Super nice friendly taberna. Good food price quality. Congrats
Excellent food and excellent service! Tiago took care of us and gave us a great experience. Skál from Iceland!
MoreGreat place, easy, good food, great wine and super nice staff!
Went here for drinks and dinner. The food was so fresh and delicious. Our server was very charismatic and provided good reccomendations. The drinks were well made, balanced, and refreshing. Great experience!
MoreThis place was such a cute place to check out! The plates are small and has a great location off the city center. Bini is a great host as the owner and has a laid back approach which helps ease you in the culture.
MoreSuper delicious and authentic food. Good explaination on the food and drinks, garlic bread and shrimps were amazing!
MoreOne of the best spots to eat in Porto! The blood sausage to die for. IT WAS FIRE!! The sautéed shrimp, codfish, and alheira are also incredibly delicious. The service we received was so amazing we will definitely be back soon.
MoreExcellent service and great food
Great Food, Slow ServiceOrdered the set menu for two (tomato salad, prawns, quail eggs, sausage, bread and wine for two). Good value and the food was great. However, service was a slow and understaffed when the restaurant was full.Would recommend but be prepared to wait especially if you arrive at peak hour
MoreTheir black porc ham is just amazing!! Everything was wonderful including the suggested vino verde and the service. We highly recommend!
MoreHeaded for lunch and got a table inside down the back. Waitress took our order. Had wine, Coke and Fanta to drink and tomato basil on bread. My husbands was the cured ham and soft cheese. Both were similar in size, 3 slides of bread ( similar to baguette except cut on side like ringsWe both thought it was very small. Service was ok nothing special. Wouldnt return.
MoreLoved the blood sausages and the cheese plate. The wine tasting was not too much of my linking neither the lupins.Loved the cod pastry!!!The waiter are very nice.Would recommend
MoreSuper great food and our waiter was so nice! I have a tree nut allergy and they were accommodating
MoreFive stars if youre sitting out front. Three stars if youre sitting at the back. Food is fine. Local sausage is overrated but the local cheese they have is phenomenal. Sit outside or dont bother!
MoreGreat choice of portugese food, really tasty. Really friendly service, they answered all our questions and gave us excellent recommendations! Will come back while being in Porto.
MoreBest place ever! Delicious tapas and wines + very nice service staff :))
We were able to make a reservation on the same day, unlike many other restaurants I had wanted to go to. This place was okay at best. Reasonably friendly service, the food was average but overpriced for what it was. I would try and go somewhere else for better food.
MoreSo delicious! I came right when they opened and got a table outside right away. Great service, atmosphere, and best of all the food! I had a glass of white wine, olives, Alheira sausage (amazing), and some Portuguese slider-like tapas (topped with salami, cheese, olive oil, and spices). Wish I had more time in Porto to try different menu items!
MoreWe had a lovely dining experience on our first night in Porto. We walked in on a busy night with no reservation ( I had accidentally booked elsewhere with a similar nameand the staff were so accommodating- providing a table outside without any fuss or pressure to leave prematurely. We had some some delicious local tapas and wine - which was just what we needed on a balmy night in Porto. Great hospitality!
MoreHad our first lunch here randomly and was fabulous. Relaxed setting with various tapas dishes.
MoreLocated at the heart of Porto, we can have a great experience while facing the amazing architecture of the old town. The restaurant is very cozy, staff is amazingly friendly and professional.Worth the visit.
MoreI was already here last year and came back. Nice friendly staff and very good food and wine selection 😋!
MoreFirst time in Porto we found this place and it was freaking amazing, bunch of kind people and the food was really great !! def recommended
MoreAwesome placeI fell in love with the cocktails. The staff are super nice, dishes are wonderfulIt was a good start of the night! Thanks
MoreThe food was decent, we had a reservation for 8pm on a Sunday and there was a queue to get in we had a table at the back which was cosy and snug. The prawns cooked and uncooked both were great, the Portuguese authenticity is here. The service was super slow however, it took an hour to get a first dish which is tapas style and many dishes we ordered was uncooked so was confused as to this delay. There was loads of dirty dishes stacked on the table behind me waiting to go to the kitchen, and the pile increased during the night. This definitely took away from the nice ambience of the restaurant. Food is great but need 2-3 more waiting staff at least
MoreThe waiters looked depressed and in need of a hug. The 30€ plate was worth 20€. But the porto tonic was good. All considered, an average place.
MoreThe best taberna in Porto! The drinks are so refreshing and made with the best ingredients! The Port Tonic was so refreshing, and the Maroskito (cocktail with real raspberriesis the best cocktail ever. The food is also great, with Paté, sautéed mushrooms and the blood sausages. Staffs are super nice and friendly, the owner is the coolest. If you want a Taberna with the most chill and nice atmosphere, come here.
MoreThe food was amazing, the owner was super friendly, very iconic Porto terrace lunch style. Must try
MoreA pleasant suprise for my first meal ever in Portugal!! We ordered several different Tapas, they all tasted very good except the mushrooms which we did find it a bit heavy on the wine side.
MoreFood was amazing, would recommend the sauteed shrimp. Service was good and the owner is very friendly.Good luck with your restaurant!Greetings from the Dutch couple you drank a shot of rum with ;)
MoreVery good service. We ate the cod salad (which was huge), the blood sausage (very yummy and softand the cheese board( which was definitely the best, they are super delicious and they have a lot of flavour). Thanks and recommended
MoreHad a great dinner meal here on my bday. I got the salted beans as a starter and it was ok. My main though of bacalao à bras was SO good. And so filling. It looks small but it’s very hearty. My husband had the blood sausage and said he liked it but wasn’t his favourite meal ever. The prawns on other tables looked lovely but as they weren’t deveined I’m glad I passed on them. And at £13.Great pours on the wine. My only negative point was I told them it was my bday and it would have been nice to have, I dunno, a birthday song 🎧 Or a slice of cake on the house :)
MoreDelicious octopus, yummy chorizo, very light bacalau a Bras. Excellent service from a woman tonight - not sure of her name!
MoreDelicious chorizo on fire. You should try it. Also, great cheese and wine selection.
MoreOne of the places where I ate the best during my stay in Porto (trust me, it was hard to find!). I really enjoyed the tapas style of the food offer. The wine was also very good. Friendly service.
MoreMy favourite Porto restaurant during my trip. Unbelievably tasty food. The prawns and blood sausage were outstanding. The owner is one of the coolest dudes you will meet. He made us feel right at home. When im back in Porto Ill be back at Largo ✌️
MoreWe have been her 2x in the past 10 years. Each time we were impressed with the food. We throughly enjoyed our entire, but the best was the grilled chorizo. It wa cooked on a special earthenware grill at the bar. Not only was it fun to watch, but it was delicious.
MoreBest place for tapas. Sangría was incredible and the food, was amazing. Great ambiance!! Totally recommended when you visit Porto
MoreGood food, got a variety of different dishes including the Portuguese sausage, shrimps and sautéed mushrooms. The white wine was also great. Service was less than fine / funny as the waiter kept forgetting things. Probably very frustrating if we were in a rush but we weren’t.
MoreI dont usually give this low a rating but think its justified in this case as the service is absolutely terrible. We ordered the seasoned quail eggs, sardine pate, sandwich, blood sausage with caramelize apples, and shrimp. The quail eggs and pate came out first, after about 40 minutes. There was no seasoning on the quail eggs except parsley and olive oil which made the eggs well cooked but bland. The sardine pate was okay. The sandwich was Iberian ham and cheese which was again okay. The blood sausage with caramelized onions and apples was pretty good but not sure if it was worth a 1.15 hr wait. We didnt even get the shrimp because it was never written down in the order even though we pointed it out twice. We got the port wine tasting as well and flies landed in the wine almost immediately. Even by European standards, the service was very very slow. The food was not bad but the service and wait was 100% not worth it especially because we were the only people in here at one point and still were never served until after other guests started coming in
More❗overall ⭐⭐⭐⭐ nice position, good food, fair portions, friendly staff!🧀 quejo no forno (7€⭐⭐⭐ i mean was melted cheese, nothing special 🥲🌭alheira na chapa (5€⭐⭐⭐⭐ you could say thats only a sausage but no... thats THE sausage. i mean was amazing: tasty, juicy and filling! i mean who doesnt like sausages 😜🍷 Porto (no ratingsjust take the 3 Porto tasting (10€but i think you wont regret it🛋️ location ⭐⭐⭐⭐ nice position, love the street where its located. a little too many people but i mea... we cant kill them 😂 the restaurant itself was plainly furnished, a little more would have been appreciated👥 staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐ friendly and fast with the orders ✌️
MoreNice place in a great location. The cheese table is quite fine. The octopus salad is interesting. The grilled chorizo is great
MoreLoved this place. Excellent friendly service, great food and offered some great wine too. The spicy blood sausage & apple is delicious.
MoreGreat little tapas place in a touristy area. Fantastic home cooked food at very reasonable prices. Owner is great and really friendly - very passionate about Portuguese food and drink. Should you ever visit Porto you must have a bite to eat and a glass of wine here.10/10 would recommend.
MoreNice place with local snacks (petiscos). We had a great cheese selection, canned fish and the single best alheira weve had so far!Staff was super friendly, fairly attentive, just slightly confused when asked for more info about pretty much anything on their menu, especially the ports they offer for tasting.. :D So we still hope to learn our Porto basics like e.g. how LBV differs from ruby at another restaurant or the caves.. :))
MoreLoved this place, great selection of cheese, meats and conservas as well as seafood, and a lovely selection of beer and wine to wash it all down. Staff here are accommodating and genuinely like serving guests - unlike the pretentious hipster tourist trap across the way that wants you to beg for a table. By contrast this is a far better choice if youre looking for genuine Portuguese ambiance and hospitality.
MoreCozy, charming, & friendly. The small dishes tapas dishes are great snack to enjoy some wine, conversation, and people watching. Recommend sitting outside to feel the bustle of the city. Staff was super friendly and helpful. 👍
MoreVery cool place with friendly staff that know there stuff. Let them advise you or try tasting perhaps. Sitting outside can be really nice to feel the Porto atmosphere, but from the looks of it you can get this inside as well. If you visite during happy hour (5-7 PMyou get nice free snacks that pair with your drink.
MoreVery tasty Portuguese cuisine! They serve here different small dishes/tapas!Service and food is overall great! And not really expensive!
MoreExcellent, tasty small plates. Roasted Chorizo, Fried Blood Sausage, Melted Sheep Cheese and Octopus Salad were superb.
