

I ordered 3 Steak Soft Shell... Lettuce Steak shredded cheese sour cream..Got back to work w/ my co- workers it was This goopy mess of Nacho cheese in it... Disgusting

After sitting in the drive thru for 30 minutes I ordered 2 tacos. Payed for only 1 and got 0 missing half of my order and food was cold

Very rude, we pulled up to drive thru and was instantly told we close in 15 minutes, thab kept rushing us to order. Was 10 mins when we got our order a d they closed the store, turned off lights and turned others in drive thru down before it was actually their closing time. Not good customer service at all. Wondering what the owner would think about the employees losing them money all for 5 extra mins of getting out if there early.

Dont use this Taco Bell location, use the south instead. Just visited and purchased a number 6 with a drink and were charged $10.15 - it should have been $8.15. We were the only vehicle in line, so the issue wasnt being busy, so either poor training, ignorance, greed, or higher taxes in the north location.Sad, very sad and poor service.

Drive thru only due to no staff.

Can be slow at times but the food is fresh

Food wasn’t very warm when given to us, not very fresh, didn’t finish my meal.

Great place and staff. Food was hot and correct. Glad the fries are back for now. Was a bit slow tho. Maybe I should apply as manager 🤔

I went to this location almost an entire hour before they closed and when I got there, all the lights were off and the staff were inside closing. Ridiculous.

I cant say much positive about Taco Bell unfortunately. The jokes about it getting people ill and the like? Thats pretty much it exactly. The Vita prize that my friend won several years back? A lie. And thats a great summary of Taco Bell for me. Add in long wait times and this is one of the last places Id go.

I usually go here for lunch all the time cuz I work at Walmart and its just right across the street the staff is always really friendly and they are fast at making orders. There is usually quite a line when I go to order there but it always goes fast..

Hours say open until 11pm... 9:50pm and lights are off but people are inside.

Drive thru is incredibly slow. Staff not friendly. Food below average.

This one is nasty. Stopped in oh around 830pm. Almost all of the tables were dirty. Lettuce, cheese, sauces, all over the tables. The employees were somewhere in the back jacking around. They didnt even know we were there. After surveying the mess again we just left

The food is fine. But the drive through wait time is crazy long. Isnt not abnormal to sit in line for 15 20 minutes.

Horrible .... Horrible service. I order onlinE thinking it would be easier. I came to find out that it wasnt as I I got to taco Bell they still havent even made my order. I stood Inside for over 30 mins as two other orders have been processed. I look at all the workers behind the desk and all of them are not taking their jobs serious...

It was very slow, an the food wasnt tasty, an cold. Highly would not recommend this Taco Bell.

One taco could have had more sour cream. Took a while to get 6 tacos while sitting out the window in the drive thru.

Literally the laziest people you’ll ever meet. Don’t expect the correct order because they have better things to do like check there phones. Good luck maybe they can remember to push a button ?

Drive through kid lied to us about having the $5 chalupa box he said the dont have anything like that so I drove all the way to the South store and got what I craved please train your employees better

We ordered on the screens and when we asked for our drink cups, they acted as though it was an inconvenience. We got our food and went home and when we checked our food, it was incorrect. We called to complain and the manager blamed it on us saying that we didn’t order right. She refused to hear us out. Won’t be going back.

The tacos were very soggy. Everything tasted bad. I dont eat at Taco Bell often but I use to enjoy it occasionally. Not sure that I will be going back for a long time.

Food was good. Not too busy. Good service. There was no ice tea. Needed refilling. I would recommend this establishment.

Decided to go to taco Bell cause most days they are quick about service. On my visit this time I waited in line for 20 from the time I ordered till I got my food.

Love that all the burritos Ive gotten from here, have mostly been tortilla with vevy little filling.

I got my tacos and they were really cold and the cheese wasnt even close to fully melted and I didnt realize until I was 20 minutes from the reasturant. If you like cold not melted cheese tacos this is the pace to go.

The staff exceptionally Friendly when I visited, the food was exactly what I expected from taco bell.

Good staff, quick service, my favorite place to eat. It is not how expensive something is, but it is about how much you enjoy the food.Dude and I give is a 10.

Great Late Night Stop on our youth trip!! Staff was awesome even though we came in a few minutes before closing.

This place sucks, waited 30 mins for our food then they lady said “you guys never got your food” no we didn’t waited about 10 more mins.

Tonight was horrible...long wait for sub-par food...I have been to this Bell before and was satisfied...the staff was not courteous despite drive thru wait of 15 mins, non- apologetic...just a bummer...the 2 stars is for past experiences. Hope they turn it back around.

They dont ever really seem to be in a hurry to assist inside customers. They work drive thru even making front customers wait almost 3 minutes before helping and there were employees just standing around talking the whole time I was waiting to even place my order. Food tastes fine though, but finding a clean table to sit at can also be a challenge. Three stars for a valid reason in my opinion.

Gave us the order incomplete so i went back to tell them that i had some items missing. So the cook was giving me an attitude claiming that they were there so i gave him the bags so he can check himself...he kept saying that he put them there and started making the missing items...when i got home and opened the the chalupas didn’t have almost any meat... manager should make sure that customers are treated kindly and not with attitude...worst experience ever will not come back

Food is fair for the area speed is more my status. Get me in and get me out. I was the only one in the place. Drive through no less and it still took 15 mins.

You know most places anymore you get nothing but attitude and rude looks and comments but this place the workers are always friendly and always nice and its always a pleasure to go in.

It is newly updated and has a large menu selection. It is a great place to eat a cheap quick dinner if youre on the run. And the meal deals are always a great value if you are hungry and want a lot to eat for a great price. I love this taco bell. Especially since they have redone it.
