Our room was nice and clean with a modern bathroom and everything we needed. The large windows and air conditioning were great. The king size bed was really comfy as well. Would have been 5 star if the wifi was working. However still Good value for money, I would stay there again.

Friendly staff. Mary was wonderful, rooms were clean , only negative for me was the carpet . Needs vinyl flooring .but other then that enjoyed our stay .

Moulds on the toilet ceiling, cob webs on top of the bed, cheap curtain 5am sun woke me up.

Very glad we stayed. The room was very clean and had been renovated with a modern bathroom and a large comfortable bed...we had a king suite. Good night sleep and a hot shower with plenty of water. The staff were friendly. Excellent value.

Im so glad I chose to stay here! Excellent friendly service even when I called quite late at night for a last minute stop-over. The room is immaculate with big windows looking out over the garden, and the bathroom is newly renovated and perfect. The owner is wonderful. Ill stay here whenever Im in the area in future.

Last minute road trip stop. Only place in town that could accommodate a family of four.Our room had recently been renovated. Very clean. Generous supplies. Reception friendly. 5 star experience in a 3 star motel.

Brilliant motel. Not too costly.

Its a family run motel, it feels like home, they are very helful and friendly.

When we arrived the staff were speaking a foreign language to each other and then talking English to customers, within the same conversation so it was like they were talking about the customers and my invoice was printed in a foreign language.For the last two nights we stayed there there was a banging every 30 seconds throughout the night. So we left a day early. No refund or apology.

Very comfortable room, spacious bathroom. Unfortunately the owners failed in their maintenance and cleanliness. The bathroom floor, sink and furniture in the room were black with dust. Had to spend sometime mopping the bathroom and furniture with a wet towel before we could put our bags down or use the toilet. The carpet was in need of a vacuum. Pity as the beds and linen were clean. Couldnt sit outside as that too was black with dust. A nice place for just one night but management should take more care in cleaning.

Friendly owners only new to the motel. Very helpful. Rooms clean 7 tidy, bathroom great. Meet lovely Taiwanese young people who were working locally picking tomatoes. Great interacting with them. Some had good English but had a laugh with them all. Overall enjoyed our overnight stay

No biscuits and no tea towel to do any dishes. No toilet brush.

TERRIBLE.We had 2 adjoining rooms, the kids bathroom flooded as the newly renovated bathroom didnt seem to have the drain plumbed correctly. Our bedroom had a bed that seemed broken on one side the drop was at least 15cm to the other side of the bed and left me in huge pain in the morning. Wouldnt recommend it at all.

Wonderful Hotel, Amazing Renovations, ensuites, freshly painted walls, strong air conditioning & heating. Would recommend for a place to stay if in the area. However exterior needs some work, perhaps Render. Looks a little bit outdated from the outside, very modern rooms & interior.

Dont be fooled by exterior appearance of this motel. I believe there is possibly new owners (who were lovelyand they are working very hard to make this a beautiful place to stay, and have wisely started with the room interiors. We booked the king room and were happily surprised to enter a beautifully appointed room with modern decor that was exceptionally clean. The bed and pillows were high quality and very comfortable and the air-con very strong but the bathroom was my favourite part of our stay with floor to ceiling Carrara stone look tiles, a large shower and water pressure that could take the skin off your back! If we stay in area in the future we will definitely book here again, and wish the owners best of luck.

Was a last minute booking, staff were friendly and great to talk to. They are in the process of renovations so please keep that in mind. Our room was much better then we anticipated, it was very clean and modern and had everything availble. The beds were so comfy and cozy to sleep in. The bathroom was amazing definatley 5 stars there. We cant wait to come back and see this motel once it is finished.

Lovely place, but since changing owners recently the prices have gotten $20 per night more expensive than previously. Won’t be staying here again, can no longer afford to.

The beds are comfy, hot shower. But not very clean. The electric kettle was disgusting inside.

Rooms were dirty and felt a bit grimey. Rubbish was left in room from previous tenant, everything felt old and musty. Gone are the days of the poor old motels, feels as if there isnt much passion left in the establishment

People are lovely great welcome, place clean and cheap a little bit old and cold. The heater its a dream. Poor breakfast.

So bad Easter holiday in this hotel!! Old room. I WOULD COME BACK AGAIN!! My boy friend was booked and paid 3 night we are only 2 nights there , First we are long driving come to motel early 40mins check in time waiting in the car . Is ok but in room no more tissue I been to reception tell . She is lie to me tell me later I give you in your room. And breakfast for 2 people only for one person I just want tell you if you dont want give breakfast dont say that!!!!! I dont care 2 piece bread With little oat I dont think so everyone been living there still back!

I loved this place for the real human welcome, the peaceful garden, the pool and even for the shabby-chic vibe. Id had a stressful day and when I returned from dinner the proprieter had left a piece of homemade cherry cake in my room.Little things that heal the heart,worth more than modern fittings,are the old things that remain,built to last.

Clean, but very dated hotel. Although there was a small mix up upon check-in, once everything was cleared up there were no real issues. For a simple sleep the place does the trick, just dont expect anything fancy or modern.

A great place to stay while u explore the area. Very clean and has an old world charm about it. A beautiful garden as well

Kiwi here for work. Feel like im in the 50s aircone doesnt work showers worse than a jail cell frige sucks flys every where. I WOULD NEVER STAY AGAIN. boss is next room over and thinks the same. Stay elsewhere

Onething we realized about this place is ithey are ndeed very "Intercontinental" , everything there stopped in the 60s which including their operator, the hareware, the food, the tech, and the customer service. However they do provide comfortable beds with hot showers, which is adequately to recharge you, thats it.
