You have to input your own order. The kiox was not user friendly, it took too long to order.

Horrible service, first time I came the person who is taking the orders was rude and unrespectful. I tried to order with he but he said in that place they dont take orders, the orders have to be at the kiosk and pay with card. Thats silly horrible attitude.

Just a quick lunch, 2 Taco Supremes and 2 Crunchy Tacos, and 1 beef and cheese Burrito, it was filling

They can NEVER get the order right. This has been over 3 times in a row my family and I order and its always either missing items or incorrect orders. Its nice that Taco Bell will correct the order, but if you live far then its a hassle just to even call to get manager info without jumping through all these hoops

When I order And buy taco Supremes I expect to have sour cream in it not one penny size drop of sour cream thats disappointing especially when the meal aint cheap

I love Taco Bell it’s my go to fast food place when I’m in a hurry, but I can’t seem to get good service or hot food. Totally disappointed and I’m not one to complain but when it’s every time for over a year of disappointment it’s time to put in my two cents.

The girl at the drive though was cute AF! ... and its taco bell so you should already know what your getting as far as quality.

Nice location with the ordering kiosks and western themed deco. Friendly staffers - always a plus.

My kids love taco bell. Im not a fan. But, I guess as long as my kids are happy.

Estephania was nice when I first ordered breakfast on drive thru, but because I asked for a specific burrito without meat, she charged me instead for a cheaper burrito. Seemed fine until I got my order and got very little egg inside. I went back to ask if I could have it remade, to which she said it was the cheapest burrito they have. I asked if that meant I get less food, to which she just sighed, moved her head in annoyance, and said she could remake it. She took my first burrito back, threw it hard into the trash, then gave me another and shut the window behind her without me getting to ask further questions. If this was that much of a problem, or if this was true, I would have just ordered more food. No issue, but her attitude and lack of human connection to others left me an incredibly sour taste in my mouth. I did nothing wrong, but Estaphania treated me like I was a burden at 8am. I wont be coming back.

The place to go to get a quick and tasty lunch. They have a variety of tacos, simply delicious. Burritos are tasty with your choice of fillings that makes your mouth water. Nachos and a drink will will fill your tummy until dinner time. Look for your favorite Taco Bell and get together for a fun enjoyable lunch.

Made my order they either didn’t log it or forgot because I got to the window and the lady said “hello wait a second” and then closed the window in my face. Then she gave me my order with the drink and looked upset when I asked her for a straw for the drink I ordered. And to top it all off I get home and Oh look there’s none of the sauce I asked for. Place is trash

Did exactly what it was supposed to do: gave me quick, inexpensive, yummy food. I went through the drive thru. Workers were nice. Food was hot and they got it to me fast. I have no complaints.

Terrible service, workers are very disrespectful I went to go pick up my order I was a couple minutes late and the lady that was working told me “I’m not going to make another order for your a**” would never ever order from there every again and I I got my food cold her name was Daniella (im not sure if that’s how you spell itTaco Bell on N Main st

DON’T ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT! I ordered two family packs inside the store using the kiosk because they don’t have anyone up front to take orders now. After getting home I got my food out and my order was wrong. I had no expectations of getting free food but I definitely wanted my money back for things that I paid for and didn’t get. I ordered tacos with sour cream which was an $0.80 up-charge for each taco. Only two of them had sour cream. I also had two tacos with tomato and they don’t come with tomatoes (And he said he made everything right). I also changed 4 of the 5 layer beefy burritos and had another up-charge for onions and red sauce. Only one had red sauce and two with onions. When I called the manager Marcos and explained he said I had to bring the whole order back so he could remake it. I explained that my husband just got out of the hospital and I couldn’t bring it back. He argued with me and said he is the one who made the order and he knows he made it right. At this point he is completely calling me a lier and I’m fed up! The LEAST he could of done is refunded me for the extra costs of the sour cream, onions and red sauce that I didn’t get on my order and I could have picked it up at a later time! I will never order from this Taco Bell again. He offered me nothing because I couldn’t bring the order back. I took pictures of each taco and burrito. Sending everything to corporate!

Constantly missing one item or the food is a mess. They have issues with their online ordering. Tonight my husband got two regular tacos and there was hardly anything in them at all and most of the filling was in the wrappers. Also, it was a Gordita Crunch combo, and that was missing from the order.

It was good with an Ever Changing Value Meal lol and the Sauce packs seem to hold less sauce they used to be Bulging now they are a little slim with the sauce. 5 stars if they bring back the Mexican Pizzas and Empananda mmmmmm

At this location here in beautiful Las Cruces, the indoor establishment seems to be kept up fairly well and is clean, its never to busy here at this location eighter is the the drive thru. The costumer service could be a little more polite and respectful, also food seems to be decent enough! Cheap and quick feeling up!

Be careful, they will get your order slightly wrong or try to short you an item but overall good and efficient service

Never seem to get your order rite! Pointless on calling to correct the problems, apparently nothing gets done. Will start taking my business else where.

Although Taco Bell has great deals and great food, I seem to always have issues with this establishment. They typically forget to include the entire order when going through the drive-thru, so be sure to check your bag to make sure everythings there. It has unfortunately happened on more than one occasion where a food item of mine was missing and I had to go inside to claim it.

The girl at the drive had a bad attitude and was bothered that I asked why they threw all the box meals in a bag and scattered all my chips all over the bag . Received a real rude answer , that I had to deal with that .

Always fast and reliable this time above average.

Rudy was one grease ball on el paseo but the whole Main Street staff is a**, Never get the prefer right nor the right amount of sauce asked for

Every time I go there they always end up not having what I have or they mess up my order. Big disappointed in the Taco Bell Corporation

N. Main Location visited was closed didnt open until noon no sign on speaker at driveup or on menu board. Had to drive thru to see a sign on their window several people waiting were highly upset 5 cars in front of me.

Literally just tried walking in to order only to find the doors locked. I tried calling and it just rang and rang. We then realized there was no on in the drive through and we walked up to the window and explained we were hungry and in an oversized vehicle that would not fit in the drive through. She was very understanding and nice and started taking our order when out of no where a punk kid walks up and starts saying we cant serve you and blah blah blah. I explained u tried calling and we tried going inside only to have him deny us. LAZY Mark. You are the problem with this world! A simple hey call the order in and we will bring it to the front door instead he completely and very rudely denies us flat out service. Enjoy your career at Taco Bell Mark your a true piece of dog you know what!!!! Never coming back here.

Ive always liked the crispy tacos the the nachos are my favorite. Good place for a quick bite . Fast n friendly service.

The food was good as always but what’s the deal with this place? How smart does one have to be to work at Taco Bell?? This happens all the time at this place. After I order my food and tell them that I would like some fire sauce, I am reassured at the window when I’m grabbing my food that my hot sauce is in the bag. The last three times have went here they have blatantly lied to me. I ask them, are you sure it’s in the bag? Their reply is yes it is. Needless to say, it’s not in the bag.

It should go out of business. Dont leave without checking your bag. 4 to 5 orders that the bag was light. Brian Niccol would be visiting this store, but hes with chipotle now. Glen Bell would be turning over in his grave.

Worst taco bell in LC! Rushing you at drive thru when you are the only car in line, overcharging because they get order wrong, and ofcourse they dont give you a receipt so you wont confirm order and take survey. <<Avoid this location when ever possible>>

We tend to switch between this Taco Bell and the Rinconada location and we order multiple times per week. We have never had a problem with any taco bell order or customer service all over town, but for some reason this particular location always misses an item or provides poor customer service. Would avoid this taco bell location. The convenience in gas isnt worth the hassle.

Drive thru man was rude. Got my order wrong and then said I would have to go back through the drive thru to get correct order. Didnt get straws or hot sauce even after asking! They need a new drive thru man!

If you like your burrito supreme smothered in sauces making your lettuce soggy with a teaspoon of actual meat then this place will be right up your alley! Wont be back.

The worst location in Cruces. The person making the food in back could care less about his job for real. How hard is it to make a burrito? This is the closest location to my house so I keep giving them chance after chance but the last 4 visits over a period of several months I have always been disappointed.Update: I went back to this location once again and yes, I continue to get burritos with either holes in them or not folded up properly to contain the ingredients. And tacos with the shell crushed is just plane aggravating. Last time I ordered Nacho Fries and the cup of cheese sauce barely had anything in it.

The manager here is going to run this place into the ground. I had a free taco coupon from my previous visit when they messed up the order. Then mgr said I couldnt use it on a chicken tacoThe coupon said any taco of my choice. I had already ordered and was at the window and he changed my order and said he wasnt going to do chicken. I pointed out what the coupon said and he said no and swapped out my taco. The I asked for extra sauce and he said it was in the bag. I didnt leave and looked in the bag and there was only 1 pack and I ordered a bell grande. I said I wanted more and they didnt want to give me any and said they couldnt do that. I said I wasnt leaving until I got more hot sauce and then they caved. Taco bell is fast food I get that but for real? Ill watch them go down and spend my cash on the taco food truck parked in front!

I love taco bell, but the service today was lousy!! The girl did not get my order right, when we asked if we could have some hot sauce, the dark Mexican guy said he had put some in but when we left, we had to go back and get some. None in the bag, no napkins nor straw. If he stopped flirting and did his job it would have been ok.

I showed up without my wallet and asked if they could take Samsung pay. The drive thru person said no, so I had to go to the bank to get cash. Once I got back and ordered, the drive thru window said they accepted all forms of electronic payment... On top of that, I ordered supreme tacos but only got cheese and lettuce on top.

Someone should be checking orders to make sure they are correct. I ordered through the drive thru. When I got home saw that I was missing food and sauce. Called to see if I could pick up my missing food because they did not provide a receipt. So I went back for the rest of my order. When I got home and finally started eating I discovered all the orders were missing the sour cream which is extra. I was very disappointed with the service.

They have lost a star with me.. They have been failing to give me everything I order. Not just one or two times. I always give every business the benefit of maybe having an off day or a bad employee on a particular shift. When it become repetitive I can no longer let it go. I always go in the evening time and always i have an issue. Also because I request things like no sour cream. I always still get the sour cream.. Like it still no longer love it sorry not sorry..

Went to Taco Bell after getting off from a long shift. I ordered $25 worth of food for my WHOLE order to be messed up. I’m DEATHLY allergic to tomatoes and EVERYTHING I ordered had tomatoes on it even though my receipt says NO tomatoes. I drove 11 miles back and the manager SCOTT F said he would replace the WHOLE order and didn’t calling me lair saying my food is correct when I have pictures and videos proving it wasn’t. The manager SCOTT is perfectly okay with legitimately attempting to harm a customer.

What a remodel! Taco Bell has always felt like the lowest end of fast food due to the stores, but not anymore. The design is modern and cozy. Even had a small lounge area. As always the food was great and fast. My wife and I were both surprised and how nice this store is now. Go give it a try if you havent in a while.

Maybe they where understaffed but out seemed kinda dirty in side. Seinfeld drink on table next ti us and floor. They wiped other tables off but never cleaned that one or the floor the 40 minutes we were in there. Food service was fast and they seemed friendly. Ordered bean burritos with bo cheese wife had $5 nacho box which was good.

The last two times I have been to this Taco Bell, the order was wrong.. Ordered 2 of several items, and received only one. I was ripped off!! Like $10 worth.. Next time, ordered steak on chalupa got ground beef.. was charged for steak.. Both were drive through orders.. No one wants to drive back across town to get an order fixed.. I called for the 1st one, was not able to go back for a month. Manager on duty said he did not have my name. I mentioned writing a negative review, manager said "go ahead".. This was the best Taco Bell in town with exceptional customer service!! Now its the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to!!

Just went through the drive thru to order a quick bite to eat. The guy said “order when ready”. So I said, “hold on please”. No response. A minute passed by and then I said “okay, I’m ready”. He then said “okay”. So I ordered 1 cheese roll up and he said, “you want 3?”. I said, “well how many come in an order?” He responses with attitude, “only one come in an order”. Then I said, “okay, well I only wanted one”. I then order my next item which is a regular taco but supreme and he says, “so it’s not a regular taco then”. So I said, “I just meant not a Doritos locos taco”. He then went on to laugh and say, “Ma’am I don’t know what your talking about”. After this awful customer service just in a few minutes, I said “never mind. You’re being rude”. And I drove off.Worst drive-thru experience by far!!!!

They really changed the decor. If I did not see the counter, would say I was in an fairly upscale restaurant. Big difference. Food is standard Taco Bell. My standard is the ground beef Chalupa, good not great but the decor is great. Much more comfortable!

They "forgot" to give me my chance in the drive-through. Then the manager refused to open the doors to give me my change saying she would get fired for opening the door, even though there were still multiple customers inside.Instead of this place, I recommend Subway, Dairy Queen or McDonalds- they are all in the same vicinity and have better customer service.
