THE WORLD OF HEINEKEN in Tan An

Broooooo this tour has been terminated since three years ago. When we found out from the reception counter it became a matter of shock which turned into laughter because no one has left a review alerting that its been closed for three years! No wonder it had to close.

Great experience! The guide will tour you through the history of Heineken. There’re lots of interesting activities you can experience with your friends while having some cold beers! Highly recommend to visit around 3pm so you’ll also get a very nice sunset view plus night city view after dark!

I have been to the Heineken Experience in Amsterdam as well. Both places provided me with quite good vibes. The way the guide delivered the information was very passionate and engaged with audience. Not to mention one could get five beers in total for just one trip (also the city view from the observation deck is definitely a plus)!

Fun place to get a beautiful view and a ice cold beer. The tour/ attraction is super lame and boring almost not needed. I only went for the view and beer but unfortunately you have to do it all. I would recommend just suffer through the tour for the rewards at the end. I was really cool to get a personalized bottle and the staff were amazing and helpful. I would recommend if yourooking for something to do especially in the evening.

Totally worth the extra 50,000 dong for the Heineken beer museum tour. They officially give you 2 beers but then you get another 1 or 2 when they teach you how to pour your own beer. Then you get another, personalized beer.

If you purchase a combo ticket for Saigon Skydeck then it comes with the Heineken beer brewing tour for 250K VND. The tour comes with a free beer and chips. The guide Becky is energetic. You can also have a good view of the city and the helipad from here. The best thing is the souvenir gift where they give you a bottle of Heineken with your name or any name that you want to put. Theres a gaming area if you want to have fun or a bar where you can drink beer while having a great view of the city.

The guide will help you understand Heineken history well, and they provide "Silver" version of Heineken. They claimed this version is only sold in Vietnam. No matter is true or not, I have to say I like this more than original, because its lighter and smoother!

The ticket includes the observation deck on floor 49 and the World of Heineken tour on floor 60 - which includes 3 beers plus a beer customized with your name to keep as a souvenir. Well worth the small price.

This tour was awesome. The setting alone was amazing - we had gorgeous views of the city from 50 floors up on the 7pm tour. The guides were really informative and provided a lot of interesting info about the brewing process. We then got a couple of free beers and chips and could take in all the views. Didnt want to leave. Highly recommend if you plan on going to the Bitexco tower and you like beer!

Entrance located at the ground floor of Bitexco Building. The museum itself is quiet small compare with the first one in Amsterdam. But this place is good enough for spending an afternoon before heading out to dinner or party night in Sai Gon. You will be shook of how much Heneiken beer the Vietnamese comsumed that made Hs decided to have a second museum in VN. You will get to see the indoor viewing deck and then follow by a 15-20mins tour. The VR experience was quiet bad (glasses were so dirty-smelly and moist). Other activities were jus average and crowded so you might not get a chance to try out if you in a tour group more than 7 people. The best part is the beers you get to try and bring home. They let you try around 4 small glasses of beer (original and the new one). Follow by a can to bring home and a customized bottle with your name on it as a gift.

This is a place you must visit if you love to drink fresh beer. Nice view, nice people plus nice beer. They really give all visitors a wonderful experience.

This tour costs 200,000 vnd just to visit the Sky Deck 48th floorOr 250.000 vnd for the Heineken beer tour to the 60th floor, (included 3 beers + 1 personalised bottle with your name on it to take home + 1 free bottle of water. The tour guide was very clear (both good speaking English + Vietnamesehe tells you the story of the Heineken family and brewing of the famous beer.

Was an interesting experience all in all - history of Heineken, brewing process, a 3D virtual tour, games, learning how to dispense beer from the tap, and 3 beers (one glass from the lesson, and a choice of 2 from draught, bottle and canwith chips. Enjoy these from the Heineken deck at the  Bitexco Financial Tower where Saigon Skydeck is located. You get another bottle of personalised bottle of beer with your name on it. All for S$15 (klook). Worth it!

Great 360° view for whole ho chi min city. I recommend you to go in time around sunset.

The place was super cool. You can see the whole city from the 60th floor. Another option is if youre not interested in the Heineken tour, you can just visit the observatory floor on the 49th floor. But the tour of Heineken was an amazing experience for about $11 - inclusive of a bowl of chips, water, 2 cups of Heineken beer and at the end of the tour we got a bottle of Heineken beer with our names printed on them. We got to learn a lot about how Heineken was made and were able to watch a virtual reality documentary. There were also games after the tour and we could take our time to relax and enjoy the city view.

Went for the 5.30pm slot and managed to see the sky change colours. Worth paying an additional 50k VND, for the Heineken experience. (Skydeck is 200k VND, Heineken experience is 250k VND and you get to drink 3 beers and take 2 beers away including a personalised bottle.)

The Heineken trip is really an awesome deal. Youll pay just a bit more than just the skydeck and youll get a couple of beers for free and youll drink them a few floors above the observation deck. Just for the view alone it makes sense to take this optionIf youre lucky, your trip host will be Jenny, the sweetest person on this planet.

Such an amazing experience! For only 250.000vnd we got a wristband that included 2 heineken beers, water and a snack.we got to experience the 360 degree view of the city at the observation deck on the 49th floor after which we were led to an elevator up to the world of Heineken where we were met by great staff. We registered our details and the tour began with brief history of Heineken and ended at the bar were we used up our drink and snack vouchers. The whole tour lasted about 50 minutes and was such a fun experience. On the way out we got a Heineken bottle each personalised with our names. Highly recommend visiting . Such great fun!

Tour guide was enthusiastic and the set up was great. I wish I could give no stars. What wasn’t great was we were redeeming our final beer at the Heineken Bar after finishing it the bartender told us to wait, he turned around for approx 10 seconds to which we weren’t too sure what was happening and we turned around to leave before being called back by another bartender (Both male bartenders and female assistant by the bar we’re speaking Vietnamese and smiling to each otheroffering an additional free beer. We were stupid enough to drink it having faith in Heineken as a reputable brand, however after leaving, we were in the worst shape ever. I have never thrown up after 1 beer (and final sip of the free beeror felt so horrible (drowsy, heightened pain, muffled hearing when leaving the building that I initially bought was from the fast elevator ride). I strongly suspect this was GHB. I hope Heineken investigates this and the people responsible are reprimanded as this is unacceptable and illegal. You can not be having bartenders drug people. We went on the 7:30pm tour on 17/01/2019 at Bitexco Tower. I am feeling much better now after sitting by the toilet throwing up for the past 1.5 hours. We did did not eat anything between 5:30 and the 7:30 tour, we only had the beers and the crisps provided. I hope I wake up tomorrow. I will be contacting the police regarding this matter. For all those attending this, please pay attention to your beverages, these things happen when you least expect it, and we definitely did not expect this to happen at this event/or with such a reputable brand. Heineken/Bitexco Tower, PLEASE check your cameras and ensure the culprit is dealt with accordingly. It happened between 8:30-9:00pm. I can tell you will never be consuming Heineken again.

This tour was great! The guide was enthusiastic and the overall tour was pretty cool. You also get a few beers along the way. Really good way to see the city. Plus you got a custom bottle at the end!

Interesting tour on Heineken history. Best part was actually the spectacular views from to 49th and 60th floors. You get 3 beers so allow an 1.5 hours to savour the beers and views.

We went on this tour with a dual ticket for the Sky Deck as well. This was an enjoyable tour allowing you to learn just how the popular beer is manufactured. The whole experience lasts approximately 45 minutes. Your guide will usher you to each room providing background information/instructions and there are fun and interactive activities!

This place was amazing. A very random find while looking for things to do in Ho Chi Minh! It was super cheap (about 10.20 USD per personand that includes two free beers, and a water. You also get a free draft beer that you pour yourself to practice the perfect pour. We did a virtual reality tour of the brewery and brewing process. There are a lot of games to be played as well as a DJ booth you can practice your skills at. The view from the sky deck was incredible. I would absolutely recommend this tour as it was one of our favorite things we did while in Vietnam. And super cheap for everything you got. We stayed for about 2.5 hours in total. I would absolutely recommend!

World of Heineken was really great.The attraction was well planned.You will explore the story of Heineken, the production process, the promotion, many other fun things to do and of course, drink some beer.Id recommend taking the tour as the price is definitely reasonable.

Definitely a great place to chill and relax in midst of the humid weather of Vietnam. 250k for the guided tour, you get to pour your own beer from the ice cold tap, get 2 beers (choice of canned, bottled, or draught), bottle of mineral water and a personalized bottle of Heineken. Just pray hard for a good weather so you get to enjoy the view without any hiccups!

For an extra 50,000 VND pp on top of your Skydeck entrance price, this surely has to be one of the best value experiences you can hope to enjoy in Ho Chi Minh. Including two Heineken beers to enjoy in the bar, a gift bottle personalised with your name or message, a class on how to pour the perfect pint, 4D cinematic experience of the brewing process and a large games area, this is a fantastic and fun place to visit. Being on floors 58-60 of the Bitexco tower, it also has panoramic views of the whole city. Staff are excellent also.

I got my ticket as a combo with the saigon skydeck ticket for only 250,000 vnd. if you will buy the regular ticket it will cost about 200,000 vnd that is why I recommend to buy the combo ticket because I fine the World of Heineken very worth it. I enjoyed it more than the viewing deck. I also like the viewing deck but it is just plain that you will just spend 15 to 45 minutes for me unlike in the World of Heineken you can spend how many hours you like because first,you will go to the highest floor of the building and the tour guide will show you the process of making a heineken beer and its history, second, the displays are interactive which includes sense of smell that the tour guide will allow you to smell the ingredients used for making a beer. Third, you will go to a 4d experience where you will wear a vr glass and you will learn the process of making a heineken in a fun way, for me this museum makes it a lot better because it is very a modern way to make the guests learn in a fun way. after that part you will go to the heineken arcade where you will have the chance to play a race car game, be a dj where you can mix sounds, or play football by just kicking and the television will follow your movement and there is also a free photobooth that will give you a hard copy of the picture. after that, they will teach you how to pour a beer correctly and you will be able to taste it. and lastly, you will go to the heineken bar exclusive only for the guests and you have a 2 stub of free beers and 1 stub of free water, they will give you a delicious chips which I enjoyed and you can spend a lot of time there that is why I rate the world of Heineken a 5 star rating.

Had an amazing experience at The World of Heineken today and I can only recommend this tour to anyone who likes rooftops and beer!For 250k you get an entrance ticket to the Saigon Skydeck (which alone costs 200kand a guided tour taking you from the history of Heineken to an interactive video of how the beer is made. Not only can you tap your own beer (and drink it), but you grt 2 additional beers and a bottle of water at the bar - not to mention the amazing view all over Saigon.Our guide Jenny was simply the best! This is an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend it to everyone..The view of the skyline from top is absolutely stunning. The tour which costs 250k vnd per person gives you a tour of the Heineken experience which includes, a 4D VR show of the brewing process, a class on how to pour a perfect draft beer, 2 bottles of beer, a water bottle and a personalised memento which is a beer bottle with your name on it.So basically you get 4 glasses of beer (including the draft beer which you poured, 2 free beers and the personalised bottle). You get to also play video games and play around with their DJ console.

A good place to visit Heineken at top floors, listen to the history, brewery producing, enjoy beers and watch beautiful city from the sky.
