This taco bell is the best one in Dothan on the Northside of town. Workers try their best instead of staying in the back. Its more accessible to get in and out of that the others as well. Would rather go to this one than the others no matter where else Im was going in town.

They need to correct online services for this location! If I order online and select the drive through as my pick up, it clearly states that order will be prepared once driver pulls up to drive through and state their name not soon as I press submit to place order!!!!

Idk whats up but I went through the drive through and then was sent to go sit out in the parking lot for 20 minutes waiting for a single quesadilla so good luck if youre trying this place on a lunch break.

Every time we come here they are slow and food is always wrong or missing. Not to mention the strange attitudes they don’t welcome you or anything This time I ordered fiesta potatoes no sour cream and a dorito taco. I got first potatoes with sour cream after I asked for no sour cream and no fork to eat them with . Dorito taco was broke in pieces before I could even eat it. Do better I couldn’t eat until I got home and got a fork. Not to mention the employee basically put his head in our truck at the window. Very odd. If he would have gotten any closer the would have been in the truck. After waiting at the window he then comes up to us and ask what we had? 0 stars get it together it’s not hard.

Had to wait until the drive through was served before we got our order. People in the drive through parked out front after placing and paying for their order. They were served before anything else was done.

This is the taco Bell to go to in Dothan. They didnt skimp on proportions, food was hot, and came out fast. The customer service is refreshing because this area lacks friendly and hardworking people in the dining industry. Manager was Kedran and she had this store running superbly. Taquisha needs a raise because shes what customer service should be.

Great service and will have your food hot and on time!

Worst Taco Bell in town food was cold as iceAnd I had to wait 25 minutes to get it . For it being a new store I expect some mistakes, but if y’all can’t staff your store don’t open

Very dissatisfied.I ordered a chalupa and it was basically empty.There was barely any chicken ,lettuce ,and quite frankly anything on the inside.This is just pure laziness.

I take my kids here often enough and we usually have a good time. Last night, I went to my first Adult Skate Night. It was okay. The music was a lot older than I expected, especially for a crowd of 18-30 year olds. But the dj was having fun. Also, this guy with a VERY sweaty bum kept bumping me. But thats not Fun Zones fault.

I do not understand the attitude that the folks working here have. Its like welcome to taco bell can we take your order. Not that it matters what you order we gonna treat you like you owe us. I mean come on. If working in public makes your inner childish habit shine thru....then just dont. Find you a field of work that makes you happy. Very disappointing visit. Each time I been there very disappointing. Staff blows chucks and managers are no better. Will not visit again.

No one at the counter when I arrived. Called and call went to voicemail. Called out with hello and associate came to the counter and I asked to pickup my order she copped an attitude. Totally uncalled for.

No lettuce. Took a minute to get food. Out of two items on menu. I wonder if they can not keep product on hand then the new one they have built by south side wal mart will it be out of product also as soon as it opens. My tacos had very little meat and just about no cheese. I think I bought and paid for tortillas. LOL.

Really nice staff. I ordered like $40 worth of food through a mobile order and they got everything but the power bowl, when I went back to get it they were super apologetic and immediately fixed a fresh one for me.Please be nice to their staff, they work hard to try and give you hot crispy food! 😊

Only place Ive ever ordered from that actually forgot to add meat to the whole order. Probably done on purpose, because the staff was black and we were white and they were overly friendly with the back customers...

The food is amazing but the workers were on there phones and it took nearly 10 minutes until I was served.

Great friendly fast customer service at the drug drive thru. Most times fest service comes at a price; an item not given, no eye contact service, and even old food. Not here. The food was hot and tasty, service although fast was very personalized and friendly, and the area was clean and safe. We really enjoyed our food.

This might sound crazy, but today I had the best experience I have ever had going to a Taco Bell. We had about 5 different employees all greet us and they all were smiling. The place was clean. Our order fast, and even better yet, they used a Sharpie to label the burrito that had changes done to it! I couldnt believe it. I will always come back. The service was beyond stellar for any restaurant, and I cannot believe it was from a Taco Bell. Going to leave a raving review with corporate as well.

Very stale nachos. Extra sour cream I ordered was all on one side with everything. Very "just thrown together. Just not edible. Although after returning staff were very polite & glad to make good of my order. The nacho product was the only issue.

The workers seemed very well-spirited and kind-hearted. However, there seems to be a recurring issue with my food at this location. Particularly, the amounts of protein I receive on my food is usually lacking or non existent in most parts of my entree.

I would of have it 1 star but this location is very unprofessional and lack of morals and values they don’t know how to talk to staff if you take too long they huff and puff on the mic. They always say their machine card don’t work so they don’t have to work. Fire them higher people that know work values and don’t act like a bunch of toddlers. The food is made sloppy . I live close to this location but I drive on the other side of town just to avoid the circus

Got a $5 box and a Quesadilla on the side. My Quesadilla with chicken had NO chicken and look like toddler cut it. It only had the sauce and cheese and very little cheese. My Chalupa was cold and Soggy. My soft Taco was also cold and soggy. And my 5 layer burrito only had beef on it and nothing else. Our car was pulled and they brung our food out to us. I only live 5 minutes away.. Didnt get a Receipt as I ask for and have called since I got home with my order to resolve this poor customer service and food and no answer.So thats from about 5:30pm to now 12 am. Completely disappointed. I will be there bright and early to talk to management about this.

Okay so I’ve been to Taco Bell a few times to say the least. I’m a bit of a foody. I enjoy very good food and service. I know what I am going for and what I expect when I go to Taco Bell, quick and cheap. This particular Taco Bell is so well managed that I cannot talk it up enough. Food, exactly right every time. Hot. Fresh and never incorrect. I’ve now visited this Taco Bell 9 times just to see if the service and food stays the same and every time I come; I am impressed. Good job and thank you. I’m looking forward to my next few dozen visits.

I bought their Taco lovers special to get a free Taco everyday for 30 days. I love their soft taco supreme. Their app is easy to use to have it ready when you get there. Their staff is very efficient getting you in and out quickly.

It was really awesome before pandemic, now a day they never gives correct orders.Feista potato is always old n hard…. Not chewable.Taco Bell is one of my favorite food but I think this is not good.

Ordered online, picked up our order of about $14. Had to wait at window for sauce even though they said it was in the bag. We drove off and found out they shorted us 2 items. I know it’s not a huge deal but come on. Very frustrating! I will, for now on sit at the window and check my order before leaving. Lesson learned. Also the rice was crunchy and not cooked all the way through. Thanks for shorting us about $6 of food.

Very Disappointed, ordered 4 Tacos 🌮 meat, cheese and sour cream. But received everyone with Tomatoes. My daughter hates Tomatoes. I ordered a Burrito Supreme meal with a Taco Supreme and drink. And a extra Burrito Supreme 🌯 $17.17 only received 1 Burrito. Didnt find out till I got home. 10 miles away!! I realize times are tough, but seriously????

Went inside to order and after standing around 5 minutes we were told to order through the kiosh. We told them what we order didnt give the option on there to add beef. Heard the lady say well we are going to need to wait a while. The entire time they wasted with us our order could have been taken 10 times. This taco bell is a wreck and its Definitely the people working there..thats the problem.

Just left this location to go to another location. My family and I went in to grab brunch. As soon as we walked in the atmosphere was very negative. A lady came to the front slammed her keys on the counter and started complaining about counting a drawer with to many quarters, and angrily states that well have to wait. We said ok.While we were patiently waiting for the lady to count her drawer, another lady with a huge attitude said goes "just use the kiosk we are short staffed and shes got to count the drawer". I mean youre going to continue to be short staffed with behavior like this from your "leaders" and treatment of customer.Short staffed or not, were the only customers, inside or at the drive thru. The treatment we received was uncalled for and not needed. We didnt mind waiting until we were also made to feel like an inconvenience. Customer service and basic human decency should be the bare minimum morals carried by any individual in a customer service position. I know quality workers are in short supply but people like that arent worth the business youll lose, short handed or not.

Ordered chicken taco and had not even enough meat on it to taste. Should have just ordered a shell.

Tonight was the second time this week that I have had a negative experience at this location with the same employee. She was working the window tonight and cursed at the window. This has occurred both times and she is extremely rude and confrontational. Poor staffing choice.All I wanted was a meal, but I was insulted, yelled at, and was told I was in her drive thru too long when I asked for my order to be corrected ( I was given the wrong food.)This was a great location before. I hope the matter is resolved soon.

Stood at the register for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to come and take our order only to find out that we had to use the kiosk to order. Then once I got my order I had to go back up there and ask for my cups that were supposed to be with my meal. Then i was even asked if I was sure that I had ordered drinks. I said yes because I ordered combos. I wont be going back to this location again because this is the worst customer service I have had even with covid 19 going on.

First things first, I came here to have a quick meal after working out at the gym. There wasnt anything special about the food, but I was not disappointed with the quick service I was given during my short stay at this establishment.So I ordered the power bowl, which was quite appetizing, yet it couldve had some improvements. Id purchase it again if I was looking for a quick meal, but wouldnt if there were other options. Aside from that, I quickly got through the line at the drive-through and there were no complications, which is also an added plus.In conclusion, I rate this establishment a 6/10, as it is quite prosaic and also because of the fact that it is an international chain, which means there really isnt any effort put into the dishes, but I wouldnt shy away from going here again if I was around the area.

Dining room is open which is nice when so many others are still closed. Friendly service and smiling faces.

Open your lobby! I don’t care if I can’t sit and eat inside, just give us another option to place our order than having to sit in the drive thru for nearly 40 minutes (21 minutes just to make it to the call box to place my order... an additional 12 minutes before I was at the window... and still another 5 before I left with my food).On top of that, the employees, while not hateful, weren’t exactly friendly either, and a couple of them were on their phones for most of time I was at the window.On the plus side, they did apologize for the wait. 🤷‍♂️You’ve got to do better than this!

This place has excellent customer service. Very clean establishment. Timely manner in food service. Employee Precious is very kind and patient. You will definitely enjoy your visit to this establishment.

The lobby was packed so we drove through the drive-thru. Has our food ready within two minutes of being at the window. Since they rebuild the store, it is better than it ever was.
