Casual chain restaurant with a festive vibe serving beer, cocktails & a wide menu of American fare.
Love their Whiskey glaze burgers. Good comfort food overall.
Walked in and walked right out. My wife and I were seated quickly but no waiter ever came or did anyone say they would be right with us. Now I see why the there was no wait.
Unfortunately this TGI Fridays is just half a grade, no a half step up from McDonalds. What you read on the menu is not what you actually receive, i.e. Slush, most people immediately think of a smooth blended cool drink simular to a smoothie or the slushes at 7-11. Either thought is not just crushed ice & the liquid poured over it. When I said the menu says Slush, without missing a beat the Waitress said, "oh, its just crushed ice nothing blended" as she walked away. So, be sure to ask if what youre reading is actually what it says it is, & prepared simular to what youre accustomed to.Although the front entrance door is a bit heavy & hard for seniors or handicap to open the restaurant was clean & prices are reasonable.
My family and I have been going to this location for years and they have amazing customer service and the staff is very friendly.
We had an enjoyable meal. Everything we ordered came fresh and it was pretty busy so we did wait a little while for the food. The flavor could have been a little better on the wings and chicken sandwich we ordered but besides that it was overall a good experience. Just an FYI for parents there are no childrens menus to color on.
Food tasted good but my stomach didnt like it about 2 hours later. Service was great, everyone was nice and welcoming but the food kinda offset me. Could just be me though.
My family and I were a big party of 12 on Friday and only 2 servers available, but they were quick to attend our table and also very sweet and pleasant with their attitudes and service! We appreciate this location especially on a busy Friday that we were there! Philly cheese burger was really good the fries were bleh but the burger was bomb!!
I was really contemplating either writing a review or not .my bad service happened in July .I chose to come here right after I got married because I genuinely like the food from the restaurant and did enjoy the inside asthetics. I had a large party coming in with me so we all were really understanding about having to wait. They seated us quickly which was awesome!they were completely understanding and accommodated us .The only problem was our server. You can clearly see it in her face that she was not too happy serving us. I tried to be extremely understanding but realized after my friends explained that it wasnt right how she was acting.we had asked for permission from another worker while she was gone to move our tables slightly closer to our other friends table ,they allowed us and as soon as our server noticed she looked annoyed and shook her head.the whole time we spoke to her , she just seemed annoyed and didnt want to be there.she didnt react ,she didnt smile had a frown the whole time,no emotions other than annoyed.she was definitely not hospitable. I felt like she ruined my celebration but my husband told me not to worry about it. Every other server we got a chance to talk to were so nice and easily approachable.she truly did not pass the vibe check. heads up my sister asked the server to take a picture of all of us,our server quickly snapped a photo of us didnt warn us but we were ready ,and skiddadled.thanks girl...I guess.. I probably wont be coming to this restaurant unless I absolutely have to but Ill just stick to the San Bernardino location.
Good food had the new whiskey burger. Friendly and quick with service.
Food and service are good. Prices increased. Price for soda isnt on the paper menus.
Food was deliciousService was great
Awesome service with a smile. Great recommendations if you need help deciding what to eat.
Front door guest dont know how to dealer with wheelchair access. They said they couldnt sit us due to my Daughter wheelchair never had a problem at this restaurant, but with new hire people coming in they really dont know the rules. Please train your new hires correctly. Manager handle the situation kindly.
Decent food, cheap beer, service is pretty quick. You get what you pay for here. I like it. The wait time is usually not too bad either.
The food was great, and the people working there are very polite when we had our dinner there. My husband and my inlaws enjoy their food and loved the service. I would recommend this place.
Great food GREAT SERVICE!.......& DRINKS ON POINT!🤙🎉
Food was good, service could have been better but it wasnt bad.
Ate lunch.. A cheese burger..a plate of pasta and two ice teas.food mediocre. Service adequate. Price tag pitiful. 60 plus dollars.. Never again
Two of my kids work here, so to me this is the best place to be. Tori is a bartender/server and Tyrell is a server. The food is pretty good, big portions and flavorful. Their bloody Marys are very good, at least when Tori is making them !!
Always a good time here, we sat at the bar all the staff was helpful and very attentive. Definitely coming back.
Really good service, and the food was solid although the fries were a little soggy but really good
The ladies bathroom has an awful smell, I’ve been there a couple times and the bathroom has such a horrible smell something really needs to be done especially since it’s a restaurant bathroom it’s expected to at least be more cleaner.
Food came out very bland and cold not something you would want when dinning out. The hostess also was very rude taking down our party.
Lunchtime, 12:30, for a quick bite. No waiting, friendly server, fast service. We split the Bacon Cheeseburger and the Whiskey glazed Sliders. They were both served w fries and were just delicious. For dessert, our Cinnabon Cheesecake dessert was just to die for. Check em out
Ordered fried mushrooms as an appetizer which were good, but didnt like the choice of dipping sauce that came with it....horseradish🤢. If you ever order these, request for ranch instead.
Came in around 2pm on a Monday Waited a couple minutes to be seated. ( wasn’t busy at all waitress was really friendly but didn’t listen to the ordersasked for a plan cheeseburger 🍔 ended up having Friday’s sauce on it ( Thousand island I ordered a steak 🥩 with shrimp 🍤 fries 🍟 and mashed potatoes ended up getting 2 sides of mashed potatoes ( not my fries steak was good but small mashed potatoes really good shrimp pretty good ( just small waited about 30 minutes for the food after the appetizer came out also waited over 20 minutes for a drink refill Food came out cold But it was surprisingly good. ( mine at least was the mozzarella sticks were really good ( But not the chicken pasta or burgers most likely won’t be back too pricey for such bad service
It has been a very long time since I have gone to a TGI Fridays. It was not busy, so we got seated right away. The service was wonderful. We didnt wait long for our drinks. I just ordered water, my husband ordered a Martini. He was not a fan and ordered something else.I ordered the wing sample platter. I got the red hot, Nashville hot and whiskey wings. The Nashville hot were the best!! My husband ordered the Whiskey ribs. The meat fell off the bones. He enjoyed his lunch as well. The music was great as well. We were grooving and eating. We will be back!!
Alright I came to eat ribs but were a little chewy not fall off bone
I visited on Wednesday February 9,2022. I noticed the prices has went way up. The quality of food was horrible. We ordered sliders the bread was hard. We also ordered spinach dip. I really love spinach dip. The dip looked old, dry and the sprinkle some type of powder over it. Very disappointed
The food was good, drinks were good, service was the best it could be. It wasnt slow service but it wasnt pre-Covid kind of service. Server was polite, professional, positive attitude and working hard to keep up. It is very obvious that they are desperately in need of more help. Over all, it was a good experience which is far and few in the past couple years.
The waiter we had understood what a true waiter was supposed to be. He served us, didnt make any conversation with us and almost didnt exist. We appreciate waiters like that, we tipped him $10. Also, the environment was so relaxing as there werent many people at all. Covid restrictions are still active here, employees are masked up, as they should be!
Great burgers. Especially the bourbon glazed option. Only thing is, if youre picking it up; dont take too long as the buns are so soft they get soggy easily. Only thing Id change is; I wish the burgers were bigger sized.
The spinach dip I had was great and the waitress was able to change the channel on the tv to put the game on for me and my buddy so great service my whiskey burger is my most favorite from here it was a little more cooked than I like but overall the meal was great.
It was not what I was expecting to spend Thanksgiving in a restaurant. With that being said the food was good. Getting seated was not a long wait. The service was a little slow ( which I understand b/c of Thanksgiving). But still, it was slow to get our order, from our order, drinks, from drinks to food. Maybe it was b/c they had one chef in the back not thinking it was going to busy. The one thing I did notice was the phone rang off the hook with take out orders. Once we got our food, it was good. Not sure if it was that or I was starving ar that point. Either way all was good.
Food was bad, wings were not fresh, they were cold. The steak was probably cooked hours ago dry as hell and cold. The brakley had no butter lemon sauce on it. The shrimp was really small and tiny. I told the waitress about my bad experience she simply said Im sorry. All in all it was a very bad experience. Never going there again. Avoid this location, save your money.
The service was good the drinks were great everything was good but the steak portion was very small I probably will not be returning anytime soon unless they give me a side of cow the steak was gone in 4 bites they gave me a 12in plate with 4in steak and the steak was mushy again the bartender was great
✨Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo Tortelloni ✨ is creamy and cheesy and chicken is tender.Always treated nicely here and food is always great!
Thank God for TGI Fridays. I work late and cant always find a decent place to eat. They are open till midnight. My favorite dish is their Jack Daniels sampler, but the other day I tried their fish and chips, without the chips. It was surprisingly good. The fish was perfectly seasoned and cooked. It would good in a fish taco. Just think about it Fridays.
Terrible experience 😑 Apparently their air conditioner is down, but a big business cant afford to fix it in a timely manner 🤔 My son only ate one boneless wing because they were too dry. I paid $25 for the smallest steak EVER! My husband made fun of me saying his hamburger patty was bigger than my steak. My steak & grilled shrimp had good flavor, but they were both over cooked. We left sweaty, my husband is now feeling sick, and my 19yr old is still hungry. I wouldve given them negative stars if it wasnt for our AWESOME waitress. I liked her so much I chose not to complain in person.
Have not eat in TGIF for awhile , so give then a try again . We had bad experiences many years ago in other location TGIF . but This one is not too bad .food was good and service is very nice . We enjoyed it very much .
The bucket of bones was okey the were wings could have been more saucer . The ribs were great
My family and I really enjoyed ourselves. We were told there would be a two hour wait but we were notified that our table was ready with in 30 minutes. Our server was Zachary he was very chipper, pleasant, and attentive. The restaurant was clean all of the workers had on mask.
It was less than okay. I feel like we got the bottom of the barrel for getting there later in the night (about 9pm).-Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta tasted as of they watered down the sauce. Chicken was a bad cut- mostly nerves and nasty pieces.-Sesame Glazed chicken appetizers was mostly hard crunchy breading.-Chicken and broccoli Alfredo tortelloni was tasty but the chicken was also nasty.Drinks were decent. Beer was bubbly. Server was great. On the brightside, wait time was less than most other restaurants (about 20-30 mins).
Alright!!! A wait time that was not more than 2 hours!! Thanks guys for being so kind to us and attentive despite all the pick up orders that were pending. Thanks Tanya for being an excellent server. Keep up the great work here guys. The food was good but the real treat is the "Jack Daniels Sauce" now rebranded as the whiskey glaze. Take care and GOD Bless!!
Went with friends. I understand right now everybody is operating from limited menus, however the selection was still good. Their cocktail menu could be more diverse, and the cocktails were ok, but not great. Our waitress was very friendly, she got our food to us quickly. The appearance of the plates was good. If there was any drawback I felt the food was OK, but the flavor was not what I expected. The cheese tasted more like a cheese spread, and not actual cheese. Overall a 4 out of 5. Truthfully not one of my favorite places to go however I would return.
You know I have to keep it real I am at TGI Fridays this is my review. So far coming into the entryway we were greeted with the hello. Jasmine is our server she set up down at our table. Jasmine has a great smile Pleasant attitude. I ordered a margarita Cadillac I ordered my dad a margarita. Waiting on the food to arrive. My dad what are the half slab of ribs and shrimp. My mother ordered the sizzling chicken and shrimp salmon and broccoli and rice for me the food was excellent. I really enjoyed the manager. My favorite was the cashier Arissa she was excellent she even said goodbye
As we entered, the Security guard was rude to patrons trying to enter the bar. We were seated in a reasonable amount of time. Waitress forgot utensils. The bar took a long time for drinks to come out and waitress never asked us for additional drinks...overall bill was overpriced for the quality of food and service we received.
Our server was 1st class, informative, funny and did a freat job!!! Food was awesome, ribs, sesame chicken, all the appetizers were great and the Ling Island was delicious n strong!!! Monday night wwas slow and i think that added to our fantastic experience!!!
Awesome food, pricey but good an drinks were perfect. Kyle our server was super awesome, he was on top of everything and that means a lot dealing with picky eaters. Lmao.
First time I wasnt 100 percent satisfied. Mahi Mahi was fantastic but the lobster was over cooked, dry and difficult to pull from shell. We will come back but will not get lobster here again.
