Place looked gross and person taking my order was rude.
I went through the drive-through to make a pick up for delivery It seemed more like I was interrupting the employee at the window. She gave me the beverage and then sent me to the other side of the building to wait on my food which took A good 20 minutes for them to bring it out All the order consisted of was 2 Crunch wraps. When the employee came out to give me my food she had a disgusted look on her face like I was still there ruining her day. I myself will not be returning back to this store
Worst taco bell ever. Its never open and there system is always down. Whenever I come they always say that they are closed but i see them partying inside and give reasons. The food they make is never appropriate.
Closes at 2 am right? Pulled up to order at 12:40 am was told theyre only doing doordash orders. Pull around to park and all 3 workers came out and were smoking got closer and found out it was weed. Leaving the drive thru unintended. This is an absolute joke.
Dropped in on 10-1-22 at 9:50pm and ordered a beefy melt burrito sub steak and add chicken as well as a spicy potato soft taco. I trust the order is right because they seal the bags and get home and the burrito is the cheap 2 dollar burrito it normally would be and theres no cheese on it or steak or chicken which I paid 4 dollars more for. The potatoes soft taco was rolled up like a burrito and had no lettuce on it. The potatoes were so hard I couldnt chew them. The drive through guy was really nice, I guess he was logged in as Mario, but the guy filling the orders evidently thought it would be cool to screw a guys order up. Maybe it was because Im white and drive a bmw; but I wont be coming back and Ill spread the word.
I don’t even know how to rate this location. My experiences are a total grab bag. They’re almost always understaffed, and employees can’t do anything about that—I feel for them for that. Sometimes employees look and act like they hate their jobs, sometimes they look like they’re just trying to get through the day and do their jobs, and occasionally there’s very good service. It’s not uncommon to get to the window and be told they’re out of something.
It was ok just went because nuthin else was closer. They dont put enough food on whatever u get. Like on the the chicken quesadilla you probably have four pieces of chicken and the rest is dough and cheese thats gross.
As many times as they run out of things, these employees at this store try really hard and do a great job. Its not easy in fast food and Ive been a little hyper-hangry critical at times.
I placed an online order at 12:58am and then waited in the drive thru for an HOUR, got to the speaker at 1:55am and they said they are closed and not taking any more orders, I told them I already ordered and they said they arent going to fill it because they are closed (they close at 2amand that they put the food away at 1:30am. Oh, but the car in front of us was allowed to place an order though.They also like to shut down for an hour around 10 pm because their "computers are down" or they in the middle of "shift change".I used to work at Taco Bell and I do not understand how they can be this inefficient and rude.
After waiting 33 minutes for a door dash. I was already outdone. First impressions are everything to me. Someone needs a little more customer service training before dealing with Public Figures from radio and television. Poor Service
Cooperate should be ashamed to still have this establishment open! The workers are rude and do not care about good customer service! Every time I try to give this location a chance they disappoint me EVERY TIME! I just read the reviews and everyone that gave them 1 star is correct! Please close this location or get better management and workers!
As the reviews show.. Clearly this place is trash. With increasing gun violence in this city Im highly surprised that there has not been a shooting at this location. The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism is astounding. This store has to be losing Money. This place needs to be shutdown and restaffed. The place is dirty and so is the staff.
I lived in STL in 2017-2018 and this Taco Bell was always slow. Had totally forgot about it while visiting in 2022 and ordered doordash from here and my driver sat in the parking lot for an hour waiting for my order. It’s clear the management here needs to change.
Says they’re open until 2am but when we get there they’re only doing door dash orders? Kinda dumb.

We only went for drinks, and the dining area was closed. But they were nice enough to let us in just long enough to get drinks and go.
Sometimes theres rules and other times its called human decency they have none two customers sitting inside, opened doors ego problems tryna fight with a customer whose only requests was to use the rest room and the manager okayed the behavior!!! Delicious except no hot sauce in the bag and they overcharged me for my drink. But I chock that up to the game.

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever seen. They will kick you out before they close and the staff are generally unfriendly. You have a better chance of getting stabbed than getting a good taco out of this place.
The restaurant was almost impossible to get to due to construction. When we finally made it there they were only accepting mobile orders through the drive through? Like what? Why?
Okay annoyed. I go to the taco bell on gravois and never have an issue. I dont eat the beef at taco bell. So i get my cheesy gordita crunch’s with chicken. They charged me for it and still put beef. Got all the way home before realizing and now won’t be eating tonight. Thanks.
Seriously the slowest Taco Bell ive ever had the misfortune of ordering from. Why does it take 30 mins to prepare an order? Stop hiring employees who dont care.
I got to this location and pulled to the mic ready to order and hear the lady ask me what can she help me with I told what I needed and after I finished I didnt get a total I got "we are closed we just arrived 30 minutes ago." So I left but this was well passed 8am if not 9am. I thought they opened about 7am or 8am? But I guess not its whenever they get there and get prepared to open whatever time that may be.
We had a decently sized online order, checked if all the food was there and we were missing four items. So we went back around to let them know. They asked to look in our food bag and asked us at least three times if we were sure that they weren’t there. The items were like $5 in total… we weren’t trying to finesse them out of $5 worth of food. Took way too much time to believe us and it was just over the top for no reason.
I cannot emphasize more how much I hate this location. After numerous "second chances" this place never fails to disappoint me. When its not closed in the middle of a normal business day, due to technical difficulties, its closed because of I dont know what. I cannot remember the last time the interior was open (even before covid.When the drive through is finally open, service is marginal at best and is always staffed with trainees or managers who always have issues with the register. I have finally learned my lesson and have no further need to waste time or money here.
Going to this location and it being open is like winning the lottery. Every time “ we are close” then why are you here. Where are the owners.
They dont have Mexican Pizza... even though theyre advertising Mexican Pizza is back. And to make it extra fun, once youre in the drive through line there is no exit except to wait and go through the whole path. And the food they had was meh.
You couldnt go in to eat so I know there was no line inside and there were only three cars in front of me. I could see that they were getting smaller orders but yet still took absolutely ridiculous amount of time for them to even come to the window to take the money let alone then make the drinks then make the food. All we could hear the entire time was screaming and yelling and laughing and drama because they were all too busy acting crazy inside of there to cook the food. Then we got our food and paid for the upgraded box only to get the $5 box amount of food.
Ordered a whole mexican pizza, only received half and the half we did received looked touched. Tacos were cold and service overall wasn’t great. After 6 P.M. this is not the establishment to visit.
All this time we waited for the Mexican pizza to come back and this is what we get????!!!! SMH
By far the worst Taco Bell location I’ve come across… 2 out of 3 trips are a bad experienc.… amazing this location is still in business. One of the only businesses I would give 0 stars, if I could. Currently, the lobby isn’t even open, post omicron, so we have to wastefully burn gas in the slow drive-thru for no reason… absolutely terrible.
I called this location three times and I got hung on on each time! I called asking if they had any Mexican Pizza because I ordered at another location and it wasn’t packed properly so when I got it out of the bag it slid out!!! When I returned the food they said they were sold out and they said there’s no more in the entire region!!! So I’m calling before I leave work to mk sure and to constantly be hung up on is an issue… Today is May 22, 2022@ 3:20 pm . I will be calling corporate office on tomorrow. Terrible customer service and very rude! Needless to say that I love the fact that it’s returned on the menu because otherwise I am no fan of much on the menu… now I have to deal with rude people and unprofessional behavior?!
Being a Taco Bell can be tough. This location, and its staff, are tough. If you drive by at 11pm and see a long line, know that itll move along very fast! The staff here knows about the high demand, and they deliver. Ive never, NEVER, had an incorrect order here; and when "lots of Fire and Diablo sauce" packets are requested, those I shall receive. This is fast food done right, fully aware of the local demands.
Ordered using DoorDash and so disappointed. I got a cravings meal and asked for my Chalupa Supreme without tomatoes and sour cream because I have severe reactions to both, and both were still on my chalupa. The Beefy 5-Layer Burrito did not have sour cream, but it was also missing the other tortilla that is supposed to be there. Insanely disappointed.Edit: THERE WAS NO MEAT ON THE BEEFY 5-LAYER!!!! WHAT?!?!?!? Ridiculous
Went to this Taco Bell location around 10pm approached the drive thru was shouted at that they are only taking mobile orders and door dash?? Very unusual but okay we place a mobile order wait around 40 minutes nothing so we try to go through the drive thru since our email says the order is ready this time we are shouted at even louder in the most unprofessional way that our order was not made and is not in the line up to be made?? Literally was shouted at and argued with to the point where we were afraid for our safety So we ended up paying, losing an hour of our time, and not getting our food. Same thing was happening to about 10+ other cars witnessed a couple arguing over the ordeal and another car got so upset they almost crashed as they left the parking lot
Never ate somewhere so disrespectful and disgusting as this place. Deserves zero stars. Employees are rude, order was wrong, and the food I did get was absolutely atrocious. Looking inside before they slammed the window shut made me question whether It was even worth eating. The walls were black with grime, and the girl was acting like there was something to hide. Never again.
Late night crave staff was very hard working all the way to close. Thank you guys for staying late. Appreciate it. Its very hard to find any place to stay open after 11:00 for food anymore and we were on the road and you guys were there. So thank you and fell their belly so we could hike the next day at Johnsons

What y’all gotta go pick up the night shift employees? Shoot I thought when the night come they take over. Not shut the drive-thru down? But that’s the type of service. So Embarrassing. Do better!
Open the lobby. Both entrances were closed. Drive thru was open. Asked for hot sauce didnt get any. Had 2 orders and they wouldnt do it. Guess what there was no one in the line. Just crazy. Had to loop the building to order again. This place needs to be permanently closed until management learns to run it better.

Not much to say. Late night downtown and youre hungry. This taco bell has been around for decades. Food was as expected. They were training a new person that night so wait times in line were a bit longer than usual, but this location is always busy.
This location is completely awful!!!!! I get off work 10PM from my second job every day and sometimes I’m hungry. Every time I come by here, the employees are too darn lazy to actually take orders. I always get a “it’s shift change so it will be 20-30 minutes” or “our system is down so it will be at least 30 minutes until you can order. And it’s on the drive through!!! How lazy can these people get!?!? I am currently sitting in line and have been for the last 20 minutes and no one has moved!!!
Site shows open until 2 am tonight, but upon pulling up, the lights on the menu are off. A woman states on the speaker (no greeting), door dash mobile orders only. Because of how fast they spit that out, and the absolute lack of professional demeanor, I couldn’t even understand what they said. I asked them to repeat, which is when I caught they were saying. Wouldn’t recommend, nor go back. And after posting my review and now reading others, clearly an ongoing issue. The few “good” reviews are likely not accurate, i.e., employees or friends bumping up reviews. Save the effort and go elsewhere. Unfortunately it was a late night and hunger hit after the good restaurants were closed.
Was told in the drive thru the where only taking online orders so we made one. Waited 20 minutes and drove back through and said we would have to cancel it after it was paid for. Saw a dozen ppl drive through the line like us with nothing. Hope the owner knows all the business being lost

I don’t write reviews normally but I hope enough reviews causes some change.We went there and there was one person in line ahead of us and no one inside at 1030. They told us it wouldn’t be ready for 20 minutes. We didn’t even stay. When we drove by the window we saw two employees just sitting in the store….. Completely ridiculous. We then ordered post mates for the Taco Bell and we lost two drivers because they would not finish the order in a timely manner: please please get new employees and management or just close it down. It should not take this long to make three tacos…
If you coming here at night around 10 just don’t! They won’t even take your order, they will have you pull around and wait fir a whole hour! Saying they took to many orders online but not one taco is delivered for a hour or more! They pick and choose what they want to sell every night is different I bought six regular crunchy tacos they wanted to charge over $12 and for two steak quesadillas they charge $14 they won’t give back any receipts so if your orders messed up you’re just stuck with it I hope they close it down like they did the rallies across the street from there!
This was a cool experience. My food was hot. I ordered a quesadilla and a number 5. I said three times for no sour cream on anything but it still ended up on my nachos and taco. The food was still good and the customer service was good as well. I like to eat on the parking lot sometimes but this homeless man wouldnt leave us alone so I had to pull off. Overall it was still a cool place to get hot food.
Service was horrible tried to pass off a watermelon freeze from the car ahead of us to our car. Chalupa shell extremely hard. Cinnamon twists hard almost broke a tooth will not visit again
