Had car in since June, few times.Charged for diagnostics few times, and oil.£400.CAR RETURNED WITH SAME ISSUE.Very polite but technically not good.Just followed steps, but I cured the issues myself.

From the moment I got into the dealership I was looked after. The saleswoman Charlotte Evans made me feel relaxed,she talked about what I wanted and needed,she is amazing! I wanted stripes and she organised it,so I had nothing to do but go up and get my new mini. Charlotte was fantastic at letting me know how the car was going and I didn’t have any stress at all. When I came to get the car it was in the middle of the showroom looking fantastic,Charlotte took me over and showed me everything the car can do before I went off.I’ve had several mobility cars in other garages,some awful experiences,but none like this,Charlotte and mini are going to number 1 spot in my experience. Our Sales Executive was Lewis Hughes, who was extremely knowledgeable in explaining the many additional features of the new Countryman and answering our many questions; also arranging for someone to explain to us the various finance options available. It has been an added bonus to get follow up calls from him since we took delivery! Lewis has a charming personality and carried out his role in a most professional manner and we cannot praise him enough! Absolutely fantastic team! Took care of us throughout the whole process and always stuck to what I had in mind and not what they thought would be a quick sale. The respect and value their customers and I quickly realised from the start that it would be a lovely experience.Now the new owner of a new Mini Cooper which looks unbelievable and to the specs that I wanted!

Given that they were hoping I would spend not far short of £40k, they were helpful, relaxed and not too pushy. I found them open, approachable and well informed .......... and I was pleased with the deal we agreed!

Lewis helped us buy the car that met our requirements simply & quickly . The only issue was as a trained Coffee Taster, the coffee wasnt great but I suspect most cafes are not very good at selling Minis! The Barista at Mini Cheltenham was much better, but they couldnt supply the Mini we wanted! Overall, very pleased with the service from Swansea.

I dont usually write reviews, but I was visiting swansea and decided to browse through the Mini range for a potential upgrade..Upon entering Sytner, I was greeted by Lewis and was actually blown away by his knowledge of the cars and finding me the perfect match from cosmetics to fitting my budget. Highly recommend looking for Lewis when you arrive!

Dont waste your time. Booked a 48hr test drive a week in advance. 20 minutes before we were due to pick up the car and with young children left with a babysitter, we received a call to say the test drive was cancelled because the car had a slow puncture.Laughable and amateurish. I can get a slow puncture fixed in 15 minutes, dont know why Sytner find it so difficult.No alternative arrangement offered or anything proactive to find a solutionWill stick with my Lexus. They can keep cars with punctures on the road. Fixed my last one for free, whilst giving me a free breakfast and coffee whilst I waited, but I suppose you get what you pay for.

Excellent experience from start to finish .Lewis looked after us from our enquiry to our purchase he was an absolute gentleman.I didn’t feel pressurised in any way .Throughout the sale ,if Lewis said he would call /contact ,he always kept his promise.Graham was also very helpful with financial and insurance advice .I would recommend Swansea Sytner to my friends

Initially we went to have a look at the mini cooper although we had already contacted Lewis Hughes at Mini Swansea with a view to a test drive. Indeed the test drive was great but after a lot of discussion we decided to walk away and think it over. We almost left but noticed another mini we wanted to look at and well to cut a long story short we ended up purchasing our brand new mini cabriolet. No hard sell, no pressure at all just an incredibly nice salesman giving us lots of options and equally thanks to Graham who dealt with the finance arrangements. Any regrets, absolutely none. When our car arrived and we went to collect it both Lewis and Graham were incredibly helpful and everything about this experience gets a 5* rating.

Loved my Mini but would never buy another having had to deal with this garage. They seem to have the monopoly on services diagnostics. Customer Services staff rude, over priced charlatans. Booked the Mini in to Trainer Swansea to have 3 faults sorted out. The Mini came back with all 3 faults and a bill for over £70. Really poor service, I would avoid this garage, they charge expert prices but I found them to be shockingly bad.

I have been to many garages with cars I have owned such as Volkswagen Audi and others. I have always left those garages with a view of why did I buy that car from them when I know they are going to be less than satisfactory when I have to do a service etc. I have never been wrong their aftercare treatment is disgraceful and like their cars their personal values depreciate at a rate of knots. But my experience with trainer mini has been nothing more than excellent. The staff from reception right through to end product is superb. They recognise that people are human. Many of us with flaws especially when it comes to knowing about cars. I have now had my third car and all I can say is. Its bloody brilliant and everyone in trainer mini especially Amy Jenna and Bev are the nicest people I know who work with you who talk and advise and will give you straight up advice good or bad and that is worth its weight in gold when your buying a car. Honesty integrity and satisfaction. Well done Trainers. Thank you Amy and Jenna for being there as my advisors. Many many thanks. And for those who know me they will say. I thought it was probably the worst place to take your mini. The facty of the matter is that their after sales team are 1st class. It was my mistake and hot headedness. The problem was discussed with me and demonstraited. The problem was immidiatly resolved and the outcome was more than satisfactory.Customer service was outstanding
