T2 Tea in Sake

I came with my daughter last Tuesday and a gentleman approached us if we need some help. His very friendly, helpful and came us a demonstration of brewing tools and we love and bought it. Very professional sales tactics.

T2 is known for its unique take on Tea accessories and a variety of very good loose leaf and tea bags available for sale as well.A very good choice of tea pots and cups, bottles and flasks. Please see the photos to get an idea.The member of staff running the shop was very engaging, helpful and informative.Definitely worth a visit

I visited the Tottenham court road branch today. The staff were unfortunately inattentive, unfriendly and frankly rather rude. I was not offered assistance and when I did ask for assistance, the responses were curt and of course delivered without a smile nor hint of friendliness. The tea however was fine.

I bought a teapot, the quality is very good, I like it very much. The attitude of the staff is also very good, members get 10% off

Amazing awesome place

I never leave reviews but I have to spill the tea! The other day I was in this shop looking for a lovely new tea. The sales associate Shabanoah (Apologies if thats not how you spell it!Was incredibly helpful, friendly and funny! You get tea with a side of quality customer service here, couldnt recommend it enough. Also, her recommendations were spot on and I could tell she was extremely knowledgeable about the teas sold.

T2 Sleep Tight is the best tea ever.

Great place for quick xmas gifts, or gifts to tea lovers in general. Ive been coming here for a couple years now and they never let me down. The little filipina girl is always super helpful and friendly, also has the best wrapping tekkers.

Great tea selection at this push store in the center of London. The staff is very courteous and there are a number of tea for tasting. They also have a selection of tea we area that make for great gifts. Definitely worth a stop.

The Tottenham Court Road T2 is the best store in the chain. The staff members are lovely, I always make sure I pop in when I am close by.

Great place with a great set up, nice staff and overall great shopping experience. They have some teas on display for test which is great and you can smell all of them. T2 is a great place to buy your tea and tea accessories

Avoid. Rude staff.I have just left after an interaction with possibly the most condescending shop worker I have ever met.I bought a small box of matcha powder while talking with a friend. Only after leaving the store did I realise how expensive the box was.I returned to get a refund and the girl there was incredibly pompous and condescending.When I said my reason for return was due to the price she replied in a tone of voice reserved only for primary school children: "did you not realise matcha was expensive?" In an attempt to belittle me.Im fully aware of matchas cost. I regularly visit Japan and just got back a couple of days ago. I regularly buy it there and elsewhere in the UK. Its no way near your price (and the staff are lovely elsewhere).Dont shop here.

Went in just for a visit, guy was really friendly mentioned I really like Gun Powder tea from else where so he brewed me some. Just left, Definitely gonna go back and get some when Im out. Lovely guy one of the best customer service guys Ive had in a while.

Our favourite tea shop, usually I like to visit with my son to buy difrence kind of teas for friends and family membersBefore going holiday it is very convenient.There plants of beatiful in fantastic colours of teacups and tea pots are available.You can tray different flavours from round a world. İt is ready to taste all day long hot and cold during your visits.

Lots of options. Very helpful staff who let us try different options before buying. I would like to see a option in future where I can make my own mix box with flavours rather then purchase their pre selection.

Love T2 the staff are amazing and there is such a wide selection of teas and tea related products. If your a tea lover or want to get started in your collection this is the place to go.

Really helpful engaging staff that are super knowledgable about what theyre selling. Nice little space, a touch expensive but the quality is there. Free tasting is also available.

Very helpful staff and they do really decent box sets of tea. I found their tea isnt organic and as a result the taste can be a bit weak. However the packaging alone is gorgeous and well worth a visit. You even get free drinks whilst browsing :)
