The worst lasagna Ive ever had not one peace of meat just tangy sauce and noodles never again

They used to be an affordable place to get takeout. But since they jacked up the prices its not too affordable anymore for people on low incomes.

We tried the combo with the lasagna’s , salads, wedgies and a two litre pop. It was amazing!! First time we have tried and will definitely order again! Thanks!

Lets face it, since the pandemic us bachelors started cooking and families started ordering. because we who have ordered many times noticed the difference EVERYWHERE with less. This place has a more original taste than your mainstream hut or 73. Ordering for years without leftovers. Even after a cpl days of cold pizza. Highly recommend combo 1 or 2..Great price for lots of food.

Great pizza, great staffs, tons of variety to choose from. Lots of parking, will recommend to friends and family

Charged 4$ extra for delivery in the highs and not charging for Southridge area whats with that. Were done.

Will never get from here again and this was my first time. The pizza is gross, no sauce on any of the pizzas. No pineapple on the hawaiian, on top of it all the pizzas were burnt. Was really a waste of 31 dollars would love my money back.

I will never ever order from that place again, I called about having bad meat on my pizza and the manager was easy to dismiss my concerns and told me that it was not bad, The owner never called me back either. That was their second chance. TJS in Medicine Hat is all around terrible

Took almost an hour and a half to get to my house, wasnt warm when it got here, they forgot sauce on the pizza, and it made everyone sick. I loved tjs in Moosejaw, but i dont think ill be taking this ride again.

We ordered TJs pizza and left the choice of what pizza we would be eating to the discretion of employees and were impressed by fantastic pizza and timely service. Highly recommended. 👍💪

We ordered pizza last Friday. After 45 min called to check on order, was told it left the premises. Another 15 min and called again, after 5 min on hold said they couldnt find our order. Said they would make it again for a $5 DISCOUNT. Then wait again for another hour to hopefully have it delivered without incident?No apology or accountability. Should have been free pizza by that time. Cancelled and WILL NEVER ORDER FROM AGAIN. Very poor customer service..

Pretty good pizza!! I enjoy their Buffalo chicken pizza, and have always had a good experience with their staff.

Ive been ordering from tjs ever since my mom put me onto them a couple years back. Nothing but good things to say! Their customer service is amazing, the person who answers the phone is very friendly and polite. I absolutely love their pizza and their toppings. I recommend tjs to all of you, its not the best pizza Ive ever had period, but its the best pizza in medicine hat in my opinion!

The pizza is pretty good, although it is usually cold when it arrives despite arriving within the quoted time frame. The delivery driver she smelled like marijuana. Perhaps the MHPS will receive a tip about a red VW Jetta driving impaired.

The pizza was excellent n great price wow for a Hawaiian pizza n it was thick with with shredded ham n it was very tasty n the delivery driver was awesum delivering t t the Flying J truck stop n they cooked it n had it to me in 35 mins now thats great service n definitely will order again from them.

I had the cheese burger pizza with barbeque sauce. The quality of the toppings was good and the pizza was well prepared and not greasy. The price was a little high but you do get a lot for your money.

Great pizza! However I’m not impressed by your delivery driver this evening. She didn’t even try to find our main door of our apartment building and my husband had to go find her. She was quite rude to me on the phone as well.

Was told in the past that this was a good place for pizza. Have had better from chain restaurants to honest. Wish Verns was still around. Now that was pizza.

TJs has really good pizza, and I am very particular about my pizza. They offer a thin crust too. The crust is fresh and not soggy on the bottom, even after a delivery ride. The meat is good quality as well. Definately recommend TJs.

After a super long day in the restaurant I wanted some good pie. A friend suggested TJs pizza. I ordered a meat pizza and a ham and p****le. Perfect. Hot, cheesey, great dough and crust. Great job to the crew on shift tonight. Thanks!

WOW great little pizza place in medicine hat!! Everything I have tried has been great aswell as very friendly front counter staff and delivery drivers, i am very impressed and from now on my family will deffinetly be ordering from here every time!

Bacon wedgies worth the cruise from Calgary. First met TJ in saskatoon. Been in love ever since. Pizzas pretty good too. Good Saturday visit. Koool ole town too

I’m not much for giving a bad review but this really hit me hard, so I’ve ordered from TJs multiple times and had a less than savoury experience I’ve given them multiple chances as I do like the food, I’ve had several orders that have taken longer then 1.5 hours to arrive ,items have been missing through all this I kept quiet, but now I have a bone to pick, so I’ve waited around multiple multiple times for my pizza order to arrive , tonight I was waiting at the door for my food and I stepped away for a few moments to use my washroom when I went I didn’t see a car or anything outside so I figured I had a while as they are usually super slow , I went to the washroom was probably in there a total of 2 or 3 minutes , I didn’t hear a knock or the doorbell, but I did get a call from a delivery driver who litteraly screamed at me for not being at the door I said “I’m sorry about that” he continued to scream at me so I hung up the phone and went to the door, when I went to the door he didn’t say a word to me I stuck my debit card out and he handed the machine and made a loud sigh, I was generous and still gave him a 15 percent tip and once he read the receipt then he said thank you , so after this terrible transaction after I’ve waited on them multiple times to bring my food I get screamed at for making the guy wait for a minute , and even with all the extra time at the door , my order was still missing dips I paid for. If you’re gonna put a customer on blast , you better atleast deliver a complete product , I’ll probably never order from TJs pizza again.

Personally I love the food, but the staff are not the greatest. They arent very friendly or helpful. I was cut off multiple times while speaking, and overall they just seemed very impatient.

I have gone and picked up my pizza and ordered one.. they are warm fresh and the best pizza by far in Medicine Hat.

I have been a huge fan of TJs pizza for a number of years. Its not a wallet killer and is very good. Any place I go, if there is a TJ pizza, I will order from there. Highly recommend

Just in from Calgary, needed a late night pizza and this place delivered on all front. Friendly staff, amazing pizza. Keep up the great work there at TJs, will definitely hit you up every time Im in town.

Fantastic pizza! I havent tried any of their other dishes yet, but the pizza is amazing!! The staff is always friendly and helpful and they never bat a lash at my diva-type requests when it comes to toppings lol. Highly recommend.

Last night I felt like pizza for supper. I phoned to order & it took a while for somebody to answer. I ordered 2 small size of #18. Delivery was very prompt. I was very disappointed with the pizzas , never saw any ham or tomato slices & one or 2 mushroom pieces , however I did find a few bits of pineapple which shouldnt have been in this order. Not happy, first & last time I will order from them!!!!

I love their pizza when they go easy on the sauce! I always ask for very light sauce...the times they have gotten it right its a 5 star pizza, they just dont always get it right....thats why Im giving them 4 stars.

Don’t even want to give them one star. Waited 2 hours and got the pizza and it was cold, the taco pizza a elementary student could have made it better. Will never order from there again. The taco was like an old pizza with fresh lettuce and partially melted cheese. “What a joke”

My go to pizza in medicine hat. Very reasonably priced, great quality food and really professional for a pizza place... I never write reviews but this place has earned my 5 stars.

Ordered supper because as always im to lazy to cook. Ordered 1 pizza 2 lasagnia 1lb wings bottle of ice tea and bacon strip things.. 40 mins later they delivered everything but the wings and pop.. Called them and after 10 mins of waiting for them to answer hes wondering if we want a credit rather than whats missing.... Nope i want food before i go to work... Ok i will send it but will be another 45 mins.... No bring it now as you should have already cooked it .... Wings arrive but they bring pepsi not ice tea.... Sorry but we dont drink pepsi... If we drank pepsi we would have ordered it... Called back asking for the ice tea.... No i dont want a credit i would like my order that was ordered 1hr 40 mins ago .... He then explains that it isnt his fault as he only has one other person helping him.... Well im sorry but you not having staff is not my problem or concern... Im paying for a service and i expect it.I ended up having to call another pizza company to deliver my supper to me at work seeing as by the time i had sorted the family supper mess out i had to leave without eating... 10 out of 10 for worst service Tjs

Pizza was good. Service not so much. I called in at 8:30pm for a pick up at 10pm when I got there they didnt even have it started. So after I paid for it they started to cook my pizza.

Great pizza (likely the best delivery in MH), and quick delivery and friendly drivers.

Ate there once, never again; had to call twice cause no one answers the phone, and it wasnt even a busy day. The staff were just sitting on the chairs reading the news paper and staring at you when you walk in, made you uncomfortable. Food isnt that great. The lady at the counter was not very friendly what so ever. Ill never go there ever again!

Pizza is a late night favourite. It will never be again if you are not open late. Its the only time I used to order pizza (after midnight when I get home from work). I guess I must be living in a village if you cant be open during all typical pizza eating times..
