Sushi Zanmai IOI City Mall in Putrajaya

Food wise if compare to older days drop alot... but still offered wide range of variety from noodle to rice and sushi selection.Good place to dine too.

Delicious..however the options of sushi on the conveyer kinda boring n lack variety. Ala carte menu is plenty n tasty. Can custom your ramen broth which is nice

Hardly have any sushi on the belt. Ordered food took very long time. The food taste is not good. My lunch mood spoiled totally. Disappointed.

Went for lunch , miso ramen noodle no meat at all omg 😳, just noodle , some vegetables !! Promotion shabu set was mediocre.

We expect we can enjoy dining here at the price paid, but sadly no. Theres a waiter (Malay manshowing black face all the while. They provided a ticket with QR code for us to make order, but after clicking submit it shows mobile ordering not available. When we checked with him, he just turn and go away without saying anything. After a minute he came back, still saying nothing and stand beside our table. No tissue and toothpick provided, and theres even a cockroach on the table, shocked our kids. No next visit👎

A nice restaurant with a good seating options and friendly staff. Its clean and comfy. Im not a Sushi lover but like some of the meals from the Menu provided. It all tastes good. But the vege soup and Udon noodle is so..so.They have Menu for rice, soup, gravy, sushi, noodles, fried stuff, desserts and etc.

I need to complain!!!I was grad food for my kids!When open it i saw alot of human hair inside...and give me wrongly food item!!!!And the food like rubbish !!!!!

Im having dinner at here to celebrate my Dads birthday. My family and I are satisfied with foods quality. Price is affordable for me to dine in here once a while. Remember, come early during Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday, as there will be a long queue starts from 7:00 pm. Its worth the queue. My dinner for 3 pax costs less than RM 100 for medium level Japanese cuisine.

Foods are delicious as always. However since they are short of staff, so it might take a while, with long queue and expect a long dining time. The wait is worth it though with their good food.

Service was good. Staff also friendly and helpful. Need a long que before entering the restaurant. Food serving also nice.

The worst salmon sashimi!! It came soaking wet and it was disintegrating! They were apologetic and refunded. Still, how could they served such poor quality salmon. #disgusting #newfridgeneeded

Food ordered at the same time came at different times, the last two came 15 minutes later.Theres a constant queue of around 10 people outside the restaurant, but our next table for six had two people.

Staff was quite friendly.. just no idea why inside alot table are empty but queue was long as usual.

Saw a section with several empty tables but the staff are not inviting guest to sit at the area which I believe causing the waiting line to be very long. I had waited for about an hour with 6 more groups in front of my line.Food ordered:Cha Soba with tempura.taste: 2/5portion size: 4/5comment: The soba is very soggy, not chewey and the noodles are all broken into small short pieces. Prawn tempura is very small piece.Takoyaki.taste: 4/5portion: 5/5comment: First time eating takoyaki where its inside is smooth and porridge like. However after confirm with the staff, they explained that the smooth texture was purposely made and its not uncooked. After tasting it, I would say that it taste quite good with as its crispy on the outside but soft on the inside.

Good service .. standard Sushi Zenmai food and affordable pricing.With the C19 SOP it does get a bit hard to get a seat as they have to spread the people out.

As always, the queue is long but the wait is worthwhile. Had a great lunch!

Proper sop arrangements. The food nice and affordable price. For takeaway food need to check before u leave the table.

Adjacent table is closed for social distancing. Dine in without worry. Service was fast 👍

Visited during weekdays. Less crowd & fast service. Tasty food. We ordered small ebidon but the chef mistakenly made it large bowl. They gave us the large bowl but charged us the small bowl. Excellent customer service.Just a reminder, Please avoid coming during peak hour as the queue will be long. Not only here but everywhere else too.

Follow SOP to observe proper social distancing, appreciate the distance arrangement between the tables. The jellyfish, however, was a tad too salty. Other than that, food was well done and taste great. I was able to enjoy my lunch with my family and my son’s girlfriend. Great environment to spend some time after meals and have a chit-chat. We had an amazing time there and would definitely return again!

Nice place for a Salmon and Sushis. BUT be prepared, the queue is very long due to Government SOP.Avoid sitting at the front side of table, some idiot customers will sneeze at the side of your table while queuing.And no privacy for you to enjoy your food.

🍱 🍣 are delicious but the floors and tables are indeed very dirty. There are hand prints everywhere and in fact the sofas are not wipes at all as there were stains and split over food crumbs on the floor and as well the chairs and tables. 0 for hygiene!!

Not worth the price with dishes serving. 2 person ended up 72 rinngit.. If I would know add abit can go sukiya buffets....curry chicken 90% flour made....should improve combination selections.... No weekday lunch selections, different outlet different serving, no good... 😏

I often visit Sushi Zanmai in different places. But this is the worst Ive been in the past few years.1Seating process takes too long. My family queued for more than half an hour. At least five tables finished payment yet nobody brought the customers to seat. The waiter even told one inquiring customer they were fully seated.2My family was led to a table with bad lighting and table is fairly maintained. The jar also has little rust on the outside.

Food goods & fresh. Serving time average. I left 1 star as I was unable to call them to make a booking. Friendly front counter as well. Desserts so good & daifuku is the best 1 for me!

Good service. Once step in the restaurant, staff bring us to a seat, immediate asked for drink order which is good for us. Can order with the staff or scan a QR code for online order. Food is reasonable price but dont expect very good quality food. Is ok come for quick bite.

Located inside IOI City Mall. Nice ambience, delicious sushi, noodles, rice and other menu. Dont remember the names of the food but the taste is unforgetable...everything is just nice including the price

Good sushi!! Enjoyed a lot. Their prices are reasonable and their sushi is great. (I wouldnt say its the best but considering their affordable price its worth it)

Ordering system using mobile apps and network is difficult. Mobile Signal in mall is super weak. Whos stupid idea is this? Unagi size quite small with Rm23. Bone was not remove from unagi, no warning in the menu, dangerous order for kids.

Sushi zanmai is my top list of choice for Japanese food. The sushi is unique in taste yet tasty. However, do expect a long queue during weekend or public holiday lunch and dinner hour.

Prepare for a long que during peak hours. Food quality can be more consistent, but the portions are reasonable. Cashier and front desk staff could be more courteous, especially if theres a long que of customers at the shop front.

My first time here. Went here on Saturday and it was pretty crowded, but heyyy the service is so good and the food came in time or Id say, early! Didnt expect it to be this fast! Also, the sushi tastes so good! Even better than sushi king. While paying at the counter, they even had the courtesy to ask if everything is okay. Thats definitely the service Im lookinng for. Great job Sushi Zanmai!

Good selection of Sushi. Food quality is not bad.

The food quality is ok, but the staff took a while before our food was served. The portion was normal. Service was not impressive, the girl at the counter was on the phone the whole time as she was billing customers. Cleanliness was so-so, my cup smelt a bit. Overall it’s just ok, probably won’t be back.

Ok service and not so crowded. Although the staff always looked through our orders to make sure we get our food but still we received our meals a bit late.

Theres definitely a decline in the quality of sushi served over the years. But it is still the best low end sushi place there is. It is also unusual to get into Zanmai without any queue. But not here.

Excellent service, the salmon tastes good. They serve food super fast. Really packed during dinner on weekends, expect 20min waiting for a seat.
