Sydney Tower Buffet in Sydney

Privilege
The size of oyster was little bit smaller than others. But liked the atmosphere and the view! Not sure if i can visit again tho haha
MoreThe view here is amazing, especially when it’s good weather. The food is average at best, I’d say a 3/5 for all food. However the views, deserts and staff are great. This was my second visit in just a few short months but I still enjoyed seeing Sydney from high above. Will likely go again and do recommend it.
MoreReally nice banquet type dinning experience. Lots of tasty food to choose from. Yummy selection of desserts. Enjoy your meal while slowly circling the city of Sydney getting a different perspective as you look down over everything including the Harbour Bridge, waterfront amongst the many sights.
MoreUnbelievable experience, brilliant buffet 1st class, stuff outstanding and the view is breathtaking 👏👏
MoreDefinitely this place is observatory not a restaurant. You can have decent dinner if you pay $105 else where.Barely can eat most of the food at this place. Especially Oyster was shocker. The shell size is average under 5~6cm, nothing is eatable. Not recommend for buffet or dining but if you willing to pay money for atmosphere then give it a go.
Moredinner was very nice, many kind of food, but a little bit bad service about soft drink included price ordered on website
MoreIt was my boyfriends birthday which I did mention when I was booking if the crew could sing the birthday song with a small piece of cake with a candle. This was acknowledged by the staff at Level 4 where I got the lift pass and made payment where he did wish happy birthday and asked if he could sing a song. That was it, I expected this to take place when we were dining not at the reception. It would be a good publicity for the company if they do this esp when other diners view this ad a good place to treat someone for their birthday. Alas, something to improve on I guess. The buffet food was kinda average, done stand out dishes but the rest were average. But, the view from above makes up for it. The device by the crew at the buffet were great.
MoreThere are mixed reviews from various points of view however I have been to the restaurant on several occasions and it has always met my expectations. The view is exceptional and an event in itself. The food is buffet type and within what you would generally expect. We have never had any issues with any of the staff who were always courteous and helpful.
MoreHubby and l had our 25th wedding anniversary dinner in this beautiful rotating restaurant. I booked a slot at 5pm so l can watch the sun slowly setting and the sky turn dark. Then Im able to see the buildings lighted up in the night. The food is good though not many choices but enough for us. I especially love the dessert selection.
MoreThe view of the city was amazing at such height. Almost feels like you are in an airplane. Unfortunately we didnt come in during sunset, that would have been an amazing view. The food was great and the setup and service was great as well. Certainly a place to visit again if I ever visit Sydney in the future.
MoreCame here for my partners birthday.Has an amazing view with a slow rotating floor.Had a good variety of food which was always refilled when running low so you wouldnt miss out.Friendly and helpful staff even though they were really busy.Great service :)
MoreThe cost for us was for the view and experience, rather than the food. Its been a few years since we dined at SkyFeast, and we’ve dined several times before that. We thought the choice of dishes weren’t great, your last menu was better. Lots of vegetables, rice style dishes but not a lot of dishes with substance, the buffet has been done on the cheap. Staff were lovely, accommodating and courteous 👍😊
MoreFood was nice with a decent variety and the desserts were pretty and tasty. We paid the extra for a window table (includes a drinkand definitely worth it for the view. The service in the restaurant was good and they were happy to help. Its probably a bit over priced but youre mostly paying for the view, dont expect a good view of the Harbour bridge or Opera house though as the buildings between block the majority of it.
MoreThe view is so amazing, although not too many food options and no ice cream for kids but Im happy with the fresh oyster. And five stars services....
MoreGreat experience. The service was friendly and accommodating when we needed to change our booking time. All seating seems to have great views, especially with the roating feature. The food was good with a wide range to choose from.
MoreService was great, however the food was at the best, average. The prawns tasted rather bitter and not quite right. The beef was very chewy and left for the bin. The chicken thighs were tasty and the best part of the mediocre main selections. The desserts were good, yet nothing that stands out. All together, a basic buffet, that most definitely did not justify the $120 window table price, especially when it does not include any drinks (non-alcoholic). More so the price of drinks for one glass of coke, $5.The view from our table was beautiful and easily the best part.
MoreThe view was amazing. It was quite surreal having the entire dining hall rotate to have a 360 view of the city. The staff was very accommodating. They were also kind enough to provide us a complimentary drink. The food was good but it would have been a greater experience if there was a wider selection of food which would prompt me to comeback again.
MoreFood 4/5: you don’t come here for the food but for the experience but food was still all around good. A bit of something for everyone!Experience 5/5: stunning views, full 360 view of Sydney. Evening dining is a must.Staff 5/5: staff was super friendly and great!I wish they would limit the amount of children. But my girlfriend and I had a lovely time! ☺️
MoreNice place for dinner with your family and loved ones. Weve been there multiple times and they are consistent. They have a varieties of food options including vegetarian.
MoreThe experience was amazing, the staff were professional and friendly. The food was incredible and the thoughtful service was absolutely amazing. My partner and I loved it immensely and strongly recommend anyone to bring their family to enjoy the opulence of the city skyline from 83 stories high.
MoreCame here for lunch for the first time in a couple of years and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food on offer. Sure, you’re mostly here for the views but the food is pretty good which is often not the case at these tourist-focused restaurants. Offering a selection of meals in a serve-yourself buffet format, including roasts, pasta, seafood and dessert. Is it high-class fine dining? Perhaps not, but well worth visiting for a special occasion.
MoreFriendly staff and great service. Food was OK. Like other people said, you go there for the experience and not for food :In 1.5 hour of dining you get one full 360 view of Sydney. The policy says 1.5hr dining time, but they ask you to leave even if there is no one waiting and almost 90% of the tables are empty😅
MoreA good selection of food and drinks. Great service. The best part were the views through the ultra clean windows. Pricey for a buffet but you’re paying for the experience. No need to upgrade to a window seat as the booths are probably more comfortable with just as good views. Security check in was fairly quick and so was the 1min elevator trip up which seemed to go forever.Would recommended.
MoreThe price is absurd but I was treating a friend so I did it anyway. It is rather petty for them to charge an additional 1.5% fee to use my credit card when the price is already high. Not sure if it was worth the extra $15 to sit by the glass as you can always step into that area to take photos. You can still see fine from the upper seating. The food was very average, nothing special, although it was presented nicely. The roast beef was eye of round, not exactly a nice cut of beef.
MoreThe service was great, the selection of seafood wasnt huge, but it was all fresh and delicious. The view for Vivid was fantastic. Great experience overall.
MoreYou honestly are only going for the view, the food is average and you can get way better value for your money elsewhere. The price is a whopping $210 for a couple with a window seat, this price was definitely not worth the food or drink, however if you are just going to enjoy the view, is it a nice view. Can’t really take photos or I struggled to because the lights on the inside reflect.
MoreIts a tricky place to write review to. The staff there is lovely, food pretty tasty (pretty limited selection though, especially for salads etc (pork belly was delicious! - make sure to get some seasoning/sauce with it). I think with the price you pay - at least soft drinks should be included in price, but you only get tap water.Drink selection is very limited and expensive.Views are beautiful, but their lighting is reflecting back from the windows a lot, so you dont get that good of a views experience than You would expect.Food 4/5Service 4/5Atmosphere 3/5Value for money 2/5.You get better views and buffet on the dinner cruise boats by far.
MoreIts something I wanted to do for years. When my youngest daughter ask where I wanted to go for my 60th she booked it straight away. The food was perfect and all the staff couldnt be more friendly. To top the night off they came out with a special treats for my birthday.
MoreWent for Mothers Day Special. For the price I paid was not great, you had to pay for soft drinks a carafe was $18. You were told a glass of champagne when you arrived but was a white wine there was no special surprise so you paid only for the view and the ride. The food was not great not much variety and desserts no chocolate, ice cream 😢Will not be going again and not recommending this place to anyone. You pay good money forthat food
MoreBeautiful rotating restaurant with a very nice view. Food is average. You pay mostly for the view and the experience.
MoreExcellent for romance or family functions. The view was simply stunning, even better to go with some wine. The service was alright. That said, the food was not quite up to the standard comparing to a 5 star hotel. They werent bad. Quite some variety too including seafood and fries for the kids. Just not the top class dinner buffet I was expecting from a $100 per head dinner. I guess most of that money went to the view.If you are a driver, better skip the drink. Western Distributor is known for cops on holiday nights.
MoreIs the food halal? Yes.Is the food inedible? NoIs the food bad? YesIs the food worth the price? Definitely NoIt is baffling how I had tried all the buffet offerings and everything tasted somewhat the same. The food was bland and the meat was dry. It doesnt really matter how many options they have when they all taste the same. Somehow even their curry tasted like thickened water. The only upside was that their desserts tasted like sugar, it was the most flavoursome thing in the entire place. If youre coming here for the view, forget it, save your money and go to another restaurant in the tower. Youll be saving money, having a better meal, and enjoying the same view. This place isnt worth your $
MoreHappy! I like the pink tart, matcha brownie, roast pumpkin and the mussels the most.
MoreFunny when reading other reviews here. This place is expensive normally, but there are kid friendly deals on some weekdays. Great thing is the place is less busy then too. When going to a seafood buffet, you eat seafood. Expecting anything from and rice, pasta, beef, pork, or chicken dish is just silly. No buffet does anything spectacular with those. The question is, how fresh is the seafood. In our visit, the prawns were plump, oysters fresh. Salmon was great too. Thats all that really matters. I liked the cooked fish too. Theres good variety.Youre not going to eat $100 worth of oysters no. If thats your goal then visit fish market.
MoreWe bought the window seats which rotate and give you the 360 view of Sydney. There are complimentary drinks but expect to pay more if you having more than table water. The food was acceptable.
MoreThought this would be a good place to have dinner with the family. Didn’t read any reviews before hand. Wish we did. For the price food was very average. Yes it’s a good view, but not much to select from and NO ice cream for the kids. 😳. Not what I was excepting. Then table service for drinks was ???? Well not great. Only received one glass of wine and couldn’t stop wait staff to get another. We have done it now and crossed it off the list.
MoreMy husband surprised me and bring me here a dream come true. Had a great time great view and most great food.. Definitely will be back here.
MoreVisited the place for a birthday and experience, it has a nice 360 view of Sydney. Food is just ok but not great. We ordered wine and pay using the QR code, and was chased by the waiter on our way out thinking that we havent paid! Embarrassing and annoying!
MoreMy husband and I with our 2 year old son, experienced Skyfeast for the first time. The buffet food options were amazing and the view from the window seat is something to remember! Our only annoyance was that there was no communication how to finalise any bill (if anyas we thought having our card attached to our table was enough to be charged at the end. There needs to be a better process for ending the night as it felt very unprofessional to be stopped as we were walking out. Overall, we will be back and look forward to another great meal.
MoreThe spread of food and the quality has significantly dropped since I went here last (pre covid, 2017). Not writing it off 100% and will definately go again once tourism has increased, but either the quality of food thats currently supplied is well below par or they are limiting the menu to save some money during hard times, either way I was very VERY disappointed. Would give a lower rating if it wasnt for having had wonderful experiences before. If this is the new standard then its very sad. The desert options were the best by far but at the price (which is understandable for the experiencethis place needs to lift their game substantially.
MorePositive experience as a whole but you’re paying for the view for the most part.We booked the cheaper option (standard feastbut due to a not-so-busy lunch service, we managed to get a window table which was a nice surprise! The view of Sydney has always been incredibly beautiful and to see a 360 degree view of it was such a treat!Food was a 3 star at most. The seafood was decent, we pigged out on oysters, prawns and crab however other than this, they didn’t have a very large selection and no dishes really stood out.I wouldn’t come back any time soon however this is a great place to bring family and friends from outside of Sydney. The view really is amazing!
MorePhenomenal view!, great service, I’m enjoyed my seafood.. fresh oysters. however food was average not many option. I’ve had a white wine taste a bit flat. Overall we’ve a great moment here which deserve 🌟🌟🌟🌟
MoreApart from dessert section; taste of the rest of the food was average. However, the FOH service was excellent and the view from the restaurant was simply mind blowing. Good experience.
MoreVisiting from Melbourne, this Sydney’s 360deg rotating restaurant is a must to dine in. Excellent Sydney view and superb food and service. Staff are nice and friendly. Will surely visit again next time.
MoreExcellent!! Well worth it. Had Christmas day lunch, large array of food. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the beautiful view topped it off. Parked at Piccadilly on Castlereagh Street for $12, but it is not for faint-hearted!!
MoreAmazing view! Great service and heart warming! When they found out that it was for my daughter’s birthday they waived her fee. Food was ok, not too many varieties.
MoreWas abit skeptical going in as I had read reviews and many said the food wasn’t worth it. I was delighted to find that the food was amazing, tried at least majority of the food there and everything was delicious. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to take photos of the food as I was too busy shoveling the food down. Not only that but the views from there was amazing!! The staff were so accommodating as I had to change my reservation multiple times due to traffic. The atmosphere was so relaxed and everything was beautiful! Can’t wait to come back 😃
MoreWas taken here for my birthday dinner and it was the worst food Ive ever had, and Im not exaggerating. Ive had better buffets in Western Sydney leagues clubs for a fraction of the price. Plates were dirty, food looked and tasted reheated from a few days ago. They are also not complying with the health order of social distancing but instead cram 6 of you into their small elevators.
MoreFood was good, very good view! 360 rotating building with different views. Lots of different food ranges, soft drinks are not included in the buffet though, so we had to pay more for it. Took my brother here for his bday and had no regrets. Thanks again !
MoreExcellent!!. A superb experience from the meet and greet at the base of the tower, to our farewell on departure. The restaurant is a revolving restaurant, and the views are spectacular. It is well worth the extra payment for a window table. Tuesday night was raining, but that didnt spoil the view. There are 3 sets of buffets. Cold, hot and dessert. There were six of us, and each of us found something that we had not had before. Every single dish we had was well prepared, tasty and better than expected. Could not fault any of them. Plenty of choices for vegetarians. Will definitely be back.
