Swiss Chalet in Moncton

Julian, Eric, and the Filipino lady at the front provides great service on Sunday before Thanksgiving. Wine was not poured at the table and the fries were not as crispy as we were used to. Still welcoming service.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The salad was good - very fresh and lots in it. The rotisserie chicken was fine.

You gotta be kidding…. Double leg dinner always comes with fries unless you ask for something else? I didn’t!Call and told it’s the call centre fault, they sent fries and throwing in an apple pie… great. Now he’s gone again and it would be nice to put some salt on my fries? No condiments…. Sorry you still get a bad review! This was a delivery

Food was great, however, we were overcharged on our meal. Ordered a bundle deal but got charged as if I ordered two meals. Check your bill before paying!!

Everything was good.A question to the management. Can you guys please add a bicycle parking. You have a huge parking lot and it wont take much of your space. The only place we could lock our bikes was near the trash bin and its embarrassing.

We did not get and thing to eat are meal with and the floor were sat was dirty milk all Ive the floor and the server never check back with us at all

I enjoy being able to order ahead and get my food really quickly once I get there.

Went there following recommendations on a gluten-free Facebook group and didnt regret it. Super yummy chicken and ribs meal with fries upgraded to poutine, all of it without gluten. Excellent service, nice and friendly staff, independent entry for take outs and really fast service.Will come back for sure

We had a fantastic meal today at SC and the server "Dali" was truly outstanding.......professional and over the top friendly! Nice to see there are people who enjoy there profession and share that joy with there customers. Keep it up Dali!

Was taken out to lunch for my birthday by 2 friends. Swiss Chalet has the best chicken I have ever eaten. Wish I had taken a picture of my plate.

Food was good but the service was lacking. We didnt get our water until we were done eating. It was a good thing we had other drinks.

These guys cant follow basic instructions like, swap chicken sauce for gravy. Theyve messed up my last 5 orders, at this point I assume the staff there is so simple they need to manually remember to breath.

Received my plate and had wrong sides , was told kitchen was to busy.. ate anyways and was offered a dessert for the mistake but never took the dessert cuz I never have room to eat it .. paid and left

Great service and food. I go once a month. I did have semi-dried food stuck to the bottom of my plate when served. Plate was very clean otherwise. Little mistake in the kitchen.

It was my first time order on their webpage and pick up at the curbside. It was so easy to use and also when u arrive you just click I have arrived on your email confirmation. The staff will bring to your car door rather for you to go inside to get it.Food is great as usual.

My wife and I both love this place. Its been our go to place for excellent chicken dinners. Oft times well share our sides. Shell get the fries and Ill get the Ceasars salad and then we split them between each other.Normally Ill get the chicken/ribs mix but this time I went with the 2 chicken legs meal and, for the first time ever, my wife got the ribs meal. She truly enjoyed eating their ribs (I always enjoy their ribs).It was comforting to see that this place was following current COVID guidelines and kept tables spaced properly and required proof of ID and our vaccines were up to date.Were all looking forward to the end of this pandemic and, in the meantime, please try to continue supporting local businesses.

I always go for the ribs, theyre good. They have a variety of sides to choose from to go with your meal. One side is included in the price of the meal any more is a la carte. Service is generally pretty good. You also get free refill on fountain drinks.

Swiss Chalet is always great. Great waitress and you always get your food in a flash. Chicken leg dinner with a garden salad was delicious.

The staff was super friendly and the food was excellent! Prices were reasonable and the amount of food was great. I will definitely be going back soon.

Our favourite location in Moncton. Good service and the food is delicious as always and cooked right. Waiting time is a little longer but that’s ok as long as you will get what you expect.

The service was excellent. We always go to that particular Swiss Chalet when we come done from Ottawa because of the service and food. They have never disappoint.

I got the fish and chip, not a meal youd think of getting at Swiss chalet, but it was pretty good. Nice big piece, crispy and cooked just right. The tartar sauce was not great at all sadly, not sure if its a house generic sauce, but it lacked any taste at all I found. Nice portion of home fries with it, good value overall I found. We were a pretty big group and we got our food in a timely manner I felt. Serving lady was courteous.

We had our staff get together and we decided to order in from Swiss Chalet. There were 24 meals ordered from the Mountain Road Swiss Chalet and the staff made this process easy and seamless. The ordering was easy, the pick up was awesome with help from the staff to put the huge order in my vehicle. The overall experience was A-1. Thanks to all the staff at Moncton Mountain Road for making our afternoon lunch easy and delicious.

We ordered 2 chicken dinners. One with a side of garden salad and the other with sweet potatoe fries. I dumped the salad into a serving bowl and found brown, soggy and wilted lettuce in the bottom of the container. The sweet potatoe fries were soggy and not very plentifully. This was at the Moncton Restaurant.

Was at your Mountain Rd. Location today the waitress to our order brought our pop. Then 5 minutes later came to our table with our food and spilled my pop all over me I was soaked all through and all she did was bring us napkins and another drink. Never wiped the floor so I slipped a bit when gotvupbto use the washroom. I was surprised when she brought the bill which we were charged full price and just said thanks for your understanding. Mean while I had to drive home for 45 minutes in wet clothing. Very disappointed in staffing.

Excellent food, Service good, even when they are really busy.

Dalitay velarde went ABOVE AND BEYOND for our birthday girl. She loves people and just killed it tonight. Food was hot, no mistakes we were also a groups of 15! This lady is an all star server and made our night.

Mom and I both ordered the 1/4 Chicken dinner and Springrolls as an appetizer. The food and service were excellent. Very fast, friendly and efficient. We will be back and recommend.

The store was well kept, clean and our server was great. The food tasted good however the quarter chicken was tiny certainly not the standard of the Dieppe location where we usually eat nor worth the price also both the chicken and ribs we ordered was very dry from being cooked much earlier in the day and held in warmer as this too is not the usual Swiss Chalet standard we are accustomed too. Our wrap, burger, and sided were very good and the cheese cake and pie perfect. Overall though I will not eat here again and wouldnt recommend it.

Best services ive got in Moncton in a long time. The food was AMAZING. Everyone enjoyed there meal💕🥰 She gaved us lots of asweome tips about Moncton. The food was SO good. Cant wait to go back!!

Food always great!! Drive thru was a bit slow but only because dining room looked busy. Its a hit with me because they offer a gluten-free menu. A must for me!!

Ordered through call center. When the delivery came, even though it said a free appetizer, I was still charged for it. I did mention to Sarah in Markham Ont that the website said free appetizer. Why did they not catch it. The fries did not come with the order just the side. We got lots of ketchup but no fries. Not pleased. Will think twice before I order from this Swiss Chalet again.

Great service and exceedingly fast. Everything ordered was correct. At the end of the meal, the server communicated our table had been rewarded with a free meal as a way to thank customers for supporting the establishment during the Covid challenging times. Thank you Swiss Chalet management and staff for this, it was appreciated.

The food was hot, tasty, served quickly and the staff all had smiles on their faces. The new reduced menu is a little underwhelming (Swiss Chalet is not to blame for this, its all on account of Covid-19but you can still get most of your SS favorites. We will definitely return to this restaurant.

Food was great, service was exceptional. She was extremely helpful in picking our meal and helped my wife and I save money haha. Had the half chicken with chef salad with balsamic dressing. Restaurant was very clean, food came very fast, hot and delicious.

My experience with Swiss Chalet has been consistency. Meals are well presented and tasty. What separated this visit from others was outstanding service specially for a group of 8. Our meals were delivered at the same time and our server was polite and friendly.

We had an excellent waitress! It wasnt so busy so we could hear each other talk. The food was tasty and we were given a generous plate full.We have not been there much because we felt the portions were too little and we were nickel and dimed to death!

It was pretty good. Quick and reliable service and the food was pretty decent. Definitely recommend the garlic cheese pullaways. The burger was pretty average, a step-and-a-half up from McDonalds, and the parm fries were pretty decent enough. All in all, though, I pleasant experience.

Normally really enjoy Swiss Chalet, but service was not up to normal standards today. Waitress seemed to forget about us, waited for her to return to the table and waited a long time for our bill. Food was still tasty as always 😉

Nice place. The lighting is nice and dark, perfect for an evening atmosphere. They also have plenty of windows to let in natural light. However, is it right next to a very busy street, and there is no good view no matter where you sit. Its either parking lot, or a busy street. Good food. Their chicken is delicious as always. Wings are a little over priced. Decent service. Little to no privacy. Even the booths have tables right next to them.

Great food. Good ambiance. We came in here a little late, around 9:30 for dinner on our way to NS. Lisa helped us grab a table and was our server for the night and honestly I have never come across such good service. She had a smile the entire time we were there and made sure our requests were taken care of. She also shared her experiences of a trip she took to NS which we really value. We ordered the crispy chicken sandwiches and ceasar salad which were perfectly made and our glasses of water were always refilled without us asking. Absolutely recommend them and especially Lisa and her great service.

Great food a wonderful server strongly recommend eatting at this location. Very nice atmosphere warm and very classy place to go eat food came efficiently and was tasty. Not that expensive 2 full meals and two drinks about 30 dollars. If they are busy a nice area to sin in by the door. The server came and checked to make sure the food was good not just once but a second time once we were half way through. Greatly enjoyed my experience.
