They were out of beans this time, last time they were out of beef.

The lady that claim to be a manager was rude she didnt want to remake my aunties food and she huffed in her face during covid so she was very unprofessional and the food was Nast

They have good hospitality, the only thing that bugs me in any way is the drive thru is slow.

The customer service is really crappy… all that we ordered were four burritos and it took them over 30 minutes to make the order. I refuse to ever order or go to this restaurant ever again.

Been a while since I got Taco Bell, but today I was craving it and was pleased with the very quick service and the food! The bean burrito was excellent. The tortillas were very fresh. The fountain drink was ‘syrupy’ which keeps it from getting diluted down too fast from the ice. My husband got the cantina chicken tacos and enjoyed them too. The restaurant itself was very clean. Highly recommended for a Taco Bell!

Awesome location and wonderful lady running the drive through window. Wish I knew her name. Our app order for whatever reason voided a quesadilla and so when we got our order it wasnt there. We asked if we could still get it or if we had to go back around. She got a hot and fresh quesadilla ordered and given to us right at the window. She didnt even flinch. Great customer service.

I asked for NO sour cream and I got sour cream..

I was there on July 4th, 2022 at around 6:00 p.m.The tables were dirty,floor was dirty,very slow service,and customers were allowed in with no shoes.

I always get 2 Fiesta veggie bean burritos and 1 Chipotle Ranch Grilled chicken burrito when visiting a TacoBell.Whether passing working in the area for a few days or in Huntsville, the location sets the standard on these particular items.One of these times Ill get my old usual #6 with a Pepsi. I can only imagine how good those Chalupas are.#BRING BACK THE SANTA FE CHALUPAS.

Service is fair at best food is usually good but they post walk in is open till 10pm or later last to times my wife and I have stopped it has been 915 - and 920 lobby was closed. Need to keep it open till advertised time

As far as service goes the folks that work at this location make me laugh and that is a good thing.. Because overall taste of food at all Taco Bells has been declining for years..

The food was good but they definitely needed more workers. The line in the drive thru was very long and moving really slow.

For the past decade it seemed like they were always running out of ingredients and wouldnt tell customers, instead taking payment for orders and THEN telling them they were getting swindled. But now I guess they have new management. Because they almost always have ingredients in stock and they almost never screw up my orders now. Good for them.

Its taco bell. .what else can be said for this budget friendly establishment.? The food is OK for basic consumption and you probably wont get sick from it, but its not on any top 10 lists for healthy food.

Had pet hair in my food from I guess one of the employees clothing instead of a remake she was rude and gave me a refund all because I wasnt going to eat the pet hair infested food. She simply asked "what did I want her to do about it " .

Dont go at night theyll screw up the order almost every times unless the manager is there then its always amazing

Couldnt give it zero stars but I would have if I could. Our order was lost and we stood there patienly for 15 minutes. Decided to ask for order status and was told they lost our order. We were ignored, received no apology, nor an offer to make it right. Terrible place and will never return.

I ordered over 20 dollars worth of food and was missing one order and a five dollar box that came with no box and most of it was out of the burrito. It was frustrating to have to go back up there and the mgr remade the order. I trusted it was made right, got home and it was still wrong. I gave up and ate what i was given. Highly disappointed in this experience and i refuse to go back. The communication between the people taking the order and making the order needs to drastically change before i ever consider going back. Also they need to work on theyre packaging skills. When you care it shows so when you dont care it really shows. Definitely double check your orders because we spend money to get what we want. The customer is always right and you know what you expect and i definitely did not recieve what i expected.

So nice to sit outside with my husband and enjoy those $5 boxes. Beefy 5 layer burrito, soft taco, fries n cheese. As a extra perk we got Sr citizens upgrade on our drink and a 10% discount.

My husband just came home after going through the drive through to find one of his crunchy tacos had literally maybe half a tablespoon of meat and cheese. This is not the first time weve had issues with barely anything being inside the tacos. I understand having to rush during lunch time but theres no way this is viewed as good customer service. And Im sure when I try to call, I wont get someone to answer.Edit: back again. 9 months later cause we havent eaten there since then and food looks like it has literally been thrown together. While a manager meeting taking place! Wow. If they dont work at their best level with management present, makes you wonder how they are when they arent there. Added a picture this time.

For what ever reason this place doesnt fully cook the chalupa bread. Its always cold and hard. Weird because everything else is really good.

Had not been to taco bell in a while. It was good, service was good. Just got crispy tacos. Sweet tea was too sweet.

They always give me no jalapeno sauce on my quesadillas when I ask for extra :/ 5 stars for when I actually get sauce, 2 stars for when they accidentally give me a glorified grilled cheese sandwich.

Horrible. Bean and cheese burritos are simple. Did not enjoy biting into a jelly glob of some weird sauce that wasn’t mild sauce. It was nasty and happen on both. So nasty 🤢

The food was great and the lady at the window was very friendly but she actually got my order wrong. I ordered nacho fries and they gave me an order of nacho fries Bell grande that was much smaller than Ive gotten add at least three other taco bells in Central Texas! I drive 340 mi a day 5 days a week and I get to eat at a lot of different places. I was okay with the mix-up because I like the nacho fries Bell grande but I was pretty disappointed when I opened the box and it was only half the size of what I normally get :-( I probably wont eat at this location again.

Incompetent employees cant make the food right and then the manager wants to argue the food honestly never looks like the pictures. OBVIOUSLY. But a crunch wrap supreme comes with more than a tortilla with sour cream and cheese only!

All Taco Bell locations seem to be the same when it comes to generosity of portion size. Every time I go it seems like I get 1/2 of whatever I order. Gatesville location takes this to the next level. I now pay twice as much money and get 1/2 as much food. I love the food but would love lunch or dinner size options and not just appetizer size portion. I wish I could post a photo on here of what they just gave me for $15.

It smells good when l walk by. I cant afford to go inbut as Im poor . but,the smell ,well,lets just say I can almost taste it!..so,keep up the good work Taco Bell! Especially the late night commercials. They Really make me wish I wasnt poor.

Poor management!!!! I ordered a Chipotle Chicken Loaded Griller as I ALWAYS do and asked for extra sour cream on it. When I finally received the one taco after 15 minutes, it didnt have any sour cream, that was replaced by nacho cheese and the chicken was dry like doggo food snack dry, not even the same color anymore, straight disgusting, the staff do not care what so ever.

Taco Bell was around as a child. I’m 60 now. Nothing better then dad and mom taking us down for tacos. At that time, you received a hard or soft taco. With plenty of meat. Haft or better. The shells were also bigger it seems to me. Iceberg lettuce (that has no nutritional value whatsoeverand lots of cheese for $0.50. Could have been less? Today well they have made one to many mistakes to many times. LOOK at your FOOD ordered before driving off. Count your change. Insure you announced what bills you are paying with. Seems a $20 can change into a $10. Great new building with to much, I only work here for my money.Respect is like a match. Once lit it’s gone. Now? So am I.

I went there ordered some food and gave the young man at the window a $100 dollar bill and my change was $90 and some change. When I got home I counted and realized that he made a mistake by giving me $20 more back. So the next day I went back and spoke to the manager and explained what happened and gave him back the $20, All he did was say thank u and shut the window. Dang could he of been more grateful, gave me a soda , something..... Nope!!!!!! So much for honesty....

Im giving this a 5 star for fast food Tex Mex. Not only does this store have a great new look, including a nice covered out door patio, but there food was fresh and well prepared. The service was excellent and friendly. And to top it all, it was very clean. If the store and bathrooms are clean, I can be fairly sure my food is safe. I wish this one was closer to home. Id be going regularly. Keep up the good work, team!

Do not even try to order Nacho Fries at this location unless you want 1/4 or 1/2 of your order. Yes they are only $1 but I dont care how much the price is if I am not getting the full order. This is just ridiculous. I have been 4 times and this has happened to me so my family and I choose to not order that item at this location since they obviously cant get a full order of fries in the box. I noticed the staff is usually not very friendly or attentive, always concerned with co-worker shenanigans and having fun in the back instead of making sure they get the orders right and the sauce in the bag. I mean if you ask me if I want sauce and I SAY YES, MILD AND FIRE, and then get my bag and drive off to see that you didnt even put HOT SAUCE in the bag, I am going to be upset. I now have to drive back around to get what I originally asked for. I have never been asked if I wanted sauce (who doesnt really!and then not gotten it. Then when we drove around to get it, she didnt apologize at all instead acted like she couldnt believe we came back to get the sauce. WHO EATS Taco Bell OR ANY TYPE OF MEX FOOD WITHOUT HOT SAUCE??? I havent been back since so we will see if we do go back again before we move out of town.

Unfortunately the food isnt very tasteful anymore. .the quantity of the items have became skimpy at most...for the price. Speaking of the soda prices are way to high & waxed paper cups. .no thanks. The odds in my last years visits..1 order was right. The employees are always nice..we rarely go anymore. .once was my favorite fast food in town.

Closed two minutes After I got my order, @ 23:00 theyre supposed to be open till midnight, boyfriend and I were the only two people in the store. They Forgot one of our items, and the Chalupa I got that was supposed to be steak was beef, and so poorly wrapped, that it fell out of its wrapper. They corrected the order but still, I would like the food I pay for, to not fall out on to the floor when I go to eat it. Fast food workers want $15.00 an hour, ya gotta step it up.

Your basic taco bell restaurant, but this one is obviously managed much better than most since the staff always seem attentive and eager to please in general. (With one exceptionbut I give them a pass because that one bad apple is usually what most taco bells are 100% staffed with!
