Fast-food chain serving Mexican-inspired fare such as tacos, quesadillas & nachos.
Went through the drive thru around 9:45pm and ordered a veggie power bowl. I asked for no tomato and no lettuce. And extra guacamole ( paid 90¢ for it too when I received my order, they had put tomatoes on my power bowl and no extra guacamole. There was hardly any on it, in fact. Took it in and told them of their mistake, to which the lady who made the food very rudely walked over and told me “ I made the food. That IS extra guacamole “ meanwhile there was the amount the size of maybe a Pea on it. She took my food away and threw it behind the counter. Made me a new bowl, literally throwing then ingredients into the bowl like a child. My 3 year old fixes his mistakes with more class than this lady did. Which is really sad. When I got my re made food back I found out there was STILL tomatoes in it.( separate from the tomatoes in the guacamole I just promptly walked out. Absolutely ridiculous and rude employees. Maybe if they’d do work right the first time, they wouldn’t have to do it again and be angry about it. Good thing I’m not allergic to tomatoes!
Prices were extremely high and you need to bring the steak Congolese BACK that was a the best dish ever and many people miss it. I hope to see it back SOON.
The lady at the register was really friendly and they were very fast despite being busy.
Ella was great in the drive through.I could hear her great! It definitely seemed as she was smiling through the speaker!

Every time I’ve eaten here the staff has been rude, recently had a visit and the food made me sick and my spouse. I’m used to Taco Bell so this particular time made me question the staff and quality of the kitchen/products. When I called about it they blew me off like a cheap cigar.
The food was really good. The only problem was that all of the tables were dirty and gross.
Went in to this Taco Bell for lunch on 8/28/2022 at 3:00. After using the kiosk to order, myself and two others sat down. For 20 minutes I listened to this manager talk down to her employees borderline bullying. This one particular employee was receiving the most verbal abuse from this manager. I made a point to say be nice while leaving and the person I was with who was still in the restaurant watched the manager flip me off. I hope higher management sees this because no employee should be treated this way, Nor should the customers who are trying to enjoy their lunch be made to hear these verbal exchanges. Very ashamed of that woman who calls herself a manager.
I love Taco Bell. The drive-thru does well with orders.
Food was good just got rushed at the drive through when ordering. The worker asked what I wanted and was quiet for 5 minutes and missed things I wanted on my order. After we got our food everything was messed up in our order. Tomatoes in food I specifically asked not to have in because it is going to someone with a tomato allergy. Tacos we didn’t ask for and chicken in chalupas when we asked for beef. I seriously can’t tell if they really messed up our order that bad or was just in a bad mood tonight and wanted to have some fun messing with customers. I hope the employees straighten out because I really love Taco Bell’s food. I will start driving to a different one.
Bit of a longer than usual wait. Also the shredded cheese seemed more dry than usual. Otherwise, Taco Bell is a favorite.
Went inside at 9:10 lady said I will be right with you at 9:17 I walked out, no one came out!!!
Second time I had lunch here. I had a "Burrito Supreme" and a Soda. Was pretty good however I miss the previous Burrito which was spicy and hot and delicious. 🔥😎👍🏻

Not the best visit I have had. There was no one taking orders after waiting for about 5 min I ask one of the workers if someone could take my order she said that there was no one and told to use the ordering kiosk while I was using the kiosk that very same person that told me that there was no to take orders started to take orders?????When the food was ready they had also forgot our drinks I think that they need to work on there customer service skills because this over all experience did not make me feel valued as a customer!!
Things ordered were made sloppy. And there was no way to tell what was which in the wrappers. Missing part of order

We stopped here for a quick lunch on our way to the 1000 Islands. My significant other was thrilled that Mexican pizza was back for a limited time. We were lucky that they were pretty quick and the food came out hot, correct and fast because this was clearly a popular place for lunch that day.The only downfall was some of the details. We were never asked about sauce and we weren’t given any in our bag. We were on a tight schedule so we didn’t have time to go back and get some by the time we realized what happened. The food was also thrown into the bag, not really wrapped up so it kind of just opened inside of the bag and made a mess. I had an order of chips and cheese and the chips were literally dumped upside down and I had to fish them all out. I know it’s fast food but it’s always appreciated when the food is prepared so it’s a little easier to eat and run.

I ordered tonight for the first time in awhile.We ordered the two chalupa boxes. It was a huge disappointment.Greasy, the tacos were not fresh( I threw mine away), nacho chips were So salty we threw them away, the cinnamon twists were stale. Complete waste of time and money :(

Everybody loves taco bell but I will say this location just always seems fresher and they always are on top of everything getting the good out on time.
Pretty good for the most part, sometimes orders are messed up but usually pretty good at it
My experience was fine, but be prepared to use the kiosk if busy inside. Watch them lose customers because of this. Not the best customer service on their part.

I had ordered a beef Chalupa and this is the 2nd time the shell was hard like a corn taco shell and after I bit into it it had cut the corner of my mouth so this store needs to make sure the Chalupa shells are fresh and not left sitting under a heat lamp.Taco Bell,Arsenal Street,Watertown,NY
Location was clean, staff were friendly, interior and exterior were modern. Food was tasty and came out quick. Staff were really well-coordinated, every Taco Bell should be run like this. Highly recommend.
On multiple occasions, I’ve had my order made wrong. I ask for things taken off due to allergies and my kids and the instructions are never followed. I’ve had parts of my order forgotten and/or not picked up (if ordering through mobile apps). This location is careless. I have a second chance and they screwed up, again. Figures.
if you feel like ordering and paying for food that you’re not going to get, this is definitely the place to go. I come here way too much and they forget my food seriously seven times out of 10, you just have to come back though because it’s Taco Bell. They don’t even care when they forget your food, you hardly get even a sorry for the inconvenience. They don’t even answer the phone so that you can tell them they forgot your food this was just but I definitely wouldn’t recommend but like I said Taco Bell is Taco Bell and I’ll still come back
If you are a delivery driver. Dont EVER take an order from here. You will end up sitting there waiting for at least a half hour. Waited 30 mins for an order that they hadnt even started yet when I checked before canceling. It makes no sense because it was late and there had been very few cars coming through. Very strange.
Today I came thru the driveway with my family maybe 15 minutes ago… every single item we ordered was special order, correct, and above expectations. Kudos to those cooking today and every staff member on working as a team!
Your business has no leadership your leadership Works Day times only your business needs help you should close it down due to the fact that you do not have no employees to work I as a small business owner understand what youre going through you people have the wrong people running your business tell your GM managers they need to step up and actually close instead of working days other workers in that restaurant also have families I promise you on God I will have everybody I know right a bad review on this Google review if s*** dont change
I dont know what the hell is going on there, but every time I go thru the drive in always missing items and since the bag is sealed and long line behind me i cant just stop and check the bag!!!!! Even when I ask if theres sauce in the bag or if its complete they always resure me"yes its all there"Update: paused for a bit from eating there, and when I finally went back hoping that things would be better. It was not, I totally understand theres a employee shortage but having teens and people that just dont give a s,$T is another story!!
Ordered online. Went to pick up food. Took almost an hour to receive food. The workers had nasty attitudes and when someone asked about an order they said it would be a long wait, And spoke in a hostile fashion. After about an hour wait I had to ask for my drinks. Had to ask for carrier for drinks.
Used the app to order and dine in, it worked like a champ! Ordered three soft taco supremes with extra meat, every one of them was made to perfection. Good job Taco Bell!
Apparently when the XXL burrito was taken off the menu so went the good experience and the customer service and the hospitality. I just want to take this time to apologize to Chipotle and to Moes for not just going to your restaurant and ordering a burrito! I ordered the chicken quesarito on the app. I even ordered extra everything on that burrito which brought it to $8 and then I ordered three chipotle chicken grillers with extra sauce and what do I get? Four under portioned and dry little pieces of what you would get out of the freezer from the Dollar general store! And you will laugh when you see the container they put my grillers in. What happened to your wrappers? You can get three times the size burrito for the same price at Chipotle and Moes do not waste your time at this location and most importantly do not complain to them they will smirk and laugh at you with the drive-thru window closed. Pathetic. You guys need to do better and treat your loyal customers with respect for even coming back to this place for the Love of Taco Bell. Shame on their leadership for continuing to be content with this type of output.
Was surprised that drive thru service took 20 minutes on a Monday at 2pm but the food was good. Used to be that you would never give enough nacho cheese for the chips, but my last few times I see youre giving about a half bags of chips so theres enough cheese now, way to fix the offset. I visited Taco Bell tonight and my whole experience was fantastic. Sarah D took my order, cashed me out and gave me my order. Everything was perfect and the wait was not long at all. I know it takes a good team to run things well. I was greeted most friendly by Sarah who was knowledgeable about products and was eager to answer any questions I had. Ill certainly be back! Staff was rude, long wait time food was just thrown together. They had me pull up to wait for my order for it to come out looking like a 2yr old made my food. The price they told me was my total was not correct I was charged more then what I was initially told. Very unsatisfied if it wasnt for the fact that I had to get on the road to drive back home to Alabama I would have just asked for my money back and went somewhere else very disappointed
I received great customer service at this location. Brandi went above and beyond to make my visit to TacoBell enjoyable. She is great at customer service, and definitely and has an amazing personality for carrying the face of this location. My order was correct, and the food portions were good, and the overall team environment seemed very cohesive.
Very, very slow. Waited inside for over an hour just to get my food which was just a taco combo while listening to the workers complaining about all the overtime they have to work. They also stopped making food as they talked so apparantly they cant make food and talk at the same time. I will never go back.
Drive-thru service was quick. Tacos and burrito were hastily slopped together. Most meat on one side only, sour cream was a tiny little blob or missing, and most items were cold. Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy. Not enough sauce packets for each item and they provided a variety when we asked for the "fire" sauce only. The nacho fries were the only thing that I can truly say was hot. You dont get many fries .. seriously? Inside the party pack box of tacos were several loose rings of raw onion. We didnt order any onions. Can we say scooped up from the dirty counter? Eeeew. $29 for that? We were traveling back from a long distance doctors appointment so couldnt turn around and go back.
I would give this location less than one star if it was possible. I had a meal from here and spent the entire night vomiting and combating serious diarrhea. I know “Taco Bell” what else would you expect right? Problem was this wasn’t just disagreeing with me it was to a point I contemplated going to the ER. I take partial responsibility because this was the only thing I had to eat that day. I went through the drive thru and was asked to wait as the meal was being prepared. After receiving the meal I pulled away to drive home. I reach for one of the items I ordered and took a bite and quickly realized It was ice cold. I should have went back but was already far enough away I figured it was an isolated item and figured it wasn’t worth the hassle. I grabbed the next item and same thing happened it was cold. They literally made me wait for cold food. The problems I have with this are big. I’ve been In the food service industry most of my life. Only one of two explanations for this, staff are either to lazy or incompetent in preparing food safely. I will never be back and unfortunately this is the only one in our area.
So, as always..., the food was great. The $5 Nacho Belgrande box was fantastic, but the super, long drive thru line was torturous. All other restaurants allow for in lobby ordering, and Taco Bell should too. We waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru which could have been less if I had the option to order from inside. I will buy from this chain again, but once they have reopened their doors or tweaked their drive thru service.
I would give it a higher review but. The line is so long in the drive thru. Also when I called in the morning I was told by the store manager that I could go inside to pick up my order. After I got my food I was told that I would have to go through the drive thru. It is not fair that Grub Hub and those other food delivery people can go inside but other people cant. They need to have a way for people who order either through the app or online to not have to wait in the drive thru line.
Love this taco bell! Cold drinks, hot burritos and the people that work here actually care about making your food, as ordered! Seriously! They are incredibly accurate! I also tend to do mobile orders through the app and it makes it so convenient!
