Taco Bell in Bristol

Terrible service, the most rudest people i have delt with and when told they messed up my order Chris on the night shift hung up the phone then answer the phone lying saying he was someone else. I will not waste my money there no more. I will drive the extra way to the parkway before I ever go back to this one. I wouldnt even give them 1 star.

Like the new store. Not a Taco Bell fan but my kids like it. Theyre pretty fast in the drive thru. Lobby customers tend to get overlooked.

Nice modernized store. Clean. Menu easy to see. You can order from an employee or use a kiosk to order and pay. The Bristol Virgina store needs to be upgraded like this one has been.

The quality of food has slipped and the taco was barely together and all over the inside of wrapper. Like it had been put in bag and shook up.

The store was not clean my food was not what I ordered and I got food poison after I ate it and went to the hospital and they said dont go back there because I was lucky to be alive because they put something in it

I like this taco bell. The cinnamon twists were nasty. Tasted like a greasy restaurant. Rest of food was great! This place in not in KFC. It is in a seperate new building next to KFC. Shared pics to prove its in a separate building.

This was a drive through meal. Tacos ,burrito and nacho grande. Tacos and burrito were good, nachos were on the light side. Service was good

EVERY TIME I go to this taco bell, I have some kind of issue. This one takes the cake however. I went to get loaded nacho fries and they tell me they have the fries, but no longer have the nacho fries because theyre out of truff sauce. IM FINE WITH THAT. I specifically order mine WITHOUT truff sauce and omit steak and simply add beef. Its just a bowl of fries, beef, cheese and tomato which they have ALL of these things, but when they finally stop talking over me so I can inform them of this, they REFUSED to make it, kept reiterating they cant make the loaded fries. Fine, so I ask them to just give me the order of fries, and a side of beef, cheese, and tomatoes so I can make it myself. After all of this, all of a sudden they decide theyre out of fries. Im done with this place. Worst taco bell Ive ever been to.

Absolutely the WORST taco bell Ive ever been to. I was LITERALLY standing at the counter and had TWO employees do something on the screen and simply walk away without saying a word.A girl covering the drive thru window saw this and walked over to see about me. I told her I ordered on the self-serve screen 20 minutes before. The girl couldnt find the order and hand to get someone else to look for it.This is the absolute WORST taco bell ever. Dont you dare do anything here except for maybe the drive thru.. absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Guy working drive thru must hate his job. Chunked the bag out the window. Opened it to find he gave us someone elses order. He seemed disgusted when I had to walk in to get the correct order

This location is Manger and employees have very rude attitude so I ordered my food there on screen is correct than when I opened my ordered at home I saw they mashed up so drive back and them my ordered is mashed Manger is really rude and told me get out b*** I just told him change my ordered and Manger talk like that 😡 never ever i dont want go any location and Manger learn some manners

Got a Door dash delivery. The absolute worst they are the only onea that seems to mess up! Everything was disgusting missing tons of items! It is everytime with this Taco Bell

Almost everytime I get food through the drive thru items are missing and what is in the bag is either so poorly wrapped the food ends up lose in the or not even correct items that I ordered.

They used to be one of the first places I wanted to eat until they got rid of the beef and potato burrito and started using new ingredients in almost everything else and made it all bland. They dont taste nearly as good as they used to. They should go back to using horse meat like they used to! ;)*update- they have a better beef burrito for $2 on the value menu, add potatoes. Youre welcome.

I love when people get mad like Taco Bell supposed to be some gourmet restaurant when their food or service wasnt perfect. Its fast food no one ever said it was good. Needless to say I absolutely love Taco Bell.

I usually LOVE this place but must say I am a bit bummed over my mobile order tonight. I ordered the new cantina chicken taco...imagine my "delight" 😕 when I opened it and this tiny piece of meat was all I got on the soft taco. You can look back in my history, taco bell, ans see I am a frequent flyer. We cant do any better? Yall are usually fantastic. By the way, I rate your teams customer service right up there with Chick-fil-A...THAT speaks volumes about your leadership 👏 👍 👌 😀

Nice people,Taco Bell should have kept the Mexican Pizza, I went there to get one and they were out, second time thier card machine wasnt working,third time they had discontinued the Mexican Pizza.The food I got was good.

Before the pandemic my son Micah and me enjoyed many happy times at this place. The food was always delicious and the store was clean. People make a business and store manager Chris and his staff make a great team. They are always ready with asmile and friendly greeting.

Been here for a doordash for over an hour. Went through the 30 minute line just to be told to pull around, then proceeded to wait an extra 30 minutes with just a finger being put up at me when I tried to get anyone’s attention. It’s honestly ridiculous how they manage their store. Oh yes, still waiting as I type this.

Okay so anybody like me absolutely loves the Mexican pizza okay well they supposedly brought it back but when I went to purchase one , no go sold out okay go back day , day after , day ,day and I asked I kept getting told check back well I found out that it was only back for a couple days or whatever then wont be back until fall?????

Much better then the store at exit 7. This store had what we asked for. They didnt throw our food at us and definitely was not rude. Will be going back again.

We where in line to get the 1 freeze drink special and we where in line due to the cars and delay in drive thru speed. Wss 1 min past 5 snd then they added 2 for $1 the others where the wrong price then they came back and said it was to late snd the girl runnging the drive thru was very rude and came back with a smart remark we served the cars under 3min the manager said.

DMV quicker than this bunch! And the disrespect?! Wow! Legit the rudest bunch of SINGLE-BAGGERS there I have ever witnessed! Corporate just needs to shut this one down- they are running off ANYONE who comes to eat with their sour attitude and Insane wait-time, anyway! Trust me … pass this place and pick ANYWHERE else! And whatever they advertise on the window they will say they “don’t have it” when you try to order anyway! Just a waste of space by this place ever being rebuild. Theyve been really thorough compared to before with more complicated orders or custom orders. Hardly have issues with this taco bell. Shout out to Doja Cat for bringing back Mexican pizza, it was delicious

Cheap quick and tasty, doesnt disappoint. Recommend using the app, you get free food rewards almost every time you order.

The past 3 out of 4 trips here messed up my order or had items missing. Getting as bad as McDonalds.

For a taco bell they do a great job. Havent ever had any problems from this location. The food is always hot and the service is fast.

You need to check your order after they hand it to you. Ordered custom My Cravings Boxes on the app. Lobby was closed. Took an additional 20 minutes to get my food through the drive thru. When I received my food I drove home to find that they had given me two nacho fries boxes. Not what I had ordered, and not the cost of what I had ordered. I then had to return through the drive thru again to get the correct order that was already sitting there. They will not answer their phone and were "sorry", but "oh well". The whole purpose of ordering ahead, is so that you can grab your food and go.

i’m deaf customer who go to taco bell regularly. i had long orders for my family. i use notes app on my phone to show one girl with brown hair and brown eyes who works at night. she decide to not read all of orders and decide take my order instead combo boxes. she doesn’t let me know that they don’t have born and raise combo box. i understand she may have a bad day, but that’s no excuse to give me a tone when i show her a orders.

The food has always been good. I thought the workers were a little strange . Felt like I was being talked about while I was sitting in my car waiting on my order . And after the wait and the feeling uncomfortable my order was short items . I didnt go back to correct the issue . I dont think Ill go back to that particular restaurant again (west state street , 37620)

Do not get me wrong, the food was fine but the dining room was a mess. We were the only ones in the restaurant and the drive thru was not even busy so there was no excuse for the filthy mess. At least 6 tables were dirty and there was food all over the floor while the employees were in the back talking and playing with their cell phones. I understand places are short staffed, but if you have time to lollygag then you have time to keep the dining room clean.

Its Taco Bell! Food always hot and prepared well. Have never received bad service pr less than great food here. Great location.

The guy at the window was eating a crunchwrap while handing us our food and wiping mouth with his arms and back of hands. Was really gross. We got nacho fries and were only about 8-10 fries in there. We wont even mention how rude he was. Definitely will not go back to this location.

They have yet make my food correctly every time I order from either one of these places dont start teaching there worker how to make food correctly or they need to shut them both down because they will get a law suit if it continues knowing they have been told everytime that cant digest certain things or it would kill this certain person

great service!!! cant never get a plain steak and cheese, order is always wrong which I just eat and go on... this particular one always gets it right!!! I bet Ive bought 30 steak and cheese since Christmas and 20 had the sauce and was wrong... I dont ever complain, nor call and complain but technically taco bell owes me 20 some.. lol fr tho

Went through the line tonight and ordered a party pack. When I FINALLY got to the window, I asked for mild sauce because I absolutely love it. I see the sauce sitting in the buckets. They told us they were out and shut the window. Very displeased with this place.

Worst Taco Bell....ever...We have been to this Taco Bell 5 times since it was rebuilt. 5 times out of the 5 times we have been there, our order was incomplete. The first 4 times, I didnt notice until we got home so there wasnt much that could be done at that point in time. This last time, I parked in the nearby parking lot and checked our order to discover that, out of a $30 order of 13 items, they had forgotten 6 of the items.... I only noticed 4 and drove back around and got 4 of them replaced but still got home missing 2 items. Fool me once, shame on you...fool me...5 times?

They mess up our order 9 out of 10 times. This last time they messed up a simple taco. Asked for no lettuce, both tacos had it. Young lady on the line was obviously perturbed that I asked for the correct items.

Every time I come here or order on Door Dash, something is missing or wrong. I NEVER get the cinnamon twists I order. Missing a taco. No sauce. Why ask me if I want sauce when you have no intention of giving it to me? Guy at the window processing payment never said a word to me the entire time. Really disappointed.

I ordered a chicken power bowl, (my normal orderand it was completely watery on the bottom. 🤮 I’ve never had that happen before at any Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Also the lettuce was mostly wilted. I may expect something like this late at night when the food has been out for awhile but not at 3 pm In the afternoon. Not to mention they didn’t give me a fork.I also ordered a chicken Chipotle melt and honestly it was just sad… not much filling at all.My drink was okay.

I can always rely on this place to have the best food even at the latest hours of the night. The employees are always so kind and my food is always perfect. But I’d really like to thank the sweet female employee who complimented me out of no where tonight. I’ve been close to giving up hope a few times this week as life seems to have a vendetta against me. But as cliché as it sounds, to the girl working the window tonight thank you for telling me that I was so pretty.. you’ve made my week so much better. It’s the little acts of kindness that keep people such as myself hopeful. And always returning to this location. My quesadillas were pretty fantastic as well lol.

Seriously!? The best taco bell I have been to. Extremely polite young man at the window that took my order, made sure to ask for sauces, gave extra napkins, and made sure I had a fork for my Nachos. Best dorito taco and nachos bell grande easily. Not a fan of fast food, but I was more than happy with this! P.s. the guy that is overly nice at the window, is what makes my late night better and thank you for your "late night" service.

ordered 3 chalupa cravings boxes. 1 with no lettuce, sour cream, or beans. with pepsi zero. the second was no sour cream, tomatoes, or beans with Dr.Pepper. 3rd no beans with a Pepsi. two was missing items and the drinks was nasty. the Dr.Pepper tasted like cough syrup. the food was cold. NOT GOING BACK

Every time I order there they forget or get something wrong. Today I got a chulpa box, missing the chips and the chalupa was a soft taco instead. AND!!! The soft taco was dripping wet that it was like touching a fish. Im never eating at this tacobell again!

I had four orders of nacho cheese fries they were cold, stale and anything but tasty. Had to go through the line because the lobby wasnt open way behind five cars just to wait for fresh fries for another couple minutes. I was less than pleased to say the least.

My entire life I have loved Taco Bell. Through my parents divorce and through my own. I will never be returning to any Taco Bell after the rude customer service I was just put through. When I misspoke she mocked me and spoke in a very aggressive and sarcastic way. Very disappointed.

We ordered inside and they kept giving parts of our orders to drive thru customers that ordered after ius. After 15 minutes I complained and they completed our order. Then our order was wrong. They did this same thing to a door dash delivery person who had waited 20 minutes for a small order. They left without their c I stomers food.

I spent $50 at this location. I specifically asked if everything was in the bags BEFORE I drove away. I have a dairy allergy, so I ordered my food with NO cheese or sour cream. My food was stone cold and looked like slop. 2 items were missing, including the meal for my 11/2 year old granddaughter. Then, when I opened my food, it was dripping with cheese. I will NEVER go to ANY Taco Bell again, especially this one.

Its my own fault for continuing to go but they consistently leave out multiple items in your order. Always atleast two people standing at window doing little to nothing. This new location has done them no favors. People employed there now cannot seem to function at all. Would rate less if possible the food you actually get is good, you just will never get everything you pay for so be warned.
