Love taco bell super fast service

The management is professional and courteous. The staff varies in experience but do a decent job. Dont expect perfection, but thats not surprising with fast food. Overall theyre what you should expect from any Taco Bell.

The hot sauce was better here.

They cant get you auto right all the time to go there its wrong wrong and I get mad at you when you tell him that the order is wrong Im not the order from you pay for something that they dont even put in the bag horrible customer Service

No sweet lightening!!! Fries were cold. Food and service was subpar. We love taco bell and A&W. This is the first one that felt dinky.

It was a regular Taco Bell, but drive through was really fast and the attendants were really nice and efficient.They really need to fix their grease trap. It smells like farts in there...

This taco bell needs help. I try to give them chance after chance but I need to just stop. The lobby is always closed for some reason. Getting your order right is 50/50. The staff is always friendly but Im not going there to talk. So go at your own risk.

A decent taco bell but getting too pricey.

I’m very disappointed with my food order. I’ve literally worked there and it’s not that hard to make a taco the way is says on the screen. Not only did I not received the full amount of tacos that I ordered, but they put something in there that I did not order that I could not eat due to a food allergy. So thanks for ruining my dinner after I was not able to eat all day at work and for taking my money and not giving me what I paid for.

The burritos are amazing. Just wish they wrapped the burritos a bit tighter so the juices wouldnt flow out so easily. Delicious either way.

I really like the online ordering. I use that most of the time. I order before I leave the house and when I get to the store they have my order ready. Staff is always friendly and the lobby is always clean. Really just cannot say enough about how great the staff is!

Working for door dash. Everytime I come to this store it is a long wait. Which means Im loosing money every minute I wait. And I waited 25 minutes. For one persons order

I went here Thursday night and ordered a beef chalupa, two cheesy Gordita crunches and two 2 packs of Cinnabons. I pulled up to the window and then was asked to pull to the front to wait for my food (Everywhere does this now). I was driving away and my daughter was looking in the bag, they only gave us 1 pack of Cinnabons but charged me for two and the cheesy Gordita crunches were both stuck to the paper they were wrapped in, not sure how this happened, there wasn’t any cheese in the middle of both of the tortillas and they were cold. I wouldn’t write a review normally but Taco Bell was once my favorite place to eat but every time my family and I go there now the service and food sucks.

Were from out of town.... that being said: this is by far the nastiest taco bell food we have ever had. Id go into detail but then Id have to be a sailor. Infact my husband has been very ill from this food and threw it up. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. I throw mine out because I dont eat dog food in any form.

Ordered the nachos tonight and they literally just gave me the chips! Seriously this is ridiculous!!

I like going to Taco Bell and my daughter always wants to come here. The staff is usually nice. Sometimes when I order on the touch screen, they forget to give me the cups. Sometimes the dining area is dirty. :(

Usually they are ok but today the totally messed up my order a ultimate crunch with steak. When I got it fixed it was the worst I have ever tasted. The meat was over salted there was no onion. Just really disappointed.

If they can get all your food in the bag its a great place for take out

HOLY GUACAMOLE!!! I have been plugged up for about a week now. I think its cause me and my wife enjoy eating cheese to much. We decided to try eating Crispy Chicken Wings from Taco Bell one night in hopes of solving our cheese belly issues. boy did it help, the results were explosive! i was sitting for hours emptying my tanks. i cannot thank taco bell enough. now i dont have to deal with the consequences of eating to much cheese, I can count on Taco Bell to save me!

Taco Bell is what it should be with this place here. The person who took our order was very friendly and professional. The food was pretty quick and of course its Taco Bell so if youre a fan than you love it! The place was also very clean. Would definitely go back!

None of the hard shell tacos were broken. This means a lot to me. They werent sloppy putting the order together. Nice portions too.

I know its just taco bell but man it seems like they simply dont care for the customer at all. All my food was cold and falling apart as if it was just thrown in the microwave. The vegetables were very soggy and old tasting. GO TO ANOTHER FAST FOOD PLACE.

this taco bell is terrible. the guy in the drive threw was extremely rude we ordered 4 items and had to pull to the front. our food was wrong. i then called they were rude then too. i do not recommend this location.

Normally, you get what you pay for at Taco Bell. The Vernal Taco Bell was well above my expectations. Friendly staff, super fresh food. 10/10 will come back.

quesadilla was not hot or fresh. Broken locos doritos taco had to be replaced. I expected better from Taco Bell. Maybe I should expect this to be their standard. No one knows who will show up at the store so I believe that it would be best to always serve high quality in representation of the company.

Eaten here a couple times lately. Usually really good. Last visit, got home and food, mainly loaded fries were cold. A little disappointed.

The person that took my order was nice, but the guy that I paid had his back turned up against the drive up window and took a bit before turning around so I could pay.

When you ask for extra topping on the nachos, they do give them to you but, they should disperse them through the chips better and not just stack them all on top and leave a pile of plain tortilla chips at the bottom. Thats so irritating and such a waste, in my opinion. If you give that much chips, you should cover all of them with toppings. That IS what customers are paying for. I still love Taco Bell though.

I waited for over 5 minutes to be served. A worker there informed a lady in the back that people were waiting to be served. I made eye contact with this lady and she just kept sitting there. After a couple more minutes we decided to leave.

They just remodeled & reopened recently, looks good. Inside the seating is so close together it felt like we were sitting with the people seated next to us. They got my order wrong but fixed it quickly. Friendly service.

Taco Bell in Vernal is one of the nicest I have ever been, especially since they have renovated the interior and exterior! The food is fresh and truly fast! Their staff is nice and friendly, and so as management team, especially morning manager Tatiana. I would go back there for sure!

Taco Bell is a regular when I travel because you most always know what you are getting. The prices are reasonable and the service is generally very good. Since this what I expected the score is three stars. More stars would have meant I had I been pleasantly surprised, less means disappointment.

I dont know what happened to this place. Taco Bell is my favorite fast food so Im dumb enough to keep giving it chances. It used to be amazing and I never had an order made wrong, but Im assuming theyre under new management or something because the past 3 or 4 times I tried it, my order has been messed up every time (Ive tried all different shifts).First I got a crunch wrap and there was no cheese. Next time I got one again (we all make mistakes sometimeand there was still not a shred of cheese. So next time I asked for extra cheese, opened it up and there wasnt any meat! I tried to avoid it after that but I still get cravings, so I thought "Maybe Ill just compromise and get a completely different meal."So the last time I went, I got a cheesy gordita crunch and a 5 layer burrito just in case they screwed the other one up. We didnt get the drinks that we ordered and also got the wrong sauce. Luckily the cheesy gordita crunch was edible, but one of my tacos was sloppily covered in the sauce that went on the gordita. Overall, just sloppy and terrible service and they havent gotten a single order right.The risk I took was calculated, but man am I bad at math.

I will never go to this location again. I went through the drive thru while in Vernal for the weekend and while I was paying for my food, I saw a gentleman working the front register in the lobby freaking picking/scratching the inside of his nose and then continued to work. Seriously dude, 1st of all, common courtesy, go in the bathroom or something first, and 2nd WASH YOUR HANDS AFTER! Completely disgusted. And then when I went to eat my cheesey gordita crunch, there was hardly any meat! Disappointed with this location.

Your typical Taco Bell, generally pretty clean. Never had them get my order wrong. I hate that they only have an air dryer for your hands in the bathroom.Service is fast and as far as a fast food restaurant goes, pretty decent.Bathrooms are well stocked, always has soap and Ive never seen it wrecked or anything like that.Not usually busy, not usually crowded, good location.

1 star because the app wont let me put zero. It took over 30 minutes to get my order after I had paid for it. They were understaffed so it wasnt the people that were working that were at fault, it was the owners who were to blame. They should be ashamed of themselves. Taco Bell corporate needs to step in and do something.

I didnt like it at all there register was broken and they said you would need to go thru drive thru if we wanted to order and the manager just went in the back instead of trying to figure things out and clam the people who were upset. I am in management my self and I never would have treated people like that. I would never walk way if people were talking to me. I believe you should think about who you have running your store . Tonight was b.s.
