We are here after seeing someone embarrass themselves with a bad review, if you go to an Indian restaurant and order their spiciest dish, it’s gonna be spicy. That being said I ordered it and loved it, my friend ordered the vegetable curry and it was very mild and nice. Service was great, food was great.

Vindaloo chicken is very spicy and it was full of red chilly powder and we couldnt eat at all..So, we had to order extra mix vegetable curry. Mix vegetable curry and paneer butter masala are okay to eat .We ordered chicken seekh kebab which was good.

Loved everything about the place, excellent service, delicious food and hearty portions! The server helped us out with selecting and making food to our taste - will highly recommend if looking for a flavorful meal in Praha!

Wasnt afraid to serve me an actually spicy curry. Super delicious and I sweated like crazy. 10/10 experience

The service, the food, etc. is truly amazing. Im confident to say Ive had my some of my most beautiful memories at Taaj... a small example of caring service and attention to the customer was, offering yoghurt to help me cope with extra chili in my food, (on the house btw), making the best lamb kebab, and having such a calm cozy lounge etc., Taaj palace has made me feel more than welcome in a city where warmth and smiling is not too common. Please keep up the stellar standards. the 5 stars are perfectly well deserved and I will come here, again and again and again.

This was the best restaurant we went to during our trip to Prague. The location was lovely, and the place was clean. We had an amazing meal that didnt break out wallet, staff was the friendliest, and the service was second to none. BY FAR THE BEST PLACE TO GO IF YOURE IN PRAGUE.

Delicious authentic Indian food. Must try paneer butter masala with naan or lachcha paratha. Chai (Black tea with milkis tasty too.Edited to add: awesome interior and vibe as well.

Great place with excellent food. We really enjoyed the interesting facts about the origin of the food we were eating provided by the waiter. It was really a nice experience. We dined here and were welcomed with not only the most delicious Indian food we have ever had but a wonderful history lesson from the owner regarding where our dishes originated and the changes to dishes historically. Very interesting.The restaurant is clean and well lit, staff very friendly and price is what you would pay in any Indian restaurant around Europe.If we return to Prague we will definitely visit again!

Nice food, good and friendly service. Exactly what you expect from an indian restaurant. Got a bag for our belongings as it started raining heavily when we were about to leave, and there was no problem with us waiting inside for our uber. Just a nice vibe all around. As an indian myself, this was high quality food.

If you are on the edge on wether you want to eat here you should go. The food and service was top notch. We order butter chicken and some lamb dish with spinach sauce. Both were flavorful and the waiter gave us good suggestions on side dishes.We even took our leftover sauce home because it was that good!The place is also pretty cozy with alot of wood which i like.They also have an underground bar if u want to have a "party" after you eat.I see a lot of the negative reviews are from 2 to 3 years ago and i can say they really changed for the better in those years. I would really advise this place! :)

A very charming restaurant with amazingly good food. Our waiter was very helpful and even provided us with interesting infos about our meals as well as Indian cuisine in general.

The interior decoration and overall atmosphere already deserve plus points on their own! And the food was delicious and also the first time in a long time the food had the perfect level of spiciness (for me, my sibling couldnt even finish their lamb because it was too spicy for them which usually doesnt happen because we like our food super spicy! So I just ate it for them. I had a dish with paneer and it was amazing).

We talked with the waiter and the owner I suppose (very funny, down to earth and wholesome guysabout various quisines and they answered every question we had and told us even more interesting stuff about the origins of our dishes. 10/10 would recommend

This place is just super awesome!For real, one of the best food Ive ever eaten in my life.If you are not sure about indian food because of the spiciness; They have a lot of good tasting options that are not spicy.The people over here are really helpful. Informing you about the food youve got, the Indian culture and everything.They do their best to make you comfortable and have a good time.If you are here with (littlekids, the host will make some jokes and silly faces to make them laugh.Its not much, but its the difference between just doing your job and doing your best to make sure your guests having a good time.If you are searching for a nice place to eat Indian food, I will suggest this place.

it was my first time eating indian food and i cant think of a better first experience. the food was incredible and the waiter was so nice and took his time explaining the different dishes and taught us a little bit about indian culture. overall a great restaurant you have to visit! we will definitely go again tomorrow and try some more.

Incredible! The service and the food were outstanding! Must try the Lamb Korma. I’ve had a lot of Indian food all over the world but this place has the most tender soft mouth watering lamb I’ve ever had . Also the garlic naan was made to perfection! Highly recommend!!

Service is top! Tandoori platter was excellent and served on a hot plate. Vegetables were delicious and naans tasted good too. Mango lassi is lovely and the chili sauce is excellent. All in all a great place for Indian foods!

My wife and I visited here tonight as we had read reviews about the wonderful indian food on offer. We were not disappointed!! We were greeted at the door and show to a table in less than a minute. We ordered our starters and main meal at the same time and the food was delivered quickly and efficiently. The food we were given was fantastic, very tasty and full of flavour. I would not hesitate to go back again.
