Typical Taco bell staff is unwelcoming and very short with their words and give off unfriendly vibes and for the food its far too often hit or miss sometimes youll get warm perfect food and others you will receive extremely soggy and cold food that tastes two days old

Food is always great and delicious. Staff are very nice and patient too

They never have coffee and it’s a hit and miss with breakfast

Burritos were very good and full of all good things.

Taco bell is that toxic relationship we need to get out of but its just such a fun timeCheap, feeds me through but the after show is the problem you can either be fine or in pain.

Food was great service was okay

The burrito supreme was regular. The chalupa had just a tiny bit of meat. The diet mtn dew was great. Only one time visit.

Got my older wrong. Food was hard. Girl gave me the worst attitude about adding one item to my order. Horrible customer service. Won’t ever go to this Taco Bell again.

My “sausage crunch wrap” is wrapped horrible for one and everything inside taste burnt. They lady at the window was rude to me and my boyfriend , horrible customer service.

Oh taco oh taco I love you supreme in nature with mild flavor packets of sauce , I often wonder whatever happened to the baja sauce I am truly it was good and they just erased it away from my palate I miss baja sauce but I suppose that the Baja blast will have to work by the way Baja blast is regular mountain dew mixed with watermelon flavored drink from brisk the green one makes it spot on enjoy your tacos Tacoers

Easily the worth Taco Bell known to man. So slow and they constantly play explicit songs way too loud.

I like Taco Bell but their cashiers are so dumb. I went today again and she gave me the wrong cash. I told her that and she was like, yeah you gave me the wrong cash. No, I didn’t!! Of course I wasn’t going to have a fight over a few cents but they need to train better them before putting them to take orders.

Don’t go here for lunch worst place to go if you have an hour lunch. I went inside thinking it would be faster because the drive thru was a long line. Don’t waste your time go to McDonald across the street

I came this morning and got two of the nacho fries boxes and two separate burritos all they gave me was 4 packs of sauce for all the food and my drinks had no ice in them and then the nacho cheese for the fries was way less then even half way of the container who ever working around 11 today was not doing the job right this is very disappointing I don’t recommend this Taco Bell customer service was good beside them skimping out on my food

At 9am I drove threw the drive through to get breakfast I asked if they had the breakfast tacos they said no I tried to order a breakfast burrito with sausage they said they were out of sausage so I ordered a breakfast burrito with bacon because that’s all they had to offer for breakfast it was small and mostly tortilla but had good flavor I asked for breakfast salsa they were out of that too they just gave me regular hot sauce. What a disappointment

Horrible service, nails sticking out of the seats and they ripped my pants, and every time we go there, the same worker comes up to us to say there is something wrong with our order. If there was 0 stars, I would give you guys 0 star review.

The wait was a little long but so worth it. The customer service was great and food was made perfectly as we ordered it. The food was also hot and yummy. Will definitely recommend stopping by for a bite to eat.

Really nice ppl there they made me feel heard when I told them Im am vegan. They told me I can get anything that they can fix it for me and I really appreciated that.

If i could do this without leaving a star i would shafter taco bell is the worst place its poorly managed food is either wrong or missing get charged for extra thats not given been there twice this week and each time order was wrong food was over cooked and dry need nee management staff training

Place has a cool aesthetic, theyre really big on those self serve kiosks. Ive seen employees take the time to teach customers how to use the kiosks. Basically what youd expect from a Taco Bell.

I have ordered a taco salad where the shell was rancid. Today I ordered some crispas and they were rancid. I called to speak to the manager to let her know and no one would answer. Ill eat burgers instead.

They take FOREVER to take your order even though they are always empty.Went today and they seemed like they didnt want to be there. Ordered several orders of nacho fries, they tried to jip us by not giving us very many. They took FOREVER to give us our drinks and freezes (to the point where we had to remind them after 5 minutes of waiting)The burritos were Flat.I got food poisoning from them now.If you dont want to work there, quit. Dont take it out on the customers.(This was around 2:30pm today)

Ordered 2 $5 chalupa boxes, chalupas were so stale that the food was given to the dog. Why have a phone number listed and not answer calls? I know you guys are not busy because drive thru and parking lots are always dead.

2 stars due to it has a touchpad that not only can you place your order on, but can also pay at... 2 stars due to with lack of a customers (5they were extremely slow, had the 5 dollar chalupa box, what made it great was the diablo sauce I added to it...

Taco Bell in general has seemed to go down in quality and up in price somehow. Half of the time what should be salty Naco chips taste like cinnamon twists. They have gotten rid of a few of my favorite items and you cant replace that stupid 5 layer burrito in the $5 boxes which are the only good deals left. But Id really love to just have a soft taco or any cheap item than that burrito I hate.

Ive had better served Beefy Frito Burritos at every othe Taco Bell I have visited, seems to me the Shafter TB are a bit stingy with the amount of beef, cheese and Fritos they put in their burritos.

The worst experience I ever had. Went in and spent 57.00 and didn’t get 6 tacos I orders and the tacos I did get I ordered supreme and they were plain. There was about 5 people working and they were just concentrating on drive thru waited 30 minutes and still couldn’t get it right!!! Never will I be going back there!! Wish I could of given it no stars.

My son wanted taco bell after practice so we decided to stop by inside. i believe the staff was left alone with no manager because they were all messing around talking. When we got our food it didnt even taste like "Taco Bell" my food was cold & nasty, looked pretty old too. Did i mention more expensive than other locations. The girl who took my order (Ashleylooked annoyed to be there. Her attitude was nasty. If you cant do your job right than dont be there.

Its a nice place with the food. Cant beat the prices either. Ive been there like 4 times this week so that should tell you. O An the workers r very nice also.

The wait in drive through didnt take long at all. But got half way home and realized they didnt give me the right order. They were very polite and fixed my order without hesitation. Would have gave them five stars but they did give me the wrong order.

You know how some Taco Bells give you complementary cinnamon twists when they mess up your order? This location doesnt do that; because if they did, theyd go out of business and the world would have a cinnamon shortage.
