This is one of my go-to bars in Bay Shore. They have trivia night on Tuesdays around 8/8:15 - bring your A-team as it’s competitive!

Pretty much my "go-to" in Bay Shore. Friendly staff, great bar food options. Yummy cocktails and good beer selection.

They had Chimay...enough said! But they also loved our dog and gave him water, a great time in the village!

Very popular and busy establishment. Great food and cozy atmosphere. Back outside heated bar and beirgarten allows for more room. Staff was pleasant. Parking is close with municipal lots and on street pay parking as well.

I mean, come on, its T.J. Finelys. What more do you need. One of the best bars in Bay Shore, if not the island. This place needs no introduction. Great beers on tap! Taps are always clean and the beer fresh. A great selection of bottles and cans. Cocktails are always on point. Also, dont sleep on their food! Always great! Really, you cant go wrong at Finelys!

Spent $10 on a pint of beer that I could have gotten much cheaper at the brewery. I wont make that mistake again

For this Boston Irishman this pub is fabulous! The dry rub wings are outstanding; beer selection top notch; and, the bartender professional and friendly.

I just moved to Bayshore and started researching neighborhood bars. This one came up so I came here and have been here ever since. Great food and drinks with reasonable prices. Shawn the bartender is my M’F’m man! He’s absolutely awesome as well as all the other staff This is now “my bar” no doubt! !

See, heres the thing - I like beer. Like, alot. And, well, T.J. Finleys doesnt just have beer, theyve got some of the best taps on Long Island! Ive been there a few times now and everytime is something different, almost all from local breweries ans the service has been on point each time.Theyve got a great popcorn machine, which they gladly give you some of when youre at the bar (careful, its addictiveand TVs so that you can watch the games, or chive TV (love that networkand relax while still being able to follow your team.Theres also a back outdoor heated patio during these winter months. Parking in bay shore can be tricky, but its well worth solving the riddle to hang here.

Great atmosphere and rocking music if you like that type of bar. Plenty of beers on tap including seasonal and local brews.

It use to be better. The place cannot control the inside temperature to the point of being very uncomfortable. The beer selection used to be more balanced between different styles, but not any more.

Pretty nice place!Stopped in for a Guinness and a burger. The bartender was very nice and took really good care of us. We shared the shrimp tacos with jalapeño slaw. They were EXCELLENT! The sauce had a little spice and the shrimp was deep fried perfectly. My burger was cooked to order and the fries were hot and well done.My son had the hanger steak sandwich and thought it was great. He asked for a side of gravy which came in a little to go container and cost $1.00. I hate the nickel and dime stuff!Only negative comment is that there was a funny smell in the place, like cleaning disinfectant or something but the front windows were opened to the outside and it was a great night.

So Ive had 2 meals through door dash from here and I dont know what to think. First time was a burger, cooked exactly how I wanted it. Most recently I went for the pulled pork but boy was that a mistake. The meat was like dried jerky, tough and leathery with the slaw and pickles doing their best to carry the sandwich. Both times I have ordered the pretzel trio and both times they have been a little underwhelming as well. Fries are tasty though.

Food was good. Definitely try the truffle fries. Large selection of beers plus they have cocktails for those who dont like beer. Service was quick. Cozy atmosphere.

This pub style bar is right in the heart of downtown Bayshore and serves up a pretty decent selection of tap beer and bottled beer as well. The food is classic pub fare and will do the trick if you get hungry but it may be best to eat beforehand if you want a more varied menu. Overall a good spot to grab a fresh brew. Cheers!

What amazing top notch customer service. I placed an order through uber eats and the order got mixed up when it was delivered. I contacted TJ Finleys and the manager, Zack was exceptional & beyond accommodating... he personally made sure the order was redone and personally delivered it to my door. I truly appreciate the service and I will gladly go back, its not every day that you get such awesome customer service and great food. I highly recommend this spot.

Just ordered wings and fries from here because I live close by. The chicken was old and they just put sauce on it and reheated it. The fries were soggy. The food was not edible. A definite waste of $25.

They have a Great beer selection but doesnt everyone? The food and atmosphere separate these guys from their peers. Service with a smile. More bar tenders needed for Tuesday Trivia nights. Well be back for more tacos and wings.

Great staff, great atmosphere. The beer selection is plentiful, and unlike most other beer bars, its not all IPAs.

Good beer selection, friendly and attentive bartender, heat lamps on the back deck were most appreciated. Someone clearly had some digestive issues on the lone mens room toilet (and I do mean ON the toilet... and floor), and it looked like it had been there a while. Dont know if they were waiting for a hazmat crew to come clean it up, but it was not welcoming. Aside from that, a decent dive for a few weeknight brews.

Bartender was friendly enough, but stopped to text before she served each drink. Fried pickles are pickle spears, so that was a bit of a disappointment. Good beer selection, though, and internet jukebox.

They have got a great beer selections but it cant save them from the just OK staff and terrible people that go here. Its not as douchey as Changing Times but its almost there. Be warned.

Get some of the best wings on long island, ask for them double cooked, you wont regret it. All the food is good and the beer selection is fantastic, if youre a beer drinker you need to come here

In Bay Shore, no one does craft beer like TJ Finleys. With a large selection on tap and at least one brew on cask, there is a variety not passed by anyone else on Main Street. During the summer, the back deck is always a fun place to hang out and drink into the night. Staff are always courteous and will get you your drink lightning fast even with a packed bar. Finleys is a great spot close to home for most, and it keeps its regulars close. Ask them about their beer passport program! A great establishment on pretty much every front.

Great bar with great food. They have beer from all around the world and if you "drink around the world" you get your name on the bar and a t-shirt. It can get crowded on a weekend and If a big game is on but other wise you can get a place to sit most of the time.
