As a weeb myself, i cannot stresss enough how this place is the one stop for japanese cuisine, the halal viable of course.I liked the good services there and the food

First time came here they forgot to prepare mine. Later i came here they made it doubled. I dont mind paying doubled but at least dont shout at me with such a sucks tone. The staffs, manager or the boss were so lamed. The service was bad. Never wanna come here again!

There are many various menu from this restaurant. Their menu really oishii. Especially the sumoku salmon and gyudon. Ganbatte sushi marru!

This is an interesting Japanese Restaurant in town. Not a mall tennant, but still they are able to attract customer. Eight to ten table occupied during weekend lunch time, and this all happens during corona pandemic. The grilled chicken with miso soup package is very good, in terms of price and taste. They offer some meticulous interior especially the fushimi inari thousands gate lookalike. Have a nice day😉

This will be my first and last time eating at sushi marru.The service was really bad eventho there was plenty of staffs, even the boss or the manager attitude was not friendly at all, sucks.Is a restaurant suppose to be like that? never welcoming your guest and say thank you to your customers after they paid the bills and leave?oh and the foods, to be honest it was gross. The worst Japanese foods i have ever tried. The sauce was really sweet even after I put so much chilli flakes on it. The rice was bland and cold, the egg was not melted and also cold, and the marinated chicken was very sweet and gross.Affordable price but sorry, your food and service were not qualified.

The sushi was okay.Staff were so lamed.Price was okay.Couldn’t get so much reasons to come back.Mood went down when the waiter served the food but didn’t give me cutlery and small plate to eat the sushi.Bad services, were they been trained before?

I dont have a lot to say about this restaurant, since its one of the few Japanese restaurant in the city. Go ahead and judge it for yourselves

The quality is honestly on the lower side and the biggest downside would be that they didnt use Japanese rice. The sushi is mushy and has no flavour so the flavour has to come from lots of toppings (mayo, floss etc).The California roll was very disappointing, very bland, the rice was sort of looks like ketupat inside. There was no flavour at all and it was clear that it was poorly made.The ramen also didnt taste good. It didnt even taste like anything. The broth didnt have that umami flavour and honestly they tasted like instant noodles. The noodles were clearly not fresh and they were mushy as well.The service itself - it was slow. It took a while to get the tea topped up and the food was also slow.Overall, not a very good place. The sushi might be affordable but not worth your money.

If you are looking for a Japanese food restaurant, I recommend to visit this place. This place is located in Jl.H.M.O Bafadhal No.77 Cempaka Putih Jelutung Jambi. The service is nice, they greet us when entering and leaving the restaurant. The sushi is tasty and also the beverages. The price of their food are affordable. I ordered 2 kind of sushi, salmon fried roll IDR 28k and double roll IDR18k, the price is not including the tax. There are many various menu you can try beside sushi.

Well decorated sushi restaurant , the food taste quite good . But their serving time could be the problem . Need improve in service quality , but still this place is quite nice to dine with family and friends .
