Diverse sushi and sashimi on a conveyor belt, plus hot Japanese mains, at a straightforward chain.
Delicious! Super fresh food as well.
Busy place with great customer service and friendly staff. Love prawn sushi here.
Lovely staff but my husband and I both got severe food poisoning
Fine. Sushi for my mother
It was ok ... but to expensive... not really a sushi fan but if I want it Honba is a better feed and better value.
waitress was a conniving kunt. wont be back
I come here often for mate dates, dig the vibe and the staff are lovely, will defo spend wayy too much here again
Had family member with severe gastro about 5 hrs after dinner. Perhaps as the last customer they missed some orders, under cooked food and ramen had unusual smell.Sushi train chain used to be better but quality dropped considerably.
Chicken Katsu bowl was so delicious, not much sauce which makes it healthier option🤍 always love coming here!
Nobody spoke to you, didnt inform you when something you ordered wasnt available, food was average compared to the restaurant we go to at home. Overall disappointing
Not a regular Sushi Train. Very clean throughout, attentive staff and Japanese tap beer available. Best sushi train on the Gold Coast
I know it’s “just a sushi train” but if you don’t know how to cut sashimi - don’t list it. Terrible. Almost inedible. Other items ordered were average at best.
Foods quite expensive for what you get.. too many different plates and different prices, very confusing..
The service is not that great. Had probably a total of 4 words spoken to us from entrance to exit. The sushi is okay, but unfortunately there was uncooked chicken. In response to your reply: Seriously? Anyone who can see can tell that the chicken is not cooked. How can you definitively say that that particular piece of chicken was cooked properly? You must think your customers are stupid. Definitely wont be returning to any Sushi Train.
Always delicious and fresh sushi, super friendly service.
Best sushi on the Gold Coast! Its always fresh and all the staff are wonderful ☺️
Sometimes when its your flatmates turn to cook and you have this instead. This place is busy and the food is great! I can remember when you could eat there for 30 bucks and you would have your fill. ( I can stash away 6 or 7 plates! With the new look bar and covid safe seating the prices have gone up but its still busy and the food is fresh and Oishii desu. ( delish you can tell that the new owner is a serious chap who runs a tight clean kitchen . Always consistent and great for a yummy quick bite..
Best sushi train on Gold Coast!!! The food, the service, the people! We are their regulars
Was ok until I tried the chicken Katsu bowl. The rice was over cooked and mushy. I advised The waitress and she just said “sorry about that” and just walked away. No offer of replacement.
Order via Uber Eats. When it arrived, the chicken was under cooked/off. It’s a weird pink/brown color and texture is slimey. The food stunk of staleness. Honestly, vomit inducing. Restaurant refused a refund.
Choices were somewhat limited compared to the other Sushi Train franchises, hence the 4 star review. Place was clean and atmosphere was lovely. Food was fresh and tasty.
Delicious food, friendly staff, enough sits so you dont wait too long and a cold Asahi on tap to make your meal even better.
Best Sushi on the Gold Coast by far. Seared scallops is a winner. Salmon rice bowl or Katsu chicken rice bowl - super yummy. Their tempura is crisp and their variety and freshness impresses. (I am a foodie and I have had sushi in Japan that wasnt as good.Service is prompt. Two thumbs up. I take my grown up kids here for birthday dinners.
*edit 4 years later...So we went to our local tonight for our regular plates (see above), just after their reno and change in owners. Agadashi Tofu, up $2. It was so loaded with bonito flakes they soaked up what small amount of broth was in the bowl - kinda like soft corn flakes!. Aburi Salmon, ordered fresh, was delivered 2 cold plates from the train. Sweet Chili Prawn Roll, cold and soggy. Then the Sashimi Salmon came loaded onto a plate with a bunch of really unnecessary garnishes and the cuts look like they were performed by an apprentice...Sad face. This is our regular sushi stop... foods always nice and theyll make it fresh if you ask. I recommend the Aburi Salmon, Sweet Chili Prawn Roll and Agadashu Tofu - all freshly made!
Nice sushi train, I found too much fried chicken choices on the day that I dined in.I will definitely go back to try again👍🏽
I love this place sushi is always so fresh and the staff are very friendly
Every time my children and grandchildren visit me from Melbourne,we end up here! Kids love it! Great variety!
Yummy fresh sushi!!! Welcoming place good food friendly staff.
Unfortunately a bad experience - difficult to know what food was gluten free and nothing hot on the menu is GF. When ordering a tuna handroll GF I got the non-GF one - 2* rating because when I got the second hand roll the tuna was inedible (fatty cut. I was starving, but had two dishes and left. :(
Freshly made to order, yummiest sushi😊 lovely friendly staff too🙌💞
One of the freshest, and most moderately sized portion sizes of sushi trains Ive been to. Great job well done
Toot toot Sushi train.🍣 🚂Always freshAlways deliciousAlways friendlyAlways smilesYou make miso so happy
Nice Sushi here, but due to COVID-19, you need to use mobile scan the food menu and order the food you want.Lots of sushi on the train were running, but some sushi weren’t cover by the plastic lid.Friendly staff and good view to see kitchen work.I enjoy our ordered sushi last night, much fresh than sushi on the train.( but the egg omelette Inari was warm rice and cold egg😅)
Bowl size is tiny and really not great value for money. Plates are all different prices watch for correct price at register!
Went here for dinner tonight and wasnt disappointed. I live within 5kms of 3 (yes 3Sushi Trains at the northern end of the Gold Coast and can say this is by far the BEST SUSHI on the Gold Coast. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The restaurant clean and tidy. Do yourself a favour!
Friendly, hygenic and the BEST SUSHI ever.. Once you try Sushi Train at Miami One you wont go anywhere else.
Ordered on Uber because COVID so purely writing based on food quality and NOT venue or customer service. Food quality was exceptionally low, especially in comparison to other Sushi Trains in Brisbane. Was just a pile of mush, the aburi salmon wasn’t even seared properly, the wagyu beef was soggy and felt like it just came out of the fridge. Not to mention the presentation also. Won’t be ordering here again.
Delicious sushi and no waiting time for this train! We made the long walk back from Burleigh Heads, just for a 2nd bite at the cherry.
Fresh and busy Sushi Train. Can be slow to get service for a green tea or orders but the food is always spot on. Enjoy
Not the best sushi train I have been to.The first time I went I got short changed. I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt & tried again recently, it was a struggle to get the staff to take a order & there were very little veggie options on the train.I enjoy most sushi rails but unfortunately this one is not a shining example of what the brand has to offer.
Friendly "on a floor" workers(example: waitresses)Good menu, food well prepared.Possible to look after food processing by workers.Bar table and bigger (normaltables for 4(maybethere.Mainly self-service for taking food.
I’ve been a coming to Sushi Train Miami since it first opened all those years ago.Fresh sushi, friendly service and convenient location!Parking available out front or underneath Miami One Shopping Centre.
Love my sushi train. Gets busy here but the food is always great.
My daughter and I wanted sushi, and was hoping there was one close to where we were staying. Low and behold, there was one walking distance from the hotel we were staying at.We entered and was bewildered at how big it was, it was really a pleasant surprise to enter our biggest sushi Bar yet. It was also busy, very busy. But as busy as they were, the staff acknowledged out presence, and came as soon as they could to take us to done seats. The range was unbelievable, Ive been to sushi trains before, and I must say, I didnt care about the prices this time, the food was varied and creative. They even had desserts. DELICIOUS.Between my daughter and I, we ate that much food, we so wanted to eat more, but out poor stomachs were over flowing that much we couldnt fit anymore food in.We had a total of 9 plates, desserts and drinks and it came to less than $50. Not bad for a night out. Not to mention the staff were very attentive, and had this amazing skill of knowing when you needed something. When I had a question or wanted something, they were just there, I really didnt have to look around for service.THANK YOU
Been to many sushi trains but this one has been the smallest one yet, so you would think it would be the cleanest. But everything was sticky, the counters, the menus, and the seats.Staff all look pretty bored and aren’t as friendly as other stores we’ve been to.
Really yummy food. Good quality.
Took my daughter here yesterday. The train was full and the food fresh. The twin rolls were a great change from normal sushi. The staff were friendly, the shop was busy with a steady flow of customers
Absolutely disgusting! Went there yesterday as I had been before when visiting the GC and the food was always delicious and the atmosphere and cleanliness was A1 however after yesterday will not be going back. The shop was humid and the food on the train was room temperature, not cold and fresh. The staff looked like they couldnt be bothered and one was asleep at one of the tables! The salmon sashimi I had tasted as though it had been washed in detergent and the avocado and prawn rolls tasted the same as well as reeking in seaweed? Was the wrap old? $32 went down the drain literally as I was on the toilet all night and vomiting this morning. Health department needs to get to this place asap before a deluge of food poisoning occurs.
Menu not clean and sticky, bench not clean and sticky. And no food, been here for 7mims and not one food with chicken, avo and sauce. Pretty basic. One on Capri via Roma is heaps better.
I love a good sushi train, but this one was a major disappointment. The sushi was gross, staff unfriendly, and the top of every plate is disposable which causes so much waste. Would not back.
