Casual chain restaurant with a festive vibe serving beer, cocktails & a wide menu of American fare.
The service was pretty good. The food, for the most part, was very good. Definitely try the mozzarella stick appetizer! The burgers were not very tasty. Possibly just the beef used, but we would skip those next time.
Thanks for Jason’s great service!
Who can say NO to this Sundae? 😋3 big scoops of Vanilla ice cream on top of these sweetened wonton crisps and decorated with fresh fruits (pineapple, mango and strawberries)! Then drizzled with caramel sauce and whipped cream.
Have been a regular customer at TGI FRIDAYS Miramar Restaurant for more than a month now. Food is constantly good. Wheat beer my favourite also very tasty. My wife is a lover of ultimate long island iced tea. Staff are always efficient, polite and friendly. Thank you Fridays.FRIDAYS Miramar Restaurant is still our favourite place to eat. Friday evening for a family dinner is definitely our favourite treat 😋 😊
Food isnt anything special but good deals on drinks here and there
Great food, tasty milkshakes and kind staff.
The environment is nice, vibe relaxing, and foods decent, as you can expect for Friday’s…….
Nice outdoor space. Lien service is good.
Tribute to their Manager Gary Chang for responding to our needs to a more enjoyable experienceThe nachos with Avocado and sour cream tasted extremely well with melted cheese added separatelyThe grilled ribs ok while steaks better go for grilled rib eyes than NY steaksReally appreciated their management and customer services
My family has been going to TGI Friday’s ever since I was a child. I am super happy that they finally brought back their cheese Nachos. I personally also really like their loaded potato skins. Another plus is that this is one of the very few restaurants who makes their own mozzarella sticks. Most places just serve cheese sticks from Costco. For mains, I recommend the Shrimp and Chicken pasta or the Spicy Thai noodles. They are both a little spicy so keep that in mind before ordering it. A speciality is that they do not have the spicy Thai noodles in several other countries with TGI Friday’s. Considering we were a large group celebrating someones birthday, the manager also kindly offered us three free options for desserts. Usually other restaurants will only give you one so this is a big plus! I also highly recommend their milkshakes 😋.
Reached at 21:55 and Google shows open until 00:00, the waitress say kitchen closed so that is why getting closed early, what a trash! Find better excuse to say no to people.
Good food. We always have great time here.
Absolutely deplorable for the price they charge. In this US, this is a joint where teens and young adults go to celebrate a weekend or a birthday. I havent set foot in one for over a decade due to their mediocre food. While waiting for a movie, I decided to let my nostalgia guide me into this Fridays. So much regret. Ordered the chicken pasta and fried calamari with a side order of strawberry milkshake: the pasta sauce is straight out of the can, the chicken cannot even compete with the ones in Costco; dont even get me started with the soggy, oily, tasteless fried calamari. Congrats, the franchise truly succeeded in importing the nightmare taste they offer in the US. No other franchise in Taiwan is the same as the US (McDonalds, Burger King, KFC, etc), but good TGI Fridays is keeping traditions alive. Thanks for reminding me why I barred TGI for decades. What I am surprised about is how they keep in business offering such quality food here... mystery to me.
Good music. Great food.I always end up getting my food to go.
The food was really nice considering the price. They had many options, I’m sure everyone could find something they enjoyed. Costumer service was amazing and all the food employees were kind and had great attitude.
So much better, drive they redesigned the restaurants, added more varieties to the menus and improved the quality of the food
Favourite American restaurant ever!!!! Tasty food with astonishing service. Best service s/o to Kidd. Willing to come again.
Decent burgers and pasta at premium prices.
A famous chains of restaurant in the USA that you can have real American foods like craft beers 🍺 stakes 🥩and many kind of sides. It is locate at 2nd floor in the shopping center named MayLiFa, by MRT Jingnanru station. I recommend you here if you miss an American food.
Good place for some casual dining, reliable food but nothing spectacular - your average Fridays restaurant.
A bit over priced for the quality of the food. The setting of the restaurant is nice thought. Great for family with kids. Outdoor dining area is great on a sunny day. For all the dishes we ordered, only the pasta seemed legit. The burger and appetizers didn’t taste very authentic. The service staffs were very friendly and attentive.
Food:Beef rib was good, but French fries were dry, smashed potatoes with cheese was ok.The paella was great.Salad was a little sour but ok,chicken is cold.Dessert was amazing.Drinks were ok.A bit pricy but good terrace ambiance. The manager Gary was excellent 很棒。
This branch has a massive outdoor rooftop dining area and the staff are always very professional. Only caveat is that the bathroom is the not in the restaurant itself but accessible only through the mall, about 150m distance.
TGI Fridays is the same wherever you go... solid buffalo wings, weak cocktails and sports on the screen. Come here to drink beer, eat American bar food and watch basketball.
I went today with my cousin celebrating his birthday the food is delicious, like the salad and all we ordered i love it the sauce was perfect.,,The staff is very friendly and nice.I recommend this place....worth it to visit.
Food was good, service was friendly and helpful. Portion size was decent, fair price for Taiwan. Only thing was tables were slightly small and seating a bit cramped, can be a bit problematic if you go in a larger group, not easy to fit all the plates on the table.
Great location reminds me so much of Miami. Plenty to see and do in this area. The staff here were very warm and welcoming eventhough it was a slow weekday night. They were also very friendly and the food was high quality with prices pretty much the amount one should expect.
(With English menu for sure:pthe food and drink in here are made by SOP, delicious and fast. The service are also very friendly. I always like to order ribs in here, and it never make me disappointed.
OMg, u really need to fix ur salad. Starting fromUS$ 15BTW, the desert is great.
Terrible French fries and fish too. Beers so so. Service is OK but I was annoyed from the waiter came to us every two minutes! I think only hamburgers r really OK. Table outside
Well glad they have some vegan options now and staff very friendly but the service policy they have to follow needs a good overhaul, deceptive markting practices. Not going back.
Food quality is always great and the portion sizes are generous. The ribs and steaks are always juicy and flavorful and the burgers are huge. Nice selection of cocktails and drinks also.
I will keep this short to save you the time and so that I dont waste any more thought on this place. Very poor food quality at absolutely ridiculous prices. If you like flavourless food that is a struggle to swallow and dont mind paying unbelievable amounts of money for it, then ignore this. But otherwise people with common sense will avoid this place that relies on the brand name.
A very nice American restaurant with its big serving of foods pricey but satisfying 😉 👌 from heavy and juicy steak to beverage to desert. If planning to eat here especially if you do plan for a big group or family highly recommend to book first for u to have sit inside the restaurant.. if unlucky they can only ask you to eat at their deck area which is also nice with its couch and fine garden ambiance love the place and 🤭🤩 love their foods!!
Enjoyed the burger and appetizers! The chicken was a bit bland but overall the meal was tasty
Familiar place for locals and tourists to eat when you are done for the local food. Taste just like the ones back home. Services was impeccable for us. Will come again.
Food was standard as normal Fridays but not all of their staff was good, in my area there is only 1 person serving his name Mark good service, he is very busy while others very rude and ignore you especially the girls and one with long hair after you finish your last bite for 1 second just come and give you the bill to pay and kick you out as soon as possible!! We often to eat Fridays and we are regular customers, but this Fridays the worst, how come you treat your customer like that, definitely ruined my whole experience to eat in this restaurant, very disappointed!
Great restaurant. Staff are very friendly. Food is tasty and portion is big. The pineapple rum cheesecake is good! Love it!
A little pricey compared to the common food price in Taiwan. But the food is pretty good and in big portion. All in all its a pretty nice restaurant
Went in for a steak promotional meal, though, was told, I couldnt choose my sides, the sauce or even how I wanted my steak cooked.Others disappointing aspects were that they gave me the wrong appetizer, and my meal arrived 15 minutes before my wifes.Very disappointing!
Nice beers...friendly bartenders. Food is average 😏
Ive come on a weekend and a weekday and it was different experience on both days. Weekend we had Ada as our waitress and she was awesome. Quick to take our orders and was willing to socialize with us. It was one of our friends bdays and she said if the bday boy sang louder than her, shed add another cake for us, on the house. Lets just say, she had no idea we didnt need much alcohol to do something embarrassing for free food. Our weekday visit was a bit the opposite. We were assigned a new guy who was waaay too nervous to be social and service was a bit slow despite the restaurant being half empty. Both times the AC was cranked up to some sub zero temp. We saw people come and go and heard them muttering "Why is it so cold?". Imagine how some banks crank up their AC in the summer and imagine it being colder than that. Yes...no joke. All in all, first experience was the reason why I came back the second time. However, I wouldnt pick this location again unless I was in the area.
Three people ordered two people special combo and one combo which is pretty enough. If you eat a lot, it might not be that enough. But the service is excellent.Food and beverage are good.
Overall, it was a big disappointment, although some of the food was good.1. Atmosphere: constant cold air.cond. blowing, very cold, even though we were indoors. Music: loud blaring, hard harsh rock music with constant screaming vocals, not appropriate for families with young children, or older people who just want a quiet atmosphere.2. Salad: the thin strips of grilled chicken were tough, not tender.3. The burgers were good.4. The beef brisket was fine.5. The oreo milkshakes were ok, but not made with real ice cream6. The mocha ice cream cake, nice cookie bottom, nice almond and chocolate syrup, but the main ice cream was poor quality, not rich American ice cream , but had a freezer-burn texture, maybe this is typical of Taiwan ice cream (?), disappointing.
Great choice on the menu, I had cajun shrimp and chicken pasta there... Its very delicious. A bit pricey though, but overall good experience, the staff were really friendly
Visited in 2017 Aug. Everything we ordered was beyond expectation delicious. Not like any Fridays weve visited before.. well trained kitchen and staff. Changed my mind about Fridays. Will bring our family here again.
Great foods, but beers are not my preference. Great ambience
Went here after getting engaged at the nearby ferris wheel. Good food, great Service, even if it is a little pricey.
I really like eating the food at Fridays but the service leaves a bit to be desired. They always seem a but understaffed and the staff that is there seems to be a bit under trained. This has always been a trend at Fridays in Taiwan.
Some of the meals are quite tasty. I love the lemon shrimp pasta and bruschetta burger. For appetizers, the mozzarella sticks are amazing but the ahi tuna crips are not good at all, they have no flavour whatsoever. Also, their soft drinks are always flat and taste weird. The one thing I would recommend is to never order steak but if you do, always order well done. I once ordered medium-well and it was rare. I asked them to take it back and it still came back rare. Ive ordered steaks there five times now and they have always been barely edible. Overall for the food, it is pretty good. But considering the price, most trips have been not worth the money at all.
